I have ordered an rayban goggles from kaunsa.com i have made an pre-payment for that. I have also received and order confirmation email. But when i called them to ask status about my order that i came to know that its a fake number. its belongs to some developer number. People be careful from such company's. Am writing this just to for all to be safe.

I have purchased a Dress(ladies top) on 15th apr 14 worth INR 349. The product has not been delivered yet, nor have they provided me the shipping details of the product. I am continuously calling their consumer care executives but Customer care persons are always bluffing and they are not responsed

    Hi. I have ordered RayBan sunglasses from www.kaunsa.com, I have made payment on November 26, 2013. Till now I didnot get the product. When I can they give false promisses, reasons, sometimes they dont even respond to my call. No email support, No customer support. No service

    In local langauge we can say as 3rd class service. Worst people, they only think money not service. Ban such false companies. these people dont value customer money, customer etc.

      I believe the product is fake as well as you know, even RayBan does not give at least 10% discount from its stores and these stupids offer 80% discount. But they looked good and so ordered the product. They said i will get them in 10 days, out of curiosity, I called them and the person who received the call was very arrogant in replies. Says - you will get the information in 7 - 10 days. That was the only line he was saying. So got doubt and searched for reviews online and I see many of my brothers and sisters complaining about the company. I would really damage the company's reputation as they are not doing good business. Better to close the business rather than cheating someone who is loyal...i.e., customers. Kaunsa guys watch your now

        I ordered Ray-Ban Sunglasses on 27/11/2013 from Kaunsa.com order no KA/197342/PV7HA1SM(Ref No Kaun-197342) and pay on the same date through Credit card and immediate confirmation of payment and order received from Kaunsa portal material will be delivered to me with in 12/12/2013, but till now i am not yet received my product neither they send my ordered material, nor they are refund my money. when i had communication through phone on their customer care no[protected], but nobody answer properly Please help me to get back the money back

          Before I made an order, I had called customer care whether the TV will be shipped to Kerala and also it is in stock. They informed that you can pay nowitself and product will be delivered within 4 days. => The first false promise and cheating I paid the full amount on 24th Nov, but the invoice was saying, product will be delivered on Dec 9th. That means 17 days after payment. => The second false promise and cheating I had called the customer care after two days and asked the status and they said that they had some problem with vendors and it will be solved on Dec 2nd so that they will send the product after that. => Another false promise and cheating. I had called the customer care after Dec 2nd and this time they said that, the problem with Vendor is solved and it will be delivered on 9th Dec => Another false promise and cheating. I had called the customer care after 9th Dec and this time they informed me that "Sorry for the delay and product will be delivered on 13th as informed by vendor". => Another false promise and cheating. I had called the customer care after 13th Dec and they informed that unfortunately, the item is not in stock now due to large requests for the same item. I will get the refund immediately. => Another false promise and cheating. I had called again after two days because I didnt get any information regarding my refund and this time they promised that it will be done before EOD. => Another false promise and cheating. I had called on Dec 17th and this time they informed me that refund will be required 30 days as per the policy!!! I had called on Dec 19th again and I argued that this is unacceptable and I need my money be transferred immediately. Then they sent an email to me saying that, it will be transferred on 2nd Jan. So this is the current status now. Do you think they will refund the money on 2nd Jan?? Please think from my side as my hard earned money is in vein now as I really doubt about these people because of my previous experience with them. The product was gift which I ordered and now I lost my face because of Kaunsa, because I updated that the product will be delivered on this date and so on. I spent more than enough time to spent for sending emails and calling them. A BIG LOSS FOR ME IN SHORT. They never replied for my emails and whenever I call its very difficult to connect to their support also. Now the situation is that I paid around Rs.50K on 24th Nov and 26 days past still I didnt get the product or my money back. I have all the electronic proof of(e-mail and phone calls) and planning to lodge a complaint in customer court and cyber crime. Now please think you want to buy anything from www.kaunsa.com or not. As per my experience they are a group of frauds. Never ever believe them.

