I'm travelling from Sira to Huildore on 21-09-21, Tuesday.
A lady conductor in the bus is arrogant at passengers.
Blaming them for not bringing change.
Sits in front seat at driver and yells passenger to go at her to take ticket and being lazy.
Pushes the door by her leg to open at stops.
All this made me embarrassing to travel in the bus. I request the liable authority to take action on these employees.

Kundapura depo busses while returning back to kundapura they dont enter or come back to kundapura gov bus stand, they get downs the passangers in sastri circle and returs back to depo, from circle to govt bus stand we have to go by walk or have to hire auto, it creats problems to passangers, its almost 2 km long from circle to bus stand

Sir,
*The journey between twin cities Davangere and Shimoga is 90 kms.
Many buses are interlinked between two cities..
*Hardly it takes 2 hours..
Due to road and trafic it takes 2.30 mnts.
*Honnali town KSRTC bus stand is contructed such that 2km extra entry is required
*Two mandatory stops are given.
One at TB circle and other at private bus stand
*Apart from this a canteen at Honnali is allocated, here is the pronlem unnecessary this intercity buses also take break of minimum 10 minutes.
Thus total time spent at Honnali is about thirty minutes ..
*The regular passengers has to face unnecessary delay due to road as well as canteen at bus station.
3 hours it takes for 90 kms..

Requested to solve this to avoid unnecessary delays.

I travel from hoskote to bangarpet for work. In the peak time between 8.30M to 9.00am there is no bus that connects hoskote to bangarpet. Kindly increase the frequency of busses in the route.

Bus no ka57f2725 banglore to rayadurga dated[protected] no namecard on uniform not even face mask both driver and conductor and he is behaving like some private buses conductor...Very rude like he said "get down from my bus" can officials take action on him.
Sorry for not mentioning his name he doesn't have his namecard on his uniform

I am Mr. Hemanth kumar Mobile No [protected], I had been to mysore on 3/09/2021 took a bus from CGS to JTYNG (ticket No 190603) Bus No KA 09 F 4478 at 14:27:15. Returned in the same bus from Triveni CIR to MBS (ticket No 190667).
Lady conductor refused to issue me senior citizen ticket for not having printed senior citizen card. I should her from "DigiLocker", she refused and insulted. KSRTC don't entertain "DigiLocker"?

On 15th September 2021, a senior citizen, women, of age 62 who was travelling from Chitoor to Bangalore didn't get senior citizen concession even when producing the Aadhaar details confirming her age more than 62.

I wrongly entered passenger name, but my balance debited and ticket also cancelled, so kindly refund my ticket money..

This is a humble request from a citizen of Mysore to KSRTC (Mysore), to grant more buses in time to Ramakrishna Nagar and surroundings, we are facing a scarcity of KSRTC buses especially in morning which is more essential for employees, students and many others . To be frank we were
happy with your services before lockdown and now we people cannot face the changes you have done which is truly affecting on each and every person who are dependent on KSRTC buses . So kindly notice my request and bring changes as soon as possible .

Am traveling to and fro from Kokkada to Dharmasthala every day. But we won't get bus to Kokkada by evening. Only 1 bus is there which goes to Subramanya around 5.30 pm but our office log out time is 5.30pm so we can't catch this bus so we have to wait till 8pm for last bus. It is everyday problem to us. We ladies are struggling to get vehicle after 5.30 pm. Please allocate another bus enroute to subramanya or Bangalore via Kokkada around 6pm

Sir bijapur 586102 ksrtc given monthly pass id card withought lamination. How could it will use for an year. And staff behaviour is not good. Plz help us correct the mistakes sir thanku 🙏 other places means jamakhandi athani they r giving laminated id and pass but in bijapur district place they r not giving

I had booked a seat to Banglore and had 2 luggage and told conductor to put in luggage box but he was not willing to open but I told and kept in luggage box and he is charging for luggage which is not happened once also and both luggage were light weight but too charged 50rs.

