I am watching many product at kaunsa.com are at very low price in comparison to market price for example ( iphone 5 32GB is available at 9999 only,casio edifice watch whose price is 4000 on website but actual price is 12000,some more product are also available on website).I think this is not possible to give that much discount on that product.And they do not have the option of cash on delivery.And the delivery time is 15 days. I think something is wrong on this site.please check it once that how they are giving these product at cheap rate.

    I have purchased a mobile set LG Fathom from Kaunsa.com ( seller is - Infinity Digital) with order Num - 51264. They had sent, used mobile, which was not in working condition. when i sent it back on Jan 5th 2013 for replacement to its seller.

    Till date. i have not got the replacement, nor the refund in spite of continuous follow ups though customer support on email and though phone. They are not even responding to my calls.

    Need to know, what is the next legal actions i should take further.

      i have ordered one "Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 on 15th January 2013 to "KANSA.COM ( vide order no.KA/59296/PZ1EL74N dated 15/1/2013), though the item was supposed fo delivered by 30/01/2013 but not been delivered yet. Tried calling their customer care no. but that is busy always. Posted a complaint ticket in the site but no good response to that. I want early delivery. Please help.

          This is with refernce to my order placed for Apple Iphone 36 GB on 13th December with kaunsa.com oder id-3856 which they promised to deliver me on 28th Dec, 2012. I am afraid to say that I have not recieved my order yet and moreover they have deducted my money on 13th December 2012 itself. Now the company says that they will be unable to deliver the desired product and offering me to take the lower end product (16 Gb instead of 32 gb) but at the hayer price. Their customer care doesnt responds to me in a responsible manner and have been dragging the entire issue since last one month. Every time they responds that it will take 3-4 more days to deliver the product and this story is being continuing since last one month. I have lost entire faith that I will ever receive my product. Now the company says that we will refund you the money after 15 days.

          I want to ask, is it justifiable that why does a company takes an order if it cannot fulfill it. Secondly they dont have any right to use my money for two months and then promising me to return it back which i still suspect that I will actually receive my money back.

          I request you to please take strong action against my complain and help me recouping either my product or my principal amount plus interest for the number of days they utilized my money.

            Hi All,

            This is to bring everyone knowledge that kaunsa.com doing fraud with consumer by showing them product they never have in there inventory on lucrative prices which they never going to ship and hold you Credit Card Money for months without delivery.

            I ordered an Apple iPhone5 32GB mobile on 15th Dec 2012 on there website and when I check with them in very next day they update me that the product will be delivered within 30th Dec 2012. I try to take confirmation if they have it in inventory they told me it is and it will be delivered as per schedule. Even I follow them to deliver it early if that is possible and they told me they will try.

            On 27th Dec 2012 I get an email from them updating me that the product will take about 7-10 days, when I call them and try to get update then told me due to some logistic issues it is taking some time but it will be delivered by 12 Jan 2013 for sure. I try to call them on 11th Jan 2013 for the update and they told me it will be delivered on 12th Jan 2013. I did not get the product and when I call and check with them I start telling me a different story all together.

            Now they are saying they don’t have the product and they can offer me different in place for the same which is iPhone5 16GB but on extra cost. Now my point is first of all if they don’t have something then how they can keep consumer’s money for so long. Even after that they are offering lower cost product on extra charges? Is there a way to teach them a lesson to file dispute with consumer court or some other way.

            Please help me how to resolve this issue.

              Gentlemen,
              i have ordered for a Samsung pocket galaxy form Kaunsa.com and made payment via netbanking. They have not delivery the same and not even communicating with me on this regards. The phone number they have provided in the net is not working, and if at all its busy every time.
              I feel they have looted my money and I advise everybody to take care abt this online shopping site. i'M SURE ITS A FRAUD COMPANY, so advise you not to make any transaction with them. Im also planning to take them in to the court.

                    I ordered a "ebony wood tea light holder set pair of 2 tl009" with orderid "hom/Hom/Ebo/41646" . My user ID is "[protected]@gmail.Com" .
                    I ordered it on 4th december 2012 but still DID not received my product. The delivery status is showing as "sent back" and order status as "success" .
                    I don not know why they are not shipping the product.