            I purchased a Laptop (Samsung NP350E5CS02IN Intel Core I3 4GB 750GB Win 8 2GB HD Graphics Notebook Laptop) on 17.11.2013 from Kaunsa.com portal of order no KA/191320/V6P3P0QF (Ref no: Kaun/191320) and pay on the same date through Credit card of Rs 33975.00 and immediate confirmation of payment and order received from Kaunsa portal and they will also mention in their portal that material will be delivered to me with in 2nd of December 2013. I raise a complain on 28.11.2013 on their portal as they have no intimation of dispatch of my order. They also reply me on 29.11.2013 as they are coordinating the matter.On 04.12.2013 they reply that they are unable to send the order and instead of that they will want to give me cash voucher instead of that. As I am refuse to to accept cash voucher, they also assured on 06.12.2013 that they will delivered that material from other seller within a week. But unfortunately, till date neither they send my ordered material, nor they they refund my money. There are repeated communication through phone on their customer care no[protected], but nobody answer properly and seems they are fraud concern.                 Dear sir, I have placed on order on 5th November with KAUNSA.COM for acer laptop (Acer Aspire E1 571 NX M09SI 023Core i3 3rd Gen 4GB 500GB Intel HD Graphics Win 8 Notebook Laptop) for Rs.23294/- and my order no is KA/185490/8JNCO3K5. They gave a delivery date of 20th November. They did not deliver the order till 22nd November. When i called them on 23rd november they told me that they do not have stock of the product and they will refund the amount within 7 to 10 working days. 10 Working days have passed, Till now i have not received any refund of my money. -

                  Hi All, Am Comet from Chennai, i happen to see an add for Tissot watch from this (kaunsa.com) and ordered for it. I received the product a month late. When i received it i found the warranty card and manual missing when i checked in tissot web page they clearly mentioned if there is no warranty card or manual then it is not genuine product.When i called the guys to check no one pics up the phone if they pick up they never respond anything. So i had to complain in their website for which they did not say anything apart from a message that i have to return the product and they send me voucher for the amount i payed and i can used it further purchase, They do not call and explain why they are selling this non genuine product even if they sell they do not mention anywhere in the website its fake. Can any one tell me how to get my money back from these cheater?                   kaunsa.com sells only duplicate products. Do not buy anything from them. Recently I have purchased 2 pieces of MI 10400mAh power bank. Both of the power banks can charge only 20% of my mobile having battery 2100mAh. Then I got doubt and checked fake vs original mi power bank. All symptoms for a fake MI power bank is matching with the delivered product. I wanted to verify the product in MI website (http://www.mi.com/verify/) and found that the delivered product does not have 20-digit security code.

                  I wanted to return both of the power bank and I want the shipping charge of Rs.98/- + product cost refunded. I shall never buy any product from kaunsa.com and planning for facebook campaign against these cheaters.

                    i ordered a samsung s duos on 12.09.13 by paying them rs 8000. my order id was MOB/MOB/SAM/90236. till one month they made excuse and i believed on them. after that they claimed out of stock and gave me cash voucher. i made a second order on the same day i.e, 24.10.13 by paying rs8000 voucher and rs150 extra for the samsung trend. the order id was MOB/MOB/SAM/64222. delivery date was given 08.11.13.again the same story started and the same happened. my complain ticket no is Kaun/T164360/XWFZ6WS5A8. there is a contact no given on there site which if somehow received will make sure that you never call them again by abusing you as if you are the culprit. now, again they are willing to give me the cash voucher for a third order. how do i believe them. these guys are fraud. p.s. they might give a system generated reply.

                      sir, as per Adv. of KAUNSA, i have placed order of 10" Tablet on 19th under EMI, and paid worth of Rs. 5999 + EMI processing charge of 348 through out KAUNSA Payment gatway, then after i came to know through my bank that EMI can not be possible through debit card. THIS WAS FIRST CHEATING that KAUNSA taken extra Rs.348 in the same of EMI Processing charge. but i accepted. but after 8-9 days i asked for delivery status of shipment at that time their executive informed that your product is not available, please purchase 7' tablet of Rs. 4999/- and we will refund you 1000/- after your approval we will take action.THIS WAS SECOND TIME CHEATING. as i had not choice i accepted this also and given approval. my order date was 19th oct. and i received 7" tablet on 6th Nov. then after i asked for refund of balace 1000/- but their executive told you will get VOUCHER and not refund. THIRD CHEATING. i accepted. but as per their policy. if we want to redeem VOUCHER we have to purchase make purchase more then VOUCHER AMOUNT. i purchase SAREE of Rs. 1500/- paying extra Rs.500/- on 14th Nov. and i asked for delivery status before 5days and their executive informed that your product will be delivered within 4-5days. but nothing received so that i asked again today and they informed the product is not available please purchase other product. THIS IS FORTH TIME CHEATING. Finaly this is prooved that KAUNSA is a cheating company. who taking advance payment showing different product and harassing customer. and not fulfill their commitment.                       Below reply i received fro KAUNSA Customer care, which is not at all fair and acceptable. i have seen the same complain from the many customer. this is your policy to take advance money showing attractive product and when customer place order you start cheating giving 15-20 days delivery period. i got very will your policy. and got well you are a biggest fraud company.                         My order No- Kaun/T128779.. I ordered a mobile from kaunsa.com 8 months back. But the product was not dispatched for 2 months. On contacting them i got to know that they don't have that product in there stock. So i raised a complaint against refund for amount to them on there website. further they replied that they cannot refund but will provide a voucher code for buying few products. Later when i try to redeem that voucher, it failed. Again i wrote a complaint to them they replied- the product which you ordered our seller was unable to provide you due to shortage problem, you have to select any other product. I tried this for too many products but still the same problem exists.. Its enough for complaining them because they lack perfection.. There are maximum complaint against this website but how they are still able to run there website.. I wrote them 42 times for a single transaction.But they dint nothing helped and there contact no is of no use as no one pick up the phone.. Please take my complaint against them and make them to refund my money.. Its a long time for fooling me with vouchers, unavailability of the stock, Seller problem..

