I have kent Ro Grand+ machine number – KR[protected] model kent Wonder
I purchased it @16 K and since then I am facing lot of issues with this product. Every other month some or the other problem happens and we have to call for service.
The RO stops working completely. Technician said that there is some internal hardware issue, The service man changes that electric component and Filters and the story repeats again. RO filter, Sediment filter & Carbon was changed on 13/06/2015 by a local distributor DEEP HOME APPLICANCE and has incurred about Rs 4950 / It worked for next few months & all of a sudden it stopped working & the technician from DEEP HOME APPLICANCE advised RO, Sediment, Carbon & UV is faulty & needs to be changed. All the parts were changed again on 17/12/2015 and thereby incurred again Rs 3950/-. Again since last 15 days or so I am facing the same problem and on given complain to the Service Engineer of DEEP HOME APPLICANCE is annoying as they are now not responding at all.
Take necessary actions to resolve this issue.

    My kent ro water purifier is about 15 months old. On the 12 month i had to get the tap changed as it was leaking. On the 13month soon after the 1 year of warrenty period the filters burst and started leaking water. We called for service and was told to get the entire filter system changed. We changed it for rs 4500.
    Right after this in 2 weeks time the kent ro system has started leaking again. I am tired of paying for service and leakeage. Absolutely horrible product. The service people charge u 380rs everytime they come.

        Sir,
        We have purchase a kent mro prime,
        Machine no: kr[protected] on 22.02.2015 at cuttack.

        Our utilization is also very negligible as we are only 2 members in our family. So, now presently we shifted to bhubaneswar from cuttack and the purifier was installed by the kent service engineer on around 20-25th jan, 2016.

        Now on 7th feb, 2016 the kent got switched off automatically. We dont know the reasons behind it. But we are very much hurt by incident. Because why a person purchase a high quality high priced purifier from a branded company, why, so that he can utilize it for a long period without any problem.
        But no, your product doesn't meet our satisfaction. We called the kent engineer through your toll free no., he came and informed us that ur choke and power supply (Smps) both are damaged.
        You say how u feel by hear this, only just a year and few days completed our product has two damaged units. So, we dont know anything whether it covers in our warranty or anything else. We need our product repaired soon and without any obstacles. So please cooperate with us and think from ur heart not mechanically and waive the repair/service cost and as well as replace the product.

          Till now I have spend more than 25 thousands to get it repaired. Everythreemonths it gives trouble every time they replace all the parts and charge five thousand where it doesn't work for few months. This is the karthik warning I am giving to the company. Though themail company know that these are defective products not bothered of the consumers still fooling them. I am going to take this to consumer court and publish in the media

            Dear Sir,

            We have compliant on 24th Fab.16 for regular service maintenance purpose, But Your Service Engineer came to home replace the Prefilter but the not settle the TDS, He comes another day and replace another Part of Flow Controller. Then Filter is totally stop then he came next day and told him to change the Electrical Socket Last 2Days before.

            Still he not getting any reply.

            Before Filter is ok performance.

            So We request to you resolve this matter Other wise replace with new one filter.

              Kent RO installed on 21/03/15 again started leaking water from Carbon cartridge on 10/03/2016. This cartridge has been changed three times since 21/03/15. One time they charged Rs 400/- towards replacement of this Carbon cartridge as it was blast. Sedimentation filter also chocked due to poor service given by service engg. as told by their service engg. They also do not issue any proper bill that means it seems company is not depositing govt. taxes. Only advance copy of payment collection they issue.

                I Purchased Kent Grand + on[protected], With serial no: KR[protected] from a local shop in Vasai, it was working fine & service was done regularly till one year. On 7-7-2015 my RO filter, Sediment filter & Carbon was changed by a local distributor Parmeshwari Associates, Bhayandar(E) Mumbai.
                It was working fine for next few months & all of a sudden it stopped working & the technician from Parmeshwari came onsite on[protected] & advised RO, Sediment, Carbon & UV is faulty & needs to be changed. All the parts was changed & on the same day in evening Kent stopped working again, the same technician came onsite & advised there was some carbon on the choke wire which he removed & advised it should be working fine.
                Again after 18 days on 6-3-2016 it stopped working & there was complaint launched online, the same technician came onsite & advised the choke is faulty & needs to be changed.
                I want to complaint because the technician who came onsite did not check the Kent & replaced RO, Sediment, Carbon & UV, but the actual problem was the choke, which was not working properly the technician without checking the choke replaced all parts & again he is asking more 1000 Rs for replacing choke.
                Parmeshwari Associates are just making money by replacing the parts which are not faulty .
                I am very unhappy with the service & wants strict action against such people.

                I am very unhappy with the services of KENT.
                I am a loyal customer of KENT from last 8 years.
                and i have upgraded the machine last to last years.
                And i am facing problems with your technician people, as they are very rude, does not respond the call, dont call back.
                and one of your executive came to service my Grand Model and while hanging the machine on the nails, one of the machine loop on which the machine hangs broke but still he managed to hanged the machine.

                later he said machine is safely hanged and you will not face any problem but last week the machine came down and whne i called your executive he said the body is damaged and you need to pay 7000 Rs to get it rectified,

                This is highly unprofessional, just to increase sales the executive broke the loop and now we are facing so much of problem.

                i am fedup calling your executive but he does not respond always make bahanas and SHYAM is the person who broke the loop.

