Just visited hbr layouts bangalore one office to collect aadhar application. (This is my 3rd visit). Last visit was on 26th april 2017 when we were told to come after 3rd may as the issuance of applications for that period was over. Hence went today & the lady there asked us to come on 8th may while speaking on her cell phone. When questioned she chose to ignore us & was busy talking on her phone & to her colleagues in tamil (I thought this was an office of govt. Of karnataka!!). When i still stood my ground she told me to go & speak to someone else & not waste her time.

Pl note: my first visit was to enquire about the documents required for aadhar & getting the application. Where i was given the list of documents & was told applications would be issued everyday from 8-9 am.
2nd visit on 26th april to collect the application where a notice was put up saying applications will be issued on 3rd may. Due to non clarity we spoke to a lady in the office & she very clearly stated that next set of applications would be issued from 3rd may onwards.
3rd visit 4th may.

Highlight points: staff prefers to talk in tamil rather than kannada.
- no proper information
- dates, time & other details are modified as per their whims & fancies.

    My last two visits to Bangalore One, Passport Office Near, Koramangala, Bangalore have been atrocious to say the least. I went to pay my electric bill today one lady have sat I came by line and again that lady told to me go other counter she wants to go break and I agreed for this and I went for other counter one guy was paying finished is payment again I called with respectlly to that lady mam and she took one guys bill again I started to ask why I am standing from long u r taking is bill she told to me I not seen in the line again I started to shout & manger is also supporting to that lady again that lady saying to me u r talking rude I will not take u r amount there are when chatting with r opposite girl how she can find out me when I cm by line
    when they talk rude we should accept when they talking rude we should accept everything for that I am saying for that lady manger which is true which is false and again she is saying mine is only wrong with customer they don't to talk why take this kind of employees. and again manger is also supporting. we r giving services so that sitting there we never told we need Bangalore one plz try to remove from job r take proper action again manger saying don't take are bill what they think about us we done mistake means we will agree we not done mistake also we cant agree y she should setting the manger she don't to handle means pleas take caviar action

      I went for aadhar card correction on 9th of march 17, she said to come next day due to huge crowd. The very next day she was on leave, there is no other alternative lady to do the same job. The other lady said to come the very next day. When we went there she is saying voter id cannot be taken for dob correction. She needs pan card. What foolishness she is telling. All the employees in Bangalore one, in vishwanatha nagenahalli branch, are lazy fellows. They come to office, having break fast together, lunch together. Pls ask them to complete the breakfast at home, only take the lunch hour . Why have to they go together. why they are leaving the counter togehter. Let one person go for lunch and others serve the customers. What a rubbish tone they speak to the customers? Cannot tolerate.

        I have coming here multiple times for making an Aadhar card for which they make me go back saying token not available and have to come at 8.30 am to take and then again come back at 10am and wait for the entire day for ur turn. Today, I asked for token from the reception lady and i said if time permits allow me for Aadhar will come next time as crowd was less, who then directs me to soumya and she first makes me to talk to Satish in charge of Bangalore one hal office as said by her, post which Satish agrees, this lady soumya says talk to another coordinator as it is documented procedure that we will only issue token at 8.30am and post which nobody can do anything...when I ask for the mail or the document, they say we will not give...coordinator: Manjunatha asked Soumya to give token, after which they said server is down and come the next day...horrible experience...

          Disgusting employees who have shown that despite of living in the same country we are not yet part of it.
          They has issued tokens to 30 people and we're taking ad-hoc requests coming in ..In front o[censored]s. When we questioned they started arguing with us stating do you know Kannada...If not the first learn and come. They also said..Ask nandan nilekano to come and help you...And we will ensure even he doesn't give you a aadhar card.
          Then the guy closed the computer at 1:15 and said...Now you will know how powerful we are and you outsiders would get to know what you mean to this place...
          They kept almost 4 families waiting ssayingnow you will understand...All believe me all from outside state...

          Ridiculous..And sad...We are suffering in our own country

          Later we were told that people working in this office are the same and they do this almost everyday..I just hope somebody investigates..
          I faced same problem at bangalore one office in AECS Layout. One handicap computer operator, no matter how much you be polite with him, he is always shouting and arguing.
          If you know Kannada, you do not need to take token in the morning, kannada speakers can come any time in the day and he will accept their forms. Do not matter how big is the line. If you can not speak kannada, please be patient if you can with his behaviour and expect a half to full day wait.

          Too much attitude employees over there..they don't give proper information..in my first visit they told form downloaded from internet is accepted..when I went to submit..they r telling we hv to take from them..for the form they r calling token token..it's form cum token ..
          The very purpose of Bangalore one to come up was to improve the services to the citizens. But if Bangalore one itself start behaving like the government office, it does not make sense to pay them. Better remove these and make the government officials itself efficient.

