As per the authorised Technician Advice, I got the kit of Filters changed at a cost of around Rs.3500 in the month of June 2015. But of no use, the problem still persisted.(The water is Smelly). Then the Technician suggested me to take AMC. I paid for AMC as well.
But Since the day, every month I am logging the complaint the my water is not purified properly . Technician comes and do all that filter cleaning, Bla-Bla and OK from his side...
Yesterday only, the technician told me that the Membrane is not working properly and to be changed on payment basis...
I am having another model o[censored]V-RO at my relative's house which is working perfectly fine but now I'll never suggest any one to purchase KENT.
I was never aware that a reputed organization can make people fool like this... My RO was much better before these changed filters.These people install repaired parts while changing the kit.
Yesterday one of your technician name Mr. Vijay checked the machine.Initially he was accepting that a few parts are faulty and not working properly, but after having a conversation on the Phone... he suddenly changed his words...
He said nothing is wrong now, and I have rectified the fault.
These people are paying least botheration to my issue. I am fed up of Chlorine smell in the water...not even able to prepare food with the same water.
Kent RO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
