As per above subject I inform you that our school is Govt High MARIKATTI tal Bailhongal and Dist Belagavi. Around seven villages students coming to this school for higher education but they don't have good bus service specially after school left that is 4.45pm . Bailhongal depo bus is coming to MARIKATTI 5.30pm then it go to Ganikoppa then Navalagatti and Heremele. So it is too late to students to reach their house specially girl students and parents also worried about their kids. And when school closed 4.45pm students are fighting among them selves so it is very difficult to take care of students so please provide bus service in school time. Thank You

    Dear team,

    Today[protected] I had a ride with ksrtc red bus from Pandavapura railway station to Chinakurali and bus number KA 13 F2154 in this bus conductor behaving a very bad with passengers also she is not give them stop in exact stop also she is not take them inside the bye in stops she will scold with all passengers and we felt very bad

      Today I have journey to lakshmeshwar to yalavigi, I ask conductor it stop at yalavigi?? He replied yes bus well stop but you have 17 rupees change then you getting bus, otherwise you don't getting, it's not good behavior and talk rudely to passengers, so I request to you please take action

        I started my travel from chitapur, and the bus started over loading people from every stop. There is no hygiene and cleanliness in the bus. People are falling on each other. There is pungent smell in the bus. In this era of pandemic this is not to be accepted. Please take actions and take care of the citizens

          Sub:Negligence of Duty and Rude Behaviour Mrs.Shaziya Banu Depot Manager, Channrayapatna, Hassan Dist.

          It has been brought to your attention that my name is Venkatesh and I was travelling from Arakalgud to Bangalore on 15th Nov 2022. Unfortunately while travelling someone stole my laptop at Channarayapatna bus stand after some time came to know that my office laptop is missed then immediately I returned to Channarayapatna bus station to check CCTV footage. It was already evening staff said that no one is here to check CCTV now, come tomorrow with police complaint.

          The next day morning I went along with town police inspector at 10am to monitor CCTV the staff replied bring permission from Mrs.Shaziya Banu depot manager Channarayapatna, she was not in seat when police visited however police took permission and stared monitor CCTV unfortunately power shutdown then since 3 hours there was no power in the bus stand also no one is observing, later I visited to depot manager cabin to inform regarding power issue. Her reply was wow! beautiful “that is none my responsibilities get lost” then somehow we rectified power issue and went to check CCTV again, but it was asking user name and password.
          As per staff instruction 2nd time I went to depot manager cabin to explain CCTV password issue. She replied that I do not have any password again same reply “get lost” she was very rude behaviour with passenger and not fit for depot manager when she is not having any control, information.
          Finally they made me to wait full day to check CCTV footage even after police complaint.
          My humble request now:
          1) I request to change the depot manager.
          2) Please put 1 person to monitor CCTV when help required
          3) Please provide soft skill to the staff.

          Now i have to pay the cost of laptop or else i may loose my job.
          Kindly i request to help me in financial, because i am the only person earning in my family.

            In haveri bus stand there is no display of parking price details and they charged 30 rs for 5 minute in early morning 4.40 am. I ask they will telling me if you want use otherwise not use. Kindly solve so many people's facing this problems..

              Bus driver of KSRTC AC BUS which is going towards doddaballapur at mekhri circle @4:35pm he is driving fastly and coming towards rashly onto all motor vehicles. Many of motor vehicles had been frightened with such behaviour and also we observed he is talking over phone while he is driving.

              This is really bad and if any unfortunate thing happens there are families on roads which their lives are effected

                  Today i have travelled from chittor to Bangalore i have board the bus around 1:30 a.m in chittor i have given amount of 500rs to ticket collector to buy ticket.he as given ticket and write something on the ticket.i have thought that later he will give.before reaching majestic i as him change i told that I have given balance amount.i have written only 8rs .i have been argued with him .he even didn't cross check is collection amount.without checking he is telling i didn't have excess amount.it was Nalla Mangala bus.he is telling come and buy while giving amount in bus depot.i have attached bus number and ticket.kindly take action on this.