            I payed my electricity bill, phone bill, water bill in Bangalore one located in Hbr layout near hennur .I went buy 5:45pm i had to wait until 7pm in long queue but after waiting for such long time lady tells if debit card will be 1 percent charges, if I pay by cash lady informs I want exact change, why there is 1 percent charges paying through debit card.THis Bangalore one in Hbr layout lady took more than 20 minutes to enter bill information just for 3 bills, I had to fight after standing in long queue to pay my bills.REason for long queues is less counters, lady who is billing is very very very slow, they are very irrate shouting on all elder ladies and gentlemen too for coming by 7 pm to pay bills .Worst services, please stop this Bangalore one in Hbr or change faculty.

              Hi, this is to bring to your notice that i paid 1159 from my credit card to pay my electricity bill online and then it shows that i paid 1149 in the final bill payment. My credit card is debited with 1159.. My bill s for 1149. When I continue with credit card payment, in one of the pages it adds 10 more rupees and makes it 1159. and i pay for 1159, then it shows in the receipt that i have paid 1149???? what is this???

                Koramangala office is not accepting rupay debit cards. Rupay debit cards are purely indian and it is surprising to note that they are not acceptable in india and that too in a government unit like bangaloreone. Now digital drive is there from the govt. Of india and they have announced lucky draw scheme for users of digital mode and rupay debit cards are also eligible.
                I want to convert my jevan saral policy to lic term insurance.

                Agent charles vinod(code[protected], mob-[protected]) is not responding.

                Please tell some other genuine agent to contact me asap.

                  I have visited at Bangalore One at Kumarswamy Layout for payment of my telephone bills. I have been told that 1% service charge will be applicable is I used my debit card. I recently seen on TV that no service charges are applicable for using cashless transaction till 31st December 2016. Is the government announcement will not applicable to Bangalore One?
                  Kindly help us as you are aware that there is shortage of currency of ₹ 100 and follow the government orders.

                    Pathetic agent & team leader at jp nagar (Next to bescom office) bangalore one...

                    2nd month in a row...
                    Last month - i had written the rr nos & amounts on the back side with calculation - the agent refused to take saying 1/- difference, after showing him the cal on my cell... He says his system is showing different after lot agreement he accepted the cheque.

                    This month - to avoid the same - i left amt to be filled after his calculation - he wanted said wrong amt & didn't accept the cheque. When complaint to team leader in the cabin - he was pathetic & useless... Was trying to divert me with database

                    I want to complain this... Because they are taking cash only & keeping the difference... Stating no change... The difference is minor to the bearer but overall daily collection is significant.

                    Fraudulent frauds...

                      Vishwanatha Nagenahalli Bus stop, Bangalore one office people are not providing LED bulbs. Its tenth time I'm following with them, they are saying come at 5PM, if I go then they will say come tomorrow, then they say come at 2pm, then come at 6pm.

                      I think they seems to selling to other people instead of giving to the required current bill holders. How can I raise a complient against them or inform media like (News-9 or Tv-9 channels?).

                        Hi Team,

                        I have done a BWSSB Online payment through Bangalore One online website on 31/12/2015 for an amount of Rs.1049/-.But this amount is not deduced in current Bill and Bill shows including previous month balance when i approached BWSSB office at Babusabpalya i had been informed that Bangalore One has a problem they have not sent payment to their account please check with them.

                        Please rectify this problem immediately when i tried called Customer Care nobody is answering call in website its not appropriate to mention as 24/7 support waste of it as nobody pics calls

                          I think bangalore one operates from 8 am to 8 pm. But the bill collectors stops receiving payments from customers from 7:30pm it self at the s.k.garden ward bangalore one centre. And there r around 4 counters but operates only 1 or 2 counters. Some times these bill collectors even behave rashly with customers....

                            I have been paying Bescom, BSNL, and BWSSB water bill at Nandini layout collection centre for past 5 years. Nowadays the service at this centre is deteriorated. Though there are 3 counter one of them remains most of them without staff. Today I had visited the centre to pay Water bill by 6-30 PM. There were 2 que than usual single one. After waiting about 15 minutes the staff told the public to stand in single que but allowed some of them to pay the bill from 2nd que. I was standing in 2nd que but after the staff told to stand in single que I went to the regular Que. At that time a person was standing in the counter for almost 30 minutes and the lady who was handling gave about 25 bills receipt to the person who was standing. There were about 20 persons standing behind him. On seeing the lady staff giving receipt of about 25 bills, public started shouting. Immediately the lady took a single persons bill and issued the receipt and told internet slow and people can go home.I stood another 15 minutes thinking she will continue taking bill and returned home on seeing the lady staff not taking any bill from public and counting the cash. Will the Bangalore one restrict bulk bill payment in rush hours or make separate que for bulk bills?Also keep somebody to control the que.

