This complaint is related to the installation of my kent ace mineral ro. I have booked a request for installation and my request id was[protected]. As per company policy the first installation would have been free of cost. When the technician from the service provider visited to install the kent ace mineral ro, he told me to install kent sediment filter which will charge rs.1000/-. When i refused to install the sediment filter since i knew it was not necessary, the technician talked to the service provider and he insisted me to install the kent sediment filter or else threatened that he will not install my kent ace mineral ro. The service provider literally told me and his technician not to install my kent ace mineral ro until and unless i purchase and install the kent sediment filter from him. When i called up the customer care they also could not help me and rather remained helpless to the unnecessary demand of the service provider. The service provider told me only he can install my kent ace mineral ro in this region else to call the kent office technicians to install my kent ace mineral ro. I got no help from customer care and had to install the sediment filter by force and paid rs.1000/- in cash. I was not given any bill for the sediment filter. I would like to get this incident to knowledge of kent company that in our region every first installation casts rs.1000/- to rs.1200/- which includes the cost of kent sediment cleaner and conveyance of the technician. Hence, i request you not to mention your false statement that the first installation of your products are free of cost.

I have called up your customer care on 6th June 2016 and asked about the Kent Sediment Filter, whether the product is of genuine mentioning the Model No and inform about the untoward incident faced during first installation, the lady on the other side firstly told me that she will provide me the cell no and mail id of ASM but later on refused and put down the phone.

    The system has not been working since may 15. Everyday, we call good mineral ro at the designated numbers[protected] / [protected] and we are assured that the technician would come in the evening. Not even once has any one come over.

    Its a shame, that the people on the service side blatantly give false assurances and are not even apologetic about denial of service.

    Please advise how such negligence can be brought to book. Thanks

      Dear sir I have purchased Kent supreme in January 2015. From that time till this time there is again and again failure of the part. Which I have noticed that the failure is only the palstice used in many parts like UF membrane, carbon filter etc.So my suggestion is that you should use the parts which can disengage easily and use another plastic for the parts.please do work on this as soon as possible.

        Being a big name only helps when You prove it enough, which in your case falls flat. Poor installation and water leakage due to this led me to complain where i was told that i will be charged even when my RO is within warranty period! No response from customer care delayed services also go on to prove how inefficient your company is and just do not try to fool people by so called flashy ads done by Hemamalini who is the only one benefiting from you people

          Hi my name is Jayant Kshirsagar ([protected]) from solapur maharastra.
          As per above subject, I Install Kent Branded (Kent Superstar) RO Water Filter on Jan 2016, but after 2.1/2 months m/c start getting the problems electrical s well as mechanical, The m/c is under warranty.

          And I complaint to kent Service center frequently but there was no any positive reply from kent.. From last 10 days, every time executive said to me, My Technician and engineer will be come there with in 12 hrs, but thing is that, physically no technician and no engineer was not come here. What happens i don't know??
          I want to replace the macing by new one.
          Otherwise to give water purifier to you company, because your company not provide good product and good service. In solapur ( maharastra) kent service provided people not given resonance to customer.
          If we call local dealer he use to say call to customer care. customer people are saying call to local dealer. These people are playing with customers. I am very frustrated with your services.

          Thank you for your quick response,
          But i m worried about your supplied machine, write now today once again the machine pump is breakdown due to leakage.
          I don't know how it is possible, you should repaired all major parts of the machine.
          What is Kent Ro quality systems, How you should check the quality of your products????
          I m requesting to you please replace my machine by new one.
          Because i m not carrying this problematic machine in future, because after warranty you will pay the charges of same problems, which is already existing in this machine.

            I purchased a kent grand + mro water purifier (Kr[protected] for {vasudha with registered number [protected]. Purchased new parts on (1-march - 2016) against the complaint #[protected].
            After few days, water filter stopped working, no water supply against the complaint #[protected]. I wanted to replace the new parts.. As it stopped working in few days, under the waranty. But the vikas engineer it will be fine there will be no problem going forward.
            Again after few days, there was no water supply complaint #[protected] shekhar, this time again he denied to change the parts which were under warranty period.
            Again my machine stopped working on (01-june -2016) i raised the complaint[protected]..
            I request to look into the matter and provide me the solution.
            I am frustrated and and fed up of these useless providers.
            I want my money refund for the parts that i purchased on[protected].

              From last four weeks I have got several calls from Kent water purifier call centre askig if I need service. I asked for service and provided necessary details regarding the agent with whom we have AMC, etc. I was told that technician will be sent, but there was no RESPONSE. This is not the first time. It has been happening since the time the water purifier had been purchased in 2011. This company has the most unprofessional service I have ever faced. I repent for having bought from such a BOGUS company. Even after having an AMC, its of no use.

              Same is the case with me mam. They do not take interest with people who have bought AMC from the dealer because if any part is to be replaced then the dealer has to pay for it. So dealer simply ignore us. Now i am going to the consumer court as i have all the records of complaints. They should get something as a wake up call that we customers are not fools.