                Poor Service and Frequent repairs

                Worst service.Our RO is covered under AMC but frequently we are facing issues.Recently it stopped working and the filters were changed for which we paid Rs 3500.Still its leaking and the persons coming are least cooperative.Pls take action

                        When i called the customer care and explain my problem, he advised me to visit the dealer. When i visited the dealer, they advise that KENT will help you and you have to call the customer care. I am not sure who will resolve the issue.

                        Overall i am not happy with the product & services and would not recommend anyone for KENT. I would request for replacement of the machine.

                        I have contacted kent customer service more than thrice but no one is ready to help the client.
                        Under the warranty period, KENT technician informed us that there is some internal hardware issue with the product that is the reason it stops working again and again.
                        The company gives a warranty for a year but when a customer is facing issue with the product then the customer service will give you number of reasons. They only want the customer to take the annual maintenance service.

                        The point is when the company is not able to resolve the problem in the warranty period then why are they asking me to take the annual maintenance service.

                        I would request the KENT team to please look into the the matter. I am not happy with the product & services and would not recommend anyone for KENT. I would request for replacement of the machine as the product is defective.

                        No One has ever called to resolve the issue.
                        I must say that poor after sale service. I will never recommend KENT to anyone because i have experienced the worst customer service. Fake warranty and fake promises given to the client at the time of sale.

                          I have kent Ro Grand+ machine number - KR[protected] model kent grand + mro.
                          I purchased it 3 years @15 K and since then I have spent 20k in repairing it. Every the service guys charge 3k-5k . Some or the other component has to be replaced.
                          Every 2 months the water exit get blocked. The service man changes electric component and Filters and the story repeats again.

                          Over all I am fed up with this product. I have replace it with another one and never ever buy or suggest anyone to buy Kent.

                                  has we have request for re-install ion on given address:

                                  As we call to customer care they said in 12 hour the will re-installion then again we call on 16.02.2016 they said that complaint we complete in 24 hours.Then we called 17.02.2016 they said that it will going to complete today but as there is no engineer has not visited. Then we call 18.02.2016 again said same word but on 19.02.2016 they said that the request has being not register on 15.02.2016 so we have register your complaint on 19.02.2016 (virendra singh)and said that it will visited in 12 hours but there is no visited of engineer.Then we have called again on 20.02.2016 the high authority(sachin) said that he had insured that the complaint going to being solved till 7.00 p.M. As we called again the said that it will solved in 24 hour which was registed on 19.02.2016.I am unable to understand the time being (12 hour being 12 days or 12 month or 12 years)

                                    I have purchased Kent Water purifier one and half year back, and further it was repaired in the month of Oct-2015. with in 4 to 5 months it comes to repair.                                         Hi Team,

                                        I recently (1st Feb 2016) purchased kent RO water purifier since then already 3 service people visited my house for different issues I'm facing with water purifier. Today one more technician visited and confirmed motor is not functioning and sensor is not working. I'm very surprised to see this kind of issues for the new product. I'm totally not satisfied with the product.

                                        Also when it overflows the water taste will automatically turns to salt and then I need to empty the storage tank and fill only half of the tank and switch OFF power. If you forgot switch OFF my entire kitchen area becomes wet.

                                        My sincere request to the team please replace this product as soon as possible.

                                        Today I see a new problem on the same product. The alarm in ON to indicate filter the coil. I'm very surprised to see this alarm in 20days of installation.

                                        Including this complaint I have already registered 3 complaints since I purchased. It is a span of 20 days.
                                        When last time technician visited he himself clearly told go for replacement of this product since it has so many issues.

                                        Hi Kent Team,

                                        Today one of your technician visited my flat to check the water purifier and he confirmed after checking the choke is gone needs to be replaced. Now all major parts from water purifier gone and still no response from Kent people. Motor not working, sensor not working, choke not working...only left with water discharge TAP.

                                        In 23 days of purchase this is my 5th complaint to Kent.
                                        Kent team please awake do take some serious action on these issues.

                                        Now the FUN part is customer care clearly said we will not take any more complaints on your product as they have so many complaints which are not resolved yet. Because now they know that this product is delivered to me with all damaged parts and it stopped working since second day of installation. Now only option they have is to replace the product.

                                        Also I'm very surprised hear from Kent people that they are telling don't buy our products from amazon. But why they are selling in amazon. Now I'm initiating legal action on all these people.

                                        Hi Kent team,

                                        I don't think you people really care customer concerns and resolve the issues on priority. It is exactly 1 month now it stopped working and till now there is no plan for fixing this issue. Really do you have service level agreement? Also your customer care person Pankaj (Floor manager) who is handling this issue he is not responsible at all and very rude. He just give commitments but he will never work towards commitments. Contacting Pankaj everytime asking for the updates it self take 30mins and after he puts on hold for another 15mins. Who is going to pay for all these follow-ups?

                                        I have already initiated legal proceedings let consumer court decide on this issue.

                                        I have kent RO and did a AMC of it from Metro Aqua Systems, B-2/26, Sector-18, Rohini, New Delhi vide its invoice No.517 dated 08.06.2014 (copy Enclosed). Now, the dealer not repairing the RO despite repeated calls.
                                        Im very upset with the kent ro we had installed last year... We got our first service done post which every month we are having issues... Already spent 4k on all part replacement this year and now not even a month of the service the water is overflowing.
