I had ordered a micromax a116 phone online on kaunsa.com - order id - ka/138806/fsy5tb0q on 23rd june 2013.
I had paid in advance - through credit card. After repeated reminders and pleadings, the phone was finally delivered on 16th july 2013.

Below is the condition of the phone -
It is defective - cannot switch it on.
The seal of the phone's box was already broken
The micromax office has confirmed that that instrument had been in use and activated on 17th april 2013 - almost 3 months before it was delivered to me.

On contacting the kaunsa team, the response has been lukewarm to say the least. They seem disinterested and are still "following up" with the so called fraud seller.

They are not ready to start the refund process - even after requesting for it repeatedly. Over the past three days , i have sent countless emails and tried to get in touch dozens of times on the customer care.
An utterly unbelievable e commerce website - my money is blocked and i do not know how to get these people to process the refund.
Feel absolutely cheated.
Would not recommend this website to anyone. Beware.

    Hi,

    I have placed the order in the mid of June, 2013 for one mobile(order no. KA/134944/4ZRQGW6Y ). I made the payment online through mt Credit card and expected to get the delivery by June 25, 2013. But i havn't got any response from company next 15 days for delivery. After lots of follow up i came to know that product is not avaliable. I have requested from refund of my money but till date i haven't received. I put the complaint on comapny website but never get proper response. Contact no. shown on site is also not responding maximum time. Try to communicate no. of time through my mails and few calls for refund but no one turn up with response.
    This is fraud company. This are using customet money and playing with this. Please help me for refund of my money and also compensation for my pain which they have given.

    I have placed an order on 19/06/2013 for the purchase of Swipe F3 mobile which was suppose to be delivered within 10 days. However the same was not received and I got a call from your support team after almost 15 days that the said product will require another 15 days. I was shocked to hear and i immediately told to cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However till date i have not received the refund for almost more than 45 days. Nobody pick up the phone number mentioned on the website also.

      Hello Sir/Madam,
      I had purchased Nokia 101 from www.kaunsa.com on 4th July 2013 with order id KA/134967/7VYRVT7P.
      They promised to delivery with 4-7 days after order date. kuansa.com not responding my call and they
      didnt send any mail delivery status of my product to my registered id. I am trying to enquire about my
      product and calling custumer care no[protected] every day but no one responding my call. Please solve
      my issue . Please ask them to ship my product as soon as possible within 12th july or esle orfund my
      amount paid ie Rs 1350

      I book a mobile with kaunsa.com having order no. KA/29266 on 10-Nov-12. But till date i did not receive the product. I am getting any response from the customer support. Customer support phone is no giving no response.

        I Ordered Sony Xperia S worth 21000/-
        after payment status was showing product will dispatch after D+14(2weeks).
        still i wait upto the date, then when i try to call, after a so much trying once they picked they tell reason for delay that "By mistake product sold for 21000/-, actually it is of 26000/-".
        then i told to canceled my Order, and still waiting for Payment where they already deducted 1000/- rs as TAX(don't know), but anyway whatever they will return, atleast i learnt that Don't ever do shopping which like this type of sites.

          I had ordered Sony Xperia V mobile phone on 19 June 2013 via order no. KA/136839/N49V7PRK, with full payment. I received confirmation from Kaunsa.com that your order is being shipped. But after 15 days on 4th July 2013, when I checked up with customer representative, he informed me that the price of the phone has increased and you have to pay additional amount to get the delivery.
          I asked for refund, but Kaunsa.com insisted that I buy something of similar value.

          Again on 5th July 2013, I ordered for the same mobile with addiional payment of Rs 900/-, via order no. KA/136839/8FCVJI5A. But till date I have not received any shipping confirmation from Kaunsa.com Upon calling the customer care they are saying your order is being processed and refuse to give details of shipment.

          I am really frustrated and disappointed with service of Kaunsa.com I want my entire money back along with interest charges.

            I, Sandeep B Kadam has ordered a mobile phone (Sony Xperia Go) through kaunsa.com. Amount- 11374 Rupees, when i ordered the product. Now they are saying that price has been changed. I had ordered on 7th june. My order number is KA/128861/10Q6XCD3 Each time i have to tell the order number as 128861. I ordered using my email address (sandeep.[protected]@gmail.com) I paid through my debit card. State bank, VISA card. I haven't received my order till date. I tried to contact customer care and their response was unsatisfactory. Every time they replied differently. I have registered complaint in their customer care too. Here are some replies they had given. 1. Your order will be dispatched soon. 2. Order is dispatched and will receive soon 3. Order is dispatched on 20th June and the delay is caused due to vendor. 4. Price of the product has been changed and will receive your order only when you pay rest of your money. 5.Order is confirmed and dispatched and will receive soon. Every time different answers. I need my cash back as i have a feeling that they are not ready to give me the product i have ordered. Please help me sir. I can't go to Noida to file a complaint as it is far away from here..

                i had purchase a mobile from kaunsa.com on 6th of june. i made payment from my creditcard.
                company committed me the shipping date of 21st of june, but not received the product. then after i contacted the company about refund. the committed me that i will get my refund by 8th of july. but as on today i didt'n get payment.

