I purchased kent super star water purifier on 25-apr-2016 from amazon.in which website selling product on 100% manufacturer guarantee. with in 15 day my product is give bad quality water.some eroded chip are continuously coming in drinking water. we don't know when this problem exactly started earlier we think that our bottle was dirty but after prolong time we checked that problem is with water purifier. we don't know what is that metal and how much severely that will effect on human body. even for my kid who is 4 month old we are giving that water some time.i submitted my complaint to kent on[protected] with registered ph. no. [protected]. but till now no one entertain that problem just kent customer care telling that service engineer will come within 12 hr-12 hr and so on from last 5 days.

    Dear sir,

    I made complain on 23-may-2016 vide complain no[protected], complain has not been resolved, whereas i received an sms at 1:26 pm on 24-may-2016 which states as follows:

    "dear customer
    Greetings from kent
    Your request[protected] is resolved. You have rated the service as good.
    Thank you, tnc apply"

    And another message:

    "dear customer
    Greetings from kent
    In reference to your request[protected] give us a missed call on [protected] if you are unsatisfied with the service. Thank you"

    The complain has not been resolved though their representative do visited twice and started to say that though the machine is under amc but some parts which are not covered under amc needs replacement and will cost another 1700 rs. On receipt of their message i gave the miss call at 1:27 pm their above mentioned number and later on called their helpline number [protected] at 1:33 pm to bring the matter to their notice, my call was transferred to a senior, who kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes and after holding for long ultimately the call got disconnected.

    I called up their head office at noida, who suggested me to call mr. S. S. Chauhan, gm, service @ [protected]. I tried to call him up several times but he is not picking up the phone. I messaged him twice but even those are lying unattended.

    I wanted to know the details of nodal officer, customer services of their company from all the above called numbers but it was not provided to me.

    As such i request you to find out how can this company can conclude themselves without resolving the issue that their services were good and how long a customer need to suffer even after paying them full in advance for their amc charges?

      Kent ro got purchased in nov 2015, however since jan16 haveing issue and did not get fixed last 7times. Every month having same issue eitger ur engineer is not having with relevant skills or company us selling repaired products.

      This product git purchased directly from your indriapuram sales office (No dealer is involved)

      Kent ro customer care is a crap not sure why company is invested so much in their cc.

      Wold be great if it cab be fixed for all or rent my full money.

        Hi,

        I am using kent ro purifier. On[protected] i raised non booting issue of ro. Mr. Anil visited my house and and did something.In that time there was only one issue which as per him was minor one. After his visit my ro start licking and moisture filled inside the glass. I immediately complained after that another technician mr pushpendra came and said i have to pay 3750/ because filter and membrane both destroyed.
        I requested many times on kent customer care that this new problem started after your technician mr. Anil visit hence took the responsibility. But they are saying i have to pay to make it working. Please advice.

          I have purchased Kent RO Supreme model last year in the month of June'15. Since than I had more 25 complaints. Registered Number is [protected].

          Every part of RO has now replaced (2 times membrane changed, Filter changed, UV tube changed, Power supply changed twice, Adapter changed). So all in all everything changed except the outer box.

          Customer care staff (Yogesh Kumar) do not have the solution to my problem & I have that call recorded with me. They clearly mentioned on the call it's up to me whether I want to throw it or keep spending money after warranty but they do not have the solution. Moreover their engineer said sir it will be like forever now, its your bad luck.

          Sent them email thrice but no one has respond me back to solve my problem.

          I know writing here might not solve my problem but just busting out my frustration. I will keep on posting it every where on social network.

            I have taken an amc from good mineral ro in bangalore on 18/11/2015.
            We lodged a complaint on 2/5/2016 with complain no. 9208 for change of filters with leakage. I have called them everyday since then with them not even receiving my calls for hours on end and when they do receive the call they tell me tat a person will be at my home in another hour. This person does not show up nor give a call and the whole process of calling them the next day starts again.
            My only schedule for the past 18 days is to call them for hours on end hoping they will pick up the call
            My amc will terminate on nov 2016
            To all those reading this as future consumers never make the mistake of buying kent products as their service is absolutely horrible. Even after buying a kent product for 16500 rupees i end up spending 80 rupees a day on bottled water. Never buy kent products.

              I own a kent ro exceel model. It has been a high maintenance product with frequent break down. The ccb fails and the uf membrane fails too often. Last month i replaced the uf membrane on 21st april and it broke again today.In the last 6 months i have spent 6460 rs. On 6 times that it had to be attended too. The products original cost was 15 thousand.

                On july'15 we have lodged a complain to deep home appliance, guwahati for normal service accordingly mr. Uttam chamva has visited along with mr. M ali ([protected]). They have charged 6110 for service & lot parts replacement with assurance of regular service upto two years without single penny charge as well as no replacement of parts. After that we have called them several times but they didn't turned with false commitment of services by a week. Than on 04.02.2016 we have find out another service partner areca enterprise as earlier service partner phone number is showing out of work for long time so lodged one service call with them accordingly mr. Rajib has given us the service with a shocking confession that whatever parts has been replaced by uttam & ali is duplicate parts along with another long list of parts list requirement.
                Now let me know how this kind of duplicate personality is coming for servicing from your company & cheating us. Expecting a quick & positive outcome in term of reimbursement of all the amount with interest as well as the medical expenses incurred (Through gi infection) also the harassment has faced by us due to this kind of service individual. Also judicial punishment to the culprit as per your company's & national norms. If require can send scan bill copy's for same plz call undersign.

