March 18, 2017 we 265 boys n girls worked for karram infrastructures kelve project.

From March to Aug 2017. We worked for karrm infrastructure. We 20 coordinators are worked for mito ads and events. Total[protected] boys and girls worked for karrm infrastructure.

From March to till now ( 2nd October 2018) we didn't get our 30% pay. They are just giving us date next week next month n not picking phones n fake cheques. Please help us.

Hi, we booked flat in karram infrastruture ambernath project in the year 2014-15, possession was assured in 2016-17, however till date possession is not given nor refunded our money, the construction work is not completed, builder is not guarantying when work will be completed, he is saying to us to take shahapur flat, why should we go to shahapur, when we have booked the flat in ambernath, we request you please look into this matter and help us to recover our money. Last 4 years i am visiting in his office to get clarity and refund payment which was initially told me that till possession builder (Karram infracture) will pay emi, now they are not refund us the amount. Kindly help to get our refund.

Booked flat in march 2018 with booking no. Kbn002330 paid 5 emis.

After six month no anyprogress at site kelve road

cancelled booking on 8th december 2017.

Karrm team promissed me that refund will be done within 6 month instruct me to call in the month of may 2018.

When i called in the month of may they said refund process is stopped please call in the month of july.

From july every time they instruct me to call on next month.

Today on 10th sept. 2018 when i told executive to give me a final date in writting but they refuse to give in writting.

I purchased & registered a flat no 103, nishigandh building, flat no 103, karmm garden, chikloli, ambarnath (West) on november 2017. But, till date no further progress has been made by karmm builders i. E jipsam work, electrical work, painting, plumbing etc. As on date i credited apprx. 1, 00, 000/- to hdfc bank as a loan interest. Give me a reason for delay.

Dear team,

Myself vikrant sharma, i had booked a house in karrm panchtatva, asangaon, shahapur location, in the month on march 2016.

I had cancelled it in the month of december 2017 and placed a request for refund.

Their team had said and advised me that it will be refund after 4 months and then it will automatically transferred in your account.

Now then in may month i follow up your refund and cancellation team several times then they again told me that it refund process starts in month of july.

Now again i am following up with them guys from 1 july to get my respected amount but again i was asked by your team that it will starts from 15 july and i will get it within 5 days.

Now from friday i am following up them and calling them but now your number is suspended and not answering.

Tell me guys is it really my fault to had a trust in them and invest my money in karrm

I am fed up and irritated and i would request you to please help me to transfer and initiate refund in to my account.

Even they are not sharing there cancellation policy.

I booked flat in Karrm residency, Kinawali, Shahapur project on 30th Aug 2012 and promised possession date in 2015. I paid all dues as per the builders demand. No EMI till the possession was the promise which is vain. I cancelled my booking from Swapnanagari, CHAKAN-PUNE and invested in Shahapur project where project is not ready till date. My annual rent loss is 48000/ year x 3= Rs. 146 000.00 minimum. BOI recovered around 1 L rupees till date for late interest payment and loan principal amount.
Physical and mental stress are being increases. Personal family crises are being happens due to this.
Please handover the possession letter and resolve and reimburse my at-least financial losses.

Booked year 2014, registration completed.

I had visited your corporate office last year and did a site visit 5 months ago. Progress is very slow.

I just wanted to know if you said will pay PRE EMI INTERESTS till possession then why a1re there so many late payments happening? I am not getting any loans due to this type of payment history. I need a solution. Also wanted to sell my flat, csn I have someone contact me asap.

I mrs.Preetha sridharan, not received, my 1 bhk flat, booking done and 10% advance of Rs.1, 14, 450/- and other charges given, registered on 28/6/, 2012 .
the booking of which has been done on 27/10/2011.

The flat 303, bldg no110, A wing, Zindagi, Sector 4, karrm Residency shahapur.

was a tri-party loan agreement, with Bank of Maharashtra, Kalyan, who have disbursed 90% loan to them.

