I was very happy for that. But, on 26th sep 2014 i got drenched in the rain and as a result my sunglass colour went off, so i went to one of my friends optical shop (Ray Ban Outlet) where he confirmed me after inspection that my sunglass which was purchased from your esteemed organisation is a fake/duplicate. Actually this was beyond my imagination that a renowned organisation like you had done such cheap thing. I feel very upset for such stupidity.           I received the faulty product (Tissot watch) from Kaunsa.com with order ID no.[protected] (order no.36566). There were following problems when I received the product. 1) Box of the watch was damaged/broken when I opened the parcel. 2) There is no warranty card in the box. 3) There is no user manual in the box. 4) Seconds hand (bottom circle out of 3) is not at all moving. 5) Resetting of all 3 counters (30-minute counter, 60-second counter, 1/10 second counter) is not happening as per instruction from online Tissot manual. 6) After seeing all these issues when I tried to contact the seller (Watchvilla, New Delhi) on the cell number (i.e. [protected]) mentioned on delivery form, the number does not exists. I had lodged a complaint on their website (with no.Kaun/T340154/2GE16O85BT) on 23 Aug'14 but there is no response and shocking they closed the complaint without any resolution. As per their Return & Refund policy I sent back the product to Noida address as mentioned on their website. Surprisingly I got to know that they changed address from Noida to Gaziabad. Accordingly I sent the product to new address which was received by them on 05 Sept'14 (sent thru Blue Dart - Waybill No. [protected]). However till date they are not responding me on the status. I need my money back as I do not want to deal with such fraud company and faulty service. Please help me to get the resolution.

                ORDER ID - LIF/RAY/RAY/97411. I have written 44 mails and Kaunsa has replied me 13 every time promising to refund me the amount within 7-10 working days. Its been 5 months now am waiting for my money but neither complaint at Call center or email communication is helping me. i am ready to knock doors till the highest level. How come our governing bodies of The Government of India is allowing these on-line Traders to do business by cheating on common man's money. Hoping to get a resolution and fast refund.

                  I had odder one spectacles from this site. I did online payment. So after querying too many times I got to know that they are not shipping the item, so they mail me the coupon code for the same amount. So I went to their site to order some other item, while apply the voucher code at the time of payment, it tells that you have entered the wrong voucher. Thanks.

                    Respected Concern Person I want to complain report to Kaunsa.com its online shopping site. They are using online site name of Kaunsa.com and promoting their product and showing cheaper rate on site and after buying any product they never deliver and respond either on call or Email even they never refund money what I had already paid via online transfer. I am requested you please suggest me any way to refund my money from them. I am mentioning detail what I have got from their. I Recived WING M1 Smart Phone[protected] evening 6.30 P.M via DTDC Courier. I have ordered Galaxy Note III 6 Inch 2GB RAM through your website.then i have paid the amount Rs. 7999 /- which you required. But, finely the product which i expected is not same( WING - M1 -Smart Phone) . It is entirely different (Technical Specification ) from which i have ordered. so, i need a call to kaunsa.com customer care number ([protected]). They have said to take snapshot, and mail to [protected]@kaunsa.com. I have done yesterday[protected] At 11 A.M ) itself . Yesterday they have said through phone(+91 [protected]) near about 6.25pm to send this product to following address. Their new address is not updated on website and it is surprising that till date the same old address is published to cheat customers. Since I had already spent around Rs.500 on courier charges (ideally it should be borne by them like other online shopping websites), I re-sent the product to their new address which was dispatched on 05 Sept 2014. Since the product was faulty and I returned it within 30 days as per their policy I have demanded full refund of my money but now they ([protected]@kaunsa.com)are repeatedly sending response that I will get same product after rectifying the issues but will not get refund of money. I am clear that I do not want such faulty product from such cheater service provider so I need my money back. Request you to please help me on the same. I am unable to take service facility from authorised centre.I am facing lots of problem in few days in my mobile like touch screen & software & complained against this.I have visited apple service centre, all are denied to give the services without invoice.I have rights to raise the voice against invoice as a customer.This site review is not good, they are cheated so many Indians from prolonged time & still going on.I had followed lots of mails with them but finally they denied to give invoice.They know very well that they are selling duplicate chinese made mobile set that's why not giving invoice.                           My order no. is [protected]. I had booked for an I phone and also may a debit card payment on 13th of August. When I did not receive the product after one week, I contacted the firm and was told that my order has not been booked. after verifying with the bank i informed them the payment has been made and sent the copy of the bank statement. they said that they have received the payment on 29th of august and the product will be sent soon. when contacted on 4th of Sept I was informed that the product is yet to be despatched and will be sent by Blue dart today. Even after making the payment they have not taken any action so far. It is very fradulent way of extracting money from the customers. As I have recently read many reviews the same is being done with a lot of customers. I think necessary action should be taken to overcome these fradulent measures other wise it is going to bring downfall to your firm. please ensure that my product reaches me by 5th of this month failing with i will take up the matter in the consumer fourm and also see that the same is published in all leading news papers. buvaneswari

