I have raised a compliant on 19th April, 2016 to Kent service centre about purifier not working. I got a immediate sms with a request number assigned, [protected]. I was happy with the promptness. Torture started now.Till 24april no one turned up. Finally technician came(Named Rajesh)and told you have to replace all the filters to which I have to agree and he did replace all filters. He suggested to take AMC which will cost Inr 6000 and I went ahead with that. He promised all kind of prompt service after taking amc.
After 2 days water lickage started and I called him. From that day to till date(14th April) he is fooling me n did not turned up. Finally I called Kent customer care again today and complaint about lickage. They again assigned a compliant number to me, [protected]. I told customer care to raise compliant regarding all AMC drama and how they are fooling customers by asking for huge money and not even attending a small compliant, but to my surprise she refused to take any complain and asked to to go Kent website to raise a request.

This is truly pathetic service guys from Kent. They are just harassing public and looting. How can a company like Kent have such cheap service dearlership n don't even care about customers. Utter nonsense.

This is to inform you that till now my problem is not solved.

I got an sms on 17th, May from kent, which reads,
"Greeting from kent. Your req[protected]" is assigned to Mr. Ravi-[protected]. He will contact you soon."

That guy called me today just now and asking all useless questions like, who gave you AMC, which dearler you purchsed AMC from, if you dont purchase AMC from me I cant rectify your problem etc.. etc.. "

Really!!, Am I answerable to those technician about all this. Simply speaking Kent has sent me an technician for my earlier complaint who gave me an AMC for whooping 6000 inr and now when I am facing problems I am simply calling and asking for rectifying my problem, but sadly from last one month I am struggling to get a solution from kent.

This is really frustrating. Dont know why this is mentioned as resolved ???

    My registred mobile no. is [protected]. i request a complaint of ro service on 12-may-2016. now it more than 48 hours and my complaint still not resolve. Mr. Pratik Kumar (emp. code 1009239) visited on 13-.may-2016 but after even 10 minutes tank overflow and leakage problem from filters comes. even i called 2 times to mr. prateek first time he says he will come in1/2 hour but after that he don't pick my call. i have to stop payment for that cheque and for this pathetic service. kindly do needful from your side.

      Contacted in toll free number regarding my complain ur rep said within 48 hours kolkata rep contacted and visited but no one truned up.Than on 10th again contacted this time they give me within 12 hour still no one contacted then again on 11 i speak to customer care supervisor Mr vikash he promised me and
      that within 12 hours rep visitd my site and put me on hold for more than 20 mins that he directly contacted me with kolkata area manger

        This is regarding my kent autosoft water softener was overflowing and i had lodged a complaint with the request of sending some technician with sound knowledge of the same. A person came and resolved the issue but after that within 10 days the overflowing of water again started. It is pathetic to even imagine that such a reputed company like kent cannot have a full proof service providers who can actually have the proper knowledge about the company's product and on how to provide effective service.

        This complaint number i lodged today morning and i requested that the person assigned for the job should have proper knowledge of the softener. But yet again a flaw in the system where the person whose number i was provided said that he does not know anything about softeners and he will not come for service. It was an emergency where the tank is overflowing and still i am helplessly waiting for a technician who can help me

        I am working for a government organisation and know that what is the importance of providing proper service and feedback. I hope that some immediate action is taken and i am informed about it immediately.

        It is a harassment to deal with such service providers and to regularly face such problems at home.

        Hi team,
        No response received till date. This is heights of poor services. Already lodged a complaint still no one bothered to call or address the problem. This is the condition of services from such a high grade prestigious company pan India. Such a shame on Kent and its service team. I hope I get to meet the service heads of the company and let them know the sorry state of the service team. Selling such a complicated water softener is easy but maintaining and servicing is not easy and the true value of a company comes out in this aspect and I am sorry to say that Kent has miserably failed in this.