                Sir,
                I am really fed up of the kent RO company. I am having problem with my purifier since 22nd may. Firstly i called the local kent dealer with whom my AMC is registered to fix the issue. First of all they didnt attended me for three days. Then i called in the company on their toll free no. after which the visit was made by the same dealer whom i called earlier to fix the issue. He said that the UV chamber is not working fine and need to be replaced. And said me that he will bring the UV chamber and replace it under the AMC. Then he didnt attended me for 4 days then i again called in the company after which the visit was made by the same person mr.tejakaran again. I said him that why you didnt bring the UV light and chamber and he didnt answer me. Instead he showed in the company that my complaint is resolved. But no complaint was resolved by that time. I was suffering from water crisis and suffering till date. He said he will bring the UV chamber that day also. But didnt bring till today. Today i again made a call in the company and another engineer attended me mr. Sunil singh and said the same words to replace the UV chamber and added that the choke also need to be changed.

                Sir i want to ask one thing that is all this happening to me because i hv bought the AMC that the parts will not be charged so they are ignoring me.

                I want you to make strict actions against the company and the dealer.

                1st complaint - telephonically to krish enterprises. (22.05.2016)

                2nd complaint - complaint registered to helpline when not attended and still not resolved (26.05.2016)

                3rd complaint - complaint got reopened telephonically to [protected] (28.05.2016)

                4th complaint - registered complaint again to [protected] and technician came and told the same story again (02.06.2016)

                  Hi my name is G. Vamsi Kiran. I bought kent ro+ 10 months back and i got repaired for 6 times. Every time executive will change filter and charging money, that too purified water is not coming. if we ask about these to service person he is saying that manufacturing is like that for kent products we cannot do any thing. Then what is the use of buying your water filters. Here is my consumer number 6992 of kent. If we call local dealer he use to say call to customer care. customer people are saying call to local dealer. These people are playing with customers. I am very frustrated with your services.

                  You people won't change. We gave Complaint on 2nd June and the complaint number is[protected]. Till executive is not yet visited. we are facing severe problem for drinking water. You people simply cheating customers by giving low quality products and worst services.

                    I have purchased kent RO super+ machine no KR [protected] which is in warranty period now. My registered mobile no. Is [protected] and alternative no. Is [protected]. On 20 may 16 i registered a servicing and tdS adjustment request no.[protected] at kent customer care. Which was closed without visit of service centre's engineer at my residence. On 26 may, again a request no [protected] was raised but again closed without visit at residence. I dont know what techniques kent Servicing center have by which they can do servicing of RO machines and check the TDS online or by telepathy. What is the benefits of purchasing a prestigious brand kent i[censored] r doing this kind cheating with customers. Customer care is not able to satisfy my complaints so i m writing to u with hope that the culprit service centre get a lesson otherwise i will have to raise this issue on social media and consumer forum.i sent a mail on [protected]@Kent.co.in regarding this matter but did not get any reply.                       I have a KENT MAxx Brand water purifier on 08.11.14 from Aqua Z Kent RO,
                      F 36 Satyam Complex, Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat the same is under AMC
                      Some gentleman Mr. Alpesh have come from Aqua Z Kent RO on 24.11.2015 & insist us for making an AMC including spare sparts, so service contract have been done on 24.11.2015.
                      Now second service of the contract is pending since 09.03.16, No person visited my house till date 1.06.16 near about 3 months, i made many calls to always he gave a excuse.
                      In that case please urgently advice what do i do...

                          I made a complaint on 27.05.16 for reinstallation of my Kent RO supreme (machine no. KR[protected]. Kent technician Mr Manish visited my house in Noida on 28.05.16 and reinstalled the system but since TDS was found high, he opened the system and tried adjusting the TDS. While adjusting TDS, beep sound started coming and machine stopped working. He tried the locate the problem but could not and hence referred the matter telephonically to his senior Mr Pandey in Noida who promised to depute senior technician by 5:00 PM on 28.05.16. However, Mr Manish charged Rs 500/- for installation of system but I wrote the entire problem in the job report. In spite of repeated follow up with Mr Pandey, the technician did not turn up. Again follow up was maintained with Mr Pandey on 29.05.16 but since he did not depute anyone. Since, the problem could not be resolved, I have again registered the complaint today on 30.05.16. But I am really disappointed with services of Kent and want to escalate the matter to higher up in Kent. Please provide mail ID of senior most person in Kent to take up for such casual approach by Kent service dept.

                            I have purchased the kent supreme ro+uv+uf on 29th jan 2016. The machine has got installed on 05 feb 2016. After 40 days, i found that leakage in the motor and i raised a complaint through the customer care. The technician visited and said he will get the motor replaced. He closed the ticket in 2 days without resolving the issue. Further i raised, 2 complaints and the technician changed the motor with an old one from other old machines. Also he agreed that the order for new motor has been raised and will be changing it in 1 month. No one from kent has called after that and the motor has not changed. I have raised a complaint to the customer care asking for the replacement of the machine, as the machine failed with in 2 months of purchase and i am worried on the quality of the product. But the response from the customer care executives were disappointing and they rejected my request for the replacement of the machine.

