We placed an order for a tab; Order No. KA/168003/HN1EAX40
It was placed on 24 September with a committed delivery in 7-9 days.
After the date passed, we are in process of writing to them as their helpline number is either busy or no-reply since then.

This company should be banned and its partners/ directors should be jailed and the hard-earned money of the common man be recovered with interest and should be distributed.

      An online order for Nokia 720 was placed with advance payment of Rs. 16259/- dt. 10/6/13 through order no. KA/128128/FQVXJEB7, Rf no. MOB/MOB/NOK/37039. At the time of order the rate flashed was Rs. 16259/- up on satisfying the rate i put the order for the same with advance payment done. The time given for delivery was 15 days. After 15 days when delivery not received, I inquired about the status and i was informed to my shock that the vendor who was suppose to supply at the quoted price can't supply now on that price so to get it i have to pay some more amount. I refused and demanded my money to be returned back. First they refused to give refund and pushed for some coupon but up on pressure they agreed to refund with in 15 days. Now after 50 days. I have not received the refund. on calling at there helpline they just give silly excuse of payment gateway issue and give assurance of 3 to 5 days more, 50 days passed but no luck of getting my money back.

        I am very afraid to inform to you, that i ordered a Samsung Mobile (Samsung Primo Duos) on Kaunsa.com on dt. 30.06.2013 and my order No. is KA/142252/5HP5R9QT I paid money by HSBC Credit Card as a advance Rs. 5008/- by PayU. And they committed to deliver my mobile on dt. 15.07.2013. Till the date 05.08.2013 one month 5 days has completed from committed date but i has not received. after all i contacted to Kaunsa.com by their complaint forum at 30 times, and i have all records which i conversation with Kaunsa.com and also i called at their customer care No.[protected] , but they are not responding me and not give any sufficient answer. only tell that dispatch your mobile within two or three days. every time after committed period i call to their customer care, again they told dispatch will be soon early. I think i cheated from Kaunsa.com, i lost my money Rs. 5008/, i tried my best to convince them for deliver my mobile soon, but at all i felt. so i thought that you are the most responsible about any small consumer, which cheated by big companies. Please solve my problem. my last hope with you.

          I have made a transaction of 11th July 2013 through my sbi online bankin my transaction ref.no – Rs.1400- from (kaunsa.com)MIFY Solution PVT LTD, but there were no update from seller from 2 weeks so I called their customer care, and got to know that the they will delieverd my product after 1 week but till that they havnt deliverd my product..
          When I asked to cancel the order and refund the money, I was been told that they don’t have refund policy..
          I request you to plz resolve my problem asap..

            I had placed an order for Sony Xperia L smart phone (Rs.15138) on 15 Jun 2013 from Kaunsa.com - order no. kaun/T132946/OUIQAERPG. They said the product will be delivered within 15 days from the date of order. I dint receive the mobile until 30th June. On 1st July I had contacted customer care to complain that the product was not received and they said that I need to pay an additional amount as the rate were revised without any notice. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money (Complaint no. - KA/132946/SHSIC5X8). Customer care had accepted to it and said that the money will be refunded to my account within 2 weeks. There was no response in 2 weeks, after I called customer care, they emailed saying it will take 12-15 days from 1st July.
            I contacted them after 15 days and till date they are saying that the money will be refunded in 2 days. Today there was no response from the customer care since morning and after continuous attempts they answered with the same excuse of 2 days. Finally they said ok for registering a complaint with the consumer court and hung up.

            Kindly help us to get the money back

              Dear Team,
              I have made a transaction of 9th July 2013 through my ICICI BANK Credit card my transaction ref.no 74766513190327358262770 – Rs.9110/- from MIFY Solution PVT LTD, but there were no update from seller from 2 weeks so I called their customer care, and got to know that the price is changed and they cannot gave me on same price, I also agreed to pay the current price but then I was been informed that item is out of stock.
              When I asked to cancel the order and refund the money, I was been told that they don’t have refund policy and gave me a cash voucher of same amount which can be redeemed only on their website.
              I then purchase a Micromax mobile worth of Rs.13,690/- using that voucher and paid balance Rs.4580/- my transaction ref no 74766513206329588046926 on 25th July 2013.
              It has been 8 days now but they keep giving false commitments that the order is in process, and will be delivered by 8th Aug 2013.
              I want to raise a dispute against this seller as I doubt they will deliver me for the services I paid.
              So request you to kindly look into this matter and help me getting back my full money of both transaction total of Rs.13,690/- as soon as possible.
              Do let us know if any more information is needed from my end.

