I was traveling from Bangalore to Gokarna in sleeper class, my bus broke down near shivamoggha, I have to change three bus from sitting to second sitting, I have been through mental harassment even though I have booked a sleeper class bus since 3 am in the morning, till now i.e 8 am I was suppose to reach my destination by 6:30

Employees are not at all friendly and can't even take there mistake, on the top of that there is...

I and some of our co-passenger are daily commuters from YELLAPUR to HALIYAL and were totally dependent on KARWAR-THANA bus which used to leave YELLAPUR at 5PM in the evening daily.
Few months back due to COVID second wave operation of this bus was stopped.
Now after so many months have passed there is no hint of restarting it.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.

As per the current situation in the city bus stand mysore(CBS) there are dust pin are present in each platform and by this passagers like is are find difficulty in place the trash .so kindly inspect the location and make the following work...

There's non availability of buses to Kaveri Bhavan from Doddaballpura since from 1 hour. It's been noticing this issue from long time and complaint lodged many times with TV but no favourable result been received till now. This issue has been highlighted with local MLA as well but no use. Especially, in morning time, general commuters, working people, students, business travellers are facing lot of issues and no one is there to resolve this...

I was traveling from Ajjampura to Bangalore in the Ksrtc bus number KA06F1283 Befor a break of 5 min nearby tumkur I have put my bag in luggage compartment .
Uptill that I had the bag in my hands only . I was tired I might falled asleep .
When the bus stopped in majestic and I saw my bag was not there .
Same type of another bag was there
So I gave complaint in upparpet...

Kindly provide sufficient buses in routes with heavy rush like Mangalore to Bangalore at least whenever heavy rush.
Today 6/11/2021, waiting at uppinangady to go to Hassan but buses coming from Mangalore are full. Put sufficient buses to become passenger friendly.
Please make arrangements for passengers waiting in between routes as many depends on KSRTC for travel....

Please put sufficient buses in routes like Mangalore & Bangalore during the festivals & holidays.
Today waiting at uppinangady to go to Hassan but buses coming from Mangalore are full. Why can't I put sufficient buses from BC road or uppinangady or puttur to Hassan during the days whenever there is heavy rush.

One bag and one tv

Conductor cheated me and booked 3units for tv and one unit for bag.

Where as In ksrtc website rules it's clearly mentioned as 1unit for tv (less than 20kg). And my tv is also led tv which weighs less than 10kg.

Now that is 2nd nov at 10.:30 I’m travelling in ksrtc bus from manglore to Sirsi with bus number KA31-F1251
The conducter took 100 rupees(without ticket) for Laguage which is not even one unit (less than 5kg) when I raised my voice he said if you want ticket it’ll cost you 500 bcoz I’ll give you 10unit ticket
There is no other bus out there and after I took my ticket and bus is moving then he started to ask Laguage ticket...

As per rules all the busses goes to entry at nelamangala bypass, , the conductor argues with us that the pass is nott allowed in his bus..but fortunately its a normal ksrtc bus which goes from banglore to hosadurga..he took us in bus for nearly 14 to 15 km and left us in jalahalli cross that bus now will not go to nelamangala..we go through tumkur..and grbbed our passes that he will complaint the authorityy..we ask u that y ksrtc issues passes...

We are facing problem evening 5:45pm bus which traveling from Kolar to Hassan and Doddaballapura to tumkur they are not given stop in kodigehalli.please take action against them.
