        i have got a problem with the kaunsa, previously about five months back you gave me a voucher for 7150 for not having the product and then later on you said it's life time and now.. last month when i wanted to use the code it did not work then i gave the kaunsa ppl a call and asked they said will will forward you a link so plz do pay rest money required to buy nokia lumina 520 then I even paid the 1450 as said by you Payment Acknowledgement :: 22074588 then i have been calling from the past 15-20 days for the product they say you will get it in one day or two days then after waiting 2 days i wont get the product and call back again they just say your product is not booked and then it takes 9-10 days the order number Is KA/139090/SQ540Q0Q for which i have been given the voucher...!! which does not work ...!!

              I have purchased a Rayban sunglass on 18th Jan 14 worth INR 699. The product has not been delivered yet, nor have they provided me the shipping details of the product. I am continuously calling their consumer care executives but Customer care persons are always bluffing and they are not in a position to answer if my order will be delivered. When I ask for refund they ask me to raise complaint ticket online. My complaint tickets are answered with an automated reply without any specific resolutions.
              Whenever I call they say dispatched and will be delivered by 2 days and this story is happening for almost a month. Now I understand they have no idea of my order at all. As per my experience they are a group of frauds. Never ever believe them. Now they have stopped receiving calls in their help line number.
              I would request to take serious action on this matter.

                Hi, My name is Pritesh Basnett, "i'm a Senior CSA in Aegis", my brother is the regional manager, working for NSN right now. It's excellent that you are providing help to innocent victims, but my concern is, it's easy to hear to what people have to say, 99% of people alive has some sort of problem, and 90% of it is related to finance. Sir, it's a fact, it is not easy to earn money, yes food, cloths and shelter are basic necessities, some are just able to get to that level, they are also like us, if you give them little help, they are grateful for life. I don't know exactly how to express this, but I know that no one can say that they are wise enough to do what is right always. I have seen the good side of life, right now for the past 7 years i have seen the other side, it's dark, hopeless, misery, you start hating yourself, you loose everything valuable taught to you by your parents, when the time comes, and suddenly there is no one to ask if you had food, if clothes are dirty, if i have a problem, if i get sick, if i want to feel the warmth, care and love of my parents, it goes away. Then reality strikes in, and the real picture is, nobody cares who you are, what have you been doing, are you alive or dead.I'm not a very nice person, i'm 33, if my parents hadn't put in the effort, then I would not have the little which I have right now. Please consider this case not for me, but for all who has been a victim of this fraud company. The law I have seen has the power to arrest, detail, or punish the poor, but when money is involved the vulnerability of the law is exposed. As a Citizen of India, my home land where I work, eat and sleep, the nation that is taking care of billions of people, striving to do good, to progress for a better tomorrow for our kids, my request is please find them and stop them. They are not kids, they know what is right and what is wrong, and still if they choose the wrong path, then we should stop them. It's not a good feeling when you don't see humanity in people. If you can't do anything about it, then give me the right to shoot on sight, i'll clean the Garbage for you. Please do something, we already have other day to day problems to face and deal with, you also have to face the same thing, so let us join hands and eradicate this nonsense, everyone wants to become rich, it's not impossible, but a lot of hard work is required, but people who want easy money at the expense of another innocent person, then i'd be ashamed to say I am an Indian, my country is beautiful.

CPU 1.9 GHz Quad + 1.3 GHz Quad RAM 2 GB RAM Display Type Super AMOLED Size 5.7 Inches Memory & Storage Internal 32GB Received the product through blue dart courier on 27/01/2014 vide tracking number [protected] But i have received the fake configuration the mobile has CPU = 1GHZ PROCESSOR, RAM = 256MB RAM, DISPLAY = 6" TFT, MEMORY=150MB INTERNAL STORAGE, I have already written to them and asked to cancel my order and but they yet to pickup the handset from my address and i am been following up with them daily on phone and getting same feedback everyday that i will receive the details by end of the day, but yet to receive any Requesting you to kindly take some necessary action and refund my amount at the earliest.

