respected sir, Myself faizan javed (cust id no. 140842)frm nagpur maharastra . Sir im also victim of kaunsa.com fraud...i paid 19413/- for sony xperia v on 27 june 13...bt as per their fraud making strategy their cust executive aisha sharma told me price is now hike, but how u paid before asking her( joke on me start frm 1st call i made p.s i call her she didnt to let me knw abt priced hike). And soo our price hiked so you hv to pay more here is paymnt link ...bt that link invalid so they gv me voucher coupon bt aftr voucher sony xperia price hike goes to original(my bad luck or their fraud making stratedt )and console me to buy a shrt also as voucher code in higher prices only(budget 500 plus)... (another joke on me that they made me fool again)... After that shrt delivered secnd day bt no phne... After that comiitments...false promisses... This saturday pakka...ye week toh pakka delivered hai...mental harassment. This mental harassment continue frm 13 july toh 27 aug. As i connected regular follow up through phones((plus rs.500in budget in calls as iused to call them daily)... in between their phones hv technical prblem for 10 days as well as their webpage have technical prblms for 7 days...) After soo many followup(their tickets, mails, calls, facebook, twitter) their escalation dept MR.RAJIV SIR called n promise me to after my matter ... (some hope for me bt its also ends as a another joke on me). As i called him(rajiv) after one week ..he says we black listed that seller and we dnt have any sony xperia v left in our stock so buy another mobile by voucher or raise ticket for refund inclusive of his name to get fast refund process... So i apply for refund on 28 aug ...but i didnt got my money back till today(28/09/13)...     And my order id is:kaun/144993.I was ordered on the date of 08.07.2013.But still they aren't sending the product.
    The order value is Rs.5,970/-.they are not refunding the money also.
    Pls help me to get the money or the product.

      I have ordered a Armani Watch on 19th Dec 2013 costing 8579 including shipping chanrges, and till date nobody from Kaunsa responded about my order. whenever i call or drop a mail they say that your Product is shipped or going to shipping 2 days .
      All I asked if the product is shipped give me my tracking number, if the product is not shipped give me the refund and aprat from that none of the customer excutives or email team whoever is responding is abusing also and saying that do whatever you want we will not refund your amount . what kind of a is this.
      if you ppl fail to provide the product on the given date why cant you call to customer or drop a email saying that there is a delay in the product .
      Now they are saying that PO is generated we cant cancel the order . and Product will be shipped when it is avaialable such a crap company .
      one request to all never ever buy from this stupid site .this is a Fraud company .

        I made a online payment and purchased Nokia Lumia 520 for Rs 8865, My scheduled delivery date was 9th Sept. Today is 18th Sept 2013 and am yet to receive the my mobile. I send a mail to Kaunsa.com customer care for cancellation of the order and refund the amount to my credit card after some days. I have not received any reply from Kaunsa.com either by mail or over phone. I want my money back. I don't want to buy mobile from Kaunsa.com

          I ordered a Micromax Ninja 3 A57 mobile for Rs. 1950 on 19th June 2013 from www.Kaunsa.com and paid the money through my credit card. They had given me 5th July 2013 as a delivery date. When I did not receive the delivery of the product; I called them to enquire about the delivery. I got a shocking reply from them that the product I ordered got out of stock and they could not delivery it, and would cancel my order and refund the amount. They promised to refund the amount in 7-10 days on 10th July 2013. When I also didn’t get the refund I called them again, now they told me that they have problem with the payment gateway, they again gave me a new date of refund. Since then it is continuing the same thing, when I call them they verbally give me a new date. In the meantime they have issued me cash voucher with a life time validity without my consent and are now clearly refusing to refund my amount. I have very clearly told them that I would not purchase anything with kaunsa.com, as I have a bitter experience with my first order with them and also I have purchased the required mobile, and I only need my money o be refunded. But they are not taking it seriously. I have been frustrating with their promises and think they all are cheats and doing wrong practices. I request to the concerned authorities to kindly take an action against them and stop their business as they are cheating more and more people day by day. How they are being allowed to operate their web business? It should be stopped.

            I have placed a Order for a Nokia 100 mobile on August 1st at Kaunsa.com. They gave the delivery date as August 16th. I have still not received the Product neither Shipping Information.

            Every time I mail them, they apologize for the delay and give no solution.

