I purchased kent super plus mineral ro water purifier and called your installation providing customer care no [protected] on 23 apr 2016 at 10:30 am. it is 48 hrs now but not any technician called me for installation.

in starting they are delaying this much how they will provide hassle free after sales service.

please provide installation for water purifier as soon as possible.

From last 3 days we r calling on your customer care centre number ... but no one is attending the calls or if they attend it, they use to ignore our complain or switch their phone to someone else !
This is really disgusting, your service is really poor.

I purchased kent ro grand plus from amazon and it got delivered in my address on 4.1.2019, but till now the product didnt get installed and to my surprise they are again and again rejecting my installation request. And when i call them they told me that your purifier will be installed soon, now it is more than 48 hours but no one comes. and neither did they tell me the reason for rejection. Pathetic after sale service, will never recommend it to anyone.
If not installed today i will take up this matter with higher authorities.

    I’ve purchased a “kent ro grand+” sl no kr[protected] on 17/4/2015 from “saravana stores” since then it was checked by “chennai cool care” tambaram service centre on 23/8/2015 & 06/02/2016.During these checks the service teacnicians were checked the tds only & receorded as 1028 & 88 as raw water & purified water tds respectively. But no cleaning /replacement of ro was not done. Last month (March-16) the water taste was changed & i’ve made a complaint on 11 /4 /2016 . A technician visited on 15/4/16 & checked the tds as 1200 & 100 respectively & told he will replace the ro on monday i.E on 18/4/16 under warranty replacement.Monday on the way of coming to service he has been diverted to other site by “chennai cool care”centre, then i called them by phone for not attending, they simply said we will attend within 2 days. No one attended so far. So again i called them to attend.They said once we receive the ro we inform you
    Till today 24/4/16 it was not replaced & they are keep on dragging the service for more than 3 weeks. I don’t know how the service team is planning the services & giving false promise.
    So totally iam not satisfied with the“chennai cool care” tambaram service centre as they keep on dragging service for every time .I ‘ve to make a frequent calls i.E daily 2-3 calls to get a simple service.
    Kent post sales service is worst & pathetic,
    This is for favour of info & recommend any other good service provider nearby chrompet area-chennai

        I purchased a Kent Grand + MRO water purifier (KR[protected] for {Vasudha with registered number [protected]} appliance after an year or so the water taste changed so I called up the helper to get it checked ... he asked to change the parts of filter . I agreed, I paid in full and get it replaced. Now, just after 15 days, water purifier not working I called up the customer care ... got the replies like I will be charged for the service and it is been two days they have not sent any mechanic to get water purifier checked. They are saying the servers are down would not be possible to send mechanic and asking me to hold the phone line for long.

        PATHETIC SERVICE :
        reason # 1. customer care not toll free
        reason # 2 . They want service charge even if it there own fault.
        reason # 3. Service is really bad, they are just bothered about their money making schemes . they force consumer to buy AMC then in return provide worst service.
        I WANT ALL THE KENT USERS WHO ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED SHOULD UNITE AND FIGHT FOR THIS FRUAD COMPANY .

          I am using kent ro super plus water purifier, one month ago one of filter stared leaking.i called the customer care and have it repaired through the technician send by company and paid him the service charge and cost of new filter, after two days the same filter stared leaking again.when i approched the customer care the company rep came and demanded money for replacing the leaking filter which was replaced two days back.i again called in the customer care and asked for help but sensing their own fault no one turned up.i asked no of regional manager from customer care executive to apprise the problem i am facing but the response was very cold and uncooperative.

            They have a very bad customer service.
            I have called the customer service number provided by their dealer-[protected] many times. They keep me waiting until their relevant person comes online for more than 5 minutes and then disconnect the call.
            For last three weeks they are yet to send me a service guy. Every time a service guy from their company calls, he ask if the machine is under warranty and if i tell them yes they say some other technician will come.

            As a customer I am very disappointed by their behavior. I request the authorities to take a stringent action against them. They think in India they can just get away with the customers because there is no law that can enforce discipline on them.

            Today too when I called their customer care they said there systems are down and they cant help me. The product for last three weeks is not working the salt in it is not getting dissolved and is overflowing from the machine.

            Can I look forward to your stringent action in this regard.

              I am writing this mail to you after reaching out to your customer care of kent ro at least 6 times so far without service.

              I would like highlight following critical issues as a customer.

              1: i have raised a request on april 14th, thursday, i got a sms with wrong information about service provider. When i called the number it was some person with no name and he refused to come for service.

              2: my request was cancelled on april 16th, 2016 with the reason that i am not available on phone. Please note that i have not received any call on any 2 of the numbers (I provided this to representative names rakhi) i have provided. Neither anyone has come to visit my house with the mentioned address.

              3: no one even informed my that my request has been cancelled after two days and i got to know only when i called them back on april 17th sunday morning.