                    My name is Deepak Mehta & i participated in a contest Play N Win Samsung Galaxy S4 by Kaunsa.com. As per this contest anyone can pay 499 Rs & participate in the contest & one lucky winner was supposed to get this phone by for Rs 499. Others were supposed to get points worth Rs 499 that can be Redeemed at their site for any other product purchase. I participated in the contest in my Wife's Name Shweta Mehta. I paid online & I have E-mail record from them for the Purchase. My order no was KA/148414/XIVFM235. I purchased it on 29th July 2013 as per the E-mail this was supposed to finish by 13th Aug 2013. Its still mentioned as delivery date on my login account on their website & also on the E-mail that I received from them. However today is 31st Jan 2014 there is no communication from their side. I tried to contact them on several occasions, most of the time no pick up the call & even if someone does they give a date 1-2 weeks later saying lucky draw has not happened yet. I sent them e-mail on 27th September 2013 too however I have not received any response Yet.

                    I think it is an online Fraud & they are making millions by taking just 499 Rs per person. This was not the only phone which was offered. Every week a different Phone was up for grab during those days & I am sure many people must have been fooled by them with this way. So I would request you to please look into this & take a stringent action against such company. I am not worried about the money it is a small amount however I think they are fooling thousands of people & it must be stopped. I have seen several people online who have been fooled by several different ways by this Company. In case of any questions or queries please feel free to revert back on my phone no given below.

                      kaunsa.com is a fake website, selling and shipping all fake stuff. I had ordered a watch of Emporio Armani worth 5, 985/- . The watch was delivered after 1 month of order and payment, and i have raised a ticket with them under- Kaun/T213270/NAEC5KSY4J dated 17th January. Post that I have been calling on thier number[protected], but no response. The phone is never recieved and I have no communication from thier side. The watch is fake, as verified by the Company showroom. The Monochrome watch does not have the side adjustment buttons. I am not able to reach out to any one Do I register a police complaint?? Please let me know

                        I have ordered a portable TV. After 30-40 number of followups and 2 months of time they
                        have told me that it is out of stock. I have asked for my money back and they accepted for
                        the same. After again 7-8 follow-ups they have told me money return is not possibe.
                        They can issue a voucher of same amount. I had no choice except accepting that useless offer.
                        I again ordered 3 different items. As same routine they didnt sent the items on promised date.
                        I again followed up with them for several times then they said that among 3 items
                        2 items are out of stock. Again they are saying me that they will issue the another voucher
                        for the same amount. I need to order it again now. God only knows whether i can get the
                        items this time atleast?


                        I might have spent around Rs.200 for the follow-up calls + my mental torture due to their
                        service.

                        As per notes menttioned in the website their customer support team works from 9:30AM to 6:30PM
                        But our call gets respons only from 12:00 PM to 5:00PM.(That too not sure).


                        So dont ever try this website.

                          I have ordered an rayban goggles from kaunsa.com i have made an pre-payment for that. I have also received and order confirmation email. But when i called them to ask status about my order that i came to know that its IN PROCESS.More than 1 months has passed but they have not delivered the product till date. Every time I call the customer care, they fool me by affirming that the product would be delivered within 2 days.
                          Please help to get the product, I was in the notion that all online purchasing site are secure and properly regulated

                            Dear friends, I have ordered toshiba LEDtv of 26, 965 rs in Kaunsa on 13th nov13, 28th nov they committed for delivery and not delivered, from 28th nov to 27th dec 13 everyday while contacting them told product is ready, despatching today.on 27th dec 13 evening they (means Customer care) told product not available, we are starting the refund process today and you will get money with 15-20 days.but till now I have not received my money & morethan 2 months they blocked my money without refunding it & telling stories and fake commitments. Kaunsa is fraud website, they initially delivery the products of low value items in correct time to get big order, once we ordered for large amount they will start all their fraud activites such fake commitments and their customer care people will say surely, definitely, promise, mother promise for the deliver of the product. Once we ordered in this in website, please forget about product & money also... I am going to take legal action against this website, pls suggest me, how to do it & I am not going to leave this matter simply...                                 I was duped by the online sale of fake ray ban sunflasses whereas the company claims That all products r genuine . .I returned the product ..it has been 20 days Now and these people r yet to return the money ...there customer care no. Never gets picked And the returns no. Also ...one mr Sumit who attends the returns Number ..if it gets picked up once in 3 days..says u will get or money back I don't know when though ..guys I wud request u all guys To make a complaint in consumer forum and spread the world so So many innocent people r saved .. I hve seen innumerable complaints On the net they've swallowed money people ordering laptops and mobiles Let's make a complaint so that no one repeats Sam's same..an fir Was lodged against timtara who did the same [protected]@gmail.com

