The buses along the kelgeri road or anjaneya road are very low in number so they get delayed.It is becoming very difficult to wait daily for half an hour or may be one hour for a bus to come. Kindly please take a note of this and launch some more buses along the kelgeri road or anjaneya nagar.

    Sirsi-belaganvi or sagar-belaganvi route Express busses route through haliyal yellapura being main stops timing: from haliyal: 4 30 have been coming too late like half an hour sometimes 45 min late which causing late for us passengers and many o[censored]s have to connect another buses from yellapura too because of this being late we are missing our other sides reaching home too late so the request is buses should be on time so we passengers shouldn't suffer

      Sir, The driver of the KSRTC bus No KA19 F3455 which was heading from Mangalore KSRTC bus stand towards Kapikad-Kuntikan junction at around 8.05PM on 12 Oct 2022 was driving very carelessly and I have seen him abusing other vehicle drivers along the route. I was riding my bike and got close to the driver side and asked him to drive slowly as there was many other 2 wheelers riding their kids along. The driver in turn was abusing me and was almost hit me.
      These kind of drivers are not reliable to drive on roads as they risk others life.
      Requesting you to kindly enquire and take appropriate action against the driver so as to make the roads a bit more safer.

        I had booked tickets from CHIKKAMAGALURU to bangalore through the website and it had immediately taken the booking amount and sent a e ticket on my mail with OB number OB51661393, but didn't recieve the m-ticket, and I had to pay again for the tickets and then could travel back to Bangalore. Till now I have not recieved my refund of that ticket booked of Rs 1276

          Sir,
          I reserved a ticket( Karnataka rtc, Awatar club class) from Bangalore shanti nagar to kozhikode on 29/09/22 ticket rate 1260/- when checked my OB reference number, the status is failure. but the money debited from my account . I can't the refund yet. Please resolve the problem .

            Sir, I am regular commuter between these two cities & travel mostly by Non-stop Saarige buses. But, now the new bypass route connecting Bidadi to Channapatna is opened for public & vice versa. While trvelling from Bengaluru to Mysore in Non-stop bus, It takes the above said route. But, while coming from Mysore to BEngaluru in Non-stop bus, its not using bypass route. Why? Kindly clarify as we travel to reach destination early. But, drivers avoid bypass & go to channapatna to have break which consumes almost 30 mins. Kindly clarify as many co-passengers are disturbed by this.

              Ka14 f0080 was doing rash driving.
              It was a just miss to my family from that bus.
              When we stopped bus, the bus driver misbehaved and was rude with ladies also.

              So we went till tiptur bus stand and asked for clarification but there was no response. They answers that ksrtc busses don't have air horn.. I don't know logic of air horn ...

              They bus was about 75 to 85 kmph on the road which is under construction (one way due to construction)

              There was proper response from any officials.

              I would like to know what actions are taken against such drivers

                Hi,

                I was traveling from Jalahalli cross (Bangalore) to Tumkur and took a KSRTC (KA 14 - F0019) Normal Bus which is Shivamogga division. Got the bus at night 11.32 PM on Oct 7th in Jalahalli cross and reached Tumkur @ 1.15AM at midnight, the bus supposed to go to Tumkur bus stand but Driver asked me to get down in Tumkur town hall. I asked sir please drop me in bus stand because I have a luggage, he said that no we won't go to bus stand, then I clearly told that I took a ticket to Tumkur bus stand not in mid way of the road, conducter was sleeping and driver was arguing with me and told me that we never go to Tumkur Bus stand, he was behaving very badly infront of passangers and he told that if you want to get down, get down other wise go and die and behaved very rudely with me, and he was moving the bus without stopping, I was about fell down under the bus tyre unfortunately God has saved me, I fell down on the road while getting down, he left me in mid of the way he went towards Shivamogga.

                Also, I have informed to Tumkur dipo person who is taking a entry of all the buses. He also told me that this bus (KA 14-F0019) should give a stop in Tumkur bus stand and he noted bus number seperately. Do not know what action he will take.

                Is this the humanity of the driver that to at night @ 1 o clock?

                Is this the right way to behave with the passengers?

                Who is the responsible for this?