                  I was booked online to purchase a karbonn a9 plus mobile item code : mob/mob/kar/9019 on 28/06/2013 and paid rs.5607 through my hdfc bank debit card ref. No. Pos kaunsa.com debit[protected]. I also received a payment confirmation to my gmail from [protected]@em.Kaunsa.com with my item order no. Ka/141277/0qoaxp8m. My target date of delivery was 13/07/2013.
                  But on 03/07/2013 i saw that my order status as well as delivery status was remain success in my kaunsa.com account. I asked the fact to their customer care number[protected] but they assured me that i will get my product on or before 13/07/2013 positively . I also posted a complain ticket in kaunsa.com complain posting system complain ticket number kaun/t141277/ogde3o4wvh.
                  But on 7/4/2013 6:25:07 pm i received a message from kaunsa admin as follows .-

                  "dear customer,
                  We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
                  We would like to inform you that the product which you ordered got out of stock due to bulk of orders so we could not be able to provide you same,instead of that we can provide you cash voucher of the same amount which was paid by you through which you can purchase any other product from us.
                  We are waiting for your response.

                  Since i was booked karbonn a9 mobile and i had no money to purchase a karbonn a9 mobile i did not agree to take any cash voucher as stated above by kaunsa admin.
                  However,i have posted 20 complaint tickets for getting full refund rs.5607 in kaunsa.com complain posting system in complain ticket number kaun/t141277/ogde3o4wvh. And several mail to [protected]@kaunsa.com but a single reply not yet been received from kaunsa admin. Toward my refund since 48 hours already been passed from my complain . My complaint is as follows-

                  "sir,
                  I am very sorry for your dealing. As i have no more money to buy a karonn a9+mobile so, kindly refund my full transfered money rs.5607 to you using hdfc debit card. I do not have any interest to purchase any product from these types of sites. Full refund rs.5607 using refund gate way ."

                  That i have called kaunsa customer care service number[protected] several times asking them about my refund. But they told me that refund confirmation will received me shortly but no message has been received to me till now.
                  On view of the above i am requesting you to kindly help me and arrange full refund rs.5607 please.

                    want to inform you that i have ordered a phone Nokia asha 306 via Ref Id : Kaun/128875 on 08th June 2013 from kaunsa.com. It was conveyed that time that phone will reach with 3-4 days. After the confirmation received from customer care[protected] i have paid for the phone via credit card. I was in continous touch with kaunsa .com from 08th June and on 28th June now it was conveyed that phone can not be delivered. It is really pathetic that after 20 days that it was regretted and now they are not even responding properly over phone. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my total amount refunded. I dont want any cash voucher for same which they are offering which are applicable for their site only. Kindly help.

                      I booked a consignment on[protected] with the order id KA/130613/GCOKVPEU and it has to be delivered in to 7 to 10 days. I have already paid whole amount for this order. when I enquired the status of the delivery I found that the items has been out of stock remark on kaunsa website. And they deny to back refund. one of kaunsa.com customer care representative Ms. Priya said that they can arrange this product and can delivered within 4 days.

                      At the time of booking it was given to understand that it would be delivered within 7 to 10 days. After the second communication it should be delivered within 4 days till dated 24-06-13.

                      I wrote many email and make calls to kaunsa.com but i did not get any responce.


                      After 15 days i did not get my order also. Please help me to delivered my order as soon as possible.

                          Sir, I purchased a mobile phone from KAUNSA.COM , Lava XOLO Q800 with Item Code : MOB/LAV/LAV/90513 & Order No. KA/117403/I1R52W2Y on 4/5/2013 through credit card.
                          But when I found the product is not having manufacturers warranty,instead coming with sellers warranty which is of no use,I cancelled the order on 6/5/2013 with cancellation no. Kaun/T117403/OYE5XDIZIC .
                          I had been constantly calling them, from that time & every time they say it is in process & you will get refund in a day or two.
                          Now it has been more than 45 days & I have still not got the refund & feeling very harassed by them.
                          Now as the time limit told by them has passed I want full refund of my amount i.e Rs 11,490 .

                            I ordered htc desire vc from kaunsa.com. (Seller: - creative mobile, bulandsharhr road, ghaziabad. Ghaziabad (Uttarpradesh) 201001. Mob: - [protected])
                            Order no. Ka / 137183 / 5yq7usfo.
                            This iteam was sent to me by first flight courier ltd. (Concinement no. : - w[protected] and reached to me on[protected] at 12:30 pm.
                            This courior was wraped with brown celotape. And lookes suspicious to me. So i opened that product in front of courier boy (Ujwal purwalkar. Mob: - [protected]) .
                            There were three pieces of marbel stone. In other words there was no mobile phone. So this parcel has been refused and undelivered.

