I ordered a XOLO A700 Black mobile handset on 6th of April 2013, from www.kaunsa.com, Order No. KA/104828/5R9ISM6L. There was no option of cash on delivery on kaunsa.com, so I payed thee (7324 Rs) amount by HDFC credit card. On kaunsa.com website theey show thee maximum delivery period is 10-15 working days. After 15 days whenever I called thee customer care, every time theey say theat my order will be delivered from 2 to 3 days. I still not get my order.

Booked the following cover and sample cover to the following address, have not been delivered till now.

We don't know why you are delaying again and again.

We have lot of complaints aganist delivery system.

No steps has taken. We are in Ambur.
I had made an order for Micromax A116 from Kaunsa.com com on 6th of March 2013 but till now my order have not yet been dispatched. When i call for the first time they told me the delivery date is 21st of march so i keep waiting. After the delivery date again i made a call and they told me that the product was out of stock so it will be delivered by first week of April. On 2nd of April i made a call again and the customer care executive told me it will reached me by 5-6th of April But as it has not been dispatched again i am trying to call their customer care on today ie. 8th April, the whole day but they didn't pickup the calls moreover they didn't reply my complain ticket at their site! Please help me so that i can get the product or my money back.

Hi,

I had placed an Order on Kaunsa.com a Xolo q800 mobile phone on 30th June(Order no. 140781), I had order for a Black phone, however what i got was a white phone, with lower processor speed.

Inspite of repeated reminders Kaunsa.com is not replacing the white phone with black, it's been over 25 days that I, m following up with them.

Totally frustrated, stop shopping on www.Kaunsa.com site, they are fraud.

I have ordered watch order no 125089 dated 26/june/2013 recieved the watch on 12/july/2013 but not in working condition sent back for replacement till date not recieved called and mailed so many times every time i call them they said this week this week u recieve your order.

    it looks like a fraud site .

      Dear sir,
      I have Placed order to www.kaunsa.com (Mify Solution Pvt.Ltd.) ( Order Ref. ID: 107026) for X700 Lava mobile worth Rs. 7525 and I paid by my debit card on 10th April,
      then i got confirmation that i will get my product within 25th april, its 3rd May still I didn`t get my product, when I contact to Customer care,i have been told that the product will be deliver within a 3rd may as they are not having item in stock.
      Today I called to customer care, asking for my product , they told me that my product has been dispatched and i will get docket details by today evening, again in evening i called to Customer Care asking for docket details, he told me docket details will be update within 24 hours. and i will get my product within 6th may.
      When i asked to refund my money, they told that product is dispatched ,so they can`t refund the amount.Now I am fed up by taking follow up from the Mify solution Pvt Ltd. Kindly look into the matter and do justice to us.
      I here with attached all the proof I am having.

        Dear all,

        Kaunsa.com doesn't mind dealing in fake products. Even the guys they deal with are outright liers.
        1) Sells fake products and doesn't label as copy.
        2) On calling, when you confirm that their product is a fake, they don't agree with you at all
        3) General customer service is a crap.
        4) website says that before delivery, products are checked for quality but that doesn't happen.
        5) When they take back your product, they will want to payback in coupons and not money.

        I'm talking about this.

        Even after confirming and telling them that the product is not genuine, Kaunsa.com continues to sell the product. Thus duping many many more. They say that the warranty is a sellers warranty, and not company/manufacturers warranty.

        Beware of this site, don't deal with it. These guys even are reluctant to pay for return shipping.

          sir ... i ordered a micromax A110 Canvas 2 mobile of 11,000 rs. from online shopping .. Kaunsa.com & made payment through net banking on 20/03/2013 & the 7 delivery was in 7 days but i got a max mobile of 1000 rs. that too in 15 days. i returned that mobile to kaunsa.com but still i didnt receive my ordered mobile .. and the customer care executives are not responding & saying that i will receive my mobile soon..now its almost 40 days and i didn't receive my mobile yet... getting feed back from kaunsa.com customer care that i will receive my mobile soon but nothing till now ...

