I purchased a kent purifier worth 16000, with in 2month of purifier parts were damaged (I guess motor) and service person replaced it. After fixing the issue the same problem was repeated. Now i am facing the same problem again. Service team saying we have to pay for the parts and they mentioned it is for one year warranty. But now telling warranty is only for six months. Apart from that my concerns arr below.

1. With in 6 months of time how a product is damaged 3 times and others are working good. That means i didn't a proper product. We are only 2 peoples using this.
2. I heard something like in our are sand content is more, so you are facing the issue if it is the case why didn't mentioned when buying. That means to increase the sales you are hiding information (I. E cheating customers).

So i need proper explanation for

    As we choosed your kent water purifier, after the installation your kent service provider has told me that there is 3 times of free service but as we are approaching him that stupid is not at all responding and he also want me to do what ever i can.
    As we choosen your product with positive thought but the response with ur staff is really bad and i m feeling irritated with your service. Try to solve my issue as soon as possible.

    I booked two times complaint for maintance of kent ro purifier on 11 and 26 june by telephonic. My machine is in warranty period and it will be on 4 auguest 2016. On complaint booking time tell that technician will visit within 24 hrs but till date no responce.I feel very bad feeling. Pls do needful

      Recently i have purchased kent pearl for my home. the pump is generating sound. i lodged complaint and requested for service. it is under warranty period. already two times the technician changed motor. not replaced with new motor, replaced with repaired motor. even then motor is generating sound. one can hear the pump sound from 5 meters distance. the sound is not smooth like other machines. pumping of water is generating sound which is disturbing. with trust i took kent pearl. i lost faith. i was checked and compared with my neighbour’s kent models.

      Thank You for considering my request at the earliest possible. After talking to you, the same technician (Mr Rajendra) who changed pump twice called me and he repeated the same story what he said earlier. I have not satisfied with the service given by him. The technician is convincing me that the vibration sound from pump is common now a days. The company itself is supplying motors like that finally he said.
      I took second opinion from other Authorized Kent Service center franchise. They identified problem and They said problem is present. I took two opinions from two different technicians from different service center to check myself whether I am correct or not in this regard.
      I request the Kent to give better service as early as possible.

        On may 2016, i have purchased kent ro rs.16500. As per brijesh prasad ([protected]) from kent representative, the amount will be split into 6 emi without any interest but when i checked my credit card statement then i came to know that i am paying interest and service tax. So i called up to kent guys but they does not picking up my call.

        Can u please urgent look into this matter as they are cheating with customer to sell out the product.

          I purchased one kent grand mineral ro on 24.01.2015. sl no - kr[protected]. after complition of one year annual maintenance contract was made with the service centre as was forwarded by you vide m/s m. p. enterprise, regd office ba - 57, profulla kanan, kolkata - 700101. according to the said contract they changed some of the parts of the said mechine on 21.02.2016 and collected rs 5200/- from me. after such change i did not get the standard of water as was obtained at time of purchase. when the coplain is lodged they took more than two day to visit.in the currect instant i lodged the complain on 09.07.2016 but till 12.07.2016 none of the staff visited my house. on 12the july i was intimated that staff will vist today but none of the staff came to my house. i called them several time to attain my house but none of the staff visited my house. if it is standard of after sales service of your company, i blamed myself that what wrong i have made in my life by purchasing product from your company and hence forth i will alart all my friends and relative not to purchase any product from kent. i hope you take the appropriate measure with your sevice centre so that proper service be given and not to give pain to the consumer and i also hope that you will not force me to appear before the consumer foram for justice please. please enquire the matter with your service centre. gobinda adhikary

            I had bought kent maxx water purifier on 10 july 2016. Cutomer care of company told that tehnician will be calling and visiting for installation in 24 hours. I did not get a single call for 2 days. I had raised urgent request for 2 days, but the response was same. Till now no one has called me. After multiple complaints, they send me no. Of technician whose number was always switched off. Somehow i got the number of local agent for installation. They promised to send technician as soon as possible. But no response till now. I have shifted to a new house. Surviving on bisleri now. Pathetic service by ken ro company. My installation request is[protected]