              Subject: dispute statement dated 27 October 2004 WMM ENDHOVEN NL 134.92 EUR (Indian RS. 7,877.54) not transaction done by me . my SBI Card.No.[protected].

              I got my card closed on 14th October 2004 before receiving statement dated 27 October 2004 WMM ENDHOVEN NL 134.92 EUR (Indian RS. 7,877.54) not transaction done by me and I informed to SBI customer Service next day immediately. As per the VISA norm, I informed customer service within 60 days (i.e. I informed within one week). (Please check my record of communication Card No. [protected] of closing date etc.).

              Dear Sir,

              This is with reference to your monthly statement dated 27 October 2004, regarding transactions on Card No. [protected] dated 06/10/2004 WMM ENDHOVEN NL 134.92 EUR (Indian RS. 7,877.54) I have not purchased these items and already submitted dispute letter of 152.91 EUR dated 08/09/2004 and this amount has been cleared by SBI. When I received statement 27 October.2004 I requested the customer care executive for send dispute letter to clear the other billing amount of 134.92 EUR he spoke to me to forward the dispute with dispute of 152.91 EUR dated 08/09/2004 but 134.92 EUR amount has not been clear till date.

              The following details and correspondence are as under:

              1.When I received statement date 27 Sep.2004, I Informed the SBI Customer Service to Close my card, the transaction dated 08/09/2004 WMM ENDHOVED NL 152.91 EUR (INDIAN Rs. 8.923.52) was not a transaction done by me sbi sent a statement of card member complaint and sent within three days.

              2. I received a letter dated October 18,2004 from Manager customer service after sending disputed transaction.


              3. When I received statement dated 27 October 2004 another transaction date 06/10/2004 WMM ENDHOVEN NL 134.92 EUR (Indian RS. 7,877.54) not transaction done by me and I informed to SBI customer Service and requested for second statement of card member complaint. He/she had spoken to me that we forwarded the dispute of 134.92 EUR with previous dispute.


              4. I sent a reminder on 23/03/2005 to customer executive and send a letter and reminderMarch 29,2005


              5. I received a letter dated April 01,2005 from SBI manager customer service regarding dispute at my letter March 29, 2005


              6. I received another letter dated 31 August 2005 with dispute letter and send statement of card member complaint.


              7. I send a fax massage to the manager customer service dated Nov. 8, 2005.


              8. I sent a letter to the Manager customer service dated November 23,2005 regarding harassment by collection department.


              9. I received another dispute letter with statement of card member complaint and send it on 05/12/2005.


              10. I called customer service dated 10/02/2006 at 03:50 and talk to mr. Ronit he told me that my second dispute is under process.


              11. I called customer service dated 19/04/2006 at 04:00 and talk to ms. Smriti wait for 20/04/2006. she tell me ? I am waiting of call of Madam smriti regarding my II dispuit amount.


              Sir I requested again and again please investigate my detail of correspondence with sbi customer care case and close my dispute. For any further clarification, please contact me on my mobile no.

              Sir, I harrashment since long time by the collection department SBI.

                i payed money of Rs 7105 for a mobile model korbaon a111, they are supposed to deliver the item in 5 days but after 20 days regurous follow up they told product is not available so purchase another we wont give the money back, again i have to order another again they say we wont deliver till 20 -8-13, , but as per order which i see is i should be delvered in four days, after making a call i surpried to hear they send only by 12-8-13, i request is such roughes shuold be punishes on kicking there .

                i have ordered a watch from this site and paid the money too but its being 10 days and nothing had been updated and nothing has been sent to me yet so i called them and said to cancel the order but there are not cancelling the order also, so kindly get back my money.

