    The driver of the bus was driving rashly and in moving he came to hit me and after I went to bus stand to do complaints against him but there he bet me so here by I request head of department to take action against him

      I was traveling from mysore to Shivmogga

      KSRTC Bus PNR: T97184452, DOJ: 11-Nov-2023 16:30, 1630MYSCKD, Bus No : F 1090, Crew Mobile No: [protected]. Happy Journey. From MKSRTC

      While booking in KSRTC website it was showing the 1 stop in between and mysore and 42 reserve tickets and arriving at Shimogga at 22.30pm, But the bus was stopping in all the bus station and allowing to travel all the un reserved passengers, by 9.51 bus is pasing ಕಡೂರು station.

        I have boarded a bus KA 25 F 3149 from Hubli to Belagavi non-stop. The driver seems driving rash. He is shifting between the lanes suddenly from lane 1 to lane 3 and vice versa. The bus is also overspeeding.

          Why ther is no proper evening busses from yellapur to dandeli on 5th nov 2023 buss from sirsi to dandeli got cancelled and the last bus fro yallapura to halyal bus was over loaded ther e were more the 150 people in the bus some could not catch the bus due to people could not stepp in to the bus. Even I couldn't catch the bus, and very less bus from yellapur to dandeli
          We need evening buss @7 pm from yallapura to dandeli every day please start the bus server which we are in need

            Failed Transaction but money is debited from my Account
            I am G s jeevan.I booked ticket from raichur to kumta on 09/11/2023 to the date of 14/11/2023. Money has been debited from my account but Ticket has not been booked. My OB refernce Number is : OB59939327Please do the needful to refund my money. I mailed twice to [protected]@ksrtc.org. But i did not get any response.
            Please help me to get my refund amount as soon as possible to my account.

              Sir 6 th November 2023 at 8.0 clock I came from metagalli(mysore)with KA 09 F 5031 mysore city bus...before 3 buses are not stopped bus in that bus stop...this bus also stopped behind ...I ran and asked the driver y r u people not stopping the bus exact bus stop...for that question they behaved like rowdies...so take action against him..they are not giving service for people...where is the justice for commen man.

                I am travelling from sindagi to kalakeri Bus No: KA 28 F1941. This bus condition is very worst, not at all clean, the seats are all broken and damaged, we need think twice before sitting on seat. I frequently travel by this route and its always not that clean, but this time its very bad . I am not sure weather this review/complaint will noticed by the concerned person still i felt to highlight. KSRTC need to maintain least clean this is very min .

                    We have traveled on the intervening night from Bengaluru to Hyderabad on service no 2100 BNG SEC on seats 7&8 and found that during the bio break my wife's purse cum wallet was robbed from her handbag. It contained valuables and ID, ATM and DL cards.

                      We booked KSRTC Airavat Club Class for my family from Madikeri, Coorg to Mysore Road Satellite Bus Terminal, Bangalore on Oct 25 (12pm). The bus was expected to start from Madikeri at 12 noon but was almost an hour late. Around half an hour after we boarded the bus, it stopped for a break and passengers got down for refreshments. After 30 minutes, the bus restarted and again stopped at a bigger bus junction without any explanation. After an hour, when passengers started to check with the bus conductor and driver, we learnt that the bus won't go any further and they would arrange for a replacement bus. Please note, there was no sign of breakdown of the bus apparently and it looked like a planned stop. All passengers were then asked to board a normal AC city bus. There was no assistance for senior citizens, children and luggages. My family including my 70 year old mother and 2 children below 10 years were pushed and harassed during the boarding. There were no seat numbers in the newly allocated bus and also not enough seats for all passengers as well as the seats were non-reclinable with no leg rest. My mother was seated in the middle of the bus away from us near the gate with the luggages huddled all around her! My family could not sit together and it was a very worrisome experience in a dusty AC bus without food, water and bathroom breaks for children and adults. The entire bus route was without a stop for the rest of the journey and nothing was done to change to Airavat Club Class or similar bus even on reaching Mysore (we could see plenty of them in Mysore bus stand). This is not the experience we deserve after paying for the best possible State bus in Karnataka. We paid nearly INR 4, 300 for seven seats but travelled in an ordinary AC bus in bad condition from Coorg to Bangalore. KSRTC cheated us by making us travel via a poor quality bus and didn't provide the service they were supposed to do.