                                  I ordered a wrist watch in December 2013 which I received in January 2014, it was a defected piece so I returned the it to the given address as told by their customer service. They provided me a voucher of Rs 6000 (amount I paid for the product) instead of returning my money or replacing the product (I didn't approve of any such voucher). THEY FORCED ME TO MAKE ANOTHER ORDER OF RS 6000 AND ABOVE. Finally I decided to agree to their fraudulent demands and conditions to get out of this scam. So I ordered the same wrist watch again with a pair of sunglasses. This time they provided me a fake product. It was not an original Tissot wrist watch which I ordered. On complaining again and again everyday, they told me to send back the product. They gave me a return address ( FF 09, Omaxe Park Plaza, Shakti Khand- 2, Nr. Sawarnjayanti Park, Indrirapuram, Ghaziabad - 201012.) but didn't specify about the refund of my money. The fake wrist watch was not even worth Rs 100, so I returned the product through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICE to the given address. Now according to the courier service the product has been delivered at the given address and received by P. Kumar (an employ of kaunsa.com) but KAUNSA.COM clearly denies the fact that they received the product and states that nothing can be done unless they receive the product. Tracking details of first flight courier service : U[protected] Order Id.- Kaunsa.com : [protected] I have all the documents and proofs to support each and every fact I stated here.

So people dont buy things at this website.They are frauds.

                                      Item not received and refund we want

                                      KA/171455/J7P6P4P3 in the above order we have to receive watch but as of today there is no response from Kaunsa and we have ordered this on 04/10/2013, now we want refund immediately

                                        I have purchased Galaxy note III (6inch, 2GB ram and internal memory of 32 GB) Order no. [protected]. Payment - I have made the payment through Credit card, and payment confirmation received from Kaunsa. On the same day.i.e on 10/5/2014 at 15.35 hrs. Along with the order confirmation the expected delivery date they have mentioned was 25/5/2014. I was in position to receive the delivery before expected date i.e. on 24/5/2014. When I open the parcel and observe following discrepancy ----- 1) Smart phone box was unsealed. 2)2GB ram not available. 3) Only 125 MB memory available. 4) Instead of Single sim(as per offer specification) double sim slought observed. With observing all the problem, I have contacted Kanusa people through [protected], as per their advise I have raised complaint tickets, following are the ticket details --- 1) Kaun/T199950/PWAJOQ8GU6 - DEMANDING RETURNS AND REFUNDS -26/5/2014. 2)Kaun/T199950/YOQF95OQMJ - DEMANDING RETURNS AND REFUND- 30/5/2014 3)Kaun/T199950/ZSI7SMTZA - demanding the same as mention above - 31/5/2014. 4)Kaun/T199950/3WV9VMLHSC[protected]--do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 5)Kaun/T199950/3MNIFBLOQ[protected]-----do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 6)Kaun/T199950/7BCJKS8KUX[protected]-----do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 7)Kaun/T199950/MTYS9F4QLQ[protected]---do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 8)Kaun/T199950/INNLIJXTDM[protected]--------do[protected][protected]/6/2014. 9)Kaun/T199950/KB2OQZSAVD[protected]---do[protected][protected]/6/2014. Kaunsa support team has given reply and asked me to return the product to specific address given by them. According to that I have return the product through Blue Dart Courier on 18/6/2014. AWB no is [protected]. while cross checking with the help of Tracking system it reaches to Mahaipalpur Hub on 19/6/2014. It was lying their up to 2/7/2014 for the cause of Regulatory Paper requirement. ( I have demanded the Form 38 to Kaunsa team through the mail to support team, but no reply experience. On 2/7/2014 Shipper has cleared the requirement and ask Mahipalpur Hub to return the courier to origin. I hav e collected New AWB no -[protected]. The same has return as per the tracking system and its Journey ends on 4/7/2014, system Indicates the delivery had been made. BUT ACTUALLY I DIDN NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING ON 4/7/2014, SYSTEM INDIUCATING FALLS RESULT. ALONG WITH THE COURIER AFGENCY kaunsa team trying to fool me, and so many others. HENCE I AM REQUESTING KAUNSA TO RETURN MY MONEY Rs. 9999+ Rs. 2601 a courier charges, immediately.

