No proper bus bhagamandala to chikkaballapur. Irregular buses.. If waited for busses bhagamandala to madkeri mysore bangalore this bus is very helpful to reach on time.. But these days buses or irregular because of irresponsible drivers

    I am a passenger who travelled from nayandhalli to Channapatna in the bus number KA 10 F 0302!! My ticket charge was 56 since I didn’t have change I gave the conductor 100 Rupees and he gave me the ticket by mentions that he has to return44 rupees!! I kept asking him twice the entire journey!! He said he ll give me when I get down!! When I got down near Channapatna, he takes my ticket tears it into pieces and along with my he tears everybody’s ticket and hand me four notes of 100s and say to give everyone the change they were asking for!! I ain’t working for his dad or him!! I asked for my money and that’s my right!! I am a law student and I know very well about how the system works!! You need to teach your employees to behave!! He has issues then ask him to deal with it not show that on the rest of the passengers!! I can’t even upload the picture of the ticket since he tore it!!

      Money has been debited for the bus ticket from Udupi to Bangalore date-2 Jan 2023, but have not received the ticket confirmation mail or SMS regarding the same. Please do verify.

        Bus is not stop at "Sathegal handpost" stage place. It happens everyday. Today i mean 31/12/2022 also happened same thing. Bus No. KA 57, F3736, Bangalore control depot no. is 6, Route Number is 54, Bangalore to
        Chamajanagar route timings is 8.30am to 8.50am. If public is asking about bus stop, driver will reply using with abusing words, all employees and students are suffering from this issue, in that time other buses also not available, so kindly resolve this and make us comfortable.

            Bus do not stop on Designated Bus Stop at Ambalnur Village
            Post : Narsalgi, Basvan Bagewadi, Vijapura, Karnataka, Pincode : 586203

            at evening time. 18:15 pm. Date[protected]

            Bus details : Nidagundi to Basvan Bagewadi (KA38 - F0810

            The bustop is a area where lot of general people sit in, and bus timings are +- 15 Mins, so passengers tends to sit in near next to road shade.

            When the bus comes, the driver does not stop on the designated place. He just moves on, without halting and not even slow down the bus.

            The people around has to shout then we will stop it 20 meters head, and all passengers have to run behind the bus and get it the bus.

            The same happened again on evening time. 18:15 pm. Date[protected], this time a college student ran desperately and was about to fall but managed to stay still, but her college bag fell in the mud.

            When asked the driver, he and conductors says, they are not bound to stop the bus, unless and until passengers wave their hand and request to stop the bus.

            The bus considers the bus as their private property and imagine a situation where a pregnant lady wants to catch the bus.

            Registering the complaint today since i stay outstation and after reaching by destination i my logding a complaint

              Address: Divisional Controller, NWKRTC, Uttara Kannada Division AND KUMTA BUS DEPOT KUMTA TALUK HEBBAIL CONDUCTOR

              Every Day KSRTC Bus Conductor not allowing the Free Bus Pass issued to construction Building Labourers which was freely given by Government of Karnataka. The Bus runs from Uttara Kannada District Kumta Taluk to HEBBAIL Viilage SIRSI KUMTA ROAD and conductor tells to the labourers it is Duplicate Bus Pass and no such free bus pass is given by Government. Conductor of Hebbail Bus Kumta Taluk Uttara Kannada harasses the construction labourers and take money from them and give the tickets. He blames them not to show the Free Bus Pass. When Government ordered the KSRTIC why the Conductor is misbehaving with the labourers.
              All the construction labourers are unhappy in this situation and totally harassed badly by the HEBBAIL BUS CONDUCTOR of Kumta Taluk UttaraKannada District.
              The concerned officer are requested to take necessary action in this regard.

                Respected Sir/Madam,

                I travelled with my son to Channarayapatna from Bangalore on 24/12/2022 .
                We travelled in bus KA57- F1702 from Majestic. We sat in Seat 34 &35.
                Enclosing ticket here for reference.

                Before getting into the bus we enquired with TC about Channarayapatna bus. . He showed this bus and we sat in the bus also(time will be around 7 - 7.10AM). First time travelling on that route.

                Bus left the Majestic and when we were near Yesawanthapura, one passenger sitting in the front seat said and showed his message saying that seat no 35 is reserved for Belur. Once he said that i checked with the conductor about this, that time he was checking with some paper, and said yes it is reserved.

                I asked him, you could have informed us in the Majestic itself so that we could have gotten into some other bus. No answer for that instead he said to get down from the bus near Yesawantapura . He was so rude.

                I was not able to get down there (somewhere in between the journey) with my son and luggage .

                Somehow i managed to get a seat in front that is next to the engine, with severe back pain i sat there with discomfort . And I made my son sit in Seat no 34.

                Around 7.48 AM he issued tickets for us. I am enclosing those here for reference.

                As a passenger, how do we know which one is a reserved seat? By sitting alone and the discomfort we both went through along the journey is miserable ..Who is responsible for this?