                    I booked a LG LED TV on Kaunsa.com on 14th June 2013 and the product was supposed to deliver on 28th June 2013. But the product was not delivered even after delivery date. Finally I got the reply from them saying the product is out of stock and they will give me a cache voucher instead. I requested them to refund my money as I was not interested in any other products on kaunsa.com. Finally on July 4th I got a message from them saying that they have started refund process which will take 1 - 15 days. After more than 15 days, on 23rd of July I got the message saying that they are not able to refund my money due to problem in payment gateway. On 25 July i got the message saying money will be refunded with in 3 - 4 days. Then on 31st July again a message from them saying that they are unable to refund the money due to payment gateway problem.

                    Never ever buy anything from kaunsa.com. It's a fraud online shopping website.

                      My self Avakash Malaviya, i have ordered a mobile (Karbonn Smart A7 Star) on 21st june and order number is KA/138080/UHBCQCQ6 .
                      Expected delivery date was 6 th july.When I called customer care (+[protected] they told product is not available.

                      They send voucher code (NY7I-4ADF-1R6R-H1WZ) for that money.I purched another mobile(Karbonn A9 Plus) from kaunsa.com on 5th july order number is KA/138080/4TDRV2YZ .Again i called customer care and they told this product is not avilable.So i ask for refund and they suggest me to do it from my login from kaunsa.com.

                      I have raise a request for refund from my login (Kaun/T138080/130QGAN86C) and i called customer care but they told we can't give refund we can only give voucher code.

                      Could you help me regarding this so they can't play with another person in the country. i am ready to give all the proof.

                        I had booked a product through Kaunsa.com on 10of July 2013. and i was assured that i will get the delivery of the product on 25th july2013.
                        I am following with them since 15th July 2013 for getting the delivery of the product. Till today 31st July 2013 morning they were informing that the product will be delivered in 3-4 working day and suddenly today the cus. care executive informed me i will have to pay an aditional amount for getting the product. (which makes the product costlier than available in local market)
                        I have requested them to refund the amount but there is no reply from the web site and they are not responding to the calls made by me.
                        Can some one pls look into the matter and help me in recovering my amount?

                          I purchased nokia mobile phone X202 online through website www.kaunsa.com on[protected] and my order id is KA/147095/KGIX87W9 and they promised to deliver me the product in 10-15 days . but even after 15 days , they are not giving any satisfactory answers regarding the shipping of product and now they are cutting my calls or ignoring my calls. till date , I have not received any information regarding my order delivery and I have also not received the product .please help as I getting no help from website . only one number is given to me[protected] . but they cut my call or dnt pick my number. please help me .I have suffered a lot economically as product is not yet delievered even after 15 days. and no shipping details have been mailed or msgd to me.I want my cell to be immediately delivered at my address. and in case its product quality is not good , it shud be immediately replaced as I have lost faith on this website.

                              Kaunsa Not Delivering Ordered products
                              I have purchased Lava Xolo Q 800 in Kaunsa.com on 10 th July 2013.
                              My Order Number:KA/143581 Product:Lava Xolo Q 800 Order Date:[protected]
                              Delivery Time:7-10 Days as in the product order page. I have not received the product even after 15 days.
                              I have contacted the customer care so many times regarding my order.I have mailed them so many times.
                              Also i have requested them cancel and refund of my order.There is no confirmation mails .
                              I have used their Ticket system for compliants.They did not respond for anything.
                              They Keep on asking me wait for some other date .Every time They are extending Date on the enquiry.
                              But they have not delivered my order even the product stock status is available in the website.
                              Kindly help me to fix this issue.Give me valuable steps to take to resolve this issue .
                              Help me address this all to Consumers protection and save innocent customers.