                    I dropped several mails to customer care but no one responds.
                    They do not even respond on there phone number.

                    Please let me know what to do to sue them in the court.
                    I am ready to do that for such fraud site kaunsa.Com.

                      Beware of kounsa.com online e-portal website. They are displaying attractive offers in their page. But none of the products are new one. All are new like one. I mean recycled one. Those products are not comes with Original warranty. All are used one but tested to work as new models. Those are not worth for money.

                      I ordered Samsung C3752 two months back (Nov first week). I got the product yesterday(24th Dec) only. After opening the package only came to know it is not new. No where they are mentioned it is used models. None of the listed products has this tag.

                      They are not the direct sellers like indiatimes, flipkart, etc. They are just redirecting the order to some vendors and they are sending the product directly to us. their name not at all mentioned in the bill.

                      I got the information from my friends that they alse faced same kind of issues. Even one friend got replica model instead of original brand.

                      BEWARE BEWARE.....
                      Please take severe action to these kind of cheating websites.

                        I have ordered the ROXX 5.5" Galaxy Note II from Kaunsa.com on 06/11/2012. My order No was KA/30906/EV3WOBAH and the date of dispatch given to me was 21/11/2012. But after much delay and many queries to your Customer Care No (which was never picked up) and other mobile nos[protected], [protected] and every time I was assured that I will get the product soon, Finally I was delivered the product on 04/12/2012 by Fair Deal. But I was surprised to find that the product delivered was totally different from the product I had ordered and was of lower configuration

                        The mobile phone I have received was
                        WhiteCherry Isuzu - Jupitor -Mobile, 1Ghz Processor, 5" Screen. This phone is available in the market @ 7500/-

                        But

                        The mobile phone I have ordered was (Item Code - MOB/MOB/5.5/49112
                        The Configuration of ROXX GALAXY Note II which was displaced on the Kaunsa.com website is (Model No. Galaxy NOTE-II N7000)
                        5.5” HD screen, Dual SIM, 1.6GHz Quad Core processor,
                        1GB RAM – DDR-3, 5 Point Capacitive Touchscreen
                        TF Flash Memory- 32 GB, Micro SD card Slot- Expandable upto 32GB
                        ....and many more features which are totally lack in the WhiteCherry Isuzu - Jupitor -Mobile

                        I called to M/s Fair Deal (Mr. Neeraj) who delivered the mobile to me. they told me that it is the same mobile mentioned on the website and asked me to contact Kaunsa.com. I have contacted Kaunsa.com and they gave the same reply, which is totally fraud and they are cheating the people

                        I am requesting to send me the original product which I have ordered @ 12999/- (and not which I have received which is available at the half cost @ 7500) or refund the full money back to me.

They said they will ship in 10-15 days but its been more than 20days and still i did not receive my product. I ahve tried to call them but no response. I tried mailing them, for what ever query i ask, their reply is "We are extremely sorry in such delay.                               Dear Sir,
                              I purchased Sony Xperia P LT22i White worth Rs.13749.00 date 7 march 2013 from site www.kaunsa.com and paid money online 3345my order Id is KA/80260/PKGSK1H4. The delivery date was 22th march, but I dint get my product on given date, when I called to Customer care, and assured me to deliver product on 3-4 DAYS. But, today also, nothing happened and when I called again, he extended the date by 3 days more i.e. 4th of April.                                 I mistakenly ordered Galaxy Note 2 thinking that it would be Samsung product but after placing when I saw the product details it was Branded Roxx. I have already made the payment and I am trying to cancel the order but this Support people are not picking up a single call moreover they are not replying to the mails also.

                                  Hi ,
                                  I have booked a mobile phone misguided by "kaunsa.com" promotional mail sent to my inbox ( mail talk about Galaxy note 2, but actually its not Samsung Galaxy note 2) with Order No.( KA/30136/F9RDH2QE).

                                  After booking in few minutes I realized its not Samsung Galaxy note 2 and I'm victim of their misguiding mail.

                                  So Immediately I called up the customer care and ask for cancellation. They asked me to raise a ticket, so I did it in couple of minutes under Return&Refund section (Ticket details 11/5/2012 - Kaun/T30136/BTNRZC80Q4) and it was said they will address in 48hrs.

