Hello sir/mam,

I bought kenstar iron box one month ago, but unfortunately it was not working from last week. So i called customer care no ([protected]) they assign one service center. So i am calling that service center (Svc point) since a week but they are not responding.

So please please please help me in this. I am trying lot, to contact that service center, but they are telling like today will come, tomorrow will come, we ll come with in half an hour, but no use, this happening since a week.

Today[protected] he said we ll come around 5pm or 6pm but he was not come. Because of him i am cancelled my plans. Actually i am plan to go outside for some party with my wife.

    He concern is that i bought the kenstar air cooler cyclone 50 litres white from amazon on 08th march 2019 from the seller green bazar.

    Order number is[protected]

    There is a problem with the cooler as it throws the water outside when on swing mode / water leakage. So i called customer care on 30th march with ticket no ban[protected]

    I followed up regularly but no one turned up.

    I gain called customer care on 06th april (Saturday) ticket no ban[protected]

    The service person came and was not able to repair the same.

    I again raised the complaint on 22nd, 29th april & 01st may with request no ban[protected] but no one turned up.

    Is this the way you treat the customer and provide service?

    Please take back the cooler and exchange with other cooler asap.

      I have purchased a kenstar air cooler 50 ltr. About 1 week ago and it stopped cooling. The product is under warranty period but the kenstar service center has denied to repair the product under warranty period. The toll free number of customer care service center is not exist. I did not find any kenstar service center in jaipur for warranty services of air cooler. Also the shopkeeper is not attending the phone call from where it is purhased.

        The kenstar glam 35r water cooler purchased on 28th april 2019.
        Fan, pump remote works fine.

        We could not check water sensor at the showroom.
        We came home and set up everything, filled water, and turned it on.
        The cooler gives low water error and turns off cooling, however the water filled to max level.

        This is happening from the very first moment.
        Kenstar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I am facing the same problem. What should I do, since asking for service in the current scenario is not a good idea? Please tell me how to resolve this issue.

          I have bought a 2 year amc last year through kenstar's authorized service partner tekcare india pvt ltd. This company directly works under kenstar as all the complaints are taken up by kenstar and forwarded to tek care ind pvt ltd.

          Since last 2 months i have been trying to chase the contact number provided by kenstar and tekcare[protected], i have also mailed several times on the designated email id but they are not arranging the visit to my place to get ac problem fixed.

          On 16th april the customer care picked up call after half an hour waiting and gave me a complaint number gha[protected] and promised to arrange visit in 72 hours, but no visit was arranged. Later since last 3-4 days i am calling them again but each time they give one number and when called the person says wrong number.

          Till now i have been given 3 numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected]. But my problem is standing still.

          I have taken amc for 2 years which is effective till oct 2019. But i am not able to find a way to reach higher management to complaint.

          Water pump machine not working.last time also i complained but no one is responding
          The GLAM 15R is beeping with Cool on and full water.

            I have purchase kenstar cooler on 6th may 2018 and its not working. I have complaint on customer care but till now no resolution.

            I have raise complaint on 12th april and one time engineer came. He told problem in motor, will get back soon and replace it.

            After continuous calls and request kenstar auto closed and shown resolved the issue. I am still wondering to be resolve.

              Recently, my aircooler stopped working properly. I have raised a complaint on 8 april to kenstar aircooler service and i got a message like this.

              Che[protected] will be serviced by nawaz[protected], svc point [protected] provide scode s96214 only if satisfactory job done, appt dt-09/04/19, 7:00pm

              Above referred person hasn't visited until now but sent 3 other people who's not aware of cooler mechanism properly..

              Today is april 20. Until now, whole problem is not resolved. But, without my knowledge, complaint was closed. I have to reopen the complaint again and again.

              Until now, problem is not solved... I even asked, i will get repair done by local repairers. But, asi requested me that they will surely do it. So, didn't try other.

              So, please consumers don't believe these type of service centers and buy aircoolers.. You have to struggle like anything. I have told them very clearly i have a kid of 1 year struggling with severe heat. Still they are senseless on this.

