Karnataka Bank — amount debited from my account but receiver did not get the money in phone pay transition | |
Complaint: I have done a transaction of 6000 rs on the date of[protected] through Phone pay, and this transaction was pending for three days after three days that transaction got successful (Date[protected] but the receiver did not get the money and that same amount debited from my account. So that I contacted Phone pay customer care they informed that there is a option that Charge back through that I can get my money back. For this I had went to bank in Bengaluru Marathahalli branch and they gave me Change back application form and they said to apply this form in your own branch itself. So that yesterday[protected] I had visited my branch, about charge back option they said through this Change back option you cannot get your money back, & and we don't have any relation between Pone pay or any UPI transition and bank. My transaction details are mentioned here Transaction UPI no :[protected] Transaction Amount : 6000 A/c no. of intended beneficiary : [protected] Bank name and branch of of intended beneficiary : State bank of India, Thubarahalli Bengaluru. Name of intended beneficiary : Gajulapalli Ramanareddy. Date of Remittance :[protected] Please return my money because I have been suffering from last 40 days for this amount. .10000rs amount hav been transferred but the reciver has not received the amount and it has not returned to my account

On Sunday 01.03.2020 time 15.59 I deposited 500*12=6000rs to my account, but not credited till today so please check and revert me back...its urgent
