I had placed an order for iphone 6 plus by paying the amount through credit card on 25.05.2015. The order was cancelled within half an hour. I also sent a mail under Returns & Refund showing all the details. I have been sending mails and complaints asking for Refund but no response from the company was received. Subsequently, on 25.06.2015, I received a parcel from Mify Solutions (Kaunsa.com). When I opened, I got surprised as the item was a duplicate one and SIM cards were not being accepted by the system. I returned back the same on the next day (26.06.2015) and I requested for Refund. So far, I have not received the Refund nor any response from the company.
If I don't get a refund within 10 days, I will be taking up the matter with Consumer Forum. Hope you will avoid such unpleasant situations.