                                  My order No- Kaun/T128779.. I ordered a mobile from kaunsa.com 8 months back. But the product was not dispatched for 2 months. On contacting them i got to know that they don't have that product in there stock. So i raised a complaint against refund for amount to them on there website. further they replied that they cannot refund but will provide a voucher code for buying few products. Later when i try to redeem that voucher, it failed. Again i wrote a complaint to them they replied- the product which you ordered our seller was unable to provide you due to shortage problem, you have to select any other product. I tried this for too many products but still the same problem exists.. Its enough for complaining them because they lack perfection.. There are maximum complaint against this website but how they are still able to run there website.. I wrote them 42 times for a single transaction.But they dint nothing helped and there contact no is of no use as no one pick up the phone.. Please take my complaint against them and make them to refund my money.. Its a long time for fooling me with vouchers, unavailability of the stock, Seller problem.. Its more than a year and there is no refund from them. No 1 Fraud website..

                                    I Had purchased one mobile handset through prepaid. The order no. of the same is KA/210531/UE52PH6U dated 21/12/2013. The delivery date given was January 5th. When it was not delivered on that date I called them up. They gave another assured delivery date 8th January. I insisted to give me the AWB no. of the concerned courier. They gave some rubbish reasons and said I would be given one email to inform the AWB no. I waited till 9th Evening. Again I called them up on 9th Jan. First, they didn't pick up my calls. I dialed 20 times at a stretch. Some Kaushal Singh received the call finally and started repeating the same excuses for the delayed delivery. Now, the deadline given is 15 th January. Question is, how it is possible to give a delivery date without knowing the document number of the concerned courier???Does they care for customer satisfaction? What will happen to my money? It is hard earned. But, how will the stupid company feel, anyhow, when they are themselves involved in embezzling other's money and earn their livelihood!!! God Bless those !!

                                      sir, as per Adv. of KAUNSA, i have placed order of 10" Tablet on 19th under EMI, and paid worth of Rs. 5999 + EMI processing charge of 348 through out KAUNSA Payment gatway, then after i came to know through my bank that EMI can not be possible through debit card. THIS WAS FIRST CHEATING that KAUNSA taken extra Rs.348 in the same of EMI Processing charge. but i accepted. but after 8-9 days i asked for delivery status of shipment at that time their executive informed that your product is not available, please purchase 7' tablet of Rs. 4999/- and we will refund you 1000/- after your approval we will take action.THIS WAS SECOND TIME CHEATING. as i had not choice i accepted this also and given approval. my order date was 19th oct. and i received 7" tablet on 6th Nov. then after i asked for refund of balace 1000/- but their executive told you will get VOUCHER and not refund. THIRD CHEATING. i accepted. but as per their policy. if we want to redeem VOUCHER we have to purchase make purchase more then VOUCHER AMOUNT. i purchase SAREE of Rs. 1500/- paying extra Rs.500/- on 14th Nov. and i asked for delivery status before 5days and their executive informed that your product will be delivered within 4-5days. but nothing received so that i asked again today and they informed the product is not available please purchase other product. THIS IS FORTH TIME CHEATING. Finaly this is prooved that KAUNSA is a cheating company. who taking advance payment showing different product and harassing customer. and not fulfill their commitment. I MODESTLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY REFUND. Praful Bhalgama. this is third time i posted this conplain. but no response is getting.

                                        I had ordered rayban glasses but what is shown and what is dispatched to me are two totally different products. I have received RayBan aviator glasses with cheap looking chrome metal frame where as i had ordered black metal frame as shown in my order
                                        More ever product which is sent to me is not even listed in RayBan official site that means its a fake Rayban glasses
                                        which are sold by Kaunsa dot com. One look at the product and you will know that you are royally cheated. They are saying original cost of these glasses as 4000 and which are offered for just Rs600 just to cheat innocent customers

                                        By looking into 80% discount, i ordered Rayban subglasses . One delivered and second one not yet. It is a duplicate glasses which not even cost rs 100/-. Kaunsa is a bogus items selling portal. Do not opt for it.
                                        My order id with kaunsa .com is Kaun/223499 . Recieved one rayban sunglass out of two ordered. It is completly waste product. Local make not even 100/- value.dont buy cheap or discounted items from kaunsa.com
