I sanjay sonar, purched kent maxx water purifier (Serial no: kr[protected]) on dated 01/02/2016 (Which is under warrenty period)

I was having problem on 14/02/16, the water used to fall drop by drop and it took 2 hrs to fill the whole tank. I called customer care and registered my complaint (Req.[protected] and it was assigned to service engineer and he misguided us by saying “the water should fall drop by drop, and purification shall happen only if it fell in that manner".
Then soon on 11/04/2016 another problem occured, the machine stopped working properly and system started alarming the uv filter change alarm.
And we complained on dated 12/04/2016 (Req.[protected] again for that issue, the complaint was assigned to mr. Dharmendra (Cell no. [protected]) pertaining to this issue we called him but he is not attending any call.
On next day of suddenly another person appears and saying the service agency is different we are surprised how company was assigning the complaint to such an unknown person.
Again we called customer care and they were assigned this request to mr gulam (Cell no: [protected]) but this fellow is not picking up the phone.
Now the machine has completely stopped working so as per these incidence we found that machine might be defected so we request you get replacement or money back.
Thus i am requesting you to look after and to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Sir the complaint is from karwar head post office-81301.. We have purchased the kent pearl water purifier almost one year back for rs.16000/- and we were out of warranty at present. The water purifier is not working since last one month and the same we registered as complaints through kent customer care for two times and no one is even replied to this complaints. First complaint was registered on 23/03/2016 with request no[protected] and the other was on 28/03/2016 with request no[protected]. Almost 60 members were working in this office, so kindly treat this as important and solve the issue as soon as possible.

      I purchased kent ro pearl purifier 6 months back at the time of installation i received very worst service by kent ro company ...
      After the installation only i came to know the purifier was not fixed properly i tried to call them several time finally after a week they visited home and they told sir it has been already fixed i[censored] want to re fixed you want to pay 500rs additionally .. Because its our company rules and we cannot deny like dat they told.. I told ok sir fix it but the persons who fixed the water purifier they not fit to work and wat ever product purchased its not user friendly.. Bcoz of its worst performance i[censored] want drink glass of water it will waste almost 1-2 liters of water and the pipe connection which has been given in the purifier always have blockage problem.. Finally i went to the shop wer i purchased and i told them this very worst product i ever saw its better to be in garbage ... I request you to all my frndss don’t buy this product

        Service request no 1673 :

        My RO kent filter was not functioning, therefore i requested service. I was charged Rs 2600 for the service.
        However, the bill was made out for Rs 1600 and Rs 1000 was mentioned on the
        back of the bill which indicates this was an unofficial payment demanded the service engineer. The service engineer requested not to reveal it to the company.
        Does the Company encourage corrupt practices ??

          I'm very disappointed with Kent services. Their dealers try to make money in the name of free services. I've requested for servicing of my Kent RO system. My request number is[protected], and any complaint number is[protected].
          But their service boy has not done any servicing of the machine, even he has not touched it. He only changed the external filter(pre-filter) and ask us to pay 300 rupees. We asked that the machine is under warranty, but he started giving unnecessary reason that we are changing it from our pocket so you have to pay for this. Also he didn't give us any receipt of that new filter paper. And after that still the TDS of water is very high (55). After that, I complaint about this incident to Kent customer care and ask us to take action against the dealer, because without dealer involvement their service executives can never dare to do this. I also requested to send a new person for servicing. But their customer care person assigned my request to the same person so that again he give some non-sense arguments and try to make some more money in the name of service.
          It seems that Kent RO company has a policy to give false warranty to their customers and try to make money from them in the name of service. Otherwise they should have to take my complaint seriously.
          This is my written mail to you, and I need a response within 2 days that what the action you are taking against dealer else I'm bound to go to consumer court.

            I, vijender singh, purchased ro serial number kr[protected] model kent super+ dated on 08/08/14. I got registered through amc form dated 10/09/15 which is valid till 09/09/16 but there is no service is being provided by your kent service centre. I called both number of service provider [protected] & [protected] but they replied me that they had left the job. Even on same day i.E. 04/01/16, i also talked to service centre owner [protected] but he said no amc is valid now and service charges of 350/- will be charged. Even then no service is being provided till date. So you are supposed to take necessary action in this regard with in time.