            I have called them several times and only 3 times has their number been answered by a Person. All the 3 times I was given a date which was a week later and full gaurantee that it will be delivered. But it never has.

            When I send the request for Refund, they say "As we had already sent your order to the seller so we are unable to cancel the order."

This is the third commitment that I have received from your customer support.

            I want to know how accurate is this and the reason for the delay.

            The person who I spoke to today Nisha Sharma, said its going to be delivered on 9th September. She Hung Up on me when i mentioned cancelling the order.

            If you have given me a commitment to deliver the product on 16th August and you haven't done it till today, i dont see why I should accept your reason for not able to cancel the order.

            Either send me a Courier or Shipping Number for my product by End of Day or Send me the procedure for cancelling the order by End of Day Today.

            Also check your History and find that a person called Sonu Sharma committed last week that the order will be reaching me by Last Saturday. What do you say about that?

            I called today and spoke to a Nisha Sharma. She mentioned the Product will be reaching me on 9th Sept 2013. The same commitment was given to me last time. The person today couldn't give me the shipping details.

            I want to cancel this order as it was ordered on August 1st and was to be delivered on 16th August. Today is 3rd September. No positive information has been provided to me about this.

            Please let me know the procedure for cancellation.

            The person who I was talking to today Hung up on me when I asked about cancelling the account.

                I(y.jaswanth kishore) has been orderd micromax canvas hd A116 on july 23rd . but still now i didnot get the product and it is online payment of 13,047/- in kaunsa.com . They are not giving the correct response when i call them . they are saying the product is not avilable and if i am asking for refund they are not giving and they are post poning this issue . please take as much care as possible about this issue . they are speaking very bad to the customers . my transaction ticket number in kaunsa.com is kaun/148205 . please consider this issue seriously and take action regarding to it . my phone number is [protected] .

I ordered above product on 29th July 2013 & you gave us the delivery date 13th August 2013. The product price was Rs.76,765/- & this price was paid on 29th July 2013 through debit card of ICICI Bank. But this product is not received until. I have called you frequently but no one receive my call. Therefore I have sent this letter.                       I have ordered a Lava Iris 405 mobile on 08 June 2013 from www.kaunsa.com by online payment (Debit card) but after 20 days they replied that this phone out of stock you have to buy another mobile, we will provide a voucher but I refused to buy and asking for refunding my payment. But continuously they replied that we can transfer your money in 3 days, 5 days or one week but finally they didn't transfer then I accept voucher and ordered another Karbonn a30 mobile on 12 August 2013 but still they didn't do anything I requested many time but there is no hope of mobile phone please give me suggestion what I have to do in this regard.

                        I ordered a Casio Edifice EFR 501SP wrist watch vide order ID: KA/148417/T9BI50Q6. Payment was made from my Canara Bank Card on 30/07/2013 for Rs.4999/-.But it has not been delivered yet. Before the payment was made the Company use to call me regularly for the payment from the mobile number +[protected]. But after the payment was made I do not get any response whenever I call this number.

                            I have ordered LGA290 Phone from Kaunsa.com. After 2 weeks I got a call from them saying product not available and they will refund the amount within 5 business days.
                            Its 2 months now, I have called customer care more than 20 times, Evey time I call they are telling It will happen in another 3 business days.

                            They are cheating customers a big-time. Please take appropriate action on them and help me in getting my money back.

                              I have ordered for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 on 19/06/2013 through the online shopping company kaunsa.com. Order No. kaun/137360. Payment is also done(Rs.13037/-). But so far they have not send the item nor responding in a proper way. Several times I have contacted the "executives" of the company over their phone numbers and several e-mails have also been sent to them. But all in vain! Now I understand that this is a fraud company which have cheated so many innocent customers. Kindly advice me the actions which can be taken against this fraud company.                                 I(Yarram Jashwanth Kishore) had ordered micromax canvas hd A116 mobile on 21st of july to" kaunsa.com" and I paid them 13047 rupees. They said that they are going to deliver that on or before 5th of August and they had not delivered that since now.Since 3 days,when I call them they are not lifting their phones.They are not responding well.So,please look into this case and try to solve this problem as early as possible to

                                Micromax — late delivery of mobile

                                i purchased a handset of your micromax company . the set is hanged within 2 days of purchase . after 10 days i went to your service center and submitted the handset . my bill no is 1971 .owner name is rekha yadav in lko. after 1 months and 10 days now i cant receive my handset.