                Kindly do the needful for passengers and make the Conductor to inform the passengers about the reserved seat before leaving the Bus stand. So that we can make alternate arrangments,

                    Today while going through 317A bus from majestic to hoskote ...they charged 10 rupees when we took a 3kg simple geyser by telling it is a luggage...while as per my knowledge after 25kg only we consider something as a luggage...please do help us...which will help others too

                      Dear sir, am just sharing this complaint on behalf of 400-500 people who are daily travel between 7AM - 8.30AM. Insufficient buses between the mentioned time from Malavalli to Mysore. People from the rural areas are traveling for their schools, colleges and for their jobs as well. The buses which reaches kirgavalu is already been fully loaded and the people from kirgavalu are not able to get inside the door itself. This kind of hectic travel makes the people to feel very much uncomfortable for traveling. Also this impacts their daily life and helath as well. Request you to take an action on this immediately and resolve this issue at the earliest.
                      If something goes wrong people will react violently later. Also request some senior persons to analyse the how many bus passes been issued in that perticular route and how people are travelling and also the ground reality. Also should analyse the ratio of the buses for the perticular time. It's better to arrange the 5-6 buses starting point from kirgavalu and also from Bannuru perticulaly on the peak time. Hoping positively for the action plan at the earliest.

                          I am travelling from udupi to mysore in bus number KA.19.F.3531, where only a conductor is present in this bus, he drives the bus and also issues ticket on the way where ever he is willing to stop s the vehicle like a city bus, and night time the light in the bus was not turned off till 12am, couldnt sleep due to lights. The seats were full but still this person was taking peoples in standing. The conductor asking in middle of the night weather the ticket is reserved or not even though he has checked the tickets while boarding, i dont know how ksrtc is allowing only one person to issue tickets and to drive the bus for 400 kms journy, i request ksrtc to take a look at this matter as this is playing with passengers safety and life.

                            I am Bhasha Saraswathi Kana, i have tried to book a ticket from Uppinangady to Bengaluru on 20th November 2022 and 11th December 2022.
                            Both the time i paid through Paytm, the amount got deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. Soon i got an Email from KSRTC with a
                            OB ref: OB[protected]th Nov)
                            OB ref: OB[protected]th Dec) respectively.
                            I have mailed to [protected]@ksrtc.org many times and i have not recieved any response. Then i called [protected] twice and the customer care agent told me that she will raise a complaint . Upto today i havent recieved any update and no refund has been given. I have lost ₹512 two times, i.e ₹1024 .
                            I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                              I had booked a package tour to Tirupati with KSRTC on 01st October 2022 and the trip was scheduled for 09th October 2022.
                              I had booked another ticket to Tirupati through another travel agent scheduled for 09th October 2022.
                              So I immediately tried to cancel the ticket booked via KSRTC 02nd & 04th Oct but couldn't cancel because I got an error on their portal. So I sent an email to their email ID '
                              KSTDC Support ' asking to cancel the ticket. I had sent multiple chasers but they did not cancel the ticket. Instead they responded stating " As Per Guidelines imposed from Tirupati Tirumala Package Tour there will be no cancellations or any modifications allowed before 07 days of departure. "
                              Which means I can cancel the ticket any day between 2nd Oct and 9th Oct.
                              IN spite of repeated chasers, they have not refunded the amount. they had called me 2 to 3 times stating we will get back to you. but after that they have stopped calling me, responding to my call and emails.
                              Kindly request you to raise a complaint against them and help me get the refund for the ticket.

                                  I took red colour ksrtc bus from NARSAPURA, KOLAR at 10:50 AM 19 DECEMBER 2022 Towards TIN FACTORY an arrived at TIN FACTORY at 11:52 AM.
                                  Because of I have no Rs53 change for ticket but I give Rs 103 to the conductor after that on my stop(TIN FACTORY) I asked to him for remaining Rs50 so he took my ticket, crop it and gave me Rs50 return without ticket. I got off from I forgot to take my laptop bag. Now I have nothing to find it. I went Kolar bus terminal and told them all the things they give me some numbers of buses though departed from Kolar in between 9:45 to 10:20 - KA1854, KA1751, KA2796 KA1824 KA4488 KA1792 KA1749 KA1432.
                                  I am now helpless 😭. Please help me to find my laptop bag with laptop, clothes and steel water bottle. Please return it to me.

                                    There are no KSRTC busses from Anekal Town to Hosur between 7.00am to 8.00am, problem is from last 2 months before that we use to have many busses..

                                      Myself Rakesh Vishwaroop who works as assistant professor at GMIT college davanagere. Daily I travel from ranebennur through non stop buses. But in the evening very less number of buses are available and they are almost taking more than 85 passengers who can't even able to stand in the bus. In the afternoon buses will go without passengers. Please do take care of this point and allot more buses in the evening session to take care of passenger's safe journey

                                        The bus was supposed to arrive and departure Hassan at 12.55pm.. but arrived at 1.20pm and departed at 1.33pm..
                                        Bus number KA 18 F 967
                                        Let me know what is the action taken..
                                        100% times the busses are late..
                                        If it so confirmed about delays, kindly update the best possible timings or take proper for such irresponsible delays or don't promote to use public transport when you can't keep up your services..
