My name is S.D.Gurjar Mobile No.[protected], I have purchased a Kent RO Machine Number KR[protected], with the hope that this is the
popular brand in India and whenever if any problem arise then properly
service/response/help provide by the Kent service center. But the actually
situation/condition is different from my/customers thinking/advertisement given or in other words i can say that opposite to the consumers thinking/hope.
02. On 24.05.2016 a minor problem not proper supply of electricity in my
Kent RO machine arise for that I make a call to customer care. On
25.05.2016 a representative/Technician Namely Rakesh Kumar Sharma came
from K.D.Infotech Jaipur after inspection of that RO, with the bad
intention to making/Generate unnecessary Bill he says that " Sir E bhi
badli karna h O bhi badli karna H" accordingly he replaced 02 filter,
S.V. and fitted a New filter for that I pay him Rs.2100 vide receipt
No.3180 dated 25.05.2016 which is attached for your kind perusal and necessary action.
03. After the replacement of such parts/filters my RO is not working properly
hardly 02-03 liter water purified in 24 hrs. due to this problem my family is suffering from crises of pure drinking water (This is violation of article 21 lives with dignity) about my this problem so many times, I call Mr.Dilip Kumar Francis (K.D.Infotech) jaipur but no any positive response given by him, as well as my complaint No.[protected] dated 05.07.2016 not consider/attend till now.This is show arbitrary manner of Mr.Dilip Kumar Francis. So I requested to you that
please repair my RO within 02 working days and appropriate action
taken against Mr.Dilip Kumar Francis (K.D.Infotech) jaipur under
intimation to me otherwise i will file a suit in consumer court
against Kent RO, On Friday 08.07.2016.