                            To make complaint for this fraud i took the courier boy to the police station (Dindoshi police station. Malad east mumbai 40097) .
                            As per the telephonic conversation with mr. Rane [protected] (Kaunsa.com) i have refused the parcel.
                            The complaint letter has been submited at the police station.

                              I had placed an order for a mobile phone from kaunsa.com<order no 116556>.I had trusted their credibility and made the payment through my debit card.They promised to deliver the product by 15 may but failed to do so.Each day i call thecustomer support but the employees earlier used yo postpone it to a new date or refused to talk by disconnecting the line.
                              I am very worried about my money and hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and helpe gey fast redressal

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have placed the online order of Karbonn Mobile Model A27 Retina to http://www.kaunsa.com for Rs 3294/-as displayed on their website on 04 th of june 2013 & they have confirmed the order & delivery of this order as order ID---KA/127125/2QX5TB0Q. The Details of all snapshots are hereby attached with this mail.
                                Four days ago i.e. on 14 th when I enquire about this order telephonically they said the Mobile is out of stock & if you can wait for 7 to 10 days we will deliver the same otherwise we will refund the money.
                                I told them I can wait for more than that you please deliver the same & I don’t want the refund.
                                Now today i.e. on 18th of june 2013 when I again contacted them telephonically as well as I book the complaint on their site, they told me that we cannot deliver the mobile on this price, you send the more money or otherwise we will refund the money.
                                Now I want the same mobile on same price which they quoted earlier, so please help me to get the same.

                                I have placed the online order of Karbonn Mobile Model A27 Retina to http://www.kaunsa.com for Rs 3294/-as displayed on their website on 31st may 2013order no.KA/125987/T0QZBSFX &2nd june 2013 order no.KA/125987/519T6LS6 they have confirmed the order & delivery of these orders. The Details of all snapshots are hereby attached with this mail.
                                15days ago i.e. on 04 th june 2013 when I inquire about this order telephonic ally they said the Mobile is out of stock & if you can wait for 7 to 10 days we will deliver the same otherwise we will refund the money.
                                I told them I can wait for more than that you please deliver the same & I don’t want the refund.
                                Now today i.e. from 14th june 2013 to 21st of june 2013 when I again contacted them telephonically, they don't picked up my phone as well as I book the complaint on their site, they told me that we cannot deliver the mobile on this price, you send the more money or otherwise we will refund the money.
                                Now I want the same mobile on same price or refund which they quoted earlier, so please help me to get the same.

                                  Please note i have ordered blackberry bold 9000 black handset from kaunsa.com. Till date i have not received the handset nor i have received the refund till date.The customer care is one of the worst that i have seen till date. The company seems to be a fraud company duping the customers.

                                  Please take care of this company properly and ensure no more customers face complaint like me.

                                    i have ordered htc one x mobile phone on this site and they said that the delivery of the phone takes minimum 15 days so i wait for 15 days then they say that they have no stock i have to wait for another 15 days and after 1 month they said that they can't arrange the phone due to some awkward reasons but when i see on their site it shows that they have more than 10 phones available and they also changed their price from 20240 to more than 26800 rs when i asked for refund they told me that i have to wait for 15 days but after 15 days they told me that wait for 1 week and after that week they told me that they have already processed my refund and i have to wait for 3-4 days but after 3-4 days they told me that wait for 2-3 days more and after this when i approach to their senior manager he told me that they didn't start my refund process till now he asked me to wait for 3-4 days and even after these days i can't get my refund so please help me

                                      I placed my order for micromax Canvas HD A116 on 17th May 2013 by paying Rs. 13690 by internet banking. I was told that I will get the product by 1st June 2013. but I haven’t got the product on time on top of that your call center people are pathetic. they are not giving me proper response and every time I am given a new delivery date first I was told that I will get the product on 1st then they told me that I will get it by 7th then 10th and now 12th. when I said I want to cancel the order they said the product is in shipment but despite of asking on several occasions they were unable to give me the shipment details. on companies website the delivery time mentioned is 7-10days.

                                      I am Shyam, I booked &quot;galaxy note 3&quot; phone through online and paid amount Rs.8999/- . Through Net baking on 25th Jan 2014 I rec&#039;d parcel on 31st jan 14, found that the phone is defferent phone it is very cheaper and id it is &quot;CHINA PHONE &quot; He Cheated very badly.

                                        In kaunsa.com's site it is saying that this company refunds after delivery, but I want to cancel my order # "KA/118362/OW8WQI23" due to late delivery (booked on 08-May-2013 which was not delivered till 01-June-2013). Whenever I call to customer care they always take 2-3 days time.
                                        I think kaunsa.com is just making fool to their customers. I think this company is just collecting money from customers and one day the company will go shut down.

                                        I check kaunsa.com company's review in many sites and I found that Kaunsa.com is a fraud company. Most of the review is saying that this company never deliver on date.

                                        Now, I am worry that the product which kaunsa.com deliver become fresh or used or may be internal specification will some thing different.

                                        I have ordered laptop from amazon.com and I got the delivery of that order within 5 days from US, and this company is delaying while this is Noida based only.
