Address: Uppinangady

Kindly provide sufficient buses in routes with heavy rush like Mangalore to Bangalore at least whenever heavy rush.
Today 6/11/2021, waiting at uppinangady to go to Hassan but buses coming from Mangalore are full. Put sufficient buses to become passenger friendly.
Please make arrangements for passengers waiting in between routes as many depends on KSRTC for travel.

    Please put sufficient buses in routes like Mangalore & Bangalore during the festivals & holidays.
    Today waiting at uppinangady to go to Hassan but buses coming from Mangalore are full. Why can't I put sufficient buses from BC road or uppinangady or puttur to Hassan during the days whenever there is heavy rush.
    Kindly do needful & be consumer friendly.

          Hi sir,
          My pnr J85232698
          And bus number :F0050
          Lauggge ticket number :023978
          I was carrying two language with me.
          One bag and one tv

          Conductor cheated me and booked 3units for tv and one unit for bag.

          Where as In ksrtc website rules it's clearly mentioned as 1unit for tv (less than 20kg). And my tv is also led tv which weighs less than 10kg.

          When asked for the same the conductor miss behaved with us and told us it's electrical item they will charge thrice of the price.

          He gave me completely wrong info and cheated me 2units of fair.

          Plz I request you to return the my excess unit of fair which he cheated on me
          And make sure that conductor reads all the rules. Before misleading the passenger by giving wrong info . And stealing money . And take a proper action on him

              Now that is 2nd nov at 10.:30 I’m travelling in ksrtc bus from manglore to Sirsi with bus number KA31-F1251
              The conducter took 100 rupees(without ticket) for Laguage which is not even one unit (less than 5kg) when I raised my voice he said if you want ticket it’ll cost you 500 bcoz I’ll give you 10unit ticket
              There is no other bus out there and after I took my ticket and bus is moving then he started to ask Laguage ticket after I gave money he refused to give ticket
              The worst thing is no one is helping me to argue

                As per rules all the busses goes to entry at nelamangala bypass, , the conductor argues with us that the pass is nott allowed in his bus..but fortunately its a normal ksrtc bus which goes from banglore to hosadurga..he took us in bus for nearly 14 to 15 km and left us in jalahalli cross that bus now will not go to nelamangala..we go through tumkur..and grbbed our passes that he will complaint the authorityy..we ask u that y ksrtc issues passes for the students??...i request u to take an action on him, , bus no: ka 57 F 4501

                      We r 12 members of engineering students 3 MBA students and 90% of school and pu college students and citizens

                      We requested to depo Manager of kunigal depo but they are not responding, they takr call immediately they end call,
                      We r suffering from this management please grant our request
                      I hope for ur favourable response

                      Problems:-
                      * The buses won't reach in time
                      * The early bus which starts at 7:00 am tht was cancelled by the depo
                      *The school and college almost bell rang at 9:00 am but the buses reach 9:00 or 9:15

                      Pls take my request grant me the bus

                        According to the above subject, vehicle number KA06-F1152, 26/10/2021, time 09:32am.
                        Unfortunately passengers don't know about what happened, the driver is misleading of all passengers, already issued the ticket to all then he stop the vehicle at middle of the road near the post office because of engine problem.
                        We are waiting 30 to 40 minutes then another bus is came then we reached our destination.
                        When the another bus will came and some passengers in another bus, but the driver is started the same bus and allowed some passengers and then move.

                          Date of journey-25/10/21
                          From Chikmagalur- kadur
                          Time of departure- 8.45pm, and arrived at 9.35-9.45 pm
                          Seat adjacent to bus conductor's seat, window seat
                          Purse consists of money, ATM card, Adhar card, Pan Card, driving licence, RC document, and other vital documents
                          Kindly track it n return as soon as possible

                            I tried to book a ticket online using ksrtc online website for leaving from Mantralayam to Udupi and the amount INR 909 was withdrawn(2nd Nov) from my account and the booking confirmation was not received, moreover the seat that I had selected is showing it is not booked.I am even attaching the screenshot of transaction, I either want a refund or the e ticket confirmation as soon as possible.

                              Traveling from Bangalore to chittoor, lost my ticket by mistake, ready to pay the fine, but was treated badly by the inspector in charge and the on duty conductor, they tried to irritate me with harsh language, pleaded them and said am sorry, as I was single and it was Nearly night 9 o clock, paid a fine of 500, no receipt nothing, the bus was repaired, all the passengers were sent by another bus expect me, I had been intorogated inside the bus, by four men, and myself single, bad experience, will never ever go for a ride in ksrtc, cried for nearly three days, without my family support I would have been depressed, not at all safe for single woman 🙏🙏

                                Dated 24/10/2021, KA 21 F 0043, KSRTC, Madikeri to Bangalore bus which came to Channarayapattana at 11:50PM night, i was travelling to the nearest bus stop called Adichunchanagiri HospiTAL stop which is 45 km distant from channarayapattana, i frequently travel in the route and every bus gives stop over there, when i took ticket to the next stop called bellur cross and asked them to give stop at hospital since it was emergency for some patient in hospital and it was mid night and raining, the conductor and driver along with the other drivers started showing rowdism agaisnt me also they asked me to get down over there or else they would take away without giving stop anywhere. Even the other passengers at bus station of Channarayapattana asked them to give stop at the hospital stop since it was a valid stop they denied it and took me over 3kms to my stop amd left me on the road where there was no bus stop. please investigate this and resolve this case and immediately suspend those.

                                    I frequently travels from Humanabad to Hyderabad as i works in IT field.
                                    My office located at Gachibowli, Hyderabad. For Gulbarga to Hyderabad buses, Gachibowli bus stop is not included into the ticket machine. So we need to take a last bus stop ticket which costs 30 to 40 ruppes more.
                                    Some time conductors uses to take whole amount of Hyderabad ticket price but gives us Lingampally ticket.
                                    Today also same incident happen with KA32 F-1979 bus no.
                                    Conductor taken whole amount of Hyderabad ticket price and given me Lingampally ticket and said me if any one comes, I will take care of it.
                                    So I request the higher authorities to look after this and take action against the corrupt and also provide a bus stop in Gachibowli as many IT BT companies located in and around Gachibowli area.

                                      Rash driving in Shimoga to Honnali Road .

                                      Respected sir/ma’am,
                                      I would like report rash driving by ksrtc buses . 9 out of 10 busses average speed to more than 80km/hr on village limits as well . Shimoga to Honnali road 2line and there’s no divider, while overtaking they won’t care about vehicles coming in opposite direction. And during night time I think they don’t know about dimming light please take care of the above issue .