                                micro max mobile — NOT DELIVERED

                                This is a very serious complaint against the Entire network of HomeShop18.
                                How the team miss guides the customer on phone, How they talks sweetly before before conforming the order.
                                How they are very irresponsible about, wether the customer gets the product or not. After the conforming to call center they have no any status about the shipment .

                                  totally . I ordered a
                                  Nokia C5 worth Rs.7293,yt
                                  order no.-134406, but later i
                                  was told that the item is out of
                                  stock. I was told that the
                                  amount would be refunded in
                                  15 days but even after 45 days I
                                  have not received the money.
                                  They always put some excuse.
                                  Later I saw many such
                                  complaints on the internet. I'd
                                  suggest all the consumers who
                                  have been cheated by
                                  kaunsa.com or any other
                                  website to register their
                                  complain with consumer
                                  court.The website is http://
                                  www.core.nic.in . Its totally
                                  free and the complaint is
                                  resolved in 90 days

                                    I ordered Lava iris 454 mobile phone on 14th June 2013 on kaunsa.com ,and paid INR 5959. M y order no. is Kaun/133687 and delivery was on 29 june 2013, but I didn't get the delivery. Later when I contacted them on 3 July, kaunsa.com told me that product is out of stock and will give me refund.

                                    This company is a fraud and trying to scam people by posting lucrative offers online and then forcing buyers to buy something else from them.

                                    I have still have not got my refund despite following up with them since past 1.5 months and just hollow assurances by kaunsa.com

                                    Kaunsa.com — No delivery of the product.

                                    I have booked a mobile handset worth Rs 15000 from Kaunsa.com on 11th of april 2013. Its more than 45 days and there is no delivery yet. I have paid for the mobile when i booked it. Since from 1 month the company is cheating us by giving false commitments. Please help.

                                    i ordered a phone from KARBONN A9+ from kaunsa.com...order no. KA/150389/OQDYT9DM.....DELIVERY date was 12 august....still the phone haven't reached....and even no response on thier contact no...these people are frauds ....please help me...

                                      I had booked a Mobile(Karbonn smart A111)on 5th of july from Kaunsa.com.In the order(Attached below)it was mentioned that the consignment will be delivered by 20th of July.It is more than 1month today but neither the consignment has been delivered nor any response has been made from the consigner.It seems that Kaunsa.com is mocking with me.For the last 4 weeks Every monday when i contact customer care they say that the consignment has been despatched/will be despatched today.But in the weekend they say that the consignment will be delivered in the next week.
                                      I have not received the consignment till date.So i kindly request you to look into the matter solve my problem as early as possible.

                                        sir, my order ID - kaun/44839 with kaunsa.com consumer complaint ticket no. Kaun/T44839/64XRV5P5P4 i had placed the order for purchase of Iphone 5 32 GB on or about 16th of April, 2013 for Rs. 52375/-. the assured delivery date for the product was 1st of may, 2013. since the delivery was not done on time i had made several requests for refund of amount paid by me with damages. inspite of my several mails, complaints and tele conversation for refund the product was dispatched to me that to it was not as per description. Accordingly after confirmation with their customer care the product was resent to them. Receipt of the same was acknowledged them. I was assured that I will be compensated for the air mail charges spent by me which was Rs. 606/-. After several mails and wasting lot of working hours interacting with their representatives and in order to by peace i agreed to receive the product against an compensation of voucher of Rs. 1000/-. this time inspite of sending iPhone 32 GB they had fraudulently sent me some casio watch for the reasons best known to them. on their request the casio watch was again sent back to them and the shipping cost paid by me was Rs. 350/-. i requested them that since i have lost faith in their service i request them to refund me my money. same was agreed by their representative Siddhart , Rohit, Rajiv, Tanveer, priya, Mr. Rahul and Mr. Raman from time to time with false assurance to credit the amount to my account. However it has not happened in last 15 days. i had also call upon them to compensate me towards delay in refund for about 4 months and mental agony, harassment, loss of opportunity caused to me to the tune of Rs.10000/-. After over 100 mails and wasting lot of working hours interacting with their representatives on [protected]@em.kaunsa.com, [protected]@kaunsa.Com, [protected]@kaunsa.com, and their complaint tickets, I am not getting any appropriate response. All their assurances are false and fake. They are fraud and cheater. Plz don’t buy any product from them. Plz help me to get refund with damages and oblige.