                            This is a pathetic service from sirsi new bus stand toilet person. Here board says 2rs to pay for using washroom but the person is asking 5rs. I have asked why to pay 5rs when it is written as 2rs, he told they need to clean after denying again to pay he stopped my wife to pay 5rs & misbehaved as well. This is not acceptable as i am localite from sirsi & the person seems to be not from local place.

                              Resp sir, I sr citizen traveled from KGF TO BLR by bus No KA07F1556 on 19/10/23 at 18:37 hr. I provide my aadhar card for Sr citizen ticket. Conductor told me ladies 60 yrs and gents 65 yrs to avail sr citizens. I show the rules also. But conductor denied to accept and insulted me in front of bus passengers. I was feel very bad. Sir, I am an ex army officer. Request instruct conductors to behave properly with passengers. Thank u sir

                                Respected Sir,
                                I am Senior citizen( male 60+), who travelled from KGF to Bangalore by bus no. KA07F1556 on 19/10/2023, at 18:37 hr. I had priveded my Aadhar card for senior citizen ticket. Conductor told me that to avail senior citizen ticket, Ladies age should be 60 years above and for Gents 65 years above.
                                I showed the rules also which states individual's age should be 60 years or above. But conductor denies to accept and insulted me infront of bus passengers and gave full ticket. It is not about money, its about respect which every citizen of India deserves.
                                Sir, I am an Ex-Army officer. I request instruct - conductors to behave properly with passengers.

                                  Hi,

                                  Hope this email will help resolve all related issues. Early in this morning around 4:15 we had to board in a bus from Hassan to Belur.
                                  We noticed the seats were empty coz which we decided to take this bus (KA45 F0040) for our surprise we saw the driver sleeping occupying almost 4+2 seats in the front.. When checked upon this with the conductor, he replied they are on continuous shifts for which they will have to sleep inside the bus, this resulted in us standing throught our journey for almost an hour.. This kind of behaviour from public servent towards public is not appreciated.after paying taxes on everything we had go through this terrible experience..
                                  Kindly consider this as an humble request and keep the staff informed about their roles and responsibilities..

                                      I travelled in Ambaari Utsav AC Sleeper from Bengaluru to Udupi on 19th Oct. I had booked 2 sleeper on upper row, seat no 20, 21 and was travelling with my 2 kids 12 and 6 yr old. My pick up was supposed to be at Majestic, however, I had informed driver to pick me from Jalahalli cross and the bus had come at around 11:30 pm. However, the other driver who was not driving was so rude and misbehaved while talking and yelling for not paying the child ticket who is 6 yr old. He was adamant saying that till 5 year child fare not applicable but 6 yr onwards it is. He shouted at me and forced to buy the ticket and then take the berth. As i was not having cash, i asked for phone pe option, to which he again got angry saying we dont keep such options, u have to pay cash. At that point of time, he asked me to get cash from some ATM wherever they would stop, to which I denied as it was not safe to get down from the bus at that late night. Even though he was ready to come with me, how can i trust him or if anything goes wrong at that point of time outside. I then called up customer care and informed them. Initially the customer representative told need not get down for getting cash and he would make the driver understand, later he too started talking on behalf of the driver.

                                      He was yelling so much that i finally told him will pay after reaching Udupi. Even in the morning, when i asked him to stop at ATM both the drivers started making noise and were shouting that you should have called someone for the money. Finally i went to ATM near Udupi, withdrew cash and gave them.

                                      Is this the way, the drivers of KSRTC behave with the passenger. I was always proud to hear the services of our state transport but this journey was a horrible experience. There was no courtesy, no respect towards women and kids. I had bought 2 tickets and am attaching the ticket copy . In your reservation terms, its clearly mentioned that child till 6 years need not pay. That means if my son is 7 years, i should have paid for the ticket. They have charged Rs 1070/- for my son who is 6 yr old.

                                      My first experience with Ambaari utsav was really freaky and unimaginable about the drivers behaviour. Never expected this kind of yelling, shouting, fighting by the drivers.

                                        At Hubli infosys office it's a requested stop. while boarding bus I told them to stop at infosys office they said yes, but after reaching to Hubli infosys stop they didn't stop the bus.
