I am Roni Munshi, Acc no. C/A [protected] (Amtala Branch) West Bengal, firstly I applied for internet banking, they provided me view facility, not transaction facility, I informed to bank branch and customer care, they did not respond, after 6 time requests they sent a mail that is
"Your Transaction password has been enabled. Please go to Forgot password-online reset of password, in the login page before login and generate the password online by selecting generate OTP."
but when I try same, showing
"[96106] You do not have access for performing transactions, Kindly reset login password alone."
Poor service, Wrong information they provided me and also they provide wrong information to public.

but when I try same, showing
"[96106] You do not have access for performing transactions, Kindly reset login password alone."

I have did a transaction of 948.00 Rs with ECOM-IBIBO GROUP PVT LTD and got Failed Status on 17/12/2016. But Money detected from my account. Could you please check and help me.

    I had Visit Vikas puri Branch More then 10 times for Cash Withdrawal I also informed my house under construction .so i need cash Every time Branch Asst. Manager and Branch Manager told I have no Cash RBI Not Given Cash Please tell me Actually RBI Not Given Cash ????

      My A/C No. [protected] i am your customer last 2 year and Now my house is under construction so today i go to your Vikas puri Branch for Cash Withdrawal and there your Clerk told he provide only 4000 . so i agree and after that he told cash not available but he told totally lying i saw there cash available but declined for give and use very rude language also use very rude behaviour through Asst. branch manager and he told i am not giving cash you can closed your account .. I am totally unhappy with your service Now i decide to closed my account with my mother account ( [protected] ) but before closed my account i will go to consumer court and Escalate all Karnataka bank customer ...

        Myself Mahesh C from ramanagara ill try to withdraw an amount of 2000 from an Local ICICI bank ATM but I wont get any cash from the ATM But I got a notification from the Bank that 2000 was debited from my account, I don't know how it is possible.
        After that I requested again to check the Balance it was the same 2000 was gone.
        So please Check it and do needful I need my money back.

          Website: Karnataka Bank does not have fake detecting Machines.

          Most of the branches of Karnataka Bank are not having Fake Detectering Machines, I am your OD a/c customer. I enquired with manager he said Head Office has not provided and also they have no powers to purchase. We have to waited more than 2 Hours in bank for depositing Money. As notes have to get exchanged people rush to Bank with huge money, Cashier took lot of time to check notes manually . It's a bank basic requirement provide as early.
          Karnataka Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          My atm card was theft by today so i need to block my atm card because i have a money in atm card so please block my atm card urgently
          While banker say accident insurance 500000 of amount 57.25per year premium ..
          but in my savings account its amount were taken as 57.50 per month...

          it has been charged for 4 months ...

            Dear Sir
            As per RBI Circular No RBI/2016-17/112 DCM (Plg) No.1226/10.27.00/2016-17 November 08, 2016, all Banks were to provide extra counter and to open the Branch till 20 Hrs but Karnatka Bank branch at Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110092 has shut the door at 16.00 Hrs on 10 Nov 2016 at at 17.15 Hrs on 11 Nov 2016. Regarding the same i has tried to contact their regional office at Delhi but no reply.
            Tried to contact on Customer Care help line of the bank printed on Pass Book but no person was available to attend the compliant regarding closer of the bank for public during extended Hrs.
            Bank should have put on the board out side the Branch that these RBI order are not applicable for this branch.

            The same as caused great inconvenience to the account holder to change their old not of 500/ and 1000/- with new currency note

            Please take n/a..

The transaction showed unauthorised access and ICAI has not received the payment. I want you to refund it back to my account. So that I can pay back the same amount for my exam fees.                   I was have 8 thousand rupes in my account when i went to draw in cananar bank ATM and I try to take 2 thousands rupes it's came unbel to process and i try to 2 more times, suddenly I got message from bank from ur a/c, debited 6000 rs after that i cald to my branch office they told it's take 7 working days and i raise complaint in one of the Bangalore karntaka bank but i need money for emergency.                             Sir, I never had any bank account in Karnataka Bank and I belong to Madhya Pradesh. While filing income tax return AY 2015-16, I came to know that Rs 9566 and Rs 917 have been credited by Karnataka Bank under TDS under form 15G/15H category but I do not have any account in Karnataka bank . It seems that some one has wrongly linked his account number to my PAN number AGJPR6253M (Name - Sachin Rawat) . Below are details – 1.                               Respected sir/madam Recently I opened a account, took debit card to use as I am away from home. Whenever I try to registeration for verified by visa it shows sorry and asks to update number in branch but everything is updated there. If I call for the helpline they say it is due to server down. All the time same reply. Please help me to overcome this problem. I really need this problem fixed.

                                User ID activation Net banking

                                Hell Concerned, I have asked Karnataka bank Customer care team to activate my user ID by call and by email to [protected]@ktkbank.com on 6th March 2015. Customer care person told me it will take just 24 hours to activate it. When I called them again on 9th March for reminding as it was not activated till, Customer care person (lady) sounded very arrogant and as if she am beggar. This is very low response and very slow work from Customer care...

                                  I have never experienced such cheap behaviour other than indian bank and karnataka bank kasturba road, such an rudeness, they dont even care for an illiterate roaming around asking for help and eventually i ended up helping her, am i an employee? well, it was a gesture of good will, I have been visiting twice but my debit card is not issued that person i donot know the name is very rude and i waited for an hour today, but ended up listenig that it will take 30 mins more i had to draw cash for a medical purpose, who cares? No wonder overseas are making better money for the customer service they give,

                                    Hi sir, My name is Harish R and my complint is regarding missed all facility in karnatakabank. I have SB account in hunasemaranahalli branch Airport road, I went to the branch 3 times to update my mobile number to account and even i have written the numbers, account number, adrress everything in their ledger. The statff in that branch saying will update soon and we will give the confirmation call as well but i didnt get till now. I have visited the branch 3 times for the same issue. They are making lot of inconvenience to the customers and not even giving proper respect. For a simple issue they make us to visit 4 to 5 times to the bank and then after also they are not resolving.. My issue is to update my mobile number in the customers ID of my account. I told so many times to them by visiting bank but till now the problem is not yet resolved. MY Mobile number [protected] and atleast now look in to the issue. If you cant resolve then let me know the procedure for closing of the account. Some banks are giving the best service to the customers than karnataka bank.

                                    guys lot of fraud things is happening here.. when i gave a complint i got a call from [protected].. he has taken my card and account number then all the money in the account got deducted
                                    i will give a complint in police station... my account hacked and money got transfered to ECOM-FREECHARGE PU GURGAON -[protected]
                                    Please any one suggest me how to retrieve the money

                                      Dear sir, myself sheik mansoor . my Karnartaka bank account number is [protected]. Today that is 31 august at 5.55pm i had went to receive money at Atm service which is near to cottenpet police station . After receive money from Machine i had went aside corner for count my money . Suddenly I got one important call receive and had disconnected the call . The security Guard had scolding me in bad language. Please teach him how to speak in good way .