          I had given complaint 3 days back at Dwarka Bhandup service center of Kent. When u need a part they come instantly but when there is some issue they take their own sweet time. If you can't give after sales service pls stop selling!!!
          They publish mobile no's but there is no reply. I got their landline fromthe bill but girls there are just to take message and keep. Aquaguard atleast had sincere service earlier. In name of service it's just there to loot customer's and grap more money in name of parts, service contracts etc.

            We buy Kent ro water purifier but after 4-5 months problem came.. Sometimes. Water is not coming... When they rectified That problem other problem came..and if we are complaining to customer care no one is coming .. My purifier is under warranty period . I want to change my purifier.. As this purifier is defective.
            And Kent customer. Service is wrost customer service.. From last two weeks I logged a complain but no one coming

            Tp link jamshedpur service my ro kent on 18.03.16 and within 4 days 22.03.16 machine become dead and after continues request they couldnt attend nor repair the ro kent.

            It is embarrassing and facing difficult to daily basis.

                We face problem from starting of purchase of this product. It always creates trouble every month. Its only a show piece nothing more than that in kitchen. We have to keep boil water for safe drinking.

                Kent Ro — Installation not done and Misbehave with customer

                i Harish Pahadia purchased a Kent Ro and i am calling the service Provider since one week no body is responding for installation and if they attend the call they talk very very rudely .

                Poor response in service call centre

                We need to remove Kent RO water purifier from our old house to the new house due to shifting. For the past two days, we have made almost 20 calls to different contact numbers. Very poor response from Service centres.

                  Please note few minutes back above said machine came down from the hook inbuilt with the machine broke into pieces and luckily my mother who is 80 years old was near it and fell on her her hand but she moved away otherwise it would have been a tragedy.
                  Immediate attention is required.very urgent.Its pathetic that a company like Kent manufactures sub standard products.

                  The RO is not working at all. It requires urgent service.
                  There is 10 litres of water which gets wasted for 1ltr of purified water.day by day it goes insane.

                    I sri rama chandra sarangi (Adress - gudianali, dhenkanal, orissa-759001, ph-[protected]) had purchased a kent mineral ro water purifier (Model - pearl) from kent authorized sales & service provider (S&s enterprises, in-front of george u. P. School, gudianali, dhenkanal-759001. Ph-[protected],[protected] on 25.05/2015 @ rs 16300/-, sl. No-kr[protected].

                    During last 11 months, there has been several problems in the system and some of the majors are mentioned as below,

                    1. Dt.24/09/2015-power failure-smps wire changed.
                    2. Dt.07/01/2016-beep sound-uv lamp replaced.
                    3.25/01/2016-no power-smps changed.
                    4.20/02/2016-water leakage-carbon filter changed.
                    5.25/04/2016-pump sound-pump replaced.

                    The product is having 1 year warranty so s. S. Enterprises has done all the above free of cost till date along with some minor problems at least for another 5-6 times which are not recorded.

                    I'm really fed up with the system because of the regular problem so i strongly believe it as a manufacturing defect in the system. I have requested many times to s. S. Enterprises and directly to the company i. E kent ro system ltd, a-2, sec-59, noida, u. P-201309, india to replace the system with a new system but neither the dealer nor the company is listening to my problem.

                    Me and my family gone through lots of problem during last 11 months for the same, therefore requesting your concern to do the needful so that i can get a new replacement system as soon as possible.

