My order id Kaun/415329 dated 05/04/2015. The company is neither refunding my money nor crediting points to be redeemed through purchase only., My complaints regarding this, are also neither responded properly, nor being resolved. A number of such complaints can be seen at their site, which clearly indicates that this is a fake/cheat company engaged in mal practices.

Sir, I have not recieved my item Electric rechargable heatpad order no--[protected] [Registered ph no [protected]] since more than 75 days.I have aproached more than 6 times by phone and got a reply that i will recieve in next 7 days for three times, then your call centre said the Item is defective and cannot do refund due to techical problems and was compeled to by another item.This is not justified.They said i will get a voucher no: for my amount paid to buy different item and that has also NOT done for the past 15 days.This is the worst Online fraud Site i have have ever come across.The call centre lady does not reply properly, cuts off the phone connection if cannot give proper answer.This site has all facilities but does not reply or give feedback itself only when we call and also does not reply to the queries even booked complaint via ticket proceedure.I have wasted more than Rs-100/- on phone calls for the item for a order of Rs.320/- amount of money is not a problem But these type Fraud Sites must be banned.G.Muralidharan

I ordered a Mi powerbank 10400 mAh through kaunsa.com. The item I received was damaged from the edges and was not working. It appeared as either used product or the fake product. I tried contacting kaunsa.com through complaints at their site, no response was received. I called up at the customer service contact no., but the said no. doesn't exist. I also called up to seller, but he also didn't entertained. Now I want to file complaint in consumer court against such online portals. Kindly help and suggest.

KAUNSA.COM. MY ORDER NO. [protected] on Date.02/06/2015 I have purchased a product in KAUNSA.COM after confirming the customer helpline[protected]/[protected] . I have purchased from the Elegant Cotton Printed Saree With Blouse Piece D No LM4012 through netbanking Rs718.00. They confirmed my payment and advised the delivery date on 17.06.2013. on dated 17/06/2015 complain ticket No-Kaun/T437525/[protected] Still now i have not received the product or Refund, i called customer desk phone number is switch off from Kaunsa.com. They are cheating the Customers showing Fake Offers and not refunding the amount. PLEASE HELP ME IN RECOVERING MY MONEY BACK.

I had placed Order Number Is [protected] and so for not received i raised several tickets and they are not bother to reply after several attempts I contacted them received false promises. one off the main mobile No. given on their side itself replying that it is not in service

I, after looking at the credit card issued by Citibank tried to enter the card Number But the system didn't allow This was while Entering Rs.399/- for Toshiba Laptop Portage Z930X3436. Therfore please advise me How I should I make the payment to you. - - - VCK

date of incident 7/05/15 return by hand on 8/05/15 number - [protected] i had order a blackberry trouch 9800 phone and i had got a fake product immediately i called there customer care number they provided return address by mail to send that product i hand submitted by had address is Return Address: Mify solution, FF 09, Omaxe Park Plaza, Shakti Khand- 2, Nr. Sawarnjayanti Park, Indrirapuram, Ghaziabad - 201012. now after received the product since they are saying this and that week but not received the payment back i had paid through credit card. order id[protected] order no - 50689. i have all the details and mails with me.Please help me on this matter.

On 7th May, 2015 I got an offer of I phone6 at 12999 INR from Kaunsa.com. Same time I did a payment through my credit card. but later I found the brand name of the product was not Apple. I cancelled the order on 09th May and they also confirmed me to revert back my amount with in 15 working days. But yet I didn't received my balance...I am attaching the proof of entire process...

Published Sale o[censored]nrealistic price for television. Upon ordering payment is debited to my bank account, through net banking, but order not processed/delivered. The given telephone No. on the website, does not work. I am available to be contacted at ajit.[protected]@mvsynergy.com and[protected] at Rajkot, Gujarat, India. I have the order confirmation and payment debited records.

I had filed a complaint earlier also regarding Kaunsa.com charging my card twice for a watch I ordered which they did not have vide order nos. [protected] and [protected] in the month of Sep'14. On repeated calls I got to know that they did not have the product for which they charged me twice and they refunded one amount in the month of Oct'14 but the other amount they have not refunded inspite of my various calls. When I filled this complaint earlier thru you they promise to deposit the amount in 3 days but even after a month or so no such amount has been deposited in my account

My order I'd is HOM/KIT/BRA/33034 They delivered it and I received a broken piece I sensend it on my behalf for exchexchanexchexchangeexchexchanexchexchange aand it has been6 months now the don't receive my call and not even sending me the correct product

I have been purchased one i - phone cloning in kaunsa.Com, i paid rupees 10000, after 3 days it is not working, i returned to your company, still i am waiting more than five months, i dident get any response from your sides
