I have following machine of kent grand+ mro installed at my home & lodged complaint for repair.

Complaint: ro is not giving purified water. Candle chocked.
Problem: the problem not solved even after kent technician visit on 28.03.16 through authorised vendor kamla kent, telaiya, koderma. Problem not yet solved after completion of 5 days. My family have been facing acute problem of drinking water and prone to ill health.

I have also other machine at my other residence and prefer kent ro at my office establishment. I have talked to your captioned vendor, but he has not been co operating for quick service and your technician have not been listening to my request during visit. I have been ready to pay for replacement of faulty parts of machine. Even though, he refused to change the same and not repaired the machine. Also, i have purchased the ro machine from the same vendor kamla kent and he promised me to give 4 no. Of free service of machine within 1 year. But he had not given any service of the machine even after my repeated phone calls. I request you to urgently look into the matter and get my ro machine repaired through your another vendor/technician.

    Mahi enterprise is the authorised sales and service for Kent in Gandhinagar.
    This dealer is biggest cheater.
    They came for service and without setting ppm to 100 they left with a service bill of rs. 1450.00
    When I checked ppm I found it 250.
    When I asked them to come and get it correct, they asked me 300 rupees.
    When I ask them that it's ur duty to set the ppm during service than they told me "sir aapne bola he nahin"
    I m shocked to know that what he is taking. It's very obvious that before service if is set to 100-110 ppm than obviously after service aslo it has to be set near to it.
    Than he told me after 15 days of service we do not attend problems and asked me 300 rupees for setting of ppm.
    Than I showed him the service bill and none where I found such type of condition.
    Thes people are looting the public and I request to BAN this mahi enterprise, Gandhinagar. Copy of service bill is attached herewith.

      I purchased Kent grand RO 6 months before and from that moment it is continuously giving problems.
      I called customer service 5-6 times and they send their service engineer but none of them are able to rectify the problem.I told company to replace this product as it is not genuine but they are neither replacing nor repairing this machine.
      Kindly advise I m very much dissapointed with the service offered by Kent and want to take strict action against them.

        Kent ro — kent ro worst quality product

        I have bought kent ro (Product code kr [protected]) 9 months earlier and in this period this worst quality product stopped working 5 times even from the day of instalation they replace the part that control the tds. After that they change its sensor then carbon n filter etc.I have raised multiple time complaint with customer service in the meanwhile. Onces without coming they use send message that complaint fulfilled and you are satisfied with service.

        They use faulty material just to satisfy customer at time of service and once they leave your place product will not work. With in two months they are saying to change the filters again.
        Earlier i was using ro of aquagaurd but never face any problem in last 10 years but kent ro disappoint me with in 9 months.
        Now i m planning to go consumer court very soon.

          I have purchased kent pearl(model no.-KR[protected] last year[protected].it has 1 year warranty.within the warranty period many times it stop working.many times its technician come and replaced its part and charged its price.recently it face same problem and i called to kent service center (phone-[protected]) at 17th march 2016, they replied -"within 24 hrs senior engineer will visit ".but no one has came.i again called to service center at 19th march 2016 asked to register the complain, they told complain was registered already and my technician will visit within 12 hrs.but no one has came.again i called i get same answer.today again i called and got same reply and problem is still exist.

          worst service given by kent.i am still waiting for their service.after 10 day of complain no one come to resolve my problem.everyday i remind the customer service officer and they tells same word-"today my engineer will go and resolve your problem".this is the real face of kent service.

            I have purchased one kent RO grand plus water purifier from M/S Shree Krishna weighing system, waidhan, singrauili on 2/08/2015.some time before it came to my notice that the machine installed at my home is not having any serial number nor the same has been mentioned on bill.Also warranty card was no provided by the dealer.I raised the issue with kent service team and dealer both, but they are consolidating me with free services offers only.No any positive response is given by both of them to clear authenticity of the machine.On pushing the matter dealer is asking me to go to consumer forum or court of law.
            kindly take up the matter to solve the issue.

              Since six days i have been following up regulatory and no response at all with Kent customer Care,

              Date of incident 16th Mar 2016,
              Model : Kent grand + water purifier

              Warranty of the product end by Sep 7th 2016

              Issue ; Water is leaking and pumping was not working now the machine is dead.

              I have been trying to each customer care they are not helping us at all.