              4: they have raised another request and still condition is same. I got a sms mentioning mr ajith will visit but so far no one has visited or called. When i called him he mentioned he will not come. After that when i call customer care, mr abhishek told me he can not provide any information.

              5: finally after 6 days some person came and he was looking for some prev. Warranty. He installed the ro system and opened the inlet pipe and ran away. Hundred of liters of water kept flowing in the kitchen and person did not pick up the call.

              6: when i called customer care again mr shiva mentioned he needs 12 hours to escalate this issue but no one has turned up.

              They will make customers suffer. Worst and insensitive customer service !!!

              I request you to please help me out and i strongly suggest to use this information to correct your system.

                I have bought a Kent grand mineral RO water purifier on June 3 2015 from Pai electronics near karmanghat, Hyderabad, TS. And from then on it repeatedly stops working . It has been repaired for over 7 times with in just a span of 6 months i.e 16 Nov 2015, 16 Feb 2016 (ballast changed (choke))and 19 mar 2016(wire set replace), 04 apr 2016 (wire loose connection), 14 apr 2016(modification survive).The repair servicing is not even satisfactory .the product has been repaired just 2 days ago and again it stopped working.what if the warrant period expires?should i pay the price from my own pocket.so this time i request you to change the product before warrant period expires.so please look into this complaint immediately.

                  I have a kent ro filter. I have got an annual maintenance contract with kent for regular servicing. The first service under the said amc is due now and i have called kent two times in the last week for the service. However, inspite of assurance, no engineer has so far come to do the servicing. This is highly unprofessional on the part of kent. I would request this matter to be taken up with kent and resolve the issue.

                    I'm using Kent RO from last 2 yrs. For initial 1 year I got a good service. Even there were no problem to water purifier. In last month I called service technician as the water test changed. He suggested to change all filters, accordingly I informed to replace all except RO. On the next day there was leakage in the unit as pipe was not fitted properly. Again on 15th April it is observed that there is heavy leakage from carbon filter and it has developed cracks. How come a newly fitted filter can get a crack in a month ?
                    I again registered a complaint service engineer came on Saturday night replaced carbon filter and also RO filter was replaced. On the same day Water Filter stopped working at all. Again I called service engineer, he gave various reasons and could not attend and gave timing of today morning, but simply he had not turned up and no response to my calls. My customer ID is KR[protected].

                      We purchased Kent RO Grand Plus on 28th Jan., 2016. Within first 3 months we faced a lot of problem with Kent RO. I registered my complaints wide request no.[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Each time they ensured me that out executive will visit your home and will resolve the issue. Only first day their executive visited out home and informed that Motor has been burnt and it need to be changed. I will visit against tomorrow and will do it. But till the time after appx 2 week follow up, no body visited my home to resolve. Each time I register my complain, they assign me same person (Mr. Abhimanyu [protected]) and he told me that I will visit today first half please be at home. I took first half off from my office only to get it resolved but he never visited. I wasted my 3 half days salary only in his wait. On saturday I called customer care and told them if they are not able to resolve then please let me know, I can go to consumer court. Their seniour told me that sir 100% today your problem will get resolved. But today is monday and I did not get any call, not body visited my home till the time.

                        My complaint regarding the changing the name of my Kent RO which i have mentioned above. I have contacted so many times your ph no. [protected]
                        and sorry to say this but you have put bunch o[censored]nprofessional people who does not know how to solve issues. so many times i had to hang up after waiting more then 10 to 20 min on hold..yesterday i had a word with your floor supervisor Ashish gupta who promised to get back to me soon but nothing as i expected from him. I have sent letter to change my name as requested by your agent but have not got any reply from anyone not even a automated reply. How unprofessional that can be you can imagine..when i asked yesterday whether ypu have received my email or not yet..no answer given to me except your request have been forwarded to technical team. I had a kind a faith in kent as one of the big company but your customer care is not up to the mark. My AMC has been done on the name of earlier owner of this model.. They have changed my ph no and address over phone but cannot change my name. I request to please look in to this matter and change the name of owner and the name in AMC.

