Bangalore to shimoga KSRTC Airavat bus getting delayed by 2 hrs and braking down in the mid frequently and this is an issue for single lady passengers. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible

    We booked Casual contract KA37F0260

    Dated 18 Mat 23 .. unfortunately tyre got busted & no Stepney, no spares to repair. We all standing on highway with high risk .

    Not sure this is pathetic condition of vehicle .driver also helpless .

      Airavata Bus No F 9052 - Bangalore to Shivamogga - Dep at 11.40 pm
      The ceiling is leaking at Seat no. 17 & 12
      The Driver cum conducter told me to shift to the seat in the Rear.
      If i had to shift to the rear then getting the reservation done is a waste.
      Even no leg room after the seats are pushed back.
      I called & complained on the helpline number but was told to "Adjust" as nothing can be done now...& They'll rectify it tomorrow.
      I asked about my journey now... & Also for a refund so that I could go in another bus ...
      But was denied.

      KSRTC service seems to be pathetic nowadays.
      May God save the commuters.

        Conductor not give change I have gave him 200 rs note 60 rs he had wrote back of ticket and while asking change he’s asking us too go and get change
        KSRTC conductors are they looting this way now a days

            My relatives (Female) was traveling from Basavakalyan to Bidar at 6:30pm in bus (KA 38 F 1044) on 13/03/2023. After reaching humnabad bus station the Driver/conducter of bus asked to look for other bus as there were no much passengers in the bus.

            It is very ridiculous. How can you ask passenger to look for other bus at the night time. That too, she is a female passenger.

            All family were panic about her as she didn't reached on time.

            Please take this situation seriously. Else will reach to higher authority regarding the same.

              Dear Team,

              Due to Conductor Irresponsibility We missed the Bus from Gudalur Starting point, Whenever i'm calling to Conductor i am not correct response, he only saying the bus tier reason, after that disconnect the call, he will not say correct timing for Starting the point in gudalur Stop and he not answering the call also.

              Due to this irresponsibility me and my family waited on the road side.

                Hi, I am a passenger in f 1072 from somwarpet to bangalore.
                My complaint is that we book rajahamsa for comfort level travel but the last seat like37, 38, 39 are not seat adjusted and i have back issue which is troubling me. Which might cause my health upset also. I am writing this complaint as traveling in the bus itself. Because it's something KSRTC should take care of

                  An AirBat bus from Mysore to Mantralaya is just very bad.
                  I boarded this bus today from Bangalore.
                  1. Lots of mosquitoes in the bus
                  2. Engine makes excessive sound
                  3. AC either not working or the staff is not switching it ON. This is despite requests from 4 passengers, including me.

                  Never experienced such horrible journey in KSRTC Airavat service.
                  Next journey of mine would be in a train or in APSRTC

                    KSRTC is to provide service to people but few reckless driver/conductor stops and pickup wherever they want as per their comfortable. And I experienced it today.
                    This KA-09-F-4370 Kuvempu nagar KSRTC bus driver didn’t stop at the Bangalore university gate stop.
                    when asked he said he will stop only if he gets red signal at that junction.
                    There is ksrtc stop board at that junction itself.
                    And he was supposed to go via kumbalgud but he took flyover and this caused some poor guy to get down on the flyover out of nowhere.
                    Please ensure strict action or give proper instructions to them and abide by the rules.

                      We have travelled in city bus on[protected] at night from Manjunath Nagar cross to New bus stand. Conductor gave ticket to old bus stand. I asked reason for the same that time he behaved like rude. We found No safety assurance by department for ladies at night. I request you to take necessary action against conductor. Details mentioned below.

                        i am channapatana daily i travel bangalore for my work i have resgestered with monthly pass hear every month so many people facing problem of pass issuing officer hear in board they mentioned pass issuing time morning 7am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm we are working peopels we need to go back to our work on time its not like government job here your ksrtc worker not comming on time waiting from 1hr for pass why they hell mentioned pass issuing time 7am to 1am i[censored] cant able to manage the time we will go by private busses every month same problem change the pass issuing time i[censored] not capable to give service on time

                          Today i was travelling to MALLESHWARAM a ksrtc bus driver came and hit the standing in the traffic car near goraguntepalya metro station at 3:28pm. He was talking very rudely with us though it was his fault. The Bus licence no is KA 01 F 9287. This is an offensive act of negligible driving under section 279 of the indian penal code 1860.I would request you to enquiry this incident as early as possible.

                            Sir/Madam,

                            I stay at Hosur and study in Dairy circle. I availed for student pass in KSRTC and however I feel it is of no use. Conductors of KSRTC are not really fond of pass holding students. My classes end at 4 and it takes more than 1.5 hours to travel back. There is only one bus available for every 30 minutes. However even those buses does not stop at my stage even after waving our hands. They do not even slow down the bus. If the buses are not going to stop at the stages then what is the purpose of issuing passes. Everyday just because they do not stop the bus, I have to wait for another hour to take a bus. I request you to kindly inform the buses to stop out of courtesy at least after people waving their hands.