              Thisis the second time they are doing like this withing 5 months

                Within 1.5 yrs, we have replaced all the parts of the Kent Mineral Purifier. if we check with the agency they say that its normal that you spend around Rs 6000 as maintenance.

                Why the hell would someone buy a product that cannot survive even for couple of months and we have to put in so much of money to get it fixed.

                Please if a customer need to pay additional Rs6000 everytime then also put that in your adding instead of fooling the public. Money is not growing in trees for us might be its for you.

                  I have bought kent ro (Product code kr[protected]) 7 months earlier and in this period this worst quality product stopped working 5 times. I have raised multiple time complaint with customer service and they do not respond properly. Even without coming they use send message that complaint fulfilled and you are satisfied with service.

                        On 9th March ur technician is came for servicing. We Paid him 3150 amount for parts after paying money and many things replace in Kent the problem isn't solve, he said he will come back by 10th but he didn't come till now.                           sales rep, Kent, Mr ajay singh woefully unaware of the ingredients of safe drinking water as required by NSF. When requested to provide the certificate for the required ingredients, we were give copy of a certificate dated 08 Feb 2006. When contacted, the Manager, Mr ranjeet singh first confirms to meet us with the latest certificate but within next one hour conveys he is too busy.

                              I have kent Ro Grand+ machine number – KR[protected] model kent Wonder
                              I purchased it @16 K and since then I am facing lot of issues with this product. Every other month some or the other problem happens and we have to call for service.
                              The RO stops working completely. Technician said that there is some internal hardware issue, The service man changes that electric component and Filters and the story repeats again. RO filter, Sediment filter & Carbon was changed on 13/06/2015 by a local distributor DEEP HOME APPLICANCE and has incurred about Rs 4950 / It worked for next few months & all of a sudden it stopped working & the technician from DEEP HOME APPLICANCE advised RO, Sediment, Carbon & UV is faulty & needs to be changed. All the parts were changed again on 17/12/2015 and thereby incurred again Rs 3950/-. Again since last 15 days or so I am facing the same problem and on given complain to the Service Engineer of DEEP HOME APPLICANCE is annoying as they are now not responding at all.
                              Take necessary actions to resolve this issue.

                                My kent ro water purifier is about 15 months old. On the 12 month i had to get the tap changed as it was leaking. On the 13month soon after the 1 year of warrenty period the filters burst and started leaking water. We called for service and was told to get the entire filter system changed. We changed it for rs 4500.
                                Right after this in 2 weeks time the kent ro system has started leaking again. I am tired of paying for service and leakeage. Absolutely horrible product. The service people charge u 380rs everytime they come.

                                    We have purchase a kent mro prime,
                                    Machine no: kr[protected] on 22.02.2015 at cuttack.

                                    Our utilization is also very negligible as we are only 2 members in our family. So, now presently we shifted to bhubaneswar from cuttack and the purifier was installed by the kent service engineer on around 20-25th jan, 2016.

                                    Now on 7th feb, 2016 the kent got switched off automatically. We dont know the reasons behind it. But we are very much hurt by incident. Because why a person purchase a high quality high priced purifier from a branded company, why, so that he can utilize it for a long period without any problem.
                                    But no, your product doesn't meet our satisfaction. We called the kent engineer through your toll free no., he came and informed us that ur choke and power supply (Smps) both are damaged.
                                    You say how u feel by hear this, only just a year and few days completed our product has two damaged units. So, we dont know anything whether it covers in our warranty or anything else. We need our product repaired soon and without any obstacles. So please cooperate with us and think from ur heart not mechanically and waive the repair/service cost and as well as replace the product.

Everythreemonths it gives trouble every time they replace all the parts and charge five thousand where it doesn't work for few months. This is the karthik warning I am giving to the company. Though themail company know that these are defective products not bothered of the consumers still fooling them. I am going to take this to consumer court and publish in the media

                                        We have compliant on 24th Fab.16 for regular service maintenance purpose, But Your Service Engineer came to home replace the Prefilter but the not settle the TDS, He comes another day and replace another Part of Flow Controller. Then Filter is totally stop then he came next day and told him to change the Electrical Socket Last 2Days before.

                                        Still he not getting any reply.

                                        Before Filter is ok performance.

                                        So We request to you resolve this matter Other wise replace with new one filter.