                                I have paid to kaunsa.com for SONY XPERIA J mobile phone Rs.11,612/- by Debit Card (Order Ref:KA/126263/RDVRC2SV ) on 1/06/2013 and got confirmation from kaunsa.com that my item will be delivered to me by 16/06/2013. I was in continuous contact with the customer care executive to track the delivery of my product on time as they were saying that they have already dispatched the product on 10th june and it will reach on 16th June but till 24th June also I didn't get my product, when I contacted customer care executive and complaint then they said there is delay from seller so they are not able to sent me the product(when I paid to kaunsa.com ,it shows item is in stock and will be deliver within 7-10days). They asked me to wait for some more days but I didn't get any positive response from them.
                                In first week of July they totally changed their words, they said the price of the product got increased so they are unable to deliver the product. They asked me to pay more money to get the product. I completely denied to pay more money as I have already paid the entire amount for the product that was reflecting on their site on the day of my order.
                                I asked them to refund my entire amount then they said it will be get credited to my account within a week but now its more than a month’s time and I haven’t got my money back. I thought they are genuine and they will return my money but now I can’t tolerate it anymore, I have completely lost the peace of my mind and I am getting very much stressed because of the type of response I am getting from their side. So I finally decided to complain against this fraud company.
                                I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against the Mify Solution Pvt. Ltd.(SF-204 SINGHAL TOWER SEC-58 NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh, India (Noida Area, India)and save society being cheated by such fraud company. Kindly help to get back my money.

                                  I purchased Nokia 101 from Kaunsa.com online shopping.
                                  Order no: KA/145009/S1LGW5XE
                                  Order Date: 08/07/2013

                                  After waiting long time I contacted customer care regarding delivery of the order, I was given delivery date as 22/07/2013.
                                  Even this date is passed and I have not got any communication further when I will get my ordered Item.

                                  It is really pathetic experience buying with this site, I regret !!!

                                  I ordered a Samsung phone through Kaunsa on 15/12/2012. expected date was till 30/12/2012. Now it has been passed more than one month. Still there is no status.

                                  i ordered a SAMSUNG galaxy s duos phone model on 12th of september. i paid the price of rs 8000 online via my debit card.the order no was given as KA/164360/0Q476WBX from kaunsa.com. they gave the expected delivery date of 27th september.
                                  when i called them on 27th of september there response was:- [ due to bulk of orders regarding the same product which you ordered, the delivery gets delayed but finally we got an updation from the vendors end that the product was in a position to be procured by them which will be received by customer in 4-5 working days. As soon as we receive the shipping details we will provide the same to you. ]

                                  after 4-5 days when i tried there phone no one is receiving. i emailed them my problem but no response was from there side.now i dont know what to do?

                                    I am still awaiting my refund and its 45 days now after the payment of Rs6456 was done to WWW.Kaunsa.com.modern day online loot...
                                    I have complained to the consumer affairs ministry, pehredar and fightback also (tv media) hope someone helps in getting my full refund at least now...

                                      I have placed an order for Micromax Q80 ref no KA/138552/PCY8R6D9 and when i placed the order it was clearly mentioned 7 to 10 days but now it says delivery date 7th July, after 7 days they send me a reply saying i have to pay 2388 extra as the vendor has entered the price wrongly and said else they will only give me a voucher and i have to buy a mobile again from their website only.
                                      I have never seen a company posting a rate and changing the rate again and expecting the customer to pay more and the best part no one from their customer can talk or attend to you the phone rings without any response and finally when i got them after trying 21 times they listen to my problem and bang the phone.They don't have even a decency to say to sorry for the blunder they have committed,in fact now the rate is showing different but those uneducated have forgotten to take out the 51% tag as it shows regular price 5500 Our price 4562 and discount 50% even a kindergarten child will know the 50% discount of 5500 is not 4562.

                                      Please do something and make the public aware of such fraudulent sites so that no one suffers like me and request you to pls get my money refunded as early as possible.

                                      I have their purchase order summary of 2174 where they have clearly mentioned he rates and confirmation details of the money received in case you need proof.

                                      They have been saying that the money will be refunded from past one month now and time and again come with stupid excuses like there was an error on payment gateway and now i believe there are more than 60 similar cases and this website run by Mify solutions are doing this FRAUD for many months.

                                      How do we stop this website and Ban them and ensure these are taken to task and jailed for eating our hard earned money so that other people don't suffer like us, I want to take this issue legally and publish it in leading newspapers.

                                        I had ordered a mobile handset via Kaunsa.com and was due to receive the mobile on 29th June, 2013. However, the seller failed to deliver as he was out of stock and inturn promise to repay my money in 10 to 15 days timeframe.

                                        It is now more than 20 days and i still havent received my money back. Each time i am trying to speak to their representative they are giving me different different excuses. To me it is simply escaping the responsibility. Can someone please interfere and help me resolve this issue.
