Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on 19 May 2023 at approximately 11:40PM at night involving one of your bus conductors. I feel it is important to bring this matter to your attention.

On the aforementioned date and time, I, along with my brother and my 6 months old baby, approached the bus numbered KA26 F7816 with the intention to board and reach Dharwad. However, to our dismay, the bus conductor on duty refused to allow us to board the bus saying the bus will leave from there after 12:30.

Furthermore, when questioned about the route and destination, the conductor provided inaccurate information, leading us to believe that the bus would follow a specific route. However, after we boarded the bus, it became evident that the conductor has misled us. And it go via Dharwad only.

We relied on the bus service to transport us to our desired destinations promptly and efficiently, only to be met with an uncooperative conductor who not only denied us entry but also gave misleading route information.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the bus conductor involved. It is imperative that your staff members understand the importance of providing accurate information and ensuring that passengers are treated with respect and fairness.

Failure to address this matter appropriately may result in the escalation of this complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities and the sharing of my negative experience with other potential customers.

I trust that you will address this complaint promptly and take the necessary measures to improve your services..

    Dear sir/Madam

    My wife with 2 children's travelled from Guntur to Sindhanur on 17th may 2023 With ticket PNR Number H93744758, Bus No: KA37 F774. I regret to travel in KSRTC Due to rash driver who consumed alcohol and drive the bus very rashly and even almost hit the trucks coming in opposite direction twice and also quarreled with a truck driver once.
    Even the ticket collector argued with my wife after boarding the bus for not booking a ticket for my son who is 5years and 10 months old. I went to pick up my wife and children from bus stand at Sindhanur on 18th may 2023 morning and complained at bus stand about the issue but the staff at bus stand supported the driver and abused me. this type of harsh behavior is becoming common in KSRTC bringing shame to the organization and our state as-well.
    I wish you would look into this matter seriously and take corrective action to safe guard the passengers lives, public property and the Organization pride.

      My daughter is 11 year old and I had if proof . While boarding bus from Mysore - bus number KA 40F 1141 non stop Bangalore conductor and ticket issuing people started playing games . First they asked if we have id proof when we were ready to show they said it is based on height and charged full ticket because her height was little more than red line which was torn and not clear . Really not acceptable by KSRTC

        With reference to the above subject and complaint on RTI as well as PG Portal by ref No. MORTH/E/[protected], I have been working as Manager in Raichur for a Rural Water Supply Project and I have booked ticket through KSRTC online booking vide PNR No. J93617060 for my journey from Raichur to Harihara via Non AC Sleeper at 19:01 and date of journey is 13.5.2023. I have booked seat No. 8 on the Assile side and before Window seat was booked but it was not showing the Gender. Later near Manvi one Lady passenger occupied the seat beside me and asked me to vacate the seat. The conductor also asked me to vacate and there was no seat available in bus and I have been asked to sit in cabin even after booking for sleeper. Normally ladies seats are highlighted with yellow colour and I am unable to find that it is booked by ladies. The whole night I was forced to sit in the cabin and the same day there was a return journey to Raichur and I have suffered a lot and am still suffering from back pain. Before filing a petition in such a case I am hereby asking for whom I have to hold responsible for such an incident. Please note the date I have travelled by Bus No. KA 19 F 3553. As the conductor and drivers provided me a seat in the cabin but I am fully eligible for compensation for vacating me from the seat. I will also raise this issue through Public Grievance and awaiting for favourable response.

          I was travelling from Bangalore to Devanahalli bus got accident at Hebbal thank got no one got injured. After some time I decided to take another ksrtc bus then I get into another ksrtc bus. Another bus conductor know about the current situation then also he asked money again I told him about accident then also he is asking money and he took from me. What is non sense after accident my hands and legs are shaking conductor has no mercy at all such a awful ksrtc bus conductor. I’m very disappointed about ksrtc because my total bus charge after accident is 101rs to travel from Bangalore to Devanahalli. Such a indiscipline ksrtc bus conductor.

            Last night I have travelled in KSRTC BUS from HYD to BNG. There are lot of small cockroaches at the passenger seats which caused sleepless night for me and my 10 year old daughter. How many times I tried to throw from the seat they were coming while we were sleeping. When I asked for seat change, I was told that cockroaches are there in entire bus. Request you to take the action immediately and make sure the passengers' journey is safe. Below are the bus and trip details.

