From Last one year this machine is giving continuous problem and headaches to me due to poor service and spurious parts provided by Kent RO Company. Now it is getting defective on monthly basis.
Following are the details of Repair and service:

I had recently replaced entire Filters of my Kent RO on 01.01.16 for Rs 3600 and recently the machine again generated complaint dated 26.05.16 after service complaint on 11.02.16. The Kent Engineer (Name - Utkarsh Emp # 9718) told me to replace the entire Filter set for Rs 3600 again as it is defective. The new filters were installed in Jan 2016 and it was not even 6 months old hence I refused to replace them and check the fault and clean filters. The technician removed all internal connections and told me that filters have only 3 months warranty and without replacement machine will not work and charged me Rs 300 for attending machine (but for doing nothing for resolving problem instead disconnected internal connections).
I placed another service request (within 15 days) and asked the customer care to send another technician. The second technician noticed that all internal connections were wrongly fixed and then re-fixed the machine and it began to work for 2-3 days. It worked temporarily and even before one month it is again faulty (not working). Today i.e., on 25.06.16 barely a month after last service call, I requested for service again but the Kent customer care told me that it will again cost me Rs 300 for technician visit. I asked for escalation, I requested for Customer Service head contact number and email id. But i was denied.
After much request, my call was connected to Ms. Rakhi (Floor Supervisor). After much request she contacted Area Service Manager, who refused to provide service without charging Rs 300 again. I requested Ms. Rakhi to provide me ASM's contact number or email id but I was denied. She told me it was against company policy.
Also as a matter of fact the last technician told during his visit, that very recently Kent spare products were spurious and there were lot of complaints in the market. I am currently paying heavy service cost for machine which cost me Rs 14, 750 in July 2011.
The overall service cost of this RO machine is proving to be more expensive than the yearly service cost of my car (1100cc).
It has been observed the customer service and spare parts of Kent has degraded a lot from earlier 2011. The quality of service, technician visit and customer care are very callous and untrustworthy.
I am highlighting this issue so that this company provides me immediate replacement of spurious parts and provide me service free of cost otherwise i would like to explore all legal options available to me to protect my interest.