                I had purchased the above model & the same was installed in december 2015. the machine stopped working last week and had placed a complaint on 9th july, 2016 and was attended the same day. two filters were replaced and i was charged rs.1000/- as the technician informed me that these were not covered under warranty. but he mentioned that the replaced parts will be covered under warranty for 3 months, which i find it strange as the original is not covered.
                The machine again stopped working on the 11th july, 2016 & had called kent call centre and lodged the complaint again. till today i. e., 12th july, '16 no one had come to repair the set & when i called the call centre again, they informed me that i have not lodged any complaint. i had infact called them at 9.56am & the call was for 3min & 5 seconds. i have the call details in phone and have taken a screen shot of the same, if kent needs any confirmation.
                I thoroughly disgusted with the way the after sales service is being provided by kent or their franchisee and hope my complaint is attended to at the earliest.

                  I bought a kent perl ro + uv water filter last year, which is still under warranty period. The filter having problems continuously. So far more than 20 times it got verios problems. Everything inside it has been replaced by now, none of the parts are original but still issues doesn't resolved. Kent guys are not capable to diagnosis the root cause as well.

                  Therefore i will suggest not to buy any kent filter if you wish a peaceful life and don't want your hard-earned money to be wasted.

                      I bought the water purifier with serial no. Kr[protected] on 27.05.14. I encountered some problems with this purifier around 9th january 2016. I called several times to the service centre. The service staff came only on 16th january to repair the device. He changed post carbon filter, adaptor and so many other parts in it and charged me around rs.3800. Again with in two months (25.03.16) the device was giving me problem. This time another service person came and changed ro filter and uv lamp and so many other parts and charged me again rs. 3800. On 5th of july water started leaking from the base of the device. This time i called the sales manager and asked him to look into this issue. Spending 8000 rs every year for maintaining the water purifier is not worth it. So far none came from the service center to address this issue. They have 1000s of customers, what if they loose one or two. This is their attitude.
                      Kent service is very pathetic and horrible.
                      I don't recommend any one to buy their products as these people do not have any regard for customer's feelings and time.

                        I had given complaint regarding faulty uv filter housing in kent grand.
                        In response to that, engineer suresh turned up on july. he refused to change the defective part foc since he has pressure from his boss to charge money for each part.
                        I spoke to complaint cell again who made a call conference with some "manoj, the asm".
                        The technician also confirmed that manoj yadav is the asm of his udyog vihar branch.

                        On 9 july some kent rep called me claiming to be manoj yadav the asm o[censored]dyog vihar gurgaon. his number is [protected]. he said he never spoke to me on 7 july. moreover his voice was different from the one i spoke to on 7th july

                        On 7 july when technician suresh was here for the service, he gave the number [protected] of asm manoj yadav. i spoke to this asm (probably impostor) for 40 minutes and he also claimed to be the asm o[censored]dyog vihar branch.

                        Firstly this speaks well about the quality of service by kent. anyone poses as technician or asm and argues with customer.
                        Secondly, it is highly unsafe to call kent service technician at home or complain to "senior management" of kent. no one knows which one is fake.

                        The objective at kent is to argue with customer and claim money for all defective parts.

                        Do a thorough analysis of fake personnel on board of kent service

                          As clear from the subject itself that i am chaeged with 1000/ even the defect occured during the guarantee period.
                          Sir i purchased the above said product on 2nd july 2015 from. m. p. nagar bhopal (m/s[otus, city centre, 1 press complex zone 1, m. p. nagar bhopal). on[protected] my wife heard a beep in the machine and asked me. i immediately phoned to the service centre. they attended the complaint same day and found that the sediment and carbon tubes have to be changed. i said ok, but the executive said that it will be charged 1000/. i told him about the guarantee period but he did not agree. anyhow i got it changed because it is the question of safe water. afterwards i phoned the service centre number of times but they did not hear, hence i have to resort to this complaint. hope you will attention to it and resolve the issue. bill 60r1502360 dt.2-7-2015and bill no. for replacement of sediment and carbon tubes is 1395 dt.[protected].