                    May I know the status of my complain please.
                    I have requested for ro service on 22 april 2016 and got request no.[protected]. Again i requested with request no.[protected] on 27 april 2016.both times i did not get any response.i talked to mr.ankit at [protected] and mr. Anil at [protected] many times. These no. are given with request no.please do some needfull.
                    My Kent RO was not working properly, I called the service centre they are not at all cooperative . I want my RO to be repaired as soon as possible

                      I purchased kent grand ro on 29.04.2016 from cisf canteen and registered request for installation on kent customer care. I was informed by customer care executive that my installation call will be attended by Kent representative within 12 to 48 hours and after 12 hours i got a message from Kent that my service request has been assigned to mr surendra. I called to Mr surendra for installation. He told that he will confirm after checking with office. Oneone called me in 12 hours. I again called to customer care. Customer care executive assured that technician will reach within 12 hours. After 12 hours technicIan(vickey) came from kota (very inexperienced & young) and during installation he told that one of the pump is not working and is faulty and called to kent kota office. Kota office person told me over phone that pump is faulty now we cannot do anything n called back their technician. Product was in sealed box and opened by Kent technician only. I was shocked to hear the reply of Kent service centre. Very disappointed.

                      I have been getting my Kent Grand Plus frquenty serviced and almost every 3 to 6 months, I need to shell out atleast 2.5K for servicing done by Aqua Water Solutions . Is it that the maintenance of the product is so expensive ?

                        Pathetic service of Kent in Bangalore.i have lodged complaint on 29 April 2016 at 08:00 am and I got confirmation from customer care that I will get a tech visit in 24 hours but I didn't received any call till date.however I have called customer care 7-8 times and spend my time explaining my issue.
                        I don't know what type of services you all are providing.I wil share my story with social websites and make sure people will not buy products from you

                          We purchased kent supreme mineral ro on17-6-14.Only two persons in my family are drinking that water.Till now no filter change alarm.Now is it requred to change filter .If so what is the total cost.

                          The above message was sent to kent services.They are responded as below.Dear customer
                          Your request[protected] is registered with us. Engineer would be assigned soon. Estimated service charges rs.300.00. Actual charges may vary. Call on [protected] for further enquiry. Thank you. Filter change alarm is suppose to come after warranty pirod only.There is no other method to know the quality of water.

                          I have purchase kent Ro on 22september 2015 and now water did not get filter in previous month(april16)so I call the customer care he place engg. previous month he has clean filter but after 15 days same problem occur then again I call customer then he has told me that your filter is to be Replace but I am asking that it is in warranty every body has told me that this is not come in warranty.in your warranty card there is no mention that is filter is not come in warranty and also no Alarm is given.

                          i bought kent pearl around 8 months back and this is the 4th time i am calling service guys.Now they are telling to replace the filer which was changed by earlier service guy and asking cost.still it is in warrenty period 1 year, but service guy told for filter warenty for 6 months only

                            Worst & pathetic service
                            I purchased kent pride in the month of sep-2015. Nearly after six months i.E in the month of april-2016, one of the filters started leaking.
                            I raised a service request with kent service request no:[protected]. I was informed my problem will be solved within 24hrs.
                            Next started the drama, the service representative called me to attend the call, he informed me that he will reach within 30min to attend the problem. After knowing that the product was under warranty, he did not turn up. Then i called customer care again they assigned a service guy. As expected even this guy did not turn up. On 1-may-2016 i learnt that they have closed ticket and rated the service as poor. While no one visited ever to attend the problem.

                            I got a call from Kent customer care no. +91 120 307 5000. But I informed them that i got the kent filter repaired from local vendor; as Kent did not provide any help even after 4days from registering my service request.

                              I have purchased kent grand+ 8 - litre mineral ro+uv water purifier from amazon- id kr[protected] on 29/12/2015. Warranty still exists. The membrane cylinder inside got problem and their is a leakage in the system. I have made a call to customer care on 01/05/2016 at 11 am. After 24 hrs also the agent didn't visit my home. Again after making 2 more calls, agent visited and said, membrane cylinder needs to be replaced and went out. He said he will replace next day. Even though clearly given information, kent services are very worst. I did a big mistake in purchasing this. Please take this complaint and due to which i have to bear the cost of purchasing water from other sources, even after paying high amt for the water purifier.

                                I own kent grand plus water purifier. It is not functioning and i file the complaint on 30th of may with id[protected]. It is already three days and no one has come to attend the service. I keep calling the customer care and every time i get a response that i some one will attend the request in 12hrs but no one shows up. During summer days it is really difficult. Worst service.

