I had purchased a Samsung mobile phone model : i9070 Galaxy S advance through the website vide order id:KA/44020/7N32CX0Q in Dec'12.

The company cheated me by sending a refurbished phone even though I was charged for a new phone, also the phone has come without the specified memory card of 16GB.

The company is not replacing the phone and I want to file a consumer complaint against this portal ie.,www.kaunsa.com

    I had order for a purchase of Micromax HD Canvas 2 A116 from Kaunsa.com, run by Mify Solutions Pvt. Ltd. I booked the product on 08.04.13 and paid full amount. The product had to reach me with 7-10 days. They did not send me the product even after 10 days. I sent several communication, but they are buying time each time, I sent them a communication. It is over 50 days and they are still telling me that the order is dispatched but not providing shipping details. They are doing fraud on the consumer by taking money and not providing services. It is well known that the product is not dispatched. This seem to me biggest fraud company.

      I have booked a Cell Phone Model - Micromax Canvas HD A116 on 21/04/2013 from www.Kaunsa.com vide Booking Ref. No. KA/114274/9B5P7ZC6 for Rs.14,740/- (photo attached). Their booking form was showing 06/05/2013 (Photo attached) as the delivery date but unfortunately I have not received the product till date. I have sent an email through their website for Cancellation of the Order on 11/05/2013 (photo attached) as the product was not shipped. They have neither cancelled the order & processed the refund nor have delivered the product till today. I have been talking to their tele-executives twice-thrice every week since the booking is made. Their Tele-Executives always replies - "the product is shipped yesterday or will be shipped the following day therefore cancellation is not possible". Till date nothing is received from their end neither the product nor the refund.

      Hence, I seek your co-operation for the aforesaid matter.

        hi my name Sunil i had ordered to Casio EFR 501SP from Kaunsa .com i had place order on 1st May i had paid full amount through my credit card Rs 4999. they had told me by 15 day i will get the product but they didnot met timeframe ,i call up call center they told me i will get on Thursday .but product was not dispatched ... this is getting repetitively happening..week by week

          I ordered the mobile phone Samsung Galaxy S4 (Order ID - MOB/SAM/SAM/82738 ) on 8th May, 2013 and i was told by Customer care executive of the company that you would recieve the product within 7 days and last date to deliver the producat was 22nd May, 2013 but i haven;t recieved the product yet. Tried calling the customer care, but they are not picking up the call.

            Dear Sir,

            I ordered a Micromax Mobile on kaunsa.com. They have to delivered the product in 15 to 20 days but they simply told me product is not in stock , we will send you your product very soon. But about after 1 month they told me that, they can not deliver the product as its not in stock again. Then I ask to return my money but did not ready to return and issue me a voucher to purchase an other product. Then I ordered a samsung mobile after asking customer care that this product is available or not, may I order ?, after confirming by them I put the order.

            But about after 1 month they again told that, they can not deliver the product. This time I just told them to return my money and they process my money refund.

            They start refund process on 22- April -2013 and then after they are contentiously telling me your refund is processed this will reflect in your account in this date or that date but till the date my money is not transferred.


            I am suffering with a great mental stress :(

            I request you , please help me......please.

            Buyers beware of Kaunsa. i ordered a mobile phone which was not delivered for over a month. When I asked for my refund i was told it would be processed within 7-9 days (most other online services like Jabong and Indiatimes do it in 1 day). It is now been almost a month and I still have not seen the refund. What can I do? Shouldn't some consumer agency out there get these guys to stop doing business.

                  I bought a pair of shoes of Puma and paid 1200 using net banking. it was supposed to be delivered after 15 days on 26th April 2013 but on 26th when i called them, they informed me that the product is not available and offered me to go for some other product. I however refused the offer and requested for refund. They promised that i'll get my refund in 15 days but to my surprise its already 25 days and no sign of refund. No one picks the phone and when they do, they say it will be credited soon. Fed up with this follow up game.
                  sincere request to all, please don't buy anything from this website. I have logged a consumer complaint as well, lets see what help that brings.

                    on 18th of april, i order a samsung grand phone tru kaunsa.com which is based in up,and was suggested by junglee.com.
                    order no is KA/112789/QVXD0QMU, and delivery date was 3rd of may.
                    its 22 may now and till date i haven't received my phone nor have got any response about the same from them.
                    i have been calling there customer care every 2nd day and they keep telling me that i will get it tomorrow, day after, and so on..
                    i wrote to them so many mails but no repsonse. i even send request for cancellation of the order but again no response,
                    the customer care people are very rude and have no clue of any thing.