              We purchase a Kent R O water purifier from saffy" s shop, then he sent a person for installation from global enterprises he installed very carelessly after some hours the purifier fall down from wall at that time we are in office my wife informed me . them we call installer but we surprised his rude behaviour with me and there is no immediate response . My R O is damaged and also my food processor / mixer breakdown which is take place below hanged RO . We call so many time him but did not came and nor check RO properly this is the fault of your dealer as well as installer why he did not install properly and why he not came on call as such an emergency . pl take up the matter with higher authority to why give the dealership as well as service franchises to such type of persons who do not understand the customer"s problem . The massage is spread in market is very bad about Kent Services. So pl do need ful as your best. U S GUPTA

                Hi. I just got my kent ro supreme's filters and uv light bulb changed on 26th march 2016 and just now the ro started giving an infinite beep. It not even a month and the ro stopped working.What's going on? You guys charged me so much for all the filters to be changed (Rs 4520/-) and not even a month o[censored]sage, things are not working and ro stopped giving water. The water quality at my home is normal so why this ro stopped working? My father is a patient dependent on ro water. I want this to be immediately fixed. Can you immediately send some one to check and fix it? My mob: [protected]

                  It's very unfortunate that the after sales service of such a reputed brand is so pathetic.
                  I am from bathinda and a user of product kent ro(Purchased on 15 april 2011).

                  The issue started on monday 30th march the ro stopped functioning. We called up kent authorized service center(Amc from tele purifier system, bathinda) on march 31st morning.
                  They promised an engineer visit but the engineer said to change the part which was changed 3 months back in december'15(Costing near rs 1000) against which they never gave any receipt even after several queries from the service provider. Anyhow, the engineer changed the part but this part didn't work as promised. Then the engineer asked for the payment to change the part which is very irrelevant. Even the service provider was adamant. He behaved in a very foul manner. The field engineer created a mess back at home repeatedly threatening and using allegations of not paying for services. Due to which we had to call the cops to assist in the matter.

                  Currently the ro is not working although the amc is still valid till 13/6/16.
                  We called up the service center office too but no positive response from their side as well.


                  We have not expected such a pathetic service from such a reputed brand, we shall never recommend kent product to anyone.

                  Requesting an immediate interference and resolution for this issue..

                    Ive purchased kent water softener for my washing machine more than 6 months ago from JL enerprises kancheepuram, tamil nadu. I got it installed in my home at arakonam, vellore dt which is 45 min driving distance.
                    There has been more than 5 occasions when ive visited the store for purchasing regeneration salt and there was no stock available. despite calling them several times to check if they updated the stock, they dont stock up in time causing inconvenience to customer.
                    last week i asked them to visit my home and change the filter. though they promised that technician would come this week for changing filter, but nobody visited till today nor any call explaining the delay or when can i expect them.
                    this is serious inconvenience to customer and damage to product they fitted and my washing machine.

                      I purchase Kent RO around two year back since then every part of this RO system have been changed due to problems it facing day by day.
                      It is such a poor functioning mechine, I never see in my life--- just a heap of water pumping kit.
                      Minimum time they take to address any problem related to RO is horrible-- 15-20 days and may be more.
                      I strongly recommend NOT to purchase this pathetic mechine with deaf service provider.

                      I think Kent ro machine has no problem.The technician from Kent ro visits you are not honest.They manipulate customers. Kent company has become very big and they do not have time to look after their existing customers. Company give them target to earn from customers.you have to be cautious while Kent technician visits you.

                        It's very unfortunate that the after sales service of such a reputed brand is so pathetic.
                        I m from Bangalore and a user of product Kent Super+.

                        The issue started on Monday 4th April night the RO stopped functioning. We called up Kent authorized service center, Good mineral RO, Bommanahalli Bangalore on Tuesday i.e 5th April morning.
                        They promised an Engineer visit but even after multiple follow ups no one turned up that day.
                        After continuous follow ups the engineer came on 6th April afternoon and replaced few parts charging us 3500-/-.PFA the snapshot of bill for your kind reference.

                        But this doesn't resolve the issue, instead increased the problem. the RO started dripping as well. We called up the Engineer again after couple of hours and requested to revisit and check the issue but as usual no show.
                        We called up the service center office too but no positive response from their side as well.

                        We have been following up rigorously since then but no one is responding to us.It's been a week long ordeal and we are still suffering.

                        Waster is a basic human necessity, I hope everyone understands how crucial it is.
                        We have not expected such a pathetic service from such a reputed brand, we shall never recommend Kent product to anyone.

                        Requesting an immediate interference and resolution for this issue..

                          Being a nationalized brand, we believe that kent will provide service on pan india basis.

                          I am using kent pride since last few years.

                          My machine is under amc & amc is being renewed from authrozed channed partner in gurgaon.

                          Now i have shifted to chandigarh.

                          Kent representative have refused to give service due to state change which is totally unacceptable.

                            Asked for relocation services from Kent, engineer relocated but machine didn't start, beeping sound was heard. When I asked the engineer to fix it, he said it was not in his service description and his job was only re- installation. So firstly, they took a working machine and after re-location it wasn't working.

