      Respected sir am a passenger, on 20 Oct 2021 I started journey from santekellur linsgur taluk to sirguppa, before giving ticket I asked conducter about how much duration he will saty in sindhnur, he said 5 minutes and he said if I late I will give a report and send me trough another bus, becuse I was litter bit emergency to reach my destini, and at sindhnur bustop he gave me report and sent trough another bus but, the conducter did not accept the report and left me in attragate sindhnoor, I was waiting for the before bus, but I was waiting in attragate as the kgf bus came in attragate did not stop after looking at me went away leving me, wat a careless nature the devlop in the staff, behaving rude, horrible to bare sir madam, kindly helpout for this issue, ticket no0585350 bus no ka 07f 1773.         Without any proper reason bus are not provided to somvarpet, route enquiry officer has no proper explanation for bus delaying, from hours together people r suffering by waiting for bus and no bus arrived till now, route inspector is suggesting to take a private bus, then y the **** the government buses are there, stop all the buses if cant provide proper services,

          Dear Sir,
          My self one of the passenger travelling daily from Laxmeshwar to Savanur and working in a private company. In this route there is lack of buses during morning hours at 8:00 am to 9:00am and evening time from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm .
          Especially there are very limited number of bused from local depots viz. Laxmeshawara, Savanur, Gadag, Haveri. In the evening time most of the time we are traveling buses from other depot like Hasan, Bangalore, Doddaballapur to name few. I mean to say, local depot buses are not arranging the buses even though after requesting to depo manager at KSRTC bus stand. Evening time almost 2 to 3 bus passengers are travelling in single bus every time almost since a year. As we are working in private organizations, kindly arrange the buses as stated in above timings.

            Airvat bus always it coming 2 hours late from departure time. Route Bangalore to Chennai. And airvat transport not looking passengers valuable time. They them itself changing the bus timing and seat number. Very worst transport. Please take necessary actions for the issues.

              Hello sir,
              Regarding from passenger side here to inform you that. On the date 17th October 2021, Sunday journey from "Terdal to Chikodi" approximately 4:30pm in "Chikodi- Parali" bus two passengers fall from seat due to "over speed driving". Both passenger having minor injuries, It is difficult to handle such arrogant driver's. Please take action against him we don't know his name.

                Bus no: ka 34 F 1174, has travelled from Gangavathi station to ballari on 17/10/2021 without conductor. Bus driver himself collecting tickets from passengers in each stop.
                I believe that, this act is against KSRTC rules.
                Please enquire about this issue and take necessary actions.

                  KSRTC bus bearing number KA40F1254 which was linked to Chikkaballapur bus depo. On 17.10.2021 at 3.30 PM while i am enrouting to chikkaballapur from anantapur they didn't accepted me for boarding in anantapur. I have contacted KSRTC helpline number still problem persists. Not only this time. In every festive season KSRTC staff are behaving like this. They are not accepting some dropping points. If the stop is available for that bus why can't they accept us for boarding.

                    This incident happened on 13th october 2021 and bus no, is KA01-F9133.This bus was supposed to start from satellite bus stand at 4 pm but they reached at 5.30p.m and the bus brokedown before reaching mysore and somehow managed to reach mysore bus stand.i paid from satellite, bangalore to kushalnagar, from mysore bus stand, they made us to travel in ordinary bus when asked to return the money since we paid for volvo.Instead of looking of alternate options, they told us to travel in another volvo bus which was going to virajpet and then will drop passenger yo madikeri and then kushalnagar.i was supposed to reach kushalnagar by 10p.m and this would reach on next day 5 am.
                    the reason to travel in direct bus in volvo is safety first for single girl, then to reach home on time .I need to ask for refund for money from mysore to kushalnagar fare which i have paid for volvo and not red bus.

                      Hi ., 14 th October 2021 time is 4:50 on my way from Thamarassery Calicut to Kalpatta. Bus number : KA-09F-5299 The conductor of the bus refused to give me a ticket and resolved the issue with just 50 rupees. I don’t wanted to ask him harshly because I didn’t want to spoil my mood. So to the most corrupted state of india has shown me again how awfully corrupt it is. If you don’t take action i will go to court.

                        Conductor behaved rudely with us, we were travelling to gundlu pete in Ooty route bus. Conductor asked us to leave the bus as we are traveling to gundlu pete and he was also scolding to woman in the bus for some luggage issue. Do take action on him so that he should not behave like this from now onwards.

                            Sir, I am the employee of Central Govt Office near Trumpet bus stop in Bengaluru Hyderabad Highway. I travel daily from Yelahanka. There is a bus ticket for BIAL stop and the buses stop near the trumpet where the checking was there earlier. Now the conductors of Shidlaghatta and Chickballapur buses don't agree to stop in the trumpet stop. But the long route conductors will stop like the buses coming from Hubli, Chittoor etc. without asking.

                            When there is ticket and bus terminal done, why can't they stop. We have to get down near the next toll and come back.

                            I request that instructions to be given to the conductors / drivers to stop the bus and listen to the request of passengers.

                                ಹರೀಶ್ ಎಂಬ ನಾನು ಹಾಸನ ನಗರ ನಿವಾಸಿ. ಈ ದಿನ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಮಗ ಧನುಷ್ ಹಾಸನ ದಿಂದ ಹೊಳೆನರಸೀಪುರ ಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುವಾಗ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಿಗೆ full ticket ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಾರಣ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಬಸ್ಸಿನ ಕಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಂಪು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಬಣ್ಣವನ್ನು ಬಳಿದಿದ್ದು, half ticket ಅಥವಾ full ticket ನೀಡಲು ಎತ್ತರ ಅಳತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಳಿದಿರುವ ಕಂಪ ಬಣ್ಣ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಗ ಎತ್ತರವಿದ್ದು full ticket ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಗ 10 ವರ್ಷದವನಿದ್ದು half ticket ಗೆ ಅರ್ಹನಿದ್ದು, ಅವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಅಳತೆ ಯಿಂದ full ticket ಪಡೆಯುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ. 12 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ full ticket ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕೆಂಬ ನಿಯಮವಿದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ Aadhar card photo ಹಾಗೂ ticket photo ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

                                    I was travelling from Bangalore to Channapatna from satellite bus stand.

                                    Around 11:30am My wife boarded the KSRTC KA 09 F-5158 from satellite bus stop and one lady boarded after me and she robbed my jewellery which is around 150grams and I realised that when I was near by Byrantpura n I got worried and told the driver and conductor to stop near police station and got down to talk to traffic police constable meanwhile driver left me and went and later I reached police station and from there the police called the conductor to stop and not to board and onboard the passenger and when we rushed near Raja Rajeshwari Nagar and realised the lady had got down n when I checked with driver n conductor they argued with me n left .

                                    I feel the driver and conductor is involved in this crime and I want you to take legal action on them else we will take legal action on KSRTC as we have mentioned the same in the FIR copy

                                      We are paying fines for conductor's mistake. They don't issues tickets for passengers and they only intrested to sit on their seat. Pls guide conductor to do their duty sincerely to avoid such meaningless fines.

                                        I booked bus feom bangalore to pune and payment not processed on browser and also 1063 amount got deducted from my account...kindly process refund amount as i didnt get my recipt yet by ksrtc after payment.