                          Dear Sir, I want to submit that 1) I had purchased a Ray Ban aviator sunglass through kaunsa.com website whose order no is KA/185646/X7UBD1M0 DT- 05/11/2013. 2) I received confirmation email that my online payment has been received successfully and the item will be delivered on 20 Nov 2013. 3) I had paid an amount of Rs.539/-(499/-+ 40) through SCB Credit Card. 4) But till date I have not received the ordered item. 5) I have tried multiple time to contact the customer support no [protected] of kaunsa.com on 25/11/2013, but no one responded, I had also sent an complain through email to [protected]@kaunsa.com . 6) It appears that the website is fake and it makes people fool. 6) So, I request you to look into the matter and ensure the delivery of the ordered articles if possible or suggest me the further course of action against the fraud committed by the said company.                             BEWARE OF KAUNSA.COM : A Company that cheats you online.

                            Friends you need to be beware of this web-portal co. which has their office at Flat # No.204, 2nd Floor, Singhal Tower, Near To Labour Chowk, Sector 58, Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh, India - 201301 which claims to be selling consumer goods online but does not sends the merchandise even after ordering and making full payments in advance.

                            I had ordered 2 towels with them on 29/10/13 after receiving their e-mails and going to their web-site. I made full payment of the order # KA/181413/4JGHK269 of Rs. 598.00 using my Credit card for the same. I received a subsequent reply from them that my order is confirmed and that I would receive my products soon with a promised shipping date of 13/11/13. However, I received a phone call from their end on 02/11/13 saying that the products chosen and ordered by me are Out-of stock and I should order something else and that they are issuing a Credit Voucher to me. I replied to them that I had ordered the products same day after receiving their e-mail and at the time of order their web-site was showing 10 pcs of each towel in stock as such how could they claim that the item ordered was out of stock. She replied that probably they had forgotten to update their web-site. On this I asked them that I do not want any other product : either they supply the ordered towels or refund my money in full. She said that it was not their policy to make any refunds.

                            Subsequently, I have sent two reminders to them and once again talked to them over phone them but they still are adamant that I order another product of higher value and accept their Credit Voucher to be adjusted against the same.

                            How can one trust such companies once again by making additional payment when the original payment is still jeopardized?

                                I was trying to purchase an item from this company after doing so I found this company fishy as they said they have not received the payment although I got a confirmation from the Bank that the Payment is made. I tried to block my payment through the Bank but the Bank as Usual in our country they ask the customers to be safe but they themselves do not check about the company themselves before making their transactions and they offer their Inability. Now went i started checking the reviews found that his company Kausa.com is a fraud company

                                    I paid Rs 13154/- for Samsung TV on September 20, 2013 through netbanking. I was informed that I will receive the product by 5th October 2013. I did not receive the product even after 1 month of placing the order. Whenever I used to call they used to tell me I will get the product in 3 to 4 days. There was no communication about delay from their side, every time I had to call them and find out about the status of the order. Finally after more than a month when I called them I was told that there is some problem from their end and they have cancelled the order and they will give me cash voucher. I informed them that I do not want any cash voucher, I want my money credited to my bank account, but they are saying they will only give me cash voucher. I don't trust these people and want my money back, I don't want to suffer because of the problem at their end. Kindly do the needful. Thanks.
