Dear Sir,

I placed an order for HTC Explorer Mobile with Kausa.com(My Order Number Is Kaun/12899/GRQABJM7CQ ) on 12 July 2012. I have been calling the costomer number frequently and posting complaints on their site. They say they will revert amount as the product is not available. But the amount is not refunded till date. Please find the screen shot of the of recent complaints on kaunsa site. Please help me in getting my amount back.

Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. Even i have faced a similar situation, i placed the order and in 10 days they told me the seller cannot deliver the product and its been 2 months and they still haven't refunded my money, I believe there are more than 60 complaints from various people, how do we make the general public aware of this fraudulent site.

Their customer care team never responds and neither their superiors is there a way we can ban this site so that others dont get cheated like i have been.

Please see the screen shot of the invoice after paying the money they said i have to pay an additional 2500 and after 10 days they said they will refund but never till date.

    I booked Techno tab through KAUNSA.COM and did online payment of Rs.3999/- on 26th Sept 2012. They sent me mail and on their website they shown that I will get delivery by 11th Oct 2012. But I did not get it.
    Till date I am doing followup with them. They gave me duplicate tracking number also which I mentioned below.
    I did followup with couerier company they replied that there is no such tracking number.

    As I have checked on Aramex website but there is no any such tracking showing and I also called their Mumbai office but they told me that there is no such consignment received or not exit on system.

    Please clarify one thing If there is no stock available then how you put that advt on your website, Give me details of vendor.(address and phone no).Now its almost 16 days and I did not get my product.

    Tell me urgent basis that when I will get my product.Otherwise I have to take legal action(under section 425 & 420 )

      I also have ordered for a Reebok Aviator Sunglasses Golden
      SUN/SUN/REE/7874 but i am left high and dry with no response from kaunsa.com. Please resolve it asap.
      i have book a product with you. thats order id is=[protected] &item code is =/MOB/MOB/IPH/96516 & i will pay my payment online with my credit card Rs.25998/- by 2nd july 2015 & this payment claim by your side that's claiming authorisation code is- 095860 . I think this information is enough for my order fulfilment. but i cant recived my order product yet.i will call your customer care from 2nd july to till date .but no response from them. they ask to me they cant access my detaild .like

        I have placed order with Kaunsa.com vide
        Order Number - Kaun/14044/RX9XSILW40 on 24-7-12
        product is - 12" digital photo frame
        the product is not received by me so far.
        i have sent many request to refund the money.
        but there is no response nor any reply from them.
        I am just giving you the personal suggestion that just mail them at [protected]@kaunsa.com which is specially for the cases like this.

        If your case is so old then they will definitely refund your money with in day or 2..

        believe me you will definitely get refund. they people are really genuine they don't cheat any one.

        i had the same case but i got my money back with in weeks time once i mailed on [protected]@kaunsa.com

        you can even call them on[protected] In morning between 10 Am to 12 Noon you will get the on phone solution at this time

        This company www.kaunsa.com is a big fraud. They give very attractive offers and anybody would like to buy them at that price.           I bought an emporio armani watch from www.kausa.com. It was supposed to be delivered in 7 days, when i called up their call center a rude guy spoke that its not 7 days yet so wait for the product. After 14 days when i called to check on status they mentioned that this product is out of stock and you chosse something else. The same product is being advertised on the website. Please beware of this fraudulent company and dont buy anything as be assured you might most likely not see the product and also your money.

                I had ordered a 7inch 3D tablet worth Rs. 5999/- from this website Ref id Kaunsa/13646, but product not delivered till due date 30/7/2012. Since 4-5 days, the status showing is "Dispatched" but product not received. There is no information of courier awb, nor any communication from their side whatsoever.

                Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that nobody answers their numbers advertised on their website, causing deeper concerns that it might be a fraud.

                Not only that, numerous people have filed complaints against them for fraud in the consumer court websites with same complaints. (product not received even after full payment beforehand)

                They have 4 websites (that i have found so far): Kaunsa.com, exportmart.com, stoneindia.in, textbooksdropship.com
                All under the company "mifysolutions.com", and the contact numbers given on all websites are bogus. Neither does anybody reply on their emai id's provided online.

                Request you to take quick action against this kind of fraud.

                  hi, my name is parveen dahiya. i placed an order on an online shopping website kaunsa.com. i placed the order on 22nd July 2012. when i placed the order i got a confirmation mail from kaunsa.com and they confirmed that i will be getting the product in 7 days. but after that i have not heard from them about the item delivery. i send them a mail that please confirm me the status of my item. but i did not receive any reply from them. i also tried calling there customer support land line phone, but that is also does not exists. please help me. what should i do now ??