                                        I have registered the complaint on July 8, 2014. But till date no response receive from Kanusa and their team.
                                        what kind of forum is this? I have tried to contact Kanusa people, only one number[protected], but their representative will not in position to talk in this subject nor they have authority to resolve this matter.

                                        I hope that Complaint Forum should take this case positively and chase Kanusa people to resolve this matter and refund of my Money.
                                        Details of money - Rs 9999(paid through Hdfc bank credit card on 10/5/2014. + Rs 2601 paid for Blue Dart courrier to return the product, on 18/6/2014, AWB no [protected].
                                        About 2 monrhs passed to get result from Kanusa people.
                                        once again requesting you to enforce them to resolve this matter on PRIORITY.

                                        Even though any Government Institution move/work faster than you. You and your team do not have any rights to play with Customer emotions, and his money. I have spend Rs. 9999/- and in additional to that made a courier expense of Rs 2601/-. While spending the time span and using the Customer money (w/o Interest) pl take action with your seller who deceive the customer on behalf of you.
                                        This matter is pending from 26th May 2014, though i continuously following you and Kaunsa team no result received till 14th July 2014.

                                        You must solve the matter on priority.
                                        I must get this matter resolve within a 24 hours time span.
                                        As per your comment I have forwarded the mail to [protected]@em.kaunsa.com, before 10days, but as a principle you are caring the Customer in every field, i.e. poor response, false telephone number, putting condition to customer related to his refund of money etc.
                                        i must get the result in next 24 hours.

                                        Through thier complain ticket method discussion had made with them and as per their advice (reply given by Kanusa team to return the product, on following Address -FF9 Omaxe Park plaza, Shakti Khand -2, Nr. Sawarnjayanti Park, Indriapuram, Ghazibad - 201012. This activity done with the reference of Kanusa team reply to Complaint ticket - Kaun/T19950/IVNL1JXTDM.
                                        PRODUCT RETURN THROUGH BLUE DART COURIER SERVICES and ITS awb NO - [protected]. Courier charges Rs 2601. Date 18/6/2014.
                                        Informed to support team of Kanusa along with the courier receipt(photograph attached.)
                                        Till date I have not received any information and related action from Kanusa, hence I forwarded this matter to complaint forum, on July 2014, 8.

                                        Today is 5th Sepetember 2014, still My complaint has not been resolved. Neither I received my money back or any other solution from Kaunsa Support Team.I am suprised, as there were no action from Consumer Forum or online complaint forum.ashoka.com.
                                        Today when I opened online forum I observed that so many similar complaint lodged against Kaunsa. I have lodged the complaint on July 8th, 2014.
                                        If Online forum really like to work honestly.
                                        Today I have also tried to contact Kanusa people with the number[protected]. As per telephone people (BSNL) this number is not in existance.. Cream example of fraud.
                                        Still now a days Kanusa online shopping release various mail mention the Cheapest smart phone offer through mails of various people.
                                        Cheating is in full swing. Would Delhi Governemnt should look into the matter, as Kanusa online shopping is operated from Delhi.