                            I lodged a separate query to Kent to resolve this as I was an under AMC customer. It has been 3 days since then, and I've spoken to Kent at least 6 times. Each time their customer care puts the phone on hold for 20-25 mins, and their floor managers (Mr. Pankaj) give false promises. I'm incurring daily charges of Rs. 300 for purchasing water from outside, and yet to resolution. They keep "raising requests" and giving themselves "excellent" reviews from my side while closing the irrelevant requests.

                              One of the worst r o in india...No sevice support to customers...

                              Kent service provider agent cheated us.

                              I have purchesd kent super + ro on 19.03.16 i have installed on 04.14.16 .

                              Mr.Jamal ([protected]) service rep.Of bareilly is the give us service and fitting.

                              -- after 4 months we again call for service, then he again come,

                              --after 10 months the water level is indicator is likkeging, when we open the

                              Tap, when 1 months remain in warranty, then we call many times for service

                              He didnt came.


                              After, he has sent new fresh commer boy for service, i told

                              Him to check the t d s value, but he didn't have instrument to check. He told he

                              Will come in evening, till date he will not come.

                              After 3-4 days we have call to company customer care he has send a

                              Person, he is saying your r o is out of warranty
                              .He will gave chargeable service, , , , , ,


                              And that person mr. Jalal has out from service since january 2016.

                              What can i do ?
                              He is not picking my phone.

                              Please take this as an urgent.

                                I bought a Kent RO Super plus model on April 1 2016 and the machine was installed on April 3 2016. The machine only worked for one day and stopped working thereafter. When I called the customer care people on April 5 2016 they didn't registered my complaint saying I have to wait for next 12 hrs. Moreover they gave me silly response to provide them with a new mobile number as my mobile number is registered with the earlier Kent ro machine which I bought for my mother 6 months back.. They even refuse to alter my address... Now I am thinking why I bought such a useless crap.

                                  I bought Kent Wonder Mineral RO filter 3 months back. It breaks down almost every week and i have had 10 technician visits till now in past 3 months. Filter itself and indicator isn't working again.I have called and mailed multiple times but to no avail. They have same response irrespective of filter issue. Kent support is really pathetic. Kent machine is breaking down almost every week although it's brand new. Last complaint with Case ID [protected] is also open for more than a week without any action. I am fed up with constant follow ups and want kent support to get it fixed at the earliest.

                                    i have bought a Kent grand mineral RO water purifier on June 3 2015 from Pai electronics near karmanghat, Hyderabad, TS. And from then on it repeatedly stops working . It has been repaired for over 3 times with in just a span of 6 months i.e 16 Nov 2015, 16 Feb 2016 (ballast changed (choke))and 19 mar 2016(wire set replace), .So i request you to please look over into this problem and contact with the authorities concerned and change the product.

                                      Iam residing in the above citied address.I have purchased a kent mineral ro(Model grannd +, machine no:kr[protected].)from jyothi marketing service, 5/1399 sherien building, wayanad road, east nadakkavu, calicut-673006.

                                      With in the warranty period on 27/1/2016, the machine stopped functioning correctly.After repeated demands, the service provider came and replaced two filters and paid rs.800 as service and filter replacement charges.Again the same complaint repeated march 10th 2016.Despite contacting the service provider, (No:[protected])several times(20 or more), nobody turned up from the service provider.

                                      This is deficiency in service and defective product .With in 7 days, if the defective product is not replaced by new one, i am constrained to take legal action against you and the service provider.

                                        I have purchased kent mineral ro water purifiers (Model: super +, sl. No.: kr[protected] through csd canteen at panagarh, west bengal and was installed in my home (Address: 39/a janata road, santoshpur, kolkata 700075, registered mobile no.: [protected]). From the very beginning the machine having a mechanical problem and i have complaint all times to either customer care or axis consumer services pvt. Ltd, 519b rabindra sarani, ground floor, kolkata – 700003 directly, who is provide the maintenance service. If you go through the complaint registered then you can find how many times i have complaint. Every time your customer care assigned an engineer (Mr. Goutam – [protected]) and mr rajib chakraborty – [protected] attained the complaint. Mr. Rajib did something then after one day again there is another type problem. Again i have to complaint. So it is now cyclic order job. Now i am asking you if you purchased an item for your home and from the very beginning the machine having problem then let me know what you did? I think only solution is very simple by changing the item. My request is please think the matter seriously and try to short out the problem. Your people are coming and without taking service charge they have maintained since it is still warranty period. What happen when the warranty period will over? Please do needful.