                            I have purchased kent ro grand in august 2015 it is in warranty but its not giving water properly, i am from kota city rajasthan.
                            Company promised me that it will give 15 ltrs of purified water per hour but its not giving the same even in a day. recently i have purchased new filters also even after this its not working properly i have made a complaint on toll free number and a guy visited from service centre but he isnot able to give satisfatory reply to my problem and he is keep on saying that this ro will work like this only.

                              I've lodged a complaint to customer care (case id[protected] on 5th july 16. It has been 3 days but No one responded till today. I called customer care again & again but everytime they replied that somebody is going to come to repair.
                              I've purchased this Kent RO (SR. NO. KR[protected]) on february'16 and every month there is some kind of disorder. Its still in waranty but service of KENT is very poor.
                              S.D SERVICES of KENT in Durgapur should be BLACKLISTED. The behavior and response of servicemen is very Poor.

                              Again there is problem with Kent RO (SR. NO. KR[protected]). it has not been a year but there has already been 5 times my machine is not working.

                              i have again called customer care to send an engineer for service but no response from KENT.
                              really very poor service of kent.

                                I have purchased Kent ro whose serial no is KR[protected] and my registered mobile no. Is [protected] . My complaint is that within 6 months sediment filter and carbon filter stopped working and every time when engineer comes he uses hammer and clean it but after warranty period they said these are blocked and needs to be changed rs 1000 will be charged for this . But same problem was coming from the last 6 months but you did not changed because they were waiting for warranty to be finished. Kent is a cheater and they are earning money just by using unfair and fraudlent means.

                                Kent has changed carbon filter without any cost but before changing it mechanic was saying both sediment and carbon filter is choked but when you r replacing without any cost u r saying only carbon filter is choked and right now i am facing same problem with my ro but whenever i call a mechanic he says sediment filter is ok but before i raised this complaint he was saying both sediment filter and carbon filter needs to be replaced. I want ny sediment filter to be changed without any cost.

                                  I bought kent ro pearl for 15k rupees 3.5 years ago. first 2 years it was fine. then started the incessant list of problems. i would like to highlight two main problems.
                                  1) kent does not care if any shop guy advertises "authorized kent dealer" and repair their machines. i bought kent from a shop and called that shop guy for replacing my filters. i ended up spending 10k rupees over a period of 1.5 year for multiple problems. one day (feb 2nd 2016) my ro filter is replaced and within 26 days (feb 28 2016) it got damaged. this time i called kent official customer care. the service guy comes and claims that the existing filter is a duplicate one. why do they allow people to brand themselves as kent dealers etc. is this not hitting their reputation?? i really dont care if you want to solve this issue.

                                  Second and the present problem i am facing:
                                  2) so i replaced my ro filter by original ro filter. the service personnel came after i raised a complaint to kent customer care. so there is no question of duplicate filter. also the service personnel told tds level of the water is good. but the ro filter is now busted. (july 5th 2016). since the warranty is only for 3 months i need to buy it again is what the service personnel informed me.
                                  Within 4 months its damaged again. what sort of 3rd grade quality is this?? do you think indian customers are fools to spend 2.5k every 3-4 months and believe in your stupid stories.?? dont you have responsibility of delivering a good quality material??
                                  I want to know the reason why a filter is damaged so quickly and i want you to replace my existing filter for free of cost since you have not mentioned clearly in your kent manual or anywhere else that every 3 months you have to spend 2.5k for ro. i feel cheated for purchasing such a fraud product which puts a hole in customers pocket.

                                  Ps: please stop venturing into other domains like air purifier, vegetable purifier blah blah. i cant even think of buying a second product from an organization like this which is not bothered about quality.

                                    Greeting of the day !