                                  I didn't get any response so called Customer care again on[protected], and now the executive told me its not cancel-able, but when I told him as per your Return policy as below: I can very much cancel it within 7 days of delivery, they refused.

                                  In case you want to return the product purchased online through Kaunsa.com, you can do so, within the time period of 30 days from the date of dispatch.                                     On dated 16.10.2012 at 3.30pm I placed an order and accordingly the payment made by SBI debit card vide payU txn#[protected] for Rs.1787/- but they did not response when I complain they said there is no such order again I place a new order avide transiction id-Kd/117/211/47/229/RXFD2 and reported to supply the material but they replied that they will contact within 24-48 hrs but not yet again I told them if they do not supply then they should refund the money but that is also not .

                                      This is NOT SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II . The brand is different .it is called ROXX. BEWARE of people looking for cheap deals on samsung galaxy note 2

                                      Samsung — DIDN'T GET THE ACCESSORIES WITH THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED

                                      Dear sir/mam,

                                      I purchased a Microwave Owen (CE104VD-B/XTL) on dated 24th October 2011. i bought it home and found some accessories missing in it. I complained (telephonic) regarding the matter to the dealer and the dealer told me that you will receive the left over accessories after chaat puja. Getting no response from the dealer's side i again visited the showroom on dated 6th October 2011, and then they told me that you will get the accessories within 3-4 days. Today is 13th October and till now i have not received the accessories yet. i am really fed up with the irresponsible behavior of the dealer.
                                      Please help me regarding the matter ASAP and take some serious action against the dealer.
                                      I really trust on the Brand and the co. like SAMSUNG INDIA, that is the reason all my appliances at home is of the same company.

                                      The same product still remains on their listing. I am also one of the victim. I created a ticket
                                      Kaun/T30325/VY53MTA5EO to cancel that order. But it is not replied even after 48 hours. Their support term says it will be responded within 24 to 48 hours. I tried to contact the customer support contact number. No one picked the phone.
                                      I am also a victim (Order No. KA/30136/F9RDH2QE).
                                      I booked this product seeing their promotional mail sent to my inbox, after booking in few minutes I realized its not Samsung Galaxy note 2.

                                      So Immediately I called up the customer care and ask for cancellation. They asked me to raise a ticket so I did in couple of minutes under Return&Refund section(11/5/2012 - Kaun/T30136/BTNRZC80Q4) and it was said they will address in 48hrs.

                                      I didn't get any response and called Customer care again[protected] so now the executive told me its not cancel-able, but when I told him as per your Return policy as below: I can very much cancel it they refused.

                                      1) Product Name Is Galaxy Note 2 And Not The Samsung Galaxy Note 2

                                      2) In Place Of Brand Logo They Have Placed The Roxx Logo

                                      3) In Specification As Well They Have Mentioned The Brand Name As Roxx.

                                      4) The Mailer They Are Sending They Have Clearly Mentioned One Line In The Banner Below The Product Name Galaxy Note 2.

                                      "As Good As Samsung Galaxy Note"

                                      So, I Don't Think So That Kaunsa.com Have Mis Guided Any Customers.

                                      Ok my order no. is KA/59476/35FXW2DL and I want to cancel this order now. The ticket wicket nothing is opening. According to your refund policy the products can be cancelled within 30 days. So, please cancel it or I would be forced to take legal action against kaunsa.com.                                       But see the time line i have waiting more than 20 days.
                                      Daily wise im calling customer care[protected] your customer care officers simply answering you will get your courier details today and you will get your product tomorrow it self . I don't know why this customer care guys are giving fake information's to customer's. im not satisfied with your product and services, Ater that i was received one china product, I was marketed different

                                      Oh god! Thanks for the feedback guys! I just stopped my sister from ordering a phone from Kaunsa.com after seeing the comments in this site! I am never recommending this site to anyone!

                                        I ordered Pantel Penta TAB on 4th August 2012, they delaied the dispath of the product. i cancelled the order after 1 month. toll now i didnt get the refund amount from them. when ever i called or messaged, they are telling with in 1 or 2 days we will send the cheque to you.
