Is driving like in racing track and i informed conductor about this he also neglected my word moreover he is racing with krstc non stop bus
This kind of reckless behaviour is not appreciated
I request the sole authority to kindly take any action...

KSRTC driver and conductor both are conducting unlawfull reaction because in the buss they not mention the subject of Student pass not allowed " But they told that students not climbing in the buss ... It's unlawful and totall negligence of that buss conducter and driver strictly action against with the buss conducter and drive...

Bus was in the bustand but the bus doesnt had the board where is its destinaton and it was heavily raining and we sat in the bus but the bus conductor threatend us that he will file false complaint about us that we have damaged us bus belongs to karwar depot and it is halt bus which goes to halga

I write to submit that the buses from Gowribidanur to Bengaluru and also Hindupur to Bangalore are not giving stops at Maharani College and Mysore Bank, since they are using the route of Shivanand Circle route to reach the Majestic, which is causing very inconvenience to the public. In this regard, i request your good self to instruct the drivers and conductors of Gowribidanur Depot to give stops at Maharani College and Mysore Bank....

We are travellers form hassan, we had visited sringeri and wantend to go to honnuru on 24th october 2022, we all werr near to that place and we went to sringering KSRTC bus stand to get a Horanadu Bus and we had asked the conducter information about bus because of non availability of TC there, he had misguided us and said us to travel in Balehonnuru bus of name NISHMITHA MOTORS which was in ksrtc bus stand and we thought of getting into it...

Its been around 12 hrs of journey from bangalore to kundapura the bus timings is 11:45 pm bus arrived at 12 on ksrtc depo and its been 1 am started leaving from bangalore

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have cancelled a KSRTC ticket with PNR Number: J89710670 on 04th of October, 2022. The payment for the ticket has been done through Google Pay and I have not received the refund of Rs.1600/- yet. It has been 12 working days/ 16 days since the cancellation of the ticket and I did send emails to the [protected]@ksrtc.org and never received any response. I called both the helpline numbers and no one picked...

Its been 20 days since i given DL Test and submitted my 2 wheeler DL smart card but still it is in pending state.

Called KR Puram RTO(KA53) 3-4 times, but still in same state.

My Application number is : [protected].

Attached the screenshot of the current status....

I have paid through my phonepe, but status is paid.But in ksrtc it is showing failure, please help me immediately....

As I mentioned many of the buses will not go to tumkur bus stop especially in morning as many of passengers will feel difficult to travel and we need to wait for so long...

Frequency of buses displayed in Challakere bus station are not same as the buses available to Bangalore (via Tumkur) in the morning time.

Most of Tumkur going passenger need to wait for long time and there specific details which buses will go to Tumkur except the 8:15 kgf bus.

All other buses are skip the Bangalore....

I tried booking ticket in ksrtc.in from bangalore to shimoga i was taken through online phonepay where 956 was deducted for 2 seats but seat is not booked. I dint receive an confirmation/failure message on booking but money was deducted. To check on this, i called the customer care, took the number from ksrtc portal. i was kept waiting for more than 10min in the call to be answered by any customer care executive but my call was not taken...

Conductor had been confused and taken more money once I got ticket o asked extra money back and he had argued and not given back the same thing had happen with the same conductor more than twice hence rising compliant and he is also a driver rude bus driving...
