Address: #63 , 1ST FLOOR, 6TH MAIN, ARAVINDANAGAR

Today at majestic bus terminal 3 where the bus are scheduled to go from Bangalore to Tirupati they are not allowing passengers to come inside the Tirupati busese. These buses are refusing to give stop at kolar, Mulbagal and other stops.
Inspite of going in our ksrtc I went in an ASPRTC bus.
Why the stuffs are behaving like this in ksrtc ?
People who go Tirupati also give fare,
We also give fare right. I guess Tirupati busese are not required in this route

The bus conductor man handle me and several passengers even for not giving tender change.

The bus no is KA 18 F 1020.

    I had travelled form Blore to Gokarna on 5.9.2022 by non AC sleeper bus of KSRTC

    The PNR was T89336654
    Trip COde 2100BNGGKN
    Dep time 2100
    Seat No 7, 8 & 10

    The light and the charging point provided at the berth of the sleeper coach was not working
    The conductor was also not bothered about the same even on complaining
    Pl ensure that the facilities given are in working condition

      I'd booked KSRTC Airavat Club Class for my travel from Bengaluru to Coimbatore on the 4th of September'22. My travel PNR: J89325060. The scheduled to leave from Shantinagar Bus Stand at 10.30pm came by only 1.30am which is a delay by 3 hrs without any notice or intimation from KSRTC or the staff. The bus sent was a spare and broke down after travelling around 250km and again no support received from KSRTC officials. We were forced to take alternate local transport to reach our destinations with much struggle. I'd demand KSRTC refund the money paid for the ticket which being charged to a customer after all this is not fair.

          Address: KSRTC, Majestic Busstand

          Today on Sep 8th, 2022 in Majestic KSRTC busstand.. While they just charge 3rs for Men's toilet which is very clean. The women staffs asks 10rs for urinals.
          When asked why there is a difference for men and Women toilet, they are saying me that their toilet doesn't have water. And they are asking me to go wherever there is less . such a ride behaviour. Please maintain the board which has the fixed price for both men and women toilet. This is not the fair price we pay here. They are charging however they want. Please take the action immediately in all the washrooms.

                I am nayana kumara g phd student i am doing my research work in kuvempu university shankaraghatta i applied a new student bus pass application for the year 2022-23, but pass counter employees issued me bus pass from june2022-march2023. My last year pass valued from september2021-june2022 and then they renived for 2 months (july and august). The problem is how can they give pass from repeated date . I need bus pass from september2022-june2023.

                    I am student i arrived at nelamagala by pass bus station bus pass i sfrom nelamagala to banglore conductor not allowed student bus pass because he told it is an interstate bus bus is from tirupathi it relates to hassan depot bus no ka 57F4464 @9 52 am date on 3rd September 2022
                    The question why student pass not allowed?
                    Give instructions about allowing bus passes of student to conductors as soon as poosible resolve this i hope next time not repeat issues

                        Complaint PNR J89256673. With reference to the above PNR, it is to state that we have first booked bus for date: 31Aug2022 time 23.15 but it was rescheduled to 22.32 from shantinagar bus stand.
                        Further when we reached the said bus stand, and enquired about the same, the attendend siting at ksrtc counter told bus will arrive and we will be informed . Soon we came to know that the bus from shanti nagar to ooty destined at 22.32 started to depart and the person sitting at the counter was not knowing at all.
                        Also KSRTC DO NOT HAVE COURTSEY TO SHARE THE DRIVER DETAILS BUS NUMBERS BY MESSAGE.
                        With great difficulty we managed to get the details of bus and asked that driver to hold on which had already departed.
                        Me my wife and 4 yrs old kid had to run behind them to get the boarding as if KSRTC IS RUNNING SOME FREE PROGRAMME. SHAMELESS.
                        IS KSRTC, AFTER CHARGING THE AGREED PRICE PROVIDE SUCH KIND OF FRAUDULENT SERVICES???? WHAT ISBTHE INTENTION - TO CHARHE FROM ONE CUSTOMER AND SELL THE SAME TO OTHER CUSTOMER ON THE WAY TO INCREASE THEIR REVENUE COLLECTION OR IS IT A FRAUD?????? BUSES ARE DEPARTING ON ITS OWN AND IT APPEARS KSRTC HAVE TRAINED DRIVERS AND CONDUCTERS TO QUARREL WITH CUSTOMERS.
                        WHETHER SUCH ACTION IS GIVING GLORY TO KSRTC??????????.
                        IT IS SHAMELESS ON THE PART OF KSRTC TO CHARGE FROM CUSTOMERS AND FROM BACK DOOR RUN THE BUSES WITHOUT GIVING OPPORTUNITY TO SIT IN BUS.
                        KINDLY WAKE UP AND TAKE ACTION. IF NOT I WL BE SPREADING MY WASTE/ WORST EXPERIENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA SO THAT OTHERS WILL BE CAREFUL BEFORE CHOOSING THIS FRAUD AND CAN TAKE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. I WILL TAKE UP ISSUE WITH CONSUMER COURT.

                          Guys sitting over the toilet to collect money are rude and Arrogant, it's a public toilet, o went for urination, bus was about to move I'm telling I have change of only 4rs, the guys sitting over there are demanding 5rs, where in which they are arrogant and scolding rudely.

                                Hi Team,
                                Today I have traveled from Chandapura to Anekal circle, ticket price was 17rs it's clearly mentioned in the ticket issued by the KSRTC conductor, i have given him 20rs and he returned me 2rs change instead of 3rs and I have asked him why 2rs change 17rs ticket price right so he replied for non -stop express from Chandapura to Anekal it's 18rs it seems, really I was shocked by listening his answer because how officially he is cheating the passenger and government, 1rs extra amount no where it's mentioned in the ticket and he gave that kind of answer, I have been to Anekal 27years it's most common all passers are facing the same problem in KSRTC, So kindly consider my issue and escalate to concern department to know how government employees KSRTC(Bus Conductor ) are cheating the passenger in a wrong way and making their pocket money easily, it's not just about my 1rs, i am expecting the correct justice to my complaint and i have attached bus ticket kindly check out and I will be waiting for the positive response.

                                        Am Dineshraj from Annur, Coimbatore.
                                        I travelled Sathyamangalam to Annur on 24.08.2022 through KSRTC Mysore to Coimbatore bus.Bus Number
                                        KA 19 F 3351.
                                        When i asked Annur ticket,
                                        He charged 30 rupees for the journey and did not issue the ticket.Similarly he did not issue tickets to most of the passengers.
                                        They take advantage of the situation where the ticket inspector is less likely to come when the bus is traveling within Tamil Nadu.
                                        Such irregularities are likely to take place in most of the Karnataka government buses plying in other states.
                                        Due to this, a huge amount is being incurred by the Karnataka State Transport Corporation.
                                        I humbly request the higher authorities to investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the conductors who commit such malpractices.
