      Guys its biggest fraud company. I bought a mobile from them and it was a china made mobile.           Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Casio edifice watch from the online shopping site www.kaunsa.com. order no [protected] on 28-apr-2014. The order was delivered to me but the watch was not in working condition as soon as opened the product. After a lots of follow ups for at least for a month the kaunsa.com customer service team provided me the the return address for returning the product. I returned the product via DTDC courier with PN no.P27857806 to the return address.The company is denying the returned product delivery to the return address even the product shows delivered in the DTDC tracking service.The screenshot of the same is attached for the reference. I am experiencing the worst service by Kaunsa.com in online shopping for the first time.I shop from many shopping sites but never had such a experience.I have unnecessarly spent lots of time behind this matter.I also spent the courier charges of Rs. 150/- and also my cost of the product is with the company and i havent received the proper product.Fed up of such company and the service.                 Hello Sir.

                I ordered a pair of shoes on kaunsa.com and paid online for the same order number [protected] they delivered the product with old torn books stuffed inside and neatly packed and NO SHOES IN IT . When called the customer service they told me you got to wait you shouting at us makes no sense caz the order was sent by the vendor. And no proper reply from them.

                My friends here please do not order anything from Kaunsa and make a fool out of yourself. Can you imagine the frustration of receiving an empty parcel?

                Please let all your friends not to shop on kaunsa too.

                Sir please see if you can do something about it.

                  First, I would like to thank you for prolonging my complaints to more than 45 days and still you are asking me to make fresh complaint.
                  What action You had taken on my earlier complaints Kaun/T289646/DMAO0QXBTA dated 5/28/2014 2:34:19 PM and Kaun/T289646/P3XO2A5QNL dated 6/12/2014 11:50:57 AM
                  This is the third complaint I am registering on your site regarding my T-Shirts purchase on which you have delivered Large size (L) instead of Extra Large (XL) I have ordered for.
                  On what basis you are replying to my complaints? As you know already, your seller S.D.R.Clothing Co.Pvt.Ltd., contact number [protected] is temporarily disconnected and (Hope he wouldn't have absconded) once again asking me to contact the seller.
                  I think, it is a shameful situation of a company which is not in a position do not know your own sellers phone number or to give an alternate number and in a position to find your own seller.
                  Good Governance?.
                  Don't you feel ashame on your service and responsibility to service your customers.
                  Whenever I contact your Customer Care (More than 20 times), most of your executives has a lethargic attitude in answering calls except the two, whom I had interacted today by Name Ms.Neetu singh and Mr.Gaurav .
                  At least, Mr.Gaurav was able to communicate in English, rest speaks only in Hindi He promised me to sort out my issue in next 48 hours.
                  Let me see.
                  Moreover, I appreciate your intention to sell the products at Competitive prices for which you should have the potential sellers. Please have right people in right places and potential sellers failing which your company will be in very bad shape, because the customers you are targeting is more of l middle class and lower Middle class whose curses will not allow to you have peaceful life.
                  Since you are getting innumerous complaints lodged in various complaint forums. at least now, you kindly let me know your seller phone number and sort out my issues.

                    Sir,
                    I had ordered for a pair of RAYBANS more than a month back.

                    Despite repeated reminders and request the company failed to provide the item and made false promises repeatedly about delivery dates.
                    I have now requested for a refund which the staff showed apprehension towards refunding, after coercion they say they will take approval etc for the paid amount to be refunded.
                    I need my money back and would not like to have any association with the company henceforth which CHEATS its customers by misguiding and false promises.

                      I purchased one ray ban blue mirrored sun glass from kaunsa.com.My order id is [protected] and I paid the amount shown on the site by using my debit card.When I got the product I surprised it was a replica and of very poor quality.Infact it doesn't worth fraction of what I paid.I tried to contact the seller but I couldn't, it was not real one.I made complaint to the support team and after lot of mails they told me to send the product back and they will inform and re dispatch the product as soon as they get.Also they send a weird address without phone number anyhow I managed to send it.till now I didn't received any information from them.