              The above mentioned itinerary was to depart from the destination at 1 pm but the bud arrived at the bus stop at 1.30 and the staff said that there is fault in the bus and can’t continue with the further route. And they don’t have replacement . This caused a great deal of inconvenience in my further commitments both financially and emotionally

                  On 13 th may I am travelling from Tavaragera of koppal district to sudi of gadag district in mantralaya to haliyal nwkrtc bus of haliyal depot I gave 200 rs note ticket charge was 90 including luggage charge ten Conductor told me that "I will give the change after" but he not wrote the change amount on ticket back side then when i asked back the change near my destination then the Conductor said I gave back your change he argued with me but he did give my change amount back he was so rude on me please take strict action on that Conductor I believe that you will ticket action on him thank you🙏🙏

                    Dear sir,
                    I've requested to my next co passanger to take the ticket, due to my time management to catch the next flight from Hyderabad, however the conductor and driver, I have requested to co-ordinate passenger to get the ticket from my end, due emergency but conductor made a obgetion, to do this process, I hope this is not any offence, this public emergency. Sometimes we to give our best support towards the KSRTC.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the unavailability of buses and the severe overcrowding issue I experienced during my recent journey from Kushtagi to Lingasugur on the afternoon of Friday, 12th May 2023.

                      According to the information I received, there was a bus scheduled to depart at 4:15 PM. However, despite patiently waiting until 4:55 PM, the bus failed to arrive. It was disheartening to observe the lack of adherence to the published time chart for bus availability. This lack of punctuality not only inconveniences passengers but also raises questions about the reliability and efficiency of the transportation system.

                      To my dismay, when the bus finally arrived, I discovered that it was already filled to capacity. Passengers were compelled to stand throughout the entire journey, resulting in an uncomfortable and unsafe traveling experience. Considering the number of individuals left stranded due to the overcrowding, it is evident that there was a significant oversight in the planning and organization of this particular route.

                      I kindly request that the appropriate authorities take immediate action to address these issues. It is crucial to ensure the timely arrival and departure of buses as per the published schedule. Additionally, measures should be implemented to avoid overcrowding, such as arranging additional buses when necessary or increasing the frequency of trips during peak hours.

                      I believe it is essential to maintain a high standard of service for public transportation, as it directly impacts the convenience and well-being of the passengers. It is my hope that my complaint will be thoroughly investigated, and necessary steps will be taken to rectify these problems, preventing them from recurring in the future.

                          I am travelling to koppal from Bangalore in ksrtc bus,
                          Due to election they are charging the fare like anything
                          They took 500/- per ticket
                          And that too not computerised ticket
                          They gave me plucked tickets.
                          This is not good,

                          Government says us to Vote
                          But government only taking advantage of this and collecting more money

                          Please give me justice for my travel.

                            I booked bus ticket for my sister for traveling banglore to kundapura bus have a arrival time of 10.30 but the even reached after 12.45 as a single lady she can't wait more for that wee contacted athority but they denaid to give proper information and not responding our call and they even don't inform a delay message to a consumer

                              On 09.05.2023, due to election, the government has taken most of the buses. Therefore, we passengers faced a problem to go to Tumkur from bangalore due to shortage of buses. At last, we got one BMTC bus, which goes to Tumkur but the conductor is charging extra 20 rupees from bangalore to Tumkur. Usually ksrtc buses charges 80 rupees and now, bmtc is charging 100 rupees. This is truly harassment. We are paying for someone else's fault. Did we ask them to take buses for election? What kind of administration is this? You are going to loose so many votes due to this. We believed that government is helpful but what is this now? Why should we pay extra 20 rupees for not fault of ours? We are really disappointed from this. I am not going to vote to this government. Seriously!! Give us the explanation.

                                No information or update about the delay from KSRTC.

                                  Ksrtc dept bus no bearing KA37F0761 DRIVING bus in wrong route. Bus was running with full capacity on NH 44 during peak night, who will be responsible if any untoward accident took place. Driver ride bus on wrong route nearly 5km for the sake of dinner.

                                      The bus (KA.19 F.3091) Puttur-Subramanya-Kaniyoor, the bus driver was carelessly driving the bus. As passengers were still getting down in Narimogaru bus stop, he started running the bus and in meantime my mother got injured due to his carelessness. I request for a strict action against the bus driver from concerned authorities.