                Also, Driver is behaving as if he is the owner of the bus, I would request KSRTC MD please take a quick action against driver and conducter.

                Please let me know what action do KSRTC take...

                I am still shocking to come out of this because I was about fell down under the bus tyre unfortunately God has saved me. Please think that every one has has their own family and safety is the first priority to all o[censored]s because of one person we loose our life.

                  I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Kalpetta on 24 th October. Amount has been deducted from my account but no PNR number given. I haven't received the confirmation on email or mobile number. This is not the first time it's happening with Ksrtc. Kindly resolve.

                    Hello,
                    I am Nagaraj Raikar, I have booked 4 tickets from Bangalore to KUKKESUBRAMANYA.

                    At 9.40 pm bus was parked at the platform no 2 and we entered the bus with no KA 21 F 0233, after entering the bus we kept luggage at the booked seats I.e seat no 5, 6, 7, 8 and made my family to sit but seats were dirty so I was cleaning but surprisingly I saw cockroachs on the seat I lift the seat and saw even there were lots of cockroachs under the seat/ bed, by seeing I was very upset and worried how to sleep in this condition so thought of telling this to driver.

                    After this I came down, driver and conductor were standing together so I informed them that there are cockroachs on the bed and under the bed but sadly they mad fun of me telling what do you mean by cockroachs we don't know so I told them in kannada and also showed them the photo then their mouth were shut.

                    I want to complaint against KSRTC regarding this irresponsible way of handling the things and providing bus Services by them.

                    I request you to take this issue seriously and resolve it as soon as possible so that no other should face the same problem.

                    And also request you to refund my ticket value to my bank account which is Rs. 2206/-

                    I hope the problem will be resolved as soon as possible and I will get my bus fare refund back.

                            The conductor behaves very badly, the is from doddabalapura to kaveri bhavana,
                            He talk harshly with every passanger, and he is not giving change amount for anyone, make sure take a action about him, if not possible, its ok, we know how india is full of corruption, and they dont care about public, when u family faces such problems it better for urs.                               It's been observed that when I was travelling from Bangalore to Mangalore Candiments stores inside the Busstand are charging More then MRP for item like lays kurkure and soft drinks which is an illigal practice as per consumar act ..

                              It' is not only in one or two shopes observed in lot of shops in entire Karnataka KSRTC Busstand .

                              When customer is asking for the same they will speak with Rudely or Showing roudism

                                Monthly twice I will be travelling to my native from Bengaluru, since other timings are not suitable will be booking last bus for my native place from Bengaluru. They also reach min 1.5-2hrs delay from time they mentioned while booking, driver or conductors never provide any reason for delay. One time because of this delay one of my co-passenger has missed his flight. Kindly department value passangers timings. Couple of times passengers were guiding routes to the drivers.

                                  My daughter was travelling from Chennai to Bangalore on 1st October & the bus (KA57F1644) started around 10 am from Chennai. under Breakdown aroun 12 noon near Walaja toll. My daughter was upset and she was crying aloing with other passengers. The Crew was not giving proper infromation to my daughter. I called customer care[protected], no proper response from them. They were not even aware and answering latergically. Then called the Depot incharge ([protected]) and he was stating that the breakdown information came to him only by 4.15pm. We believe KSRTC and its service and is this the way they respond. Plesae do the needful and take care of the public.

                                    Yesterday[protected] when I was traveling from Tirupati to Bangalore in AIRAVAT (KSRTC) my laptop was stolen. I was carrying total 3 bags in which 2bags are kept in dippo and other was luggage section. After i reached banglore i noticed that my laptop was missing and not only mine another person's laptop was missing. Then driver told that he saw a 3 men suspicious when they was leaving. And finally i got to know that my laptop was stolen and i reported in KSRTC(Majestic) but no action was taken . I didn't get a proper response . It is your responsibility to keep the luggage. So I need a proper answer for this . I need to know what happened and i need you to find my laptop

                                      I missed my exams due to non punctuality of bus, reached 3hr delay from blore to shimogga.
                                      Whole night did not slept because of bus noise, metal sound and suspension less vehicle.
                                      Suffered Full body pain
                                      Bus didn't have wiper in rainy season
                                      Bus doesn't have proper gear lever
                                      Rain water is leaking inside window