                      I have placed order with kaunsa.com on 18/04/2013 order no. ka/112276 on 18/04/2013 products name Micromax A116 (MOBILE PHONE ) but products not delivered till now(22/05/2013) the stat us showing is " deliverd " but no information of courier . i have many times call in customer care but no satifaction answer given me by customer care they gives always new dates if they can't sent our products. I have paid for the product in advance using credit card. This is a fraud company. Need some help.

                        I had place an order for Xolo A700 from KAUNSA.COM and made the full payment through my Standard Chartered Credit Card. I got the confirmation from the Web site on the same but there was no shipping information regarding the same. After 2-3 days I called up customer care of KAUNSA.COM (
                        +[protected] and CC replied that the shipping and delivery date will be confirmed soon. I wrote a mail to support team regarding the delivery date and got the reply that the delivery date is 19-May-2013. I was keep on following them for shipping details but on 19-May-2013 the product did not deliver.
                        I have calling them since 15th and they are keep telling me that the shipping details will be update soon. Again I wrote my issue to escalation team and they said due to bulk order the product was not delivered and it will be delivered with in 2-3 days. I called them up regarding the shipping details then CC replied it will be update till 3.00 PM (21-May-2013) and when i called they again replied it will be update till 6.00 PM(21-May-2013). I called them up at 6.00 PM(21-May-2013) and again they replied it will be update till 7 then I said but you office timings are 9.30 to 6.30 CC replied no it is till 7.30. I called them around then no one picked up my called. Today morning I shouted and after 20 mins today I got a call from some from KAUNSA.COM and his mobile no is :[protected] , he said we can not deliver your product then I asked them to refund my money, I am raising a request for refund process and you will get it in 7-10 days.

                        This web site is totally fraud and they keeping customer's money for so many days and at the end they reply that product cab be delivered due to some reason. I had purchased this mobile for official purpose and due this issue I have been into stress. I need proper compensation from KAUNSA.COM. Below are the details of the order:-

                          I have booked a Samsung Galaxy Chat GT B5330 mobile phone on Kaunsa.com on 11th April'13. My order ID is kaun/107593 but still they have not delivered my product after one and a half month. Therefore on 11th May'13 after discussing with their customer care person I did all procedure for cancellation & refund on their website but still they have not refunded my money after 10 days. They are also not replying to any of my online complaint tickets that are been entered on their website (my latest ticket no. is Kaun/T107593/9ZNM5E1XZD). Everytime they promise a fake delivery date with no courier details when asked and simply go on extending the delivery dates by 3-4 days.

                          Samsung — Not deliver the product after One and half Month

                          I have ordered a samsung LCDTV(LA 32C480) on 01.11.2010 through Arasan & Co . Till now the product is not delivered.The conatct person in the retail shop is telling product out of stock.
                          I have send complain to samsung also .Now its more than 50 days . Why this much delay ?

                            I have online ordered a Nokia Lumia 720 worth Rs. 15990 on 25th April . Nokia Lumia 720 Order No. KA/116636/56U3UO4B There was no option for cash on delivery or credit card EMI. So we have to pay the full money while ordering . The delivery date was 15th May . When it was not delivered I gave them a call and they confirmed it will be delivered within 15th.Now today on 20th they are not responding to the customer care number and if we mail at their support website also , we are not receiving any response. For getting acknowledgement we have raised a ticket as well , but that too is not showing up any tracking records. It was a big mistake ordering from this website but I would like to get it refunded..

                            I have done the payment online through credit card . I have the transaction details. Please lodge a complaint against this website as there are a lot of other complaints as well .

                            Nokia — No Delivery still

                            I submitted my N-95 on 5th of Sept for a complaint that was a blank display and audio problem. My handset is under warranty coverage and yet i was being charged for it. When asked the reply from the Nokia care center was that physical damages are not under warranty.