                    KSRTC buses are not coming and not giving the stops at the Kumbalgud bus stop (official bus stage) while heading towards Mysore/Bangalore.
                    We are facing this kind of issue daily. Even though there are thousands of passengers daily traveling to and from Kumbalgud. From Bangalore to mysore all the cities like Bangalore, Ramanagara, channapatna, Maddur, mandya and having the KSRTC bus depot. All the depot's having buses, but inconvenience in travelling and also in timing.
                    Due to the NH 275 flyover from Rajarajeshwari Hospital to Christ college, kanaminiki in mysore road, all the buses are skipping the Kumbalgud bus stop and going on the flyover.
                    From this issue thousands of passengers facing problems daily. Even though having the monthly passes, we are spending money to the private vehicles and also loosing our precious time.
                    Complaining at the bus depot, TT and KSRTC helpline also, we didn't get the solution.
                    Requesting that kindly look into this issue on a serious note and expecting a permanent solution.

                      We booked ticket for Dharmasthala. Back door bus layout is showed while booking, but front door bus we got at pickup point. Our entire family are faced huge difficult because of seats are not as per our booking layout. I contact with customer care, but they are not response properly. Also bus is too overload, just mention Non stop Stickers all over d bus.
                      We need justice, and revert back.

                        Sir/Madam,
                        I wish to draw and focus your mind on the rude behaviour of bus driver of the vehicle No as mentioned in the photo on the date 07/11/22 around 15:50 near sarvodaya circle towards Desai circle road Keshwapur stop. The driver was frightening the 2 wheeler person who was about to start the vehicle with his co passenger with very minimal distance between both the vehicles and started to fight with the same person arguing that the stop is in the middle of the road but there is not even a single board for the bus stop.So i would request you to look into the matter and make some designated stops and inform all the drivers for exact stop location with some proper sign boards. I'm a local shop keeper who daily witness such incidents infront of my shop and also the drivers say overconfidently that "no-one can do anything if you want you go and complaint ", so this prompted me to take a photo of this bus to and complaint here with a hope that you would look into the matter seriously and change this behaviour of some drivers.                           Travelling date - 10th Nov 2022( 4pm)

                          I entered the bus at 3.45 from challakere, The conductor didn't ask a few of the front seat passengers for the ticket. After 8-10 min checker and one inspector stepped on the bus and started checking, they found we didn't take the tickets they charged us 500each. The inspector realised that the problem was with the conductor and told him to give us the penalty amount.
                          From there the drama starts, after taking an 183rs ticket, the conductor is refused to give the balance from 200rs. Let it be okay.
                          Later 10 min he came beside me and asked for 100 rs, I didn't give.
                          Then he started threatening and saying something in kannada( probably bad words).
                          With that I gave him the money and he said that this money for a ticket that u travelled from challakere to hiliyur.
                          Then i asked for the ticket and he didn't give it.
                          Total of 100+17(balance ) =117rs he had taken from me .

                            I tried to book the ticket but the ticket was not booked and amount is deducted from my account.

                            Kindly request you to refund the amount which was deducted from my account.

                            Kindly find below booking details.

                            Amount: 682

                            As per instruction provided in KSRTC website. Money will be returned back with in 7 working days. But I didn't get my money back to my account.

                            We have sent an email to [protected]@ksrtc.org. But there is no response from the team.

                              KA16-F0052 ON The date of 06/11/2022 Driver is limitlessly accelerating the bus..he is driving the vehicle approximately 120km/hours this vehicle is exceeding the speed limit of 80km/hrs (speed governor is not installed) driver eating lot of gutka and splitting through window every time..

                                      Is driving like in racing track and i informed conductor about this he also neglected my word moreover he is racing with krstc non stop bus
                                      This kind of reckless behaviour is not appreciated

                                        KSRTC driver and conductor both are conducting unlawfull reaction because in the buss they not mention the subject of Student pass not allowed " But they told that students not climbing in the buss ... It's unlawful and totall negligence of that buss conducter and driver strictly action against with the buss conducter and drive