                        Customer care, 8th Jun, 2014 MOST URGENT ----- III Reminder Dear Sirs, The above Order Number [protected] has been delivered yesterday and while opening the packet in the night I was shocked to that the product was quite different from what you have offered/what was understood and conceived by me i, e ( Samsung Galaxy S4). This appears that you are very cleverly manipulating and hoodwinking online customers which is a fraudulent practice under the Law.Even the boldly mentioned contact No [protected] and other numbers and it all appears is also a hoax as the number does not exist is frequently heard when one calls on this number adds to your manner of deceit.including customer service executive miss shriya refusing to cooperateis the essence of the so called customer care desk which could be contacted after great deal of effort . The product is unacceptable and not the product that I assumed .                             Here is my experience.. PLEASE READ THIS Ref Id: Kaun/135502 This all thing started about an year ago.. I have ordered a Samsung Galaxy Express from KAUNSA on 17/06/2013. After waiting for a long time I realised that I have been cheated. So I contacted the customer care. They said that the product which I have ordered does not have the actual price and it got an updation from the technical department, so they are unable to provide the product on such price, instead of that they offered me a cash voucher of the same amount which I had paid. The customer care executive promised me to give the cash voucher code. I waited and waited but no code, no voucher. Then after a long time I again called the customer care and said the problem. Then I got the voucher code in my email. I was a bit happy but it didn't last for long. Because the voucher sent to me was not working. it shows INVALID VOUCHER. After so much of struggle I ordered 2 items (mobile and a headset) using the voucher. But that was also not delivered. Then I asked for refund but the executive promised me to deliver a NOKIA Lumia 520 (with in 4-7 days) instead of the cash I have paid and the balance amount will be refunded to my account back. After waiting for a long time. I released that I have been cheated again. Again I requested to refund my cash. Last month I received a call form their side saying, My refund process is in progress and I will get my cash with in a week. I didn't received any refunds in my account. I was eagerly waiting to get the refund and checked my account everyday. Till now I didn't received any money in my account. No refund has been received yet. This whole thing is happening for an year. I lost thousands. And many others are cheated every day.

                            THIS IS A FALSE INFORMATION

                            KAUNSA did not refund my money. I contacted them for a 1000 times both through phone and emails. They are saying that they refunded the amount in my account on 30th of April. But that is a FALSE INFORMATION. Such refund was never received in my account. When I asked for the details of transaction, they are not willing to provide any information. I raised 100's of complaint in there email but not even get any single reply from their side. When ever I call to the customer care they said me to wait for 24 hours and they will call me back with solution (BIG CHEATING). They won't call back. They want customers to wait like .

                              I have order an Assorted Kurti Order No. [protected] on 28.04.14 and i got the information that it will be delivered by 09.05.14 but today it is 16.05.14 and it is not been delivered and when ever i call they say it has not been dispatched till now and it is under process. i spoke to Shreya & Renu..shreya told it will be delivered by today 16.05.14 and when today i called up to check renu is telling its not been dispatched it will be delivered by next week. i really saw all the feed backs its a fraud company who is only taking money and not delivering the items. Its my first and last experience from this site.

                                Kaunsa.com delivered me a cell phone whose specifications do not match with the one listed on their website. They claimed to provide iPhone 5s true clone with the original phone's specifications as per their website but the phone delivered did not match even a single thing. Neither, Hardware nor software. Moreover, its charger is not working. When contacted as per their Return and Refund policy, Kaunsa.com tried to escape by saying that it's an imported product and specifications may differ from original. Whereas, there was no such disclaimer on their product page. Had that been mentioned, I would not have ordered this cheap product on first place. I paid Rs.10999/- for a mobile phone which is not even worth Rs.3K.                                 Issue details :

                                I order iPhone 5s True Clone from kaunsa.com after reading all the specifications. As a customer I have paid you for what was listed on your web page. I knew what I was ordering and I trusted Kaunsa.com for the specs of the phone you are selling. In addition to this, your 100% satisfaction and 30 days return policy gave me a confidence to try you out. But to my surprise, the phone I received neither matched my expectations nor the specifications listed on your page.

