Respected sir
My self Vikram I when I travelling banavara To arisikere 12.30pm bus which is for shivmoga to Bangalore Bus no was KA14 F 0102.
I gave 100Rs to conductor they ask for tender but I have no chiller so balance amount write on ticket and say you take after some time. But when reached at destination he telling to me I have no change you do manage and shouted on me conductor and driver both had misbehavior with me also with other ladies passenger who have no chiller. Please take action on them I see this type of incidents daily in KSRTC

    My husband and I travelled from Shivamogga to Arashinakunte Bengaluru on 28/11/22 at 10.30pm bus no. KA14F0064 (PFA the ticket attached). We requested the conductor and driver to stop the bus at Arashinakunte at 4:45am but he was not ready to stop the bus. On our outward journey to Shivamogga, we took a bus from this same stop at Arashinakunte. He not only didn't consider our request but also behaved very rudely with my husband (who is a senior citizen) and me. The conductor even came to hit my husband and when I tried to stop he behaved rudely with me without considering I am a woman. Upon saying that we will complain about their behaviour to KSRTC office, their reply was only that "no one can do anything to us, go do what you want". Finally they stopped the bus at 8th Mile, and we had to take a taxi from there to Arashinakunte as we had a lot of luggage that early in the morning.
    We would like to bring to your notice such inappropriate behaviour by KSRTC staff and the lack of respect for women and senior citizen. We implore you to take necessary action to prevent others from such experiences.

      There are many students travelling from Gauribidanur to Bangalore, and gauribidanur depot manager is not sending busses to students in the morning. And one bus runs from kodigenahalli to Bangalore via Gauribidanur, and this bus conductor doesn't stop at Rajankunte even though the pass is till rajankunte only . Ksrtc officials please look it .

        Hello Team,

        I had booked the tickets with the below details.

        PNR: J90569340

        My boarding point was Edapally Toll Junction and the pick up point was 7:25pm.

        We were stuck in traffic while reaching the pick up point and had called up the driver at 7:25 pm that we will be delayed by some time and the driver agreed to wait for 5-10 mins being a traffic centric junction.

        We tried to reach per the agreed time but when we were to reach the point by 7:40 the driver moved the vehicle and asked us to come towards the next stop which is aluva junction which was 10kms from the existing point.

        Hence we again boarded an auto to make it to the second point.But, still because of heavy traffic in the highway road we were being delayed and the driver moved from the second point and left us.

        When asked about the same he advised that he had waited almost 20-25 mins for us at the two points and the other passengers were complaining about the delay.We completely understand that there was a delay because of the heavy traffic and we tried out best to reach the point.

        I had requested the driver to wait for few mins moving away from the Edapally Toll plaza to some distance where there is no traffic instead he asked to come us all the way to next point which was 10 kms.

        This travel time for us would have been reduced if he had waited at a short distance from the edappaly point instead of aluva.

        We were travelling with family and when i told the same to him he repeatedly said that it's our fault instead of waiting for us just few mins from the Edapally point.

        When my friends wife spoke with him he confronted to her to pass the call to elders and that he cannot speak to children and which was very rude of him.

        Because we missed the bus we had to undergo a burden of spending more than 5k to some private travellers to return to Bengaluru.

        We did not have any other as we were travelling with family and to a different state and we had to take a decision as soon as possible because it was getting late night.

        This unexpected burden of money, stress, humiliation to lady did cause us a lot of disturbance. I told the driver that being a kannadiga he should the fellow kannadigas and instead he rejected to do so and caused us the intense burden of Stress and Tension the whole night.

        The reason i booked a KSRTC bus stop was that i had faith and trust ove the department but instead the Dept person negligence and Rude behaviour failed to do so.

        This could have avoided if he had waited for few mins near the edappaly bus stop instead of next stop.

        Hence I request you to provide us the refund of the ticket fare as we proactively updated to everything to driver and instead driver though waited but didn't help us till the end at late night hours.

        Hoping a positive response from your end as this is serious that needs to be considered from our point if view. I have tried to explain everything that happened, feel free to approach me for any other information.

          Yesterday 27 nov 22, travelled from Calicut to Bangalore by the morning 10.30 airavat club class starting from calicut.
          1. tried to board the bus which was parked at stand 30 min before start of journey as had luggage in hand. Driver shouted not to board unless told--rudely.
          2. had at start of journey enquired whether i could be dropped ta Mysore road metro station as at mysore satellite bus stand is distance away. Staff said rudely there is no such station and we will only drop at satellite bus stand.
          3. Bus didn't enter satellite bus stand and dropped on the opposite side of satellite bus stand in the rush traffic. very difficult to carry luggage to the foot path.

          passenger -lady.

          I use ksrtc for travel from bangalore to chennai, hyderabad and otehr places because of the courteous staff and hospitality. But staff of ksrtc on calicut bangalore route is not cooperative.

            This bus conductor behaviour very dirty, today in kagwad bus stand he spoke some bad words to girls now girls are waiting in shiraguppi stop for waiting this conductor, ,
            What is the problem of that conductor why he done like this .
            We need to talk with him I don't know his name but we need to talk
            Worst behaviour ksrtc
            If not done any meeting/talk then we know next procedure

              When busses move in the setellite busstand, Bangalore towards platform 1, passengers sitting on waiting chairs feel shaking in the ground(floor). I strongly doubt that if the shaking continue, may damage busstand building.
              I kindly request the concerned officials look into the issue immediately.
              When busses move floor shaking experience is felt to the passengers sitting on the waiting chairs in platform No. 1

                I have booked the bus from Davangere to Bangalore at 5.40am of 27th oct 2022, then I got PNR number vehicle number crew number which was given at 3.20am and the vehicle number, crew number provided was different from actual bus number.
                I called crew member and asked they said u called the other number the actual crew was different.