                          I sanjay sonar, purched kent maxx water purifier (Serial no: kr[protected]) on dated 01/02/2016 (Which is under warrenty period)
                          From kalpana enterprises humayun building opp. Samir building, kothi char rasta, vadodra- 390001 phone no:[protected], 2434880
                          I was having problem on 14/02/16, the water used to fall drop by drop and it took 2 hrs to fill the whole tank. I called customer care and registered my complaint (Req.[protected] and it was assigned to service engineer and he misguided us by saying “the water should fall drop by drop, and purification shall happen only if it fell in that manner".
                          Then soon on 11/04/2016 another problem occured, the machine stopped working properly and system started alarming the uv filter change alarm.
                          And we complained on dated 12/04/2016 (Req.[protected] again for that issue, the complaint was assigned to mr. Dharmendra (Cell no. [protected]) pertaining to this issue we called him but he is not attending any call.
                          On next day of suddenly another person appears and saying the service agency is different we are surprised how company was assigning the complaint to such an unknown person.
                          Again we called customer care and they were assigned this request to mr gulam (Cell no: [protected]) but this fellow is not picking up the phone.
                          Now the machine has completely stopped working so as per these incidence we found that machine might be defected so we request you get replacement or money back.
                          Thus i am requesting you to look after and to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            Sir the complaint is from karwar head post office-81301.. We have purchased the kent pearl water purifier almost one year back for rs.16000/- and we were out of warranty at present. The water purifier is not working since last one month and the same we registered as complaints through kent customer care for two times and no one is even replied to this complaints. First complaint was registered on 23/03/2016 with request no[protected] and the other was on 28/03/2016 with request no[protected]. Almost 60 members were working in this office, so kindly treat this as important and solve the issue as soon as possible.

                              I purchased kent ro pearl purifier 6 months back at the time of installation i received very worst service by kent ro company ...
                              After the installation only i came to know the purifier was not fixed properly i tried to call them several time finally after a week they visited home and they told sir it has been already fixed i[censored] want to re fixed you want to pay 500rs additionally .. Because its our company rules and we cannot deny like dat they told.. I told ok sir fix it but the persons who fixed the water purifier they not fit to work and wat ever product purchased its not user friendly.. Bcoz of its worst performance i[censored] want drink glass of water it will waste almost 1-2 liters of water and the pipe connection which has been given in the purifier always have blockage problem.. Finally i went to the shop wer i purchased and i told them this very worst product i ever saw its better to be in garbage ... I request you to all my frndss don’t buy this product

                                Service request no 1673 :

                                My RO kent filter was not functioning, therefore i requested service. I was charged Rs 2600 for the service.
                                However, the bill was made out for Rs 1600 and Rs 1000 was mentioned on the
                                back of the bill which indicates this was an unofficial payment demanded the service engineer. The service engineer requested not to reveal it to the company.
                                Does the Company encourage corrupt practices ??

                                they did, but nothing has changed . Face the same issue that you do regarding leakage.

                                  I'm very disappointed with Kent services. Their dealers try to make money in the name of free services. I've requested for servicing of my Kent RO system. My request number is[protected], and any complaint number is[protected].
                                  But their service boy has not done any servicing of the machine, even he has not touched it. He only changed the external filter(pre-filter) and ask us to pay 300 rupees. We asked that the machine is under warranty, but he started giving unnecessary reason that we are changing it from our pocket so you have to pay for this. Also he didn't give us any receipt of that new filter paper. And after that still the TDS of water is very high (55). After that, I complaint about this incident to Kent customer care and ask us to take action against the dealer, because without dealer involvement their service executives can never dare to do this. I also requested to send a new person for servicing. But their customer care person assigned my request to the same person so that again he give some non-sense arguments and try to make some more money in the name of service.
                                  It seems that Kent RO company has a policy to give false warranty to their customers and try to make money from them in the name of service. Otherwise they should have to take my complaint seriously.
                                  This is my written mail to you, and I need a response within 2 days that what the action you are taking against dealer else I'm bound to go to consumer court.

                                    I, vijender singh, purchased ro serial number kr[protected] model kent super+ dated on 08/08/14. I got registered through amc form dated 10/09/15 which is valid till 09/09/16 but there is no service is being provided by your kent service centre. I called both number of service provider [protected] & [protected] but they replied me that they had left the job. Even on same day i.E. 04/01/16, i also talked to service centre owner [protected] but he said no amc is valid now and service charges of 350/- will be charged. Even then no service is being provided till date. So you are supposed to take necessary action in this regard with in time.

                                      We purchase a Kent R O water purifier from saffy" s shop, then he sent a person for installation from global enterprises he installed very carelessly after some hours the purifier fall down from wall at that time we are in office my wife informed me . them we call installer but we surprised his rude behaviour with me and there is no immediate response . My R O is damaged and also my food processor / mixer breakdown which is take place below hanged RO . We call so many time him but did not came and nor check RO properly this is the fault of your dealer as well as installer why he did not install properly and why he not came on call as such an emergency . pl take up the matter with higher authority to why give the dealership as well as service franchises to such type of persons who do not understand the customer"s problem . The massage is spread in market is very bad about Kent Services. So pl do need ful as your best. U S GUPTA

                                        Hi. I just got my kent ro supreme's filters and uv light bulb changed on 26th march 2016 and just now the ro started giving an infinite beep. It not even a month and the ro stopped working.What's going on? You guys charged me so much for all the filters to be changed (Rs 4520/-) and not even a month o[censored]sage, things are not working and ro stopped giving water. The water quality at my home is normal so why this ro stopped working? My father is a patient dependent on ro water. I want this to be immediately fixed. Can you immediately send some one to check and fix it? My mob: [protected]