                                  Complaint no.[protected] registered on 15th april, after continuous follow-up, the complaint was addressed with replacement of filter inside the can. Amount paid - appox. Inr 3000.
                                  Within 2 weeks the system failed and it is not functional now, complaint registered again on 29th april, complaint no.[protected]. The message received said the complaint will be addressed within 24 hours and engineer will be assigned soon. Next day the message received had the engineer assigned as mr. Babu-[protected]. We expected a call from him and waited for nearly 3 hours, thereafter when we had contacted him, he said the area is serves is not our place of residence and cannot attend the complaint, inturn he claimed will inform the office to take up the issue. After contacting the service number([protected]), one engineer had spoke and conveyed will attend the complaint before 5pm on 30th april to find out the issue but not going to resolve it, we waited and tried contacting him unfortunately no response. Now, we are spending whole weekend without proper drinking water facility. The amount and time we have spent on this is much more than the purifier cost. Suggest we replace the unit with different brand and keep peace with my needs. Hope we get proper response ensuring resolving the issue. Awaiting promptness!

                                    We installed kent mini water softener on 27th oct 2015. Since then i have registered multiple complaints about product is not working properly. Every time we call up your distributor pearl infotech marathahalli bangalore, they will register the complaint but their service engineers do not turn up after following ups. Latest follow up started on thursday, 28th april and even after daily assurances from them, their service engineers did not show up as yet. The product since installation is not working, the salt in it is not getting dissolved and is overflowing from the machine.
                                    We did not expect such a pathetic service from such a reputed brand.
                                    I am fed up with constant follow ups and want kent support to get it fixed at the earliest.

                                      I sent a complaint email to them on march 14 with no response at all.
                                      This is utterly disgraceful. I am shocked at the product and service they are providing.
                                      I was complaining about the poor quality of kent product that i received and also the worst service from engineers who serviced the product. We had eureka forbes's aqua guard for about 10 years without any issue but thought o[censored]sing kent recently, which seems to be a big mistake now. I brought the kent maxx (Model no- kr[protected] on[protected]. From the start we had a problem of small insects, small cockroaches, dust particles, etc getting into the water container and we had to throw the water every one or two days. There seemed to be a loop hole somewhere in the manufacturing of the product which resulted in wastage of water and time.
                                      I used to the tell the service engineers every time they came in every 3-4months about the problem to which i got the same response saying that we will tighten the screws or fix the hole and after 1.5years o[censored]sing it with multiple service engineer visits it is still just the same.
                                      Now we have a bigger concern which is not looked into.
                                      Couple of weeks ago i noticed a crack in the plastic body just below the water container on the right side. I had also shown it to the recent service engineer visit on 10/03/2016 who said - it is a product fault as it cannot the take the load of the water container filled with water. Now the crack has increased even further and the lower plastic body may crack very soon. So i asked him to change the plastic body cover because the crack seems to be increasing with time to which he replied it is not in guarantee. I paid 2500rs for an amc (Ss/a/002842/) on 04/09/2016 to which i am not getting much benefit as well. Why should i pay for a manufacturing fault even concluded by service engineer?

                                      So i would appreciate if someone could look into these matter and change the product as it never really was a good product sent to us by kent or fix the issues about it before we are bound to change and look for better product and service from a different water purifier company. I expected much better product and service from kent and received not even the minimum. I would prefer an email reply with a solution to these ongoing problems with the product.                                         We have kent ro system installed in our apartment in greater noida. The water quality there is not drinka le without ro. The ro started giving problems within a few months of installation. We expected very high performance and service quality from a company like kent. However, we are really very upset due to the bad quality of the product. Every 5-6 days there is some problem with the ro and we have to call the technician. Since our product is still under warranty would request you to get it replaced on immediate basis. We expect a quick response as well as action from your end in this regard.
