I was having one complain, that in our company we have ur kent ro water purifier which was having some problem. We called your service man and he came and took the moter of the purifier and came after a long time. What he done i don't know, now it is not working properly. I am using kent max, last month dated 6-5-2016 i have done full servicing paying rs.1900/- inclusive of rs.300 service charge. The density of water outlet since dicreased i ingnored it but now it had totally stopped working
Now it's just a month the water outlet is not working. As i called the customer centre, i am told to pay rs.300 again.
So what is this rubbish...

I am located in bangalore, my kent ro water purifier stopped working two weeks back, called kent authorized service center daily to fix an appointment with the service engineer (Http://www.purewaterhouse.com)
I am calling them every day since 25th may 2016 (Since 2 weeks), customer support executive respond saying that the engineer will visit, but neither engineer visits nor they call me back....

Dear sir I have purchased Kent supreme in January 2015. From that time till this time there is again and again failure of the part. Which I have noticed that the failure is only the palstice used in many parts like UF membrane, carbon filter etc.So my suggestion is that you should use the parts which can disengage easily and use another plastic for the parts.please do work on this as soon as possible....

Being a big name only helps when You prove it enough, which in your case falls flat. Poor installation and water leakage due to this led me to complain where i was told that i will be charged even when my RO is within warranty period! No response from customer care delayed services also go on to prove how inefficient your company is and just do not try to fool people by so called flashy ads done by Hemamalini who is the only one benefiting...