          My order no. with Kaunsa.com is KAUN/106818 . I ordered micromax canvas 2 mobile for 10250 rs. on 09th April. Their normal delivery time is ten to fifteen days which is already more then normal. Today its 30th april, and still not delivering, even they are not providing the shipping details.. Each time I m calling them they ask me to wait., I m very tensed about my money. I feel I get cheated. Please advise what should I do to get my money back as they are not responding at all.             My order no. with Kaunsa.com is KA/101373 . I ordered micromax canvas 2 mobile on 31st March. Their normal delivery time is ten to fifteen days which is already more then normal. Today its 22nd april , and still not delivering, even they are not providing the shipping details.. Each time i m calling them they ask me to wait., i m very tensed about my money. I feel i get cheated. Please advise what should i do to get my money back as they are not responding at all. Kaunsa.com is fraud and cheaters. Pls do nt buy anything from them. Pls help guyz.

              I placed order on 10th April ,but still I didn`t receive the product, when i contact to customer care, it says the delivery time is 15 days ,you will get your product soon as we get in stock.if the item was not in stock why they written on advt.that item is in stock.

                      I had placed an order for micromax canvas A116 on 11.03.2013 by paying rs.15165/- through kaunsa.com and according to the website the product was supposed to be delivered to me on 26.3.2013. my order number is KA/81571/JTLIRKS6. on 26.3.2013 when i telephoned to kaunsa.com @[protected] i was told that due to the un-avaiablity of the product, the delivery could not be done in time and the product will be delivered to me on 64.2013. the product is not yet delievered to me till so far. I have paid a huge sum of Rs.15,165/-. i want my money back. please help me in this regard.

                        i have booked micromax canvas a 116 on 13th march and expected delivery date was on 28th march,i did pre payment also through debit card when i asked about the product they just kept on postponding the delivery date now they say i will get nxt weak might be on monday
                        i had ordered a samsung galaxy note 2 GTN7100 at kaunsa.com on 23rd of march.my order number is ka/96976. i did the online payment of Rs. 32930 through credit card and i was assured that my product would be delivered within 7-10 days. i had ordered for grey colour. now it's been 15 days i ahve been given false assurances all the time. in between they told me that the product is not in stock and they can despatch immidiately white colour phone for which i had given my consent. everytime i call them i get different feedbacks and false assurance. i have also gone through the feedbacks and found that this is a fraud site. i have to go for legal action against these people now.
                        I placed an order paying 15.5k for Micromax HD canvas phone few days ago in kaunsa.com. Tentatively they have given the delivery date as Apr 21st. Now that I am getting to see that this website seems to be fishy and has got so much of negative feedback on various review forums. What should I do? Should I wait till 21st and take necessary action.

                        They are not reachable either on phone or via email. Do help me in this regard.

                        What should I do to get back my money? Whom do i approach? How to file in consumer court? If there are people here like me, please do reach me. Lets all file a case together and teach the fraudsters a lesson.

                        Its past more than 2 weeks and the item has still not been delivered. I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care without success.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I purchased Sony Xperia P LT22i White worth Rs.15780 from site www.kaunsa.com and my order Id is KA/90676/VM8QRN1L. The delivery date was 30th march, but I dint get my product on given date, when I called to Customer care, no one picked up, but when I tried more than 10 times, somehow someone picked up and assured me to deliver product on Monday i.e. 1st of April. But, today also, nothing happened and when I called again, he extended the date by 3 days more i.e. 4th of April. I am dam frustrated with this situation and I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible. If possible, I want to file a case on them for harassing customer Mentally and Economically.
                            I have come here with great hopes, please do needful.

                              I have purchased a product from Kaunsa.com (order no : Kaun/70698) on 25th Feb 2013 against a netbanking payment. And I was promised a delivery on 10th Mar 2013. I have called customer care, they are very rude, most of the time they dont pick up the call, if they do so, they will listen to you and drop the call with out responding.

                              They donot even call me or respond to my queries. They are not refunding the amount. Please help.

