I have ordered a mobile phone online on www.kaunsa.com in the month of july 2015 with order number [protected].i received the phone after few days but the phone was defective.i complained about the same and requested them to refund me the money.but i was made to understand that the money wont be returned and the phone will be replaced eventough i said them that this process will take some time and my purpose of buying the phone will be in vain.but anyhow they were not ready to pay me back the money.i was shocked and was mentally disturbed by this.finally i asked them for the replacement of the phone and i shocked to know that if i have to get the phone replaced i have to send it back to the company on my own expenses and charges.this again added to my mental disturbance. finally i sent them the phone on my expenses through the courier at the adress mentioned on their website.after enquiring many times about the receipt of the phone then i was told that i had to send the phone on another adress of the company.the charges i paid to send the phone went waste and then again i had to send the phone on the other adress provided by them.after making number of phone calls from my side i was informed that the company will call me back regarding this.. but i never recived any calls from them.later on it was me who made the called the company few more times and then i was said that the phone has been despatched.later on i got the phone in the month of november but the problem was same with the handset.it was defective with worst situation.i complained about the same and the similar process continues as the earlier i was again said that the phone will be replaced but money wont be returned.the company has cheated me twice in same manner.i have been menatlly disturbed by this and couldnt do my other work because of the stress. i mailed them a few times but never got any response of it. at last i have to approach this .

      Came offer from kaunsa.com regarding big discount of samsung s6 mobile and paid amount Rs 11999/- as a card payment. So i paid Rs 11999/- as a debit card on 20/11/2015. But i received parcel on 10/12/2015. When opened the parcel... i found S6 Korea make mobile not Samsung make... he is cheating for me... because korea make mobile price is Rs 6000/- only and i paid to him Rs 11999/-. DOUBLE INCOME... Kaunsa.com... customer care is FAKE contact no is FAKE response is 0% TOTALLY ALL IS ZERO.

        I ordered from kaunasa .com on 17th October 7 products amounting 11999 but only one product was delivered . rest products have not been delivered and the company customer care executives are only giving assurances but non of the products have been delivered. meanwhile the company cancelled 2 products and gave me voucher to select other products.i requested them to refund my money but they denied. so I have to order more products. This whole episode has traumatised me a lot kindly resolve this matter and initiate proper action.

[protected]) on 16.10.2015, Payment through my SBI Credit Card is already done but up till date 13.11.2015) I have not received the said item. According to commitment expected delivery date was 31.10.2015 but company is failed in their commitment so lastly I have purchased the goods from market. In this concern you are requested to kindly cancel the order and refund my payment Amt. 11999/- to my account [protected] (SBI). Please don't offer me for another product because I can't do any transaction with you. I have already complain you on 05.11.2015 which is already existing in your complain portal but up till now not any action have taken by you. Kindly finish this issue within 3 days otherwise I will go to consumer forum and you will be responsible for that.

                The below order was placed on 5th October 2015. Order No. [protected] Casio Edifice Watch EF 501D 7AV Men Watch Registered Email Id: [protected]@yahoo.com Registered Mobile Number:+91-[protected] I have paid 3840rs and the expected delivery time was 20th October 2015. But i did not receive any update from the team till date regarding the order. I called the customer care several times, most of the times it says " All our executives are busy, ur call is important to us, we have noted your number we will get back to you shortly " and then they disconnect the call. Very bad service and there is no response properly. Now they also say that they have generated voucher code for this amount and they can not refund money. I have never asked to generate voucher code.

                    Hi, I have made a online purchase of a Leather Wallet 3 months back. The delivery date was August 15 though they have provmised me the order delivery in 7 days. They are not answering my calls and not replying to any of my complaints. please take a neccesary action on the company so that they will not repeat it again.

                      I ordered a product through Kaunsa.com. The order id was [protected]. Its been close to 10 days. They havent given me my order. Moreover I have filed for 2 complaints and they havent reverted back. Their helpline number[protected] doesnt work - when I call this number I get an error message saying this number doesnt exist or is temp. out of service. The Government of India should ban such a website. In any case if posting this doesnt help - I will file a criminal case against them for cheating and fraud.

                        I placed an order for iPhone 6 plus on 25.05.2015 and the amount was also paid through Credit Card. Subsequently, I cancelled the order and asked for refund. They did not refund the amount. They sent the product which was duplicate and hence I returned back the item and again sought for refund. 4 months are over, the amount is not refunded.

                            Kaunsa.com sells duplicate products. Do not buy anything from them. Recently I have purchased 2 pieces of MI 10400mAh power bank. Both of the power banks can charge only 20% of my mobile having battery 2100mAh. Then I got doubt and checked fake vs original mi power bank. All symptoms for a fake MI power bank is matching with the delivered product. I wanted to verify the product in MI website (http://www.mi.com/verify/) and found that the delivered product does not have 20-digit security code. I wanted to return both of the power bank and I want the shipping charge of Rs.98/- + product cost refunded.                                 I had placed an order for iphone 6 plus by paying the amount through credit card on 25.05.2015. The order was cancelled within half an hour. I also sent a mail under Returns & Refund showing all the details. I have been sending mails and complaints asking for Refund but no response from the company was received. Subsequently, on 25.06.2015, I received a parcel from Mify Solutions (Kaunsa.com). When I opened, I got surprised as the item was a duplicate one and SIM cards were not being accepted by the system. I returned back the same on the next day (26.06.2015) and I requested for Refund. So far, I have not received the Refund nor any response from the company. If I don't get a refund within 10 days, I will be taking up the matter with Consumer Forum. Hope you will avoid such unpleasant situations.

                                    I have ordered a wrist watch Emporio Armani, order no. [protected] and paid the cost using my debit card on 22-July-2015. They promised the delivery within 7 days. As I requested for the shipping details by e-mail, I got an automated message asking me to use their ticket system instead of e-mails. As per the ticket, Kaun/T450634/[protected] dated 27-July-2015 I was supposed to get response from the seller within 24 to 48 hours. Still I have not received any response and when I tried to open the ticket it is showing as ticket has been closed, means the issue has resolved. I feel this is plain cheating since seller didn’t answer to the complaint and indicating that the issue has been closed without my information. This situation created frustration as the item I ordered was a gift to somebody.

                                      I had ordered iphone6 true clone mobile phone from kaunsa.com. I have paid 13000from my debit card. Today morning i got the phone from blue dart courier. When i opened it it was opened n used piece. There was so many scratches on the screen.
                                      I request u to replace the handset or credit the cash in our account. Pls take an action as soon as possible.