                            Now, i dint understand how a wire inside the phone which is not physically outside to be broken by me or even visible to me comes under physical damage and i have to bear the cost.Anyway i gave my phone for service and was promised to get it back in 15days maximum.

                            Today its been 19days and no news of my handset yet. When i call the careline they registered my Complaint for late delivery and asked me to call them again after 48 hours to get updated on the info. I did this and they said we don't have any info on your phone and call again later, same they did 2 times.! till now i don't know where exactly is my handset..

                            I request you to kindly help and take note of how poor NOKIA services are, I am not the only one with complaints here.

                              I ordered a Micromax A116 canvas model mobil on Kaunsa.com and paid Rs. 15,000/- on 03/April/2013 (order#KA/103170/VF0QB9UQ ). The order was supposed to ship by 18/April/2013. However, it was not shipped until I followed up with Kaunsa.com customer care. Apparently reply is product will be deliver with in another four days. its already more than one month over till there are giveing same reply.

                              I posted the complain on their site and responce is" We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you . We would like to inform you that we are in a position to procure the shipping details as soon as we receive it we will provide the same to you.Please co-ordinate with us for further assistance. "


                              I am now tired of following up with this non-sense company and demanded a cancellation of order and immediate refund today. But castomer care is repling for it " As we had already sent your order to vendor so in this case we are unable to cancel the order . "

                                This is to bring into your notice about a fraud done by online e-commerce company - Kaunsa.com. On 11th April Kaunsa.com was showing a Micromax canvas HD A116 mobile phone on there website as in stock with order delivery in 7-10 days. I ordered the same product on 11th April and post payment i was send a order delivery date as 26th April. On calling again and again the customer care executive either tell me that your order is with shipment or with courier company but when i ask them about shipment and courier details they were unable to tell. I also wait for my as per their new delivery date commitment Many time i ask them on mail and there also i get the same revert. I have all mails in my mailbox, which i can share on demand. Now twice I have asked Kaunsa.com via mail, to cancel my order and update me on status and to refund my Entire amount, But they refuse to cancel the Order, even though they have not delivered the order. I have already paid the entire cost for my order Rs 14990/ The mobile price now reduce to Rs 13700(approx). also i am waiting for more than 1 months after payment for getting my order delivered. As I was unaware of such companies which take advance payment and later do not deliver the orders. Now I found myself in their trap and so brought this incident into your notice for you to intervene so that i can get justice and support.I have asked Kaunsa.com several times to cancel my order and refund entire order amount into my Bank account but they refuse to. I need your intervene for the same along with the compensation.

                                  I have online ordered a xolo A700 Black worth rs 7324 on 21th April . we have to pay the full money while ordering . The delivery date was 07th May . When it was not delivered I gave them a call and they confirmed it will be delivered within 11th.Now today on 15th they are not responding to the customer care number and if we mail at their support website also , we are not receiving any response. For getting acknowledgement we have raised a ticket as well , but that too is not showing up any tracking records. It was a big mistake ordering from this website but I would like to get it refunded..

                                  I have done the payment online through debit card . I have the transaction details. Please lodge a complaint against this website as there are a lot of other complaints as well .

                                    I have online ordered a micromax canvas 2 worth rs 14740 on 25th April . There was no option for cash on delivery or credit card EMI. So we have to pay the full money while ordering . The delivery date was 10th May . When it was not delivered I gave them a call and they confirmed it will be delivered within 11th.Now today on 13th they are not responding to the customer care number and if we mail at their support website also , we are not receiving any response.                                       I have placed an order(mobile) from www.kaunsa.com on 5th may. Before placing order it was showing that the delivery time will be within 7-10 days. But after placing order it is showing that the delivery time will be on or before 21st May. After calling so many times finally the customer care executive picked up the phone & she confirm me that the delivery date will be on or before 23rd May & not within 21st may. Even they do not reply complaints properly.

                                      Please help me. As delivery time is important for me(I have to gift this item on some one's birthday)

                                        I place order for HTC Desire V in Kaunsa.com on 28th March,after followup for them for many times i have cancelled my order from them on may 26th,they are very bad in product delivery,whenever i call them i will recieve it in 4 to 5 days,its been 15 days that i cancelled my order but i have not received the refunded amount