                              I really feel cheated when shoping on Kaunsa. Friends, I recommend you all not to shop on Kaunsa and I going to let thsi know to all my friends who shop online.
                              I purchased a new goggle from u, & the payment for the goggle is paid to you by HDFC debit card on 15 / 05 / 14 but still I didn’t got my product. Please check the status of my delivery

                                I had ordered a NOTE II from the website Kaunsa.com they have sent me a cheaper phone which is not the same I have complaint the the are not taking the complaint. I had received the courier on[protected] I had complaint on the same day on there phone and next day I had generated a ticket no. on there website. When I called them they say your product was dispatched on 7-3-2013 you should have complaint in 24 hours now we cannot take the complaint.

                                Why cant all the people who have been cheated from Kaunsa.com file a Fraud case, Go ahead File a case against them, 100 FIR for Fraud should be enough to take them down. I have been cheated as well i will also be doing the same thing FIR against Kaunsa.com for online Fraud.

                                  This kaunsa website is one of the big fraud website i believe. I too had placed order for Micromax canvas HD A116 on March 9th. Havent got it till today. Its been a month.
                                  Looks like this is the case with most of the Micro Max A116 Orders.

                                  I'm thinking to goto consumer court.

                                    This is a complaint against the Online shopping website called Kaunsa.com. I had placed an order for a Emporio Armani men's Wrist Watch on the 12 Feb 2013 for Rs. 6099/= and paid by my Credit Card at the same time. My order number is KA/66168/68GWIJNE. I received an email saying the order will be delivered on the 27th of Feb 2013, then on 28th Feb 2013 I called them on their number i.e. +[protected], after trying end number of times I finally got to speak with someone, he said that the product will be dispatched by the 2nd of March 2013. Then on the 2nd March 2013 I called again and they said on 4th March 2013, I shall receive the dispatch shipment details in the e-mail. Today is the 5th March 2013 and I have still not received any e-mail or a note from them about my order. Sadly it seems that this company is a Fraudser and someone needs to take strict action against them. I will be making a police complain by March end 2013 if I do not receive any reply from their side. Unfortunately, if anyone else has been the victim of this vicious company, you are requested to please make a police complaint, cause it is because o[censored]s good people (who do not complain and take the brunt) that these companies exists and keep on roping in more and more innocent people in their trap.

                                      I have ordered Samsung galaxy tab2 on 19th Jan 2013. However they have confirmed order date on 4th Feb 2013 and payment also paid though credit card. Order should be delivered by 7-10 days as per their delivery rules. But still i haven't received my product, also when i called to customer care, they are saying always product will reached this weekend. as the same 2 weekend has gone but still i haven't received my product. There was no option of cash on delivery on kaunsa.com, so I payed the (7385 Rs) amount by NET Banking. On kaunsa.com website they show thee maximum delivery period was 26th of JULY 2013, . After 15 days whenever I called the customer care, every time they say that my order will be delivered in next week surelly. But i am tired to hear them like this. Now I still not get my orderd product.

                                        I had been delievered with 7" android 4 capacitive touch 3D free tab case with keyboard item on 31.12.12 evening from Kaunsa.com online purchase against order ID KA/52290/2QRARCSW. I had tried my best to connect dongle to the tab but could not succeed, While connecting dongle( I ball 3.5 G connect model no. 3.5 GH-72, version3.0.0 ), the screen goes blank with no response. However same is conveyed to vendor telephonically and via e-mail. Further you have assured for reverse pickup of defective item but failed due to denial of Blue dart courier for reverse pickup. After somuch of calls, vendor asked to send it through any courier to their office and same is sent to them through First flight on date 02.02.2013.

                                        Item had been received by kaunsa.com on date 08.02.2013 morning as confirmed by customer care executive. Next day, afternoon, it had been informed by Kaunsa.com that tablet screen is broken and they cannot do anything and discoonected the call.

                                        Today on 22.02.2013, item is being received with screen broken throgh Blue Dart courier and item is not getting switch on.

                                        Hence, it has given me immense mental tension and pain . Therefore I request you to kindly instruct Kaunsa.com online shopping to either provide new tablet or refund the money.
