May name is pankaj v naik i had ordered high pressure car and bike washer wt or id[protected] amount of rupes.3149 tech trendz carcare in amazon on 16/9/2019 And after 30/9/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason and on 5/10/2019 amazon initiated the amount to may card but i still didnt get the money amazon sent reference number 01o04naw0000k0fqo76m and told me to fill charge dispute form but karnataka bank ltd bank doesnt have such policy. My name is Muskan Kedia and i had ordered a product of Rs. 1975, Vinod Beta max non stick pan in amazon on 16 september 2020 and i returned this order due to personal reasons. And on date 06 october Amazon initiated the amount to my bank but i still did not got the money. Amazon sent this refund referance number[protected] and told me to fill dispute form but karnatka bank does not have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint this is very urgent.
