I have ordered online (Order Id kaun/60890) a 10 inch tab amounting to 5999 on 25 Sept. 2013 and the scheduled delivery date was 9 october 2013. the order is not dispatched and did not follow up the delay.On contacting them with difficulty over only one customer care number all India, they later said the order cannot be sent and change the order for delivery.
In another instance after 5 days of first order I ordered another 7 inch tab worth rs.2600 delivery date of 11 october also did not meet with the promise and later informed that the order cannot be delivered and needs to be upgraded with additional amount.All these shows their fraudulent nature of business to cheat public.What action could be taken against the company www.kaunsa.com having their customer care number[protected] at Ghaziabad+Dadri, Uttarpradesh

    Dear Sir,

    I am Extremely disappointed by the way team KAUNSA has cheated me in the name of providing mobile by online shopping thru their website.

    please refer to the below mail from KAUNSA as i had ordered mobile phone which was still not delivered.

    I want to lodge complaint officially in consumer forum, please let me know the procedure for registering complaints w.r.t online shopping.

    Please treat as utmost urgent as I was facing difficulties in getting my hard earned money back & poor response from customer care of KAUNSA.

    It has been 150days since i had paid money & no use.

    If possible please block the website www.kaunsa.com so that many new customers may not fall in their trap.

      i have ordered one mobile phone of rs 1599 (online payment) than after two days i have cancelled my order due to some issues . my order was not dispatched at that time and so asked to cancel it ASAP. they cancelled my order and then i asked for refund they refused and said that we can give you volcher but not money after lots of struggle they agrred to give my money back . but now they are not replying on my mails and complaints regarding same whenever i call them they dont recieve my call at once i have to call them 4 5 times continous then they answer my call and they said we will get back soon and then they never get back its almost one week i havent replied for any of my complaint please take care of them in our own way . you are the only hope left with me .         Hi, I am bajirao form maharashtra, i have placed order on kauns.com on 13th oct 2013 and paid Rs.9999/- for galaxy note 3 clone mobile. with order# KA/111126/N1MBGL8U. I read many negative feedback of kaunsa.com. now i am worrying about my money. Many time I called and mailed to the address mentioned in their site but i did not get the response from this site. Please help me in this issue.

          Respected sir i was booked 10 inch ace tablet on september 28th and paid full through net banking. they assured me to deliver the product within in 10 days but till the date they doesn't deliver the product . i am very disappointed with your service . I need the products within two days if they won't deliver me i will file the cheating case for your website. so ignore my massage and deliver the product soon as possible...

                    i placed an order of Nokia 101(MOB/MOB/NOK/17810) mobile phone worth Rs1350 /- on 3rd of august from http://www.kaunsa.com and paid the money through net banking and they specified delivery data 18 Aug 2013 but I got nothing till 16 sep 2013 then I call him and http://www.kaunsa.com told me that product price is raised so we cann’t deliver product and we can’t return money only we can give you life time voucher of same price to purchase another product I agreed with them and taken voucher and again placed new order of Stylelok Georgette Printed Sarees SL 300002(CLO/WOM/STY/47039) worth RS1352/- on 26 sep 2013 by using 1350 RS voucher + 2 RS through net banking but till now i have not got the product.

                      Deals N You — Product Not Delivering on time

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have bought a blackberry storm from Deals and You and made the payment by my debit card. I placed the order on 31 August 2011 and they gave me Order no. 228884. In their fine print they have written that the order will be shipped within 21 working days. I didnt got my product till now and when I called them on 21 August 2011 they said your 21 days will get over on 3rd of october as we dont include saturdays, sundays and public holidays. I asked them that why you didnt put this on your fine print...... they say its in our policy only. I asked them to cancel the order. They said we can only forward the request but dont gurantee if your request will be placed or not. Today on 22nd August I called them again to check the status.... they say they will get the reply minimum 3 dayz and you should ask the status only on monday. I am very disgusted and harrassed. Please talk to those peoples and get me my money back as they have blocked my Rs.9699 since 26 dayz and I didnt got anything and nor expecting.


                      PURCHASERS FROM DEALS AND YOU BE CAUTIOUS....... THEIR CALENDER DAYS ARE 3 IN A WEEK. SO IF YOU WANT TO GIFT SOMETHING TO SOMEONE........ ORDER ATLEAST 5 MONTHS BEFORE AND BLOCK YOUR MONEY.

                      I bought one product from deal n you, n after 21 working days I tried calling them up for the delivery of my product, they told me sorry this product is out of stock and we will refund your money back. And till now I have not receive my money. I bought this product in march. I m sending mails to there customer care but they r not responding. Please take corrective action towards them so they will not do this kind of fraud with some other person.

