Sir my chit no fnkt04p_26, in kanteshwar branch, nizamabad, completed in may but still i have not received the amount even on completion of 4 months. Being a reputed company it is high time to pay the amount to me immediately as i have committed to pay to others. Sri santosh the branch manager is promised to pay in time but failed. Is this the customer service are you rendering. Please do the needful immediately. Thank you

I paid total 50 months amount of 5 lakhs chit, after 3 months of chit lifting, manager still not lifting call and not in a position to tell the status of my amount.
Branh manager told me like today/ tomorrow but now he is not even answering calls.
Any one will be lifting hit for their financial purpose but these fellows are not understanding.
One of the worst service

My name is prabhukiran, FVJL10G-16, after lifting the chit amount may-2019 not giving the cheque or amount manager not lifting call and staff telling rude answers very fraud they are doing playing games with peoples money. that fraud manager name ANJANEYULU. LABBIPET BRANCH. if they will not respond i go to make complaint in police station.

I have three 5lakhs chits stonehousepet branch nellore. One chit is bit 6 months back. After 2 months of chit lifting, manager still not lifting call and if i want to cancel the chit, 5% of chit value must be paid though the problem was with them unnecessarily though the chit paid without default. I want proper response to the customer. Make proper consumer case on him and let the public have genuine financial savings

Hello,
I’m not happy after investing money in kapil chits complaint because you people are not bothering anything about customer’s. I have bond in your nellore kosta branch-1, certificate number. Pa/kia-nel/l64/2016 which already matured[protected] but still not paid money. Almost 6 months finished.
Iam asking you & reminding to branch manager mr. Murali, financial manager mr. Kumaraswami & zonal head mr. Srinivas but they’re not responding and diverting. This is not first time before one bond made payment after 6months of matured date that time almost 1000times i reminded. What is this? Why you people are not giving my money back to me, in fact i didn’t get any benefit from your company even though lost more money after started chits &i paid all premiums right time and advancely but your side so sad.
For this bond i’m reminding from dec 2018 and also submitted all required documents please take action immediately,

I, l. Harikiran is a subscriber of kapil chits kakatiya pvt ltd at mgroad branch, warangal.

I lifted my chit on[protected] and asked for sureties form on next day but they have given on[protected].

After completing the signatures and all required data, i submitted that form in the office on[protected].

Verification usually completed with in 1 week but they completed verification on[protected].

I asked for final settlement on[protected], the manager told that, he will give cheque on[protected] due to non availability of funds.

The due date is also completed but till now they have not settled my amount. I am paying the monthly installments regularly till date, but they are wantedly delaying the settlement of my chit.

I am requesting you to kindly solve the issue at the earliest as i am in urgent need of money.

I called to Manager and also Excutive director Mr. Satyanarayana for hundreds of times but the manager is not responding and ED telling one date after that telling another date like wise.
He also told that you have no right to do anything on us legally.
Sir, could you please tell me what are the actions imposed on them.
They torchering me mentally like anything.
Sir, kindly do the needful.

To add further towards my earlier complaint today (17-aug-19) three executives from kapil chits (Including mr. Venu don't remember other guys name) came to my home for payment and claimed that they are from legal department, when requested for id cards they denied to share the same and claim them as advocates. To solve the issue smoothly i requested them to return back my cheque and informed that i will be paying them 10 per month until overdue is cleared but i was insisted to pay full amount of rs. 40 k which is huge which as a middle class man was not possible for me. They were very rude. They threatened to lock our home and will sit at my home until full payment is done. I handed over them my keys to do the same. I informed that i have to log a police complain for forcefully entering my premises shouting and yelling loudly creating a havoc situation disturbing my neighours. I had took their photo snaps. They are attached for reference. Still i am ready to clear my dues by paying 10 k per month and payment can be collected by eod of 1st every month from next month and it's my word. Meantime i hope no one enters and bothers us and creating nonsense until notice is served. This will not stop me to log a complaint without further hesitation.

Hi sir/madam. My name is jangam. Suresh, native of kondapalli, vijayawada rural, krishna dist, ap. I had a chit account no. Fvjpt10f-11 in kapil chits kosta, bandar road, vijayawada.
I am paying regularly my installment amount every month to representative (Prudhvi) from kapil, but i got a message from kapil office of i was due from three months an amount of rs.7677/-. But i already paid an amount, and i had a receipts of those payments, on[protected], i went to kapil chit office, bandar road, patamata, vijayawada to rectify the problem, manager (Sudarshan) of that chit office was called representative those i paid the money, he replied as he took the money, and he will repay the money with in one week. But, upto know no response from representative and manager.
Nobody giving response to my call, when i went to kapil office they were escaping.
They were received my money and cheating me.
Please look into this matter and rectify please, and give the justice for me

I have submitted all the documents in kavali branch on 16/5/2019 and i am contacting to manager but i did not get anything favour. Updated by david vt Further to add on above 3 persons including Venu visited to my home they claim themselves as legal team and they are advocates. I requested them to show their ID's to cross verify which they don't carry but they denied to show the same. I requested that I will make payment through EMI's of 10 k each month from next month butIt was not agreed by them and started yelling and shouting at our premises for which I insisted its not fair that you can come and yell at my door if you are not ok with my conditions of paying in EMI's hence I claimed to send legal notice so that we can meet in court. But they started yelling and insisted that they will not go until payment is done for which I replied with pleasure you can wait until your wish. They threatened to lock our door for which I handed over the keys. I request Kapil team not to send any collection persons to my premises going further failing which I will not hesitate to log a police complain. Will settle legally, instead if my condition of making payment in EMI's for 10 k each month is accepted we can go ahead smoothly. I hope Kapil team will understand.

The chit fjmt01p-05 for an amount of 10 lacs. I have paid all the subscriptions before the due dates for the entire period and prized the amount on apr 2019.

So far the dues has not been settled by kapil chits shapur jeedimetla branch hyderabad.

The branch manager don't even respond to call and the both branch manager regional manager promises are all false and till date i haven't got the money.
Since 03 months they have not paid me money. Every time i call manger he it will be done in 02 days. His 02 never come to end till date.

My name is akuthota sadaiah who has registered for the chit fg8t22j-8 on 03.03.2015 for an amount of 10k per month for up to 50 months. Now my 50 months term was completed on 29th may 2019. I've cleared all the dues that needed to be paid off. Our branch manager
Mr. Rakesh had collected at an interest rate of 10% per day if the amount was not paid on time. Today i. E., 30.07.2019 and it's been 2 months our term was completed and they had promised me to pay the 5 lakhs amount within 40 days. It's already 2 months passed but i didn't receive even a single penny. Your branch manager mr. Rakesh has promised us to pay back the amount with interest if the money didn't get credited into the account on time. Today i. E., 30.07.2019 i've enquired him about the money and response was really pathetic & inturn he used cuss words and abusive language and moreover also mentioned that he will not return the cheque of 5 lakhs to us. I really don't understand the kinda managers you have with you. It's really a big black spot on your company and i'm gonna file a case against you guys for sure.

I have lift the 10 lakhs chit in March 2019 in Kondapur branch. But still the cheque is not received so far after completion of four months. I asked the branch manager he is saying 2 days next week like that. Pl solve the problem as early as possible bcoz I need amount urgently.

Jayamma i had lift the chit in gudiwada branch the amount 10, 00, 000/- (Ten lakhs) chit lifted in the ending of the march, 2019 still now they didn't setteld my amount i hade my f. D are also there in our company which r also complete the f. D time also i am not full confident on ur manager words since last 4 months he saying 2day. With in 2or3 months my chit period also completeing