              Hope you people don't come across this issues.

                I have purchased kenstar air cooler one year ago at Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad. This time the pump stopped working and I have lodged a complaint with customer care department with great difficulty since it took lot of time to get connected. Anyhow the complaint is registered. I got a message the technician will attend next day with all details of time and mobile no. When I have contacted the technician at the appointed time he said that he had no information and asked me to forward the message received by me. When I contacted the customer care no their reply was so careless, that I have to wait till the technician calls and I am not supposed call them. I am very sorry for the irresponsibile attitude of customer care department and customer after sales service. I felt very bad for the wrong choice of buying Kenstar cooler and I did not expect such a shabby treatment of its customers.

                I would like to inform you that my cooler not power supply open.and i already customer care call not 2-3 hours is calling but phone not connected.so i please request you my cooler is not working properly.so please one technician my home wisit and check the cooler and problem shootout this matters.
                I have Air Cooler of Kenstar company, which is not working, trying to contact customer care since last days but never got connected, sent SMS also many times but company never turned up. This is really so pathetic.

                    I have bought it 31 March 2019
                    Exorbitant service price quoted by the service technician. We had to pay Rs. 300/- for visit as against Rs. 250/- mentioned by the call center. I need my entire money refund because in the name of repairs Kenstar is cheating customers.

I call them about my geyser tank leaking they came and fix our tank but that was free of cost but they got 1550 rupees from us. Then i call to company they told us that there is no fees in warrantytime and sir our geyser tank is leaking again after they fix and went. They have broken my tap also which i fix from another person with 700 rupees. Thencall them again that leaking again and nowadays they r ignoring my call i don't know what to do.                                 Many times I have sent the message and i have called to Kenstar service center but no answer from them. Tell me what to do now after my warrenty is completed, you were not at all taking care of the complaint given to the service center. Company has to take care of this complaint, this is too worst and shameless behavior of the company. shall i go to the Police station for a complaint

                                I have purchased the Kenstar geaser in jul 2018. It has gone faulty. The water is coming out of the exaust pipe. May be the problem od the autocut.

The distributor in coimbatore is worst and he is not even picking the call. It is more than 3 months from the date of complaint registration. Worst customer service.                                   There is a change in service centre and they are asking bill copy but I gave the bill to earlier service centre. They r not working with the complaint registered and customer care also not picking the call.
                                  Still my request is not fixed. My complaint is still open. Service agent is asking for a bill copy which I gave to earlier service agent and now there is a change in service agent. Could u please provide bill copy and ask the service agent to fix it

                                    It is with regret that I state here that I was foolish enough to buy a Kenstar product.

                                    I bought a microwave oven 2016 Nov.
                                    The oven stopped functioning in Oct
                                    2018. The model is 20 litres KJ20CSL901
                                    Repeated phone calls to the official service centre Zaib Services was of no use. They eventually came changed the
                                    Capacitor, Diode, Fuse, and lastly the
                                    Magnetron. We paid a total of Rs.1250.
                                    The Magnetron was under warranty so not charged. The oven worked for sometime
                                    And once again malfunctioning. The display is now erratic. Cost of replacement
                                    Rs 2400.

                                    The technicians are not properly trained and can therefore not be expected to do
                                    Proper servicing. Service charged Rs.450.

                                    Please advise where I can purchase a replacement panel and cost.

                                      Kenstar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I purchased kenstar geyser in jan 2018 and i lost my warranty card and bill for the same even though service center has all the details regarding my geyser they are not ready to do the servicing and replacement for free. 3 months back I got my geyser serviced by paying some 1200 and now again the geyser stopped working.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        We have purchased a kenstar water heater a year back and it was a defective piece. It has been got dis-function multiple a times and every time we need to followup customer care multiple times and after 1-2 week mechanic came and guaranty every time that it will not stop working again but only 1-2 day after it again got dis-function. I am totally frustrated with the kenstar product and services. Warranty going to expire by end of this month and after that no body will entertain even a call. I would request you to please replace this defective product or i need to take some legal action for the same.