                I had purchased a Kent RO in last Nov 2014 but no service has been provided till date. Now some nose is observed during run. So you are requested to look in to the matter and directed near service center to attend strictly.

                  Hi m professional football player
                  I bought kent in may 2015. First nobody called me for general service
                  Secondly now some beep sound comes from kent i askd customer care which is in keshtopur kolkatta to check it. A guy after checking asking me to there some problem with the parts has to change and which he will charge me[protected]. When i askd him to check the warranty than it shows only 5/6 days left.
                  That guy askd to come next day but didn't come
                  M trying to call them they r jst lying that mechanic will come today.
                  Now when warranty is there they wants to repair that part not replace.
                  I m very much disappointed from kent services

                    I am utilizing aro kent since 12/11/2012 serial no kr[protected] and paying every year towards replacement of candle aro etc.

                    Last year 1st time changed aro moter as per engineer advice on dated 28/11/2015 coppy of bill attached herewith. Presently my kent not running and again engineer suggested to change motor because your motor not working and you have to psy cost of motor again.
                    I fail to understand why motor out of order woth in such short period and bounded to think quality of product which was replaced.
                    Please go through in details and refund us cost of motor.

                      I own a kent pearl water purifier with serial no. Kr[protected] for last 1 and a half year. This machine has been constantly and periodically leaking since january 2016. I have got the entire ro membrane, sediment filter and carbon filter changed on january 19th 2016. After a month of change of the entire kit, filter started leaking again for which after a couple of customer care requests and to-and-fro by the technician, the ro membrane was replaced.In between, another part was also changed. Even after all these changes and rectifications, the purifier started leaking again on the 1st week of may for which the technician visited and changed the cover of the ro membrane and told that the membranes prepared by kent recently has become sub-standard for which these repeated problems are happening. He made a makeshift arrangement by changing the cover of the ro membrane and retaining the old membrane inside and told me that it will run like this for another few months. But for our utter disappointment, the machine has started leaking once again. This machine has really become a pain for our family as we have a kid at home and suddenly without water, it is very difficult. We have buy water cans from outside inspite of spending so much on a ro water purifier. Commercials shown on television make tall claims but the reality is that kent has substandard machines. Everytime a technician visits, it is 300 bucks as service fee and which is applicable for just 2 weeks. Immediately post 2 weeks, the machine would again start showing problem and another 300 rupees would go into drain because the entire outcome of the service has been very makeshift and lasting only for a few weeks. I would request senior officials to take the problem in their cognizance and respond to it. My money is hard earned, i cannot expect it to go down the drain for a good-for-nothing machine and company authorities should not take their customers for a ride. I want a permanent, if not, atleast a long lasting resolution of this issue. I have requested the customer care to escalate the issue many times but with vain, the only resolution provided is a technician sent to our place with a service fee of 300 rupees and with a repeat problem after few days of the service. To my utter surprise, the technician would also rate the service on their own without me giving any feedback and a message would come to my phone saying that i have rated the service to be excellent. Kindly do the needful or please be ready atleast to answer this issue in the consumer court and media.

                      I have already dumped that machine a year back because of the pathetic service and apathy of Kent management. Nobody responds to any query appropriately. Just generic replies with no proper response. I had to finally give away with the machine. Kent's service is worst. Just sending a technician and replacing the spares, charging me a hefty sum with repeat failure of the machine almost every 10-15 days does not work out for me. If you guys have little shame take back the machine and replace me the parts for free. I am done spending time, energy and double the money that product is worth. Kent is the worst company with no service.

                      No resolution provided for our complaints. We have dumped that machine. And I have no trust on your services at all. The worst water purifier and worst customer service ever. Do not want to go back to Kent again. You all have money to pay Hema Malini, sponsor cricket series but not money to help genuine customers. That shows the corporate governance and your company culture and management pedigree.

                      The worst RO system, costliest and no consumer support. Keep trying their customer care and see what happens? I mean it just try contacting them. I am really fed up. Just dont buy it.
                      I am based in Kota, Rajasthan and bought Kent Pearl last year. In last 1 year many times it had problem and the technician comes and says some or the other internal unit is gone bad and is not covered under warranty of 1 year. Each time I had to pay Rs.1500/- to Rs.2500/- The unit caries with 4 years service warranty and the technician doesn't come even after 4 days of followup. I escalated the case to floor supervisor, who called the Area Manager and he said I will check with the technician and call you back in 1 hour. Even after 1 day he doesn't bother to call back, then I had to again escalate the call to floor supervisor who called the Area Manager again and this time he said he will contact the relevant franchisee and call me back after 30 min. Again I waited for the entire day and received no call from them. When I called back, the customer support person said the floor supervisor is busy and promised to arrange call back which never came.
                      Worst product I have ever seen and pathetic service I have ever come across, not just the first line support but their supervisors and area managers - all give false commitment, never trust them. Don't ever buy KENT product, even if you get it free from someone don't take it. You will have to spend money to maintain it, rather buy Mineral water bottles from outside which comes to be cheap.