                                    I am really disappointing after bought your product from July' 2015, Since July 2015 many times I have initiated the complaints for the product failure or product is not working, in respect to that your service engineers are coming and identifying the problem every time, every time they are changing the parts, because your product's parts always fails very frequently. i.e. pump, filters and others.

                                    Today your product is completely shut down, so it's very horrible stage.I just want to replace the product and install new one. because most of the time this product does not works in a proper, unnecessary my family is affecting. so why I had purchased your product? why ? can you answer me for above happening which comes in repeatedly.

                                    If such a branded R.Os. are doing the problem in a very short time since service conducted, resulted people are loosing trust continuously on your product.

                                    Please depute an engineer on below address and replace the product as early as possible.

                                    Looking forward for your prompt action on above complaints, because my family is suffering from your product failure incident again and again.

                                    Dear Sales & Service Executive,
                                    The same machine is stuck and stop the work, it's not working properly, the same problem has been raised on 7th July 2016, just 18 days before. now machine is completely shut down.

                                    The situation is there, now machine is out of warranty and again and again I have to pay service charges Rs 300/- to maintainer when he will visit to my home for cure the problem.
                                    Earlier when machine was under warranty, that time I have made the request for changing the machine with new one, in respect of that no one entertained for the resolution on raised request neither reply on such replacement of machine.

                                    Really your product is non competent for long time run, and my trust is totally broken on your product and services, definitely I never refer to anyone to purchase it because your product failure.

                                    So if you want to maintain the customer relationship, then please entertain this query and do the permanent solution on this above raised issue.

                                      Ervice/response/help provide by the kent service center. but the actually
                                      Ituation/condition is different from my/customers thinking/advertisement given or in other words i can say that opposite to the consumers thinking/hope.

                                      02. on 24.05.2016 a minor problem not proper supply of electricity in my
                                      Kent ro machine arise for that i make a call to customer care. on
                                      25.05.2016 a representative/technician namely rakesh kumar sharma came
                                      From k. d.infotech jaipur after inspection of that ro, with the bad
                                      Intention to making/generate unnecessary bill he says that "sir e bhi
                                      Badli karna h o bhi badli karna h" accordingly he replaced 02 filter,
                                      S. v. and fitted a new filter for that i pay him rs.2100 vide receipt
                                      No.3180 dated 25.05.2016 which is attached for your kind perusal and necessary action.

                                      03. after the replacement of such parts/filters my ro is not working properly
                                      Hardly 02-03 liter water purified in 24 hrs. due to this problem my family is suffering from crises of pure drinking water (this is voilation of article 21 lives with dignity) about my this problem so many times, i call mr. dilip kumar francis (k. d.infotech) jaipur but no any positive response given by him, as well as my complaint no.[protected] dated 05.07.2016 not consider/attend till now. this is show arbitrary manner of mr. dilip kumar francis. so i requested to you that
                                      Please repair my ro within 02 working days and appropriate action
                                      Taken against mr. dilip kumar francis (k. d.infotech) jaipur under
                                      Intimation to me otherwise i will file a suit in consumer court

                                        I raised a request on 19th june for demo of kent ro and your sales representative showed me the demo. I selected product kent ro prime and asked for installation for next day after 4:00 pm.
                                        I got a call from technician and i told him to come after 4:00 pm. No one turned up and when i called them back next day then they informed me that they will send some one. They also told me that they were short of man power but my reason was let me know the actual date and time so that i will have someone at my home accordingly. They assured me that technician will visit them next day. Next day as well no one turned and when i called them back in evening then they told me that technician will come by 10:00 pm. I was ok with the timing and i got call at 10:00 from technician and he told its very late and he would like to visit next day. Again same thing happened and no one turned and then i called back. I was assured by your franchisee manager that he will personally look into this and make sure the technician will visit for installation after 4:00 pm. From that day till now no one turned up for installation.

                                        Previously i was assuming kent as very good and professional company but after this experience my perception was totally changed. I had been using water purifier from aquaguard and they have been very good in providing service.
