    I ordered casio edifice watch from kanusa.com.i have received empty parcel which i have informed to kaunsa cal centre.even i have taken mail from DTDC stating that i have received 0.60 grams parcel and forwarded to kaunsa.com but they are least bothered to respond as they have taken money. its been a month stil they are not responding.       I have placed order on kaunsa.com on 16th March 2015, with order no.[protected] and paid rs.9999/- through Axis Bank credit card. i have day to day contact kaunsa.com, for delivery of product. they everyday commit me, they will deliver my mobile next day. but, they did send my mobile. on 29th March 2015, they delivered my mobile, but, mobile not as per said specification also with few scratch marks and its totally a FAKE product.
      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      REPLACE PRODUCT AGAINST PROVIDE ORIGINAL PRODUCT OF SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE4, OTHERWISE I'LL GO TO CONSUMER FORUM OR HIGHER COURT.
      TILL DATE I'VE NOT RECEIVED ANY POSITIVE REPLY FROM YOUR END.

            I had ordered a Branded Induction Cooker at lowest Price Ever as on Feb 26, 2015 but till March 26, 2015 it is still not delivered. My order number [protected] Whenever I contacted their customer care # they didn't give me any specific reason regarding delivery. they said it is returned from Courier but they never contacted me nor approached me for delivery, I am very displeased with their services, please take some action against them.                     order no.[protected] & [protected]. I had placed an order for Armani watch in the month of September, 14 for which Kaunsa.com deducted the amount immediately from my credit card and then reverted back saying the transaction is not complete so I need to do the process again and they again charged the amount from my credit card. I contacted them after a fortnight or so and was informed that since they do not have the product I can opt for a gift voucher. I categorically informed them that I am not interested in any voucher etc, so kindly refund both the amounts immediately. They refunded one payment in the month of October, 14 but for the second amount has not been refunded inspite of my numberous calls. Every time I was informed that the amount will be refunded in next 24-48 hours and even after my repeated requests they could not connect me to their senior officials. But till now my money has not been refunded even though 6 months have passed since the transaction. In my last call I was ordered to give my bank details to enable them to transfer the amount in my Bank Account but till now nothing has happened

                          Hi, self have orderd an Emporio Armani AR5905 WATCH and have received it. On receipt it was found faulty and fake. Chronograph dials and not able to reset, upon cross checking with service centre they told me that the watch is replica and not original . Had sent back the watch to supplier as per kaunsa terms & conditions and they received the product about 2months ago, However till now the refund was credited to account, on calling up customer[protected] we will receive the response as if they are acting positive saying the amount will get credited in couple of days, However they will not do, self would have wrote 18 mails and more than 20 calls to kaunsa, Very poor in customer service and resolution. Dont fall prey to kaunsa, this one crocodile mouth.

                            I have ordered Casio wrist watch Model No.EDIFICE EF 556 and paid Rs.3950/- through online and product received through Kaunsa.com. Bearing order No.[protected], Dt.04.12.2014. Received product through courier on 24.11.2014. But the above said wrist watch is not working since beginning on wards and few days is working. But show room officials are said that this is a fake product. In view of the above it is learnt that it is a fake product I will return this product and you may return back my payment at the earliest. Samsung Galaxy S5 Sir, Undersigned had booked/purchased one Samsung Galaxy S5 cell phone vide order ID no [protected] on 19.10.2014 and paid Rs. 8999.00, allured by DEWALI offer/today’s spl. Offer. I have received a parcel from currier (today about 12.30. pm). On seeing the parcel I am shocked that It is not containing the same phone which is prominently displayed on website. Your website nowhere disclosed that this Galaxy S5 is not from Samsung Company but from some local brand. This cell phone is deceptively and dishonestly similar to genuine Samsung Galaxy S5 cell phone which gives impression to customers that they are purchasing genuine Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. The Cell Phone displayed on website is deceptively similar to Samsung Galaxy Phone, It is depicting same Samsung Galaxy S5 phone’s replica. It also levelled as Galaxy S5. This false and mischievous replica of Samsung Galaxy S5 is sufficient to trap innocent customers by projecting that it was Samsung Galaxy S5 cell phone. This replica image of phone defrauded customers as they are considering that due to Diwali sale/offer they are getting same Samsung galaxy genuine S5 phone on cheap price. This fraudulent and dishonest misrepresentation amount to cheating and punishable under the law of the land. More so selling of replica/deceptively alike phone also amount to infringement of copy right and trademark of the reputed company- M/s Samsung in the present case, thus, you are liable for copy right/trade mark violation. Apart from this your act and deed amount to unfair trade practice, thus, you are also liable for unfair trade practice-an actionable civil wrong in India.                                 Very worst site and poor management of KAUSA.COM I have purchase 2 T-shirts normal size received small size with tag "XL" (Xtra Large). So, Around 20 times I contacted through Kausa Portal but still I have not received any positive response. Unable to add screen shot due to down Kaunsa.com