                We faced a major issue due to change in vehicle number and crew number we went to other stop early in the morning then after only I got it's difficult and inevitable for public if you do the changes without informing them or by giving wrong numbers to them.

                If it's an senior citizen it will be a big issue.

                Kindly correct this for the next time.

                Below mentioned is mailed from KSRTC but the bus number and crew number was different from actual one

                  Dear KSRTC
                  The bus from Davangere to Bangalore
                  Rajahamsa date :27.11.22, timing 14:25
                  Bus number:F2045 should reach at 19.40 but he left the Davangere only at 2.40 pm instead of 2.25pm
                  And he took the service road in nelamangala instead of taking fly over .All the passengers requested him to take flyover but he took service road donno the reason, till now i.e 8.10pm still we are in binnamangala now only 30min late at what time he will reach Bangalore donno .
                  Only the single girls will be traveling what we should do if he reach late to majestic.
                  How we should go from majestic to our place as it's not much safe to travel late night alone.

                    In middle of journey conductor asked me to get up from seat & telling to go near engine box.

                    While traveling from Bangalore majestic to Mulbagal

                    Note: there is no reservation nothing when am sitting on seat no was W26 & 27 i have ticket & photo of seat number.

                    Really i feel very bad & am filing against on him IPC 354.

                      Dear ksrtc,
                      Many peoples is suffering from this problem because there is no bus from Bidar to Nizamabad district ?? There is only one bus in a day from Nizamabad, district Telangana state and that bus is not came to Bidar Bus stand so I request to you please arrange another bus from Bidar to Nizamabad District.

                        As per above subject I inform you that our school is Govt High MARIKATTI tal Bailhongal and Dist Belagavi. Around seven villages students coming to this school for higher education but they don't have good bus service specially after school left that is 4.45pm . Bailhongal depo bus is coming to MARIKATTI 5.30pm then it go to Ganikoppa then Navalagatti and Heremele. So it is too late to students to reach their house specially girl students and parents also worried about their kids. And when school closed 4.45pm students are fighting among them selves so it is very difficult to take care of students so please provide bus service in school time. Thank You

                          Today[protected] I had a ride with ksrtc red bus from Pandavapura railway station to Chinakurali and bus number KA 13 F2154 in this bus conductor behaving a very bad with passengers also she is not give them stop in exact stop also she is not take them inside the bye in stops she will scold with all passengers and we felt very bad

                            Today I have journey to lakshmeshwar to yalavigi, I ask conductor it stop at yalavigi?? He replied yes bus well stop but you have 17 rupees change then you getting bus, otherwise you don't getting, it's not good behavior and talk rudely to passengers, so I request to you please take action

                              I started my travel from chitapur, and the bus started over loading people from every stop. There is no hygiene and cleanliness in the bus. People are falling on each other. There is pungent smell in the bus. In this era of pandemic this is not to be accepted. Please take actions and take care of the citizens

                                Sub:Negligence of Duty and Rude Behaviour Mrs.Shaziya Banu Depot Manager, Channrayapatna, Hassan Dist.

                                It has been brought to your attention that my name is Venkatesh and I was travelling from Arakalgud to Bangalore on 15th Nov 2022. Unfortunately while travelling someone stole my laptop at Channarayapatna bus stand after some time came to know that my office laptop is missed then immediately I returned to Channarayapatna bus station to check CCTV footage. It was already evening staff said that no one is here to check CCTV now, come tomorrow with police complaint.

                                The next day morning I went along with town police inspector at 10am to monitor CCTV the staff replied bring permission from Mrs.Shaziya Banu depot manager Channarayapatna, she was not in seat when police visited however police took permission and stared monitor CCTV unfortunately power shutdown then since 3 hours there was no power in the bus stand also no one is observing, later I visited to depot manager cabin to inform regarding power issue. Her reply was wow! beautiful “that is none my responsibilities get lost” then somehow we rectified power issue and went to check CCTV again, but it was asking user name and password.
                                As per staff instruction 2nd time I went to depot manager cabin to explain CCTV password issue. She replied that I do not have any password again same reply “get lost” she was very rude behaviour with passenger and not fit for depot manager when she is not having any control, information.
                                Finally they made me to wait full day to check CCTV footage even after police complaint.
                                My humble request now:
                                1) I request to change the depot manager.
                                2) Please put 1 person to monitor CCTV when help required
                                3) Please provide soft skill to the staff.

                                Now i have to pay the cost of laptop or else i may loose my job.
                                Kindly i request to help me in financial, because i am the only person earning in my family.

                                  In haveri bus stand there is no display of parking price details and they charged 30 rs for 5 minute in early morning 4.40 am. I ask they will telling me if you want use otherwise not use. Kindly solve so many people's facing this problems..

                                    Bus driver of KSRTC AC BUS which is going towards doddaballapur at mekhri circle @4:35pm he is driving fastly and coming towards rashly onto all motor vehicles. Many of motor vehicles had been frightened with such behaviour and also we observed he is talking over phone while he is driving.

                                    This is really bad and if any unfortunate thing happens there are families on roads which their lives are effected

                                        Today i have travelled from chittor to Bangalore i have board the bus around 1:30 a.m in chittor i have given amount of 500rs to ticket collector to buy ticket.he as given ticket and write something on the ticket.i have thought that later he will give.before reaching majestic i as him change i told that I have given balance amount.i have written only 8rs .i have been argued with him .he even didn't cross check is collection amount.without checking he is telling i didn't have excess amount.it was Nalla Mangala bus.he is telling come and buy while giving amount in bus depot.i have attached bus number and ticket.kindly take action on this.
