    My name is Udit from NOIDA. I bought Kenstar 80L Direct Cool Refrigerator on 28th May 2017 from amazon (Cloudtail Ind pvt). It have 5yrs compressor warranty. I have called multiple times at he given call center no but I was tech told that that currently they are dealing only home appliances not fridge and not responding properly. Please help on this.

        Hi I have purchased kenstar air cooler on 24th May 2020 and I took service for product on 29th March 2021 so it's still under warranty and no charges should be taken from customer since product is still under warranty however still 413 Rs. Charged from me as service charges. Please look into it as soon as possible since this can't be expected from company.

              Hello Kenstar,

              I have placed the complaint on 1st Mar 2021 monday BAN[protected] for changing the power cable on the Icecool cooler which is out
              of warranty. However, with repeated calls to the agent he visited after 4days and he charged Rs. 413/- and promised to give the bill next and he didn't replace anything and said there is motor issue that needs to replaced and didn't replace the wire too.

              I am suppose to get the Bill for the amount paid Rs. 413/- and suppose to replace the power cable which he didn't and motor estimation if we have to replace.

              He did visit doing nothing but removing the back cover even I can do that and didn't replace the power cable which I called for.
              He promised he will do that for free and doesn't pick up any calls inspite of calling

              I have the screenshot of the amount paid to him via UPI and he asked me to pay using UPI.

              Your employees are taking fraud money without bills and you are not aware of this fraud from customer. You should resolve customer queries completely. I want someone to resolve my issue and take this matter seriously.

              Will have to file the complaint in consumer court if not responded soon and not actioned
              Even after informing your customer care I didn't get a call from any agent...

              I felt your service is the WORST service and worst technician that you are hired.

              Stop giving template answer to contact customer care customer care they don't care that's why this complaint so that others can see and stop buying your products

                This is very disheartening to convey to you that the image of your esteemed company KENSTAR has been changed in my mind. As per my earlier perspective KENSTAR is having high after service value. But my thought has been changed by my last encounter of my Kent Gyser Servicing.

                The disputed geyser was picked up from my home address in August 2020 and after that there was no response for a few many days. And when my father in law started following up they are telling me that they don't have the part in stock so they will replace it with a new GEYSER and we heve to give a balance amount. the amount was not fixed yet and also approval from higher management is pending.

                The same statement my father in law used to listen to every call till October 2020 and at last he fed up of all and purchased a new one as he and my mother in law have been prescribed to take hot water showers.

                But I insisted and took the authority to get back my geyser either replaced one or the old. And started calling from mid January and at last I came to know that I have to pay the depreciation amount of Rs. 3375/- for the old one then I will get the replacement with a new one.

                So this is my whole story, now I intend to raise below mentioned points to you and need support from your end.

                1. Don't you people think that the time duration from August 2020 to Jan 2021 is not very long.
                2. Why do you people fail to give the solution by yourself and why my father in law above the age of 65 years needs to follow up and bother.
                3. Why do my old parents suffer in the cold days
                4. Why the depreciation amount is too high. and dont you people think that the amount needs a consideration on the above mentioned raised issues.

                              Myself rajasekaran i own a kenstar double dx aircooler.
                              Recently i have noticed my cooler is not working properly and not cooling at all and noise is coming from the cooler. Its been 1 day since the cooler was purchased and kenstar promised me for 1 years warranty for whole unit.
                              Now i have contacted kenstar authorized service center but no respone and im totally frustrated and i came to a conclusion not to have any kenstar product anymore.

                              I want kenstar to take this product back and return my whole money what ever i have paid according to invoice.

                              If my issue is not resolved immediately i will take this issue to all social medias and consumer court.
                              So kenstar have to face all the consequences.

                                      But no response from customer support team. Pathetic service.

                                        Geyser is leaking. Not satisfied at all with the product kenstar are selling. Also the service is devastating. This has happened the 3rd time in the past 1 year. Product is still under warranty.