                            Again on 16th may 2016, i found the leakage from the ro filter and i raised the complaint at the customer care. The technician came on next day and he said he will replace the ro filter. This time too, i asked for the replacement of the machine, but it was vain. Again the ticket has been closed on next day with out resolution and i had to again call the customer care for the resolution. I'm writing this on 25th may and, still i didn't get any sla for the resolution.

                            I am totally disappointed with the quality of the product and the quality of service from kent due to the below reasons.

                            1. My machine got complaint in 40 days o[censored]se.
                            2. Not getting a proper response from kent regarding the service.
                            3. Technicians are not using the genuine parts to service the machine.

                            Would anyone please help to get justice on this. I have pad 16k for this machine and the warranty expires on 05/02/2016.

                              I purchased kent super star water purifier on 25-apr-2016 from amazon.in which website selling product on 100% manufacturer guarantee. with in 15 day my product is give bad quality water.some eroded chip are continuously coming in drinking water. we don't know when this problem exactly started earlier we think that our bottle was dirty but after prolong time we checked that problem is with water purifier. we don't know what is that metal and how much severely that will effect on human body. even for my kid who is 4 month old we are giving that water some time.i submitted my complaint to kent on[protected] with registered ph. no. [protected]. but till now no one entertain that problem just kent customer care telling that service engineer will come within 12 hr-12 hr and so on from last 5 days.

                                Dear sir,

                                I made complain on 23-may-2016 vide complain no[protected], complain has not been resolved, whereas i received an sms at 1:26 pm on 24-may-2016 which states as follows:

                                "dear customer
                                Greetings from kent
                                Your request[protected] is resolved. You have rated the service as good.
                                Thank you, tnc apply"

                                And another message:

                                "dear customer
                                Greetings from kent
                                In reference to your request[protected] give us a missed call on [protected] if you are unsatisfied with the service. Thank you"

                                The complain has not been resolved though their representative do visited twice and started to say that though the machine is under amc but some parts which are not covered under amc needs replacement and will cost another 1700 rs. On receipt of their message i gave the miss call at 1:27 pm their above mentioned number and later on called their helpline number [protected] at 1:33 pm to bring the matter to their notice, my call was transferred to a senior, who kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes and after holding for long ultimately the call got disconnected.

                                I called up their head office at noida, who suggested me to call mr. S. S. Chauhan, gm, service @ [protected]. I tried to call him up several times but he is not picking up the phone. I messaged him twice but even those are lying unattended.

                                I wanted to know the details of nodal officer, customer services of their company from all the above called numbers but it was not provided to me.

                                As such i request you to find out how can this company can conclude themselves without resolving the issue that their services were good and how long a customer need to suffer even after paying them full in advance for their amc charges?

                                  Kent ro got purchased in nov 2015, however since jan16 haveing issue and did not get fixed last 7times. Every month having same issue eitger ur engineer is not having with relevant skills or company us selling repaired products.

                                  This product git purchased directly from your indriapuram sales office (No dealer is involved)

                                  Kent ro customer care is a crap not sure why company is invested so much in their cc.

                                  Wold be great if it cab be fixed for all or rent my full money.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am using kent ro purifier. On[protected] i raised non booting issue of ro. Mr. Anil visited my house and and did something.In that time there was only one issue which as per him was minor one. After his visit my ro start licking and moisture filled inside the glass. I immediately complained after that another technician mr pushpendra came and said i have to pay 3750/ because filter and membrane both destroyed.
                                    I requested many times on kent customer care that this new problem started after your technician mr. Anil visit hence took the responsibility. But they are saying i have to pay to make it working. Please advice.

                                      I have purchased Kent RO Supreme model last year in the month of June'15. Since than I had more 25 complaints. Registered Number is [protected].

                                      Every part of RO has now replaced (2 times membrane changed, Filter changed, UV tube changed, Power supply changed twice, Adapter changed). So all in all everything changed except the outer box.

                                      Customer care staff (Yogesh Kumar) do not have the solution to my problem & I have that call recorded with me. They clearly mentioned on the call it's up to me whether I want to throw it or keep spending money after warranty but they do not have the solution. Moreover their engineer said sir it will be like forever now, its your bad luck.

                                      Sent them email thrice but no one has respond me back to solve my problem.

                                      I know writing here might not solve my problem but just busting out my frustration. I will keep on posting it every where on social network.

                                        I have taken an amc from good mineral ro in bangalore on 18/11/2015.
                                        We lodged a complaint on 2/5/2016 with complain no. 9208 for change of filters with leakage. I have called them everyday since then with them not even receiving my calls for hours on end and when they do receive the call they tell me tat a person will be at my home in another hour. This person does not show up nor give a call and the whole process of calling them the next day starts again.
                                        My only schedule for the past 18 days is to call them for hours on end hoping they will pick up the call
                                        My amc will terminate on nov 2016
                                        To all those reading this as future consumers never make the mistake of buying kent products as their service is absolutely horrible. Even after buying a kent product for 16500 rupees i end up spending 80 rupees a day on bottled water. Never buy kent products.
