On 23rd at 2;30 PM i was travelling from hassan to channarayapatna in KA19 F0943 bus which was going to bangalore. The conductor in that bus misbehaved with me. So kindly please read my complaint and take a action regarding this. He was trying to touch me. It was kind of harassment. So please take an action related to this.

    Today I have took bus on kukke subramanya. At 3 pm conducter told me he will reach majestic at 10 ..

    But I have reached majestic at 11.30 due to this I've missed my cab when someone traveling with their why unnecessarily provide false communication. Attached bus number plate as well..

    To increase your profit your conducter are giving false promise to passengers this should be rectified.

    I am currently thinking take legal action . I have collected the bill and even I've received the my cab cancelation bill as well..

      I'm student studying at mysore. Ksrtc bus conductor not allowed student pass. The bus route from nanjanagudu to malemahadeshwara hills (bus number ka10f0501). It is not interstate route bus and my bus pass route from kunthur to ballal circle mysore, route changing place CBS, MBS and have no stage at kunthur befor kunthur mugur is the stage I'm regularly traveling in that bus only every day they allowed student pass and today(23.11.2021) they not allowed pass because he is new conductor for this route and he told that it's your pass route from kunthur to ballal and our stage is not kunthur before that stage is mugur he can able to allow the pass till mugur and he refuse allow and said get down the bus so please take action on bus conductor because students were going to college or return to home they were missing college trimmings and they go late to home and they will not able to study they guess I can reach in time and do work if I went in that bus I can reach at 7.00 pm now I will reach at 8.30pm and it's not only one student problem so kindly tell them to allow rules thank you

        Please provide 2 buses at a time of 8am and 8.30am.. Bcoz in this time the most students and employes travel in bus... I am travelling from 2 years.. Always the bus was busy like no place to go from driver seat to door.. So i request to provide two buses at a time or a bus at every 10min in between 8am to 9am from gundlupet to mysore and 3 to 4pm from mysore to gundlupet.. Please understand our situation and a bad experience in our daily life..

            I am writing to express my grievance regarding the pathetic state of washrooms in Hospet bus stand.

            I was on route to another place and the bus stopped at Hospet for 5 min washroom break and we got down.

            The collector in the front of the washroom was not only rude but he yelled at one of my family members claiming kids weren't allowed to go in for free even though he was paid 10 rupees coin and we pointed that out and he abruptly stated that they don't accept 10 rupee coins.

            Ok, fair enough, we assumed it could be due to some reason and paid 20 rupees in cash for party of 4.

            When we went in, the first thing that we noticed was the bad smell, our eyes stung at how awful it smelled. My little one started tearing up. We couldn't even breathe, the smell was that bad. We searched for any decent washroom but out of 10 or so stalls only one or two seemed functional.
            The one that I was forced to use had a broken water pipe so the stall was pretty much overflowing with water and I was shocked at how much water they were wasting.
            The sinks were broken and not functional..it was a complete mess, no sanitation no maintenance no hygiene.

            Overall it was the worst washroom I have been to and I have had my own share of run-ins with terrible washrooms.
            I wish I had taken my phone along to share some pictures to attach as proof. Unfortunately I was so repulsed I just couldn't bear the thought of going back there to take pictures.

            I decided to complain about it all to the collector and ask him why the maintenance was so bad and if they are taking 5 rupees per person the least they can do is keep it clean.

            And the collector got extremely verbally abusive and started berating me saying if I don't wanna go, go elsewhere. I mean that's not the point. The point is they have no maintenance but he didn't seem to understand and when I said I would complain to KSRTC he didn't seem to care at all. His behavior was downright attacking abusive and erratic.

            I'm writing this hoping something can be done about the maintenance of these washrooms. I'm 99 percent sure I'm never going back there again but I pity the thousands of women who might have to, either on route to someplace or daily.