                              You need to increase the speed of Volvo Buses to 90 kms as the current speed of 80 KMPH is too less and quite boring as it takes too much time, Many co passengers during my travel from Chennai to Bangalore or Bangalore Pune have mentioned this which many a time they chose a private bus of repute over KSRTC. Many videos of recent Dream class Utsav on Youtube - Bangalore Hyderabad have expressed this. Even your own driver complains of the low speeds. Trust you will take this up immediately!
                              Also the current highways are far better than it was ! Except some stretches in Union Minister Prahalad Joshi's district Hubli and Dharwad bye pass, Let me not speak about Shiradi ghats right from Hassan to Gundya!! Only Gods can help. Karnataka ki jai ho and our politicians!

                                I am a single lady travelling from bengaluru to manipal bus And journey
                                details provided

                                Initially I faced problem with placing My travelling Bag the conductor was so rude he didn't even guide me to keep where later on the passenger next to ME argued with conductor for the same and atlast he allowed to keep my baggage
                                The second thing was the seat handle was not IN good state it was broken to be slippery And the route I was travelling was charmadi ghat hence ghat section it was very slippery to me and skipped many times I asked the conductor to change the seating with one vacant seat but he told he need to sleep in that seat and refused
                                I don't know we pay a big amount for travelling in ksrtc and their is so many issues with seating arrangement and the person conductor is like I am not related to any thing happening inside bus he needs to sleep well very bad experience with KSRTC

                                  Conductor is not accepting currency notes

                                  I was traveling with my family from siruguppa to bellary. Below mentioned bus conductor was behaving rudely in accepting currency notes which was torn a bit. I was carrying only one 100rs note and informed the same but conductor was accepting the note and ask us to depart from the vehicle. Let me know that if there is any separate rules & regulations have been passed to accept the notes? Conductor is telling that it's his own wish/choice...

                                  With reference to the above, I hereby furnish the following facts.

                                  1. I purchased e-tickets through your KSRTC AWATAR Online booking on 24/02/2023 for my journey from Bangalore to KUNDAPURA on 28/02/2023 and back from KUNDAPURA to Bangalore journey
                                  on 01/03/2023.

                                  2. While boarding for tripcode 1923CDPBNG on 01/03/2023 at Kundapura Bus stand Bus no KA19F3517, the conductor, after verifying my identity card, refused to allow me to board the bus as the passenger name in the ticket was wrongly retrieved by the system as 'Shravanthi Crystal ' which was my apartment name.

                                  3. The authorities at kundapura talked to their officials at Bangalore and agreed to take me against paying cash Rs 890/- for the same seat no 10 and asked me to submit claim for refund along with copy of ticket as advised by their Bangalore office.

                                  4. Since I have paid twice for the same tripcode 1923CDPBNG, same journey date 01/03/2023, same seat no 10 from KUNDAPURA to Bangalore, I request you to refund Rs 890/- twice paid at the earliest and oblige.

                                  5. I am enclosing copy of cash ticket dated 01/03/2023 for Rs 890/- and UPI transaction details (UPI Tran ID[protected] dated 24/02/2023 for Rs 895/-.

                                  6. There was system error while retrieving passenger name when I clicked my mobile no displayed by the system which I admittedly failed to notice.

                                  7. While I am willing to provide any proof to support genuineness of my claim, I am sure, reputed organisation like you, would not like to profit out of system error and by twice charging for the same journey.

                                  8. I also request you to rectify system error, if any, so that passenger is not inconvenienced in future due to the same.

                                  Therefore, kindly refund Rs 890/- excess paid amount at the earliest.

                                    My from is Cowdalli and today morning I have to going to Mysore then morning bus Ponnachi to Myore route bus come then conductor come to give a ticket but I give him to rs 500 unfortunately I don't had changed so he angry on me so I requesting him please give me ticket today is my exam please give me chnage in myosre but he didn't agree he speaking with me very badly and speak about downwards on me and on the middle of journey he let me down from the bus in there is no bus coming I am very late goes for my exam very disappointed service from KSRTC I am requesting you to please take serious action against him...                                       I am complaint about that bus left at kadur station while I went for toilet

                                      I am Veeresh L M, Traveling from Mysore to Shivamogga bus Number KA09F5388 ticket Number154133. I went for toilet with inoforming to the Driver but the driver has not waited 1 minute and he went. I am struggling to much in bus station. My Lagauge and laptop also in the bus. I need a compensation of Rs.2, 00, 000/- I am losing too much mush. This is the worst service you are providing. I don't have money to go on another bus. Contact Number...