Inspite of the work, almost being completed. karrm builders, are not giving the possession to us. it is almost 6 years.,

At time of booking they had advertised, "no emi no interest" till possession, now before possession only, the bankers are demanding money. the builders have used the bank funds,

builders not giving possession and bank BOM is demanding money.

Please help us out. It seems the builders are bent on cheating, no answers, no reply to letters, and now bankers instead of pressurising them to give possession, are asking us to repay their loan.

We have told them, bankers and builders, give possession, on one hand, take your money on other hand. No reply, they are not answering the phone calls, nor replying to the letter, no responsible person answering the phone calls, from the company.

My name is asif, i booked a property in the month of march 2017 with the consumer id: kbn-001188 and was promised that registration will be processed by october of the same year and possession will follow next year. I have sent hundreds of emails and called tens of thousands of times to get an actual update on the project or the progress status. None of my emails have been replied to and the calls have always promised vague details. After a point when i demanded my money back, they said “no matter what you do we will not return a single rupee.”

Now all their so called help line numbers are shut.
I tried calling people who where working for karrm brahmaand and most of them either have disconnected their number or have said they left job cause they were not being paid. This proves the credibility and the core of the company.

I have been forced to pursue this with legal involvements and escalate it to consumer forum for reimbursement of my initial captal, the following emi and the time and effort played to resolve an issue that shouldn't be there at the first place.

I would very much appreciate anyone coming forward who has been dealing with a similar situation and to help them get a resolution from this rutt. Leave a comment on this post and i would contact you, if you don't get a reply from me check the post in 48 hrs.

Hi, we booked flat in karram infrastruture ambernath project in the year 2013-14, possession was assured in 2016-17, however till date possession is not given nor refunded our money, the construction work is not completed and is stop completely, builder is not guaranting when work will be completed, he is saying to us to take shahapur flat, why should we go to shahapur, when we have booked the flat in ambernath, we request you please look into this matter and help us to recover our money.

I need your help in getting refund.

Kindly note have done the booking in April 2017 in their kelve road project Palghar district and it was confirmed that the Registration will done by July 2017 but nothing happened, after several follow up with them finally done the cancellation in October 2017 and their cancellation team told refund will receive after 6 months now it's more then 6 months but have not received the refund & when am contacting them they are saying they don't have funds to repay.
Request your support in getting my cancellation money.

Myself Sushant Panda had purchased flat in your project Karam Residency at Shahpur in 2016 under direct payment scheme with SBI and have already paid almost 100% as per your demand letter. The possession was promised within 3 months as per your sales Staff Ms.Bharti Madam, at the time of booking. Since 2016 onwards I have been visiting your office as well as construction site but there is no progress in construction.

I regret to say that in spite of several visits, I have never been able to understand the actual state of construction. Though towers seem to be having built up but no progress is observed on finishing and landscaping work, failing which possession could not be handed over. In fact, no progress for delivery of our flats is informed & always vague & conflicting information is given in piece meal.

Due to delay in possession it has came to my notice that you are making refund of bank interest to customers who have took loan from your Adhar Finance( at the time of booking it was not disclosed to me that whoever is taking loan from Adhar Finance will receive interest refund) as I have took loan from another Bank I am also paying loan to my bank but yet I don’t receive any refund for my interest paid. According to me I also deserve the same. In the month of December it was confirmed that I will get the possession till March and now you are saying that it will be November so please stick to your words and let me know the final period of possession.

Please finally let me know the actual date of possession of the said Flat.

I have booked flat in Phase 2 but from the time of booking I am not getting any service properly or information accurately.
The guy who is sitting in vikroli office not responding accurately on query. I am fade up with all the thing I need to visit to vikroli branch for every smallest thing. I have already complaint this on Customer support team which are in Vikroli branch but they also not resolved anything. I am not happy with the service you providing.
Now i am expecting positive response from this site.