                                I have multiple issues with the phone I received.
                                1. It does not look like a true clone of iPhone 5s. Neither it has iPhone printed on its back nor it has apple logo.
                                2. No Apple logo on start of the phone.
                                3. App stores goes to Play store which gives me an indication that it is not running on ios platform.
                                4. Charger is not working. It seems it is a damaged piece.
                                5. Worst Camera I had ever seen in any phone in this price range.

                                7. No 1GB RAM.

                                  Hi, Day by day new issues are coming out with this product deal I have made. I have never seen this kind of Website/Seller ever who has done this much fraud. below are few things you need to know and take immediate action: 1. Product((Mobile-HTC One S)(OrderNo- KA/252233/L2ZGT0QD )) which I have purchase from your website on 28th Feb 2014 by selecting option EMI and description is as below: Mobile cost:10999 EMI Charges: 934 So total I paid= 10999+934= 11933 so that will convert into 9 months EMI. But today when I checked my credit card statement instead of converted EMI amount transaction details statement came with full amount deducted transaction details. I had a discussion with my bank but they informed me that Its not being converted into EMI by seller so ask them why they did not converted it into EMI if they have taken charge of 934 Rs. They told that they cant do anything in that as its seller responsibility and if you want us to convert into EMI then you have to again pay 900 rs for that. I have sent an email to you email [protected]@kaunsa.com and attached both proof which mention EMI amount deducted with full amount. 2. No one is responding me from your website you did not share seller's contact details with me. When I contacted customer care they informed me that seller's mobile no is not there with them. 3. As there are so many issue with this phone including payment also. I want to return this product immediately and want my amount refunded at any cost with 24 hour else here I am giving you last Warning either take a action on this or I am going to raise a complaint in Consumer court mentioning mental torture, fraud and time wasted claim on you as its your responsibility to deliver a customer right product which seller has mention on your website. I have done this transaction from your website so its whole and sole your responsibility to take the product back and return my money. Its a very bad impact on your website that so much fraud is going on your website. You don't have authorized seller . I am going to publish is on internet with so many customer complaint website. Then its on your image only. I want a solution within 24 hour at any cost else I'll go to consumer court claiming you as fraud.

                                    There is a site called “Kaunsa.com” offers different products by way of Bidding and whoever wins the Bid the product is given. But, nowhere in the site the details of any winner of any product is displayed. Whoever loses in this Bid will get their money back only by way of some credit points which should be used for online purchase in this site. I was one among who got duped by this online site by participating in their cheating programme. In the month of March 2013, I had participated in one of the bid by paying Rs. 998/- with a bid Ref no. KD/122/166/86/159/8BUVW and again participated in another bid in the month of Aug 2013 by paying Rs.299/- with a bid ref no. BID/MIC/MIC/50857 and totally Rs. 1297/- was paid for the bids. And this site did not even bother to publish the results of these two draws nor bothered to return the money collected. When I started corresponding in the month of July to the site for refund for the first Bid of March 2013, the response was hopeless. Mean time I started corresponding for Aug 2013 bid also where the result was not announced. Finally after 5 months of continuous correspondence Kaunsa.com released some credit points worth Rs. 798 only instead of for Rs.1297. Also, the codes worth for Rs. 798 which were given when use in the site for online purchase, the same are not been accepted and are rejected “Invalid codes”. Till now, for many of my correspondence to this site in this regard have not been replied and this site has swallowed the money just like that. It is not known how many of been cheated by this site and how much money has been looted. I request the concerned authorities to look into the affairs of this site and take legal actions immediately. General public should be careful in visiting this site “Kaunsa.Com” a fraudulent site.

                                      I had ordered casio watch on 19th feb 2014 vide order no. KA/252140/M25BE6JV for Rs. 4149. I have till this day i.e. 6th March 2014 not received the goods. On calling the customer care no.[protected] they say the goods is ready for dispatch but they are not despatching the goods. Other ph no of the company are [protected] and [protected] but no body is picking up the phone. I have requested for cancelling the goods and requested for the refund but they are not doing so. So help in getting refund.