              Now a days it has become Normal that bus conductors are not giving change even though if we are asking. I was traveling from Gauribidanur to Bangalore in KSRTC bus and I departed around 6 AM. I gave 500/- to conductor he gave me 410/- back. The actual ticket price is 88/- he didn't gave me 2/- back. After my destination I was asked him the change he said you gave 500/- then I won't give you in return.
              This journey was took place on 12th Nov 2021. And the bus number is KA40.F.12**
              I didn't remember the correct bus number but the bus service is from Hindupur to Bangalore. Please take a strong action against conducters on these routes and other routes too.

                We are stundents of belgaum collegs ...We are Struggling for buses from long time. Because of lack of buses students are facing lot's of problem... So it's humble request to KSRTC bus service to provide buses regularly (specially in evening time).

                  On[protected] Bus Number KA 31 F 1367 Karwar to Subramaniya Conductor refused to issue ticket Till Padubidri from Honnavar saying there is no halt in padubidri and said that after Udupi the next stop will be mulki and as far my knowledge all depo buses have halt in padubidri . request you to take action on rude conductor

                    KSRTC Bus PNR: J85420986, DOJ: 15-Nov-2021 12:15, 1000POCBNG, Bus No : 2491, Crew Mobile No:[protected].

                    The bus droped us 2 hours late and departure at wrong location without communicating to us. My drop location was at Majestic and i I had to catch metro and reach my home at Nagasandra metro. The driver droped us at Shantinagar without communicating before. It was raining heavy and we did not get any OLA. I and my wife had to wait for 1 hour in bustop and rush home in rain. This particular crew members have done this many times is what I heard from fellow passenger. Please take action on this

                      I am a bank employee, working in Canara bank in savalgi branch (khanapur) I have to reach the branch at 10Am. Since savalgi is a rural area there is no frequent transportation.
                      The only way I can reach the place is by bus and the bus from gokak to khanapur is very irregular and the timetable of the arrival of the bus is not structured.
                      From a working person point of view I humbly bring this to your notice and request you for proper and scheduled timings of the bus, as a working person I have to reach on time and one person s negligence can cause much delay in the work at my branch, I don't want my bank customer's to face any kind of inconvenience.

                              Bus no - KA-35-F-199 hospet to Bangalore,
                              Bus is front glass is broken, while moving bus gets vibration, while changing gears irritating sounds, very bad service, we are paying for worst service, even bus delayed by 30min.

                              No value for money!

                                Hi sir,
                                This is to bring to your notice that Ksrtc buses from Tirupathi to banglore
                                Bus conductor is keeping the change of the money
                                Eg: bus ticket Rs 190, passenger gave 200 and conductor didn't returned rs10

                                Note : if we ask our money he began to quarrel with passengers, this is very shame on your part, management should punish such a beggars.

                                Hope this will be solved

                                    We travel from Tumkur to Bangalore every day from 7 am to 10 am
                                    This time the drivers of the KSRTC flyer bus ignore us. All Bus Drivers Even 30 Minutes To Fill passengers In The Bus Stand.All drivers also fill 48 seats in the bus stand. Passengers traveling to Bangalore will need more futuristic buses due to high passenger traffic during this time.But your bus drivers are hesitant to remove the buses from the bus stand.Drivers are driving the vehicle with too many people on the bus, risking life.
                                    Also, This bus driver is scolding me for my new words KA-06 F 1265(09/11/21) at morning 8:00AM trip.
                                    Actually buses available in bus stand But Too many buses bring in the bus stand but no drivers are taking care of them on time.Please atleast 10 buses Tumkur university to Bengaluru in between 7Am to 10Am

                                        I was traveling from Bangalore to Gokarna in sleeper class, my bus broke down near shivamoggha, I have to change three bus from sitting to second sitting, I have been through mental harassment even though I have booked a sleeper class bus since 3 am in the morning, till now i.e 8 am I was suppose to reach my destination by 6:30

                                        Employees are not at all friendly and can't even take there mistake, on the top of that there is attitude issue with them