                              Hi, I am a person residing in Mahalakshmi layout, Shriram nagar, near geleyara balaga bus stop. I have paid current bill of last two months on time in Bangalore one, bill of july i paid yesterday and bill of june i paid within 15days of bill generation. But as the bill payment of june is not updated in server properly BESCOM people have cut the power by removing the fuse. Its because of carelessness of 'Bangalore one' i am under this problem. This is happening 2nd time, and after investigation i found that only may month's bill payment is updated. But i have already paid june and july month's bill. As june month payment is not updated BESCOM people thought i didnot pay two month's bill and cut the power of my house. Next onwards please take care of this. Regards, Normal civilian of Bangalore

                                Respected Sir\ Madam I (Yuvraj Sakre) regular customer of Bengaluru One to pay bill of BESCOM and even other bills too. Today I felt very bad experience as I went to pay Mobile bill at Bengaluru One at Srinivas Nagar Branch (near Shankar Nag Circle) and found customer named Mr. Prasanna was requesting to the Ladies who are in-charge to collect his Cheques for the same at 7:30 PM as it was his due date to pay his BESCOM Bills. But at bill counters there were 6 Person for bill collection who were Employees of Bengaluru One not even attending Mr. Prasanna. They were simply saying that the time is over 7:30 PM and they all (6 Employees) are busy in counting the cash that has to be surrender to AXIS Bank Employee who was present there in the Office. But no where it has displayed at office premisses that 7:30 PM is closing time to pay the bills at Bengaluru One. Even AXIS Bank Employee and the Security Person at door also told that bill payment time is upto 8:00 PM. The Respected Employees simply carelessly said you can complaint who ever you want, so we asked those Ladies at Cash Counters the phone number of their Reporting Authority to address our Complaint and why they are not attending us to accept our bills. So we got phone number [protected] which was switched off and continuously tried for 5-10 mins. Again we asked for another number after few mins we got another number of Mr. Adithya- [protected]. He was addressing himself as the Manager of that office and kept arguing with us for 20 mis on the phone. So after such a long conversation he said that its already time out to pay the bill and please come in the morning at 9:00 AM to office we will have a look at this issue. As this is not for the first time I have found this on regular basis. As the Authority of Bengaluru One is thinking that what the public (common man) will do to us, as they have no time to complaint on us. If You Honorable BESCOM Authority stop them by installing ATM BESCOM MACHINES at each Bengaluru One, as its a Government Buildings and you can save paying such a huge commission to Bengaluru One and instead you can increase the profit of BESCOM by helping us in this aspect also. Few other customers were present there during this issue who Voluntarily gave their Name and Phone Numbers. G -- [protected] Mr. Anantham Sing -- [protected] Mr. Chandramouli H.R -- [protected] Mr. Ravi Kumar -- [protected] Please consider this complaint. As Mr. Prasanna is not the only one out here, there might be so many out there who have faced such situation like this.                                   I have been going to Bangalore One Indira Nagar and Airport road offices to get my copy of election ID card. On 11th July, I was asked by the staff from Indira Nagar to go to Airport road. I reached Airport road office around 11:30 IST. On enquiry, I was asked to come back at 14hrs as staff was not available and no backup. I waited till 14:15 and got to know that the staff responsible for the job is on vacation for two days. I was asked to comeback on Monday. On 13th July, I reached around 17:30 hrs to understand that the election ID printing will be done till 13hrs. I went again today to Airport road office around 12:15 to understand that the printer cartridge is empty.

                                    I reached the bangalore one center at 7:20 PM today and the closing time was put up as 7:45 PM. As usual the que was lining as the closing time was 7:45M. At 7:35 PM both the lady staffs say its time up and put a reason as the system automatically logs them out. Behing me some 8 people are waiting to clear their bills and similar situation in my neighbouring que. Though we raised that its nor even 7:40 PM, how could it be closed. But the staffs are least bothered to hear our plea, they are busy shutting their counter. Moreover those staffs are giving an open challenge to complain. I request to have a CCTV fottage of todays scenario of bangalore one. I hope for a better tomorrow.

                                      My last two visits to Bangalore One, NGV Shopping Complex, Koramangala, Bangalore have been atrocious to say the least. The centre was accepting taxes from 8 am to 6 pm according to the persons at the counter in the centre. However, they used to be very rude and shout at customers and stopped giving tokens at 2 pm claiming that they had already given out 75 coupons. People who came afterwards and cajoled them or fought with them would get an occasional coupon. The system operated at the whims and fancy of the operators. Today I went to pay my Airtel bill. The persons at the counter were winding up for change of shift at 2 pm. They left and I was waiting till 2.30 pm and no one came to occupy their place. Out of a total of 6 counters, only 3 were operating and the operators kept moving away ever few minutes saying the printers were not working. The queue system at the counters was a total mess. Finally, I gave up and came away without paying the bill. I have a physical problem which makes it difficult to stand too long. There is a seating arrangement, but due to the lack of prompt or efficient service, everyone crowds at the counters. No one makes any effort to get any semblance of order in the queues. The operators are extremely rude. Why can't they have a proper token system and an electronic system which regulates flow of customers to individual counters?