                      Kaunsa.com — Not delivering material purchased online

                      The material is not delivered against order no. Kaun/12119 . the due date of delivery was 18.07.2012. Which is expired.. now. Do not know what to do?

                      I had ordered a 7inch 3D tablet worth Rs. 5999/- from this website. My Order No. is Kaun/13245/PTA1WRVA8W, but product not delivered till due date 15/08/2012. Since 4-5 days, the status showing is "delivered" but product not received. There is no information of courier awb, nor any communication from their side whatsoever.

                      Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that nobody answers their numbers advertised on their website, causing deeper concerns that it might be a fraud.

                      Not only that, numerous people have filed complaints against them for fraud in the consumer court websites with same complaints. (product not received even after full payment beforehand)

                      They have 4 websites (that i have found so far): Kaunsa.com, exportmart.com, stoneindia.in, textbooksdropship.com
                      All under the company "mifysolutions.com", and the contact numbers given on all websites are bogus. Neither does anybody reply on their emai id's provided online.

                      Request you to take quick action against this kind of fraud.

                      Check out the Galaxy note 3 advertisement attached. The ad shows Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The real buy page doesnt show Samsung but doesnt clearly mention it is a china mobile. The UI is designed to fool you. Best part is for such mobiles the Cash on Delivery option is not available. Perfect trap

KA/164179/8UOVOMT6 on 12.09.2013, but noe it is almost a month but company is not in a position to sent my product. Whenever the call is given to call centre the only reply is you will get the product in 2-3 days., as this call centre peoples doent know any thing. Just they are kept to fool the customers.

                                I had booked a Nokia Asha 305 Mid blue on kaunsa.com on 8th May 2013 worth Rs. 3, 974/- via payment mode PayU vide order no. KA/119174/Y7TV0Q2T. The expected date of delivery of the mobile was 23rd May 2013. When the stipulated time had elapsed, I rang the customer care no. of kaunsa.com ([protected]). I was told that the product was out of stock and hence cannot be delivered and the refund process for the same was underway. However, I never received the refund and finally a lodged a complaint on the website kaunsa.com (ticket no. Kaun/T119174/KQAE6EFL4Q). I received an email stating that I can book an order of higher value (more than Rs. 3, 974/-) and the amount due for refund will be deducted from the total value. More than 5 (five) months have elapsed and I am yet to receive the refund. I therefore request you earnestly to take up my case and kindly help me in getting the full amount due to me (Rs. 3, 974/- plus interest accrued on the amount since 8th May 2013).                                     I ordered a canon sx50hx online on kaunsa.com. .on display page showing 6-7 dilivery once I paid they said delivery after 10 days...and unless u call them 50 times they wl not inform u..after 10 days I called for my product they said more 7 days im tired of waitin n worried abt my money. ..so I called them to ask for refund they refused to gimme my money n the product im sooo shocked how can they be so unprofessional n after taking money how dare they can talk to me like dis...im planning to go to their office with few police men n create d scene nt wl not leave unless I get my money or my product back...even consumer court is not taking any action against kaunsa.com. ..I believe they cant see so many complaints against d fraud company..

                                      I ordered for a canon camera costed around Rs.24125- my order no is KA/166332/09MOUJR6..ordered on 18th September 2013..as per online order they promised me to give my order within 7 days and then I have done the online payment. ..after that I got a mail of receiving the payment n give my order on time..since after six days I called up d company n asked regarding the shipment n d details they said it will take more 10 days to receive d order...I waited n after 15 days (since I paid them)I asked them about d parcel but they said to wait more for 15 days...thank god since first day I have kept their recordings as a proof. .I cant wait so I requested them to return the money back n they said it will take 1 month...its sounds so annoying...these guys r really disgusting they later called up n said do whatever it takes n we will neither give your money back or d product. .do anything n go anywhere. ..they don't know how to respect a lady customer n they think I been a girl cant take any action..Please I request you to support me in this case n take serious actions against this fraud site n company who r just so unprofessional

                                        I had placed the order on 10.06.13 with Ref Id : Kaun/130612. But till 27.06.13 did not receive the order. But after so many communication I have complained about my money refund to my account in written & also with their Customer Service through phone, till date very recent the organisation generated a Voucher which I never told them to generate. So many times their Customer Care Professionals said that your refund process was going on but due to some technical problem the same was not processed by them. But lastly few days back one of their Customer Care Professional told me that within 2-3 days effect would be seen in my account, but within few days the voucher has been generated. Even after that I contacted with their Customer Care Professional & he told me that within that day a confirmation mail would be generated but that was a false commitment from their end. Even recently when I am going to ring the Customer Care No.[protected], but nobody received the call. So, if your can then please help me out from this problem and refund my money back to my account from KAUNSA.com. I am very much frustrated with their behavior. They are too much down graded people. The customer care number is also fake & bogus. They are cheating with people. Please do something.