I booked a ticket to Bangalore and had two luggage with me which I told to keep it in luggage box but conductor was not willing to open box and I insisted and the luggage was was very light but he charged for one luggage telling you booked one seat so for one luggage it'll charge and took 50rs from me.

The sign boards outside the toilets in KSRTC Bus stations shows ₹ 2/-, but in most of the KSRTCbus stands the watchman charges ₹ 5/- . When we ask them to change the board with the amount to be paid, they start quarreling with us which creates a nuisance. This may be a small thing, but it is the basic need for every peraon who travel for a long distance.

I am travelling from belagavi to Hyderabad by Airavat club class. Bus departed belagavi at 8 15 p.m on 11th september was supposed to reach HYDERABAD by 8 15 a.m
But drivers seem to be extremely callous and lethargic they are not worried about reaching in time. They are driving volvo bus like bullock cart. Such a shame on ksrtc for hiring such irresponsible people.

This is the complaint against the bus driver (KA09-F5280). Am writing this complaint on 12/09/2021, am traveling from bhadravathi to mysore on the same date at 12:20 am. The driver is playing music on his mobile phone loudly I have requested to not to play music loudly since everybody sleeping in the night, driver is not at all ready to understand the situation and he is not having common sence it seems. Requesting you to educate this fellow so that public should not disturbed while doing journey.

Hi my self thimmaiah, resident of HALUGUNDA Village, ammathi hobli, virajpet taluk kodagu district-571211, I have an complaint regarding the stopping of the KSRTC bus line, which used to start from madikeri at 7.15 am & would travel in the route via Madikeri, murnad, HALUGUNDA, virajpet, gonikoppa, Mysore & thn return from Mysore at about 2 pm & which would return through the same route i.e. Mysore, gonikoppa, virajpet, HALUGUNDA, murnad, & end madikeri at 19.00 hrs
This was the only govt bus line which was traveling on this route & was the prime mode of transportation for all the students, labourers daily workers, farmers from 25 years. But now all of the sudden the bus had been stopped in this route. It is terrible difficult for all the people who used to travel through the bus. The passengers would travel through government bus pass through concession fair . There's is no private buses or any other mode of transportation in this route going on.

Plz make a survey if you really wanted because there was no loss even for the govt the bus was doing good collection.

IT IS TRUELY A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR ALL THE STUDENTS & THERE ARE NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR THEIR SCHOOL & EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS. SO I KINDLY URGE THE CONCERNED TO LOOK AT THE ISSUE ASAP.

Government service is for citizens!
Because of citizens the KSRTC service is being given by the Government.

I am filling the complaint I faced today.

Today i.e. 10th sep, I traveled from dharwad to Dandeli by bus and further I wanted to travel to my inlaw home i.e. Ambika Nagar from Dandeli.

Sharp 8:30 A.M a scheduled bus is available which is long route bus which goes to Ambika Nagar.

But the local depot not allowing that scheduled bus to ambika nagar and they diverted that bus to another route.

But they are allowing city bus to run which is having frequency of 4 hours gap.

The ambika nagar place is isolated place from Dandeli and no private vehicles are allowed to run at this place due to security reasons and buses are only available for 3 to 5 times maximum per day as per earlier experience. How can a common man who is dependent on the government service can wait for 5 hours for a bus which is having only 15 kilometre.
Keeping the frequency of bus and the scheduled bus I have planned and all of sudden I was shocked to know that bus is not available for the route.

The enquiry team available in the Dandeli bus depot said to complaint and they are not bothered about it itseems. This is the reply I got from the depot. Is this the way treated to a tax payer ? This will trouble common people like anything.

I traveled 60 k.M from my place and now waiting for the bus for 5 hours which is having the distance of 15 K.M

Please take this very serious action on this.
The behaviour expressed by the staff in bus stand is not acceptable in any form.

I spent some quality of time to log the complaint but I don't know what actions will be taken on this.

Hope the appropriate actions are taken to avoid the pain to the citizens.