                        This was the msg I received from Kent RO on 07 may 2016 after lodging A request for servicing but till date no one has visited I even called up the local Rep in Mhow he has also been saying today/tomorrow but no response. Very disappointed with the response.

                          Faulty product and hopeless service - kr[protected]

                          I am disgusted, disappointed and angry writing this mail.

                          Bought this product on 18th october 2015 - 6 product issues in 7 months. And to add to it the service standards and the never listening customer service executives.

                          I understand that the warranty doesn't cover replacement but isn't beyond policies to atleast give a thought to support a customer who faced 6 service and product issues in less than 7 months.

                          I got the 5th service done today evening and now again my machine is giving out hot water and am very sure it will shut down very soon and stop working, the same issue i faced a couple of days back and got the service done today.

                          Again, i understand policies but aren't these cases supposed to be taken on a case to case basis when you see the product service is abnormal?

                          I have had aquaguard for 5 years and not once i had to face product or service issues. I am not trying to compare but isn't it the company responsibility to see and analyse abnormal product outages?

                          I have heard your founder's speeches and papers which talk about standards and quality but what i experienced with kent is such negativity and zero hope. I am disgusted at the way you guys respond to something so critical.

                          It is good to have policies and if the product has outages every month for 2 days, you have to consider this as a special case.

                          You know what i told your service executive today when he was leaving "see you soon" and he laughed and said he doesn't have control on these systems replacement as per company policy.


                          If you cannot replace a faulty product which had 6 services in less than 7 months due to your policies, you should be ashamed of being part of this organization which claims to have so many certifications of patents, quality, purity and service.

                          Please do not write me these sorry mails and talk about your high standards anymore.

                          Mahesh gupta: your team sucks and i am sorry to say this. Your targets of touching 800 crores is appreciable but with this kind of service standards and policies, i pray it wouldn't become 8 crores soon. May all your employees be good and healthy and live on us like leeches.

                            I have purchased kent super plus model one month ago,
                            But there is problem from installation day. I am getting continuous follow up with customer care but not getting satisfactory answer.

                            I want to return the product as i am getting worst service from day first.

                            I am continuous in touch with kent customer care & few of call recording have been saved in my device for proof.

                            Ince form 9th may they are not visiting for the issue & closing the complains directly.

                            Please treat this one as urgent issue & help me to sort out the same

                              Had purchased kent ro.Some body had recomended me and i had also recommended many but after purchasing we had found it is bad product because i had baught it on 17 mar 2016 and today it had stoped working my friends who where baught the same product on my recomendation they are also feeling same problem and serving center are irrresbonsible and they are making loot from custemer now i personaly feel cheated and i will never suggest any body to go for this product

                                I got Kent Ace online. Called customer care for installation. For 4 days no one came, finally after many calls a guy came who didn't have proper instruments for opening water point. Guy kept harassing us telling he wasted his one hour and installation didn't happen. He told us to call plumber and open point and call him once this is done.

                                We got water point opened, before that Kent itself closed my ticket giving excellent remarks. I called Kent and they told that no issues about ticket closing, they will still get it installed.

                                I called 'PUTTA' on saturday the guy who came for installation. He told this is holiday and call him next day, he will come in 15 minutes. I called him next day, he again told this is holiday in contrary to the fact that he visited us last weekend on Saturday.

                                My water point is open and water is leaking because of their mistake. Terrible!!!

                                    Sir, I rounak raj purchaced a kent grand + mineral RO water purifier serial no KR[protected] on 16.05.2015 from Baidnath sales, subhas chowk Jamtara 815351
                                    On 16.06.2015 TDS of water found 378 in place of 50
                                    On 18.08.15 auto starting system failed.
                                    On 15.9.15 Machine sound beacame louder and started working slowly
                                    On 12.12.15 TDS became 85 and out of extra water became very speedy.
                                    On 20.03.16 Auto stop system failed.
                                    On 25.03.16 Machine became dead and a new filter cylinder was changed by the kent service man by cost of 300/-
                                    On 12.05.16 Carbon sedimentation and filter changed for Rs 1300.
                                    On 13.05.16 Auto cut system failed and water storing tank began to overflow and endangered electric current
                                    Touch due to glinding water upto the switch board.
                                    Sir, Once teh main machine system portion of the kent was replaced to satisfy us to neutralise the complains.
                                    We have evidence duly signed by repairs's who visited against the above complains.
                                    Even today on 14.05.2015 at this moment our kent is out of order despite several request on phones .
                                    Kindly look into matter. all matter is subject to Jamtara juridiction

                                      We installed Kent ro in October 2016, after six months one filter burst for which we have to pay Rs 500.One month latter its sediment, membrane and other filter was out of order . The company changed some parts and we gain have to pay 500 Rs . Only in six months all the parts have been changed and repaired. The product is of inferior quality, we want our product replaced