                    I bought Thailand holiday tour from kaunsa.com on April 9th by paying Rs.116991(Rs.12,999 /- pp) for 9 people.
                    Suddenly, on June 5th they cancelled the trip 5 days before the travel date (June 9th) without giving any proper reason and assured to pay back the money within 30 working days i.e, by July 15th.
                    So far, no refund has been made and people (kaunsa.com CEO Ashish Paliwal) who dealt with me are not picking the call and no response from customer care.

                    They are not answering the calls and no replies to mails.
                    Have all the proofs to prove that I've paid the money (Mails by its CEO).

                      I had placed one order of bsnlpenta product which cost 3499 on 26th june i had paid throgh online netbanking fom my kotak acount tried calling to mentioned numbers no one is thre to pick the call some day luckily one person picked the call by name Amit then he updated that bsnl penta product is having defect it cant be deliverd so he asked me to buy some other product then i purchased 2.2ANDROID 7 INCH TABLET OF ORKIA COMPANY which cost 2799 then he said he will refund the 700 rs but still its not been credited daily am follwing up calling then mailing them at [protected]@kaunsa.com no one is there to replay properly i think its a fake site doing frouds to us please help me out to reumberse my money back as they have not yet delivered the product i dont think so they will deliverd kindly help me out

                        I ordered a watch from Kaunsa.com site on 4th June, 12 which was supposed to be delivered by 14th June, 12 (max) but has yet been not delivered. Tried calling their customer care no. but that does not exist at all. Posted a request on their Facebook link to update me on my product status but these fraud people deleted my post from their also.                         Sir, i have made a online shopping of cellphone MICROMAX A116 HD CANVAS on 12/03/2013 against reference id No. Kaun/85473 via CITY Bank Credit Card netbanking portal server. I was told initially my delivery of goods will be on 27/03/2013.when i reminded them thru emails as KAUNSA.COM tollfree number is never answerable, I was told i will be getting in additional seven working days.i.e mostly by 1st week of April. i registered complaints from 16/03/2013 to till dates with no.                         I have ordered MICROMAX A116 HD CANVAS on 11/04/2013 against reference id No.Kaun/107903 from online shopping Kaunsa.com. Before ordering I call the custumer care to confirm the availability and the time will required to delivery the product . I was told initially my delivery of goods will be withing 10 days. After that i went and booked the order. which was showing delivery date 26/04/2013, I called then again they said it is the max period which software calculate .

                        I didn't receive my Product after 26/04/13, I try to contact custumer service but no one was receive the phone it usually keep ringing .

                        I Open a ticket on there website. Ticket Number : Kaun/T107903/IQMEU2E6EQ, I receive reply stating " We regret to inform that there would be slight delay in the delivery of the order to you as this particular product have bulk of orders from the vendor and they are asking for a extension of 4-5 days from us as they are unable to the get the same from the respective company factory"

                        Again After 4 - 5 days i send then a remainder mail, the response was " We are co-ordinating with the shipping details from the vendor as soon as we receive it we will provide you same at your mail id"

                        i keep sending them mail regaring my product delivery.

                        on 15/05/13 i got response that "We would like to inform you that due to bulk of orders regarding the same product which you ordered, the delivery gets delayed but finally we got an updation from the vendors end that the product was procured by them which will be received by customer in a couple of days. "

                        But still i have not receive my product. as well as they are not responding to my mail as well as there custumer care is not working.

                        I want to file a complaint against KAUNSA.COM ONLINE SHOPPING SITE as this people are making fools of commonman. they should be punished as they are using my hardearned money 14990/- . I request you that we should ban this online shopping website as they are trying to fool the people.

                        Please help me to get my product from those people.

                        I have ordered MICROMAX A116 HD CANVAS on Kunsa.com, on 06/04/2013. my Order No. KA/104891/2UEBFUSR, but has yet been not delivered. Many times contact with customer care, they were answered that, after two days you will get.

                        Have already made the payment of Rs.15, 600/- and now have no idea wat to do. Please help me out.

                        I have bought Sony Cyber shot DSC H200 Point And Shoot from Kaunsa.com on[protected].& I paid Rs.11985/-, My Order Number Is KA/167656/BPJ942IL. But I do not get it yet. I try to contact Kaunsa.com by phone no. [protected]. But not responding. I have send a mail on[protected]. also I do not get any answer.
                        I was placed order for winter wear sweater and dress material for a total sum of Rs.1, 505/- on 27.11.2013 vide order No.KA/199437/65FWR9J4 and also made the payment for the same. I have received only one product on 02.12.2013. But, there is no message from your end for the delivery of the other products i.e., sweater nor refund of amount. The complaint for the same lodged at [protected]@kaunsa.com but there is no response. I request you to refund the amount of Rs.699/-.
