Hi Team,

I recently (1st Feb 2016) purchased kent RO water purifier since then already 3 service people visited my house for different issues I'm facing with water purifier. Today one more technician visited and confirmed motor is not functioning and sensor is not working. I'm very surprised to see this kind of issues for the new product. I'm totally not satisfied with the product.

Also when it overflows the water taste will automatically turns to salt and then I need to empty the storage tank and fill only half of the tank and switch OFF power. If you forgot switch OFF my entire kitchen area becomes wet.

My sincere request to the team please replace this product as soon as possible.

Hi Guys,

Today I see a new problem on the same product. The alarm in ON to indicate filter the coil. I'm very surprised to see this alarm in 20days of installation.

Including this complaint I have already registered 3 complaints since I purchased. It is a span of 20 days.
When last time technician visited he himself clearly told go for replacement of this product since it has so many issues.

Hi Kent Team,

Today one of your technician visited my flat to check the water purifier and he confirmed after checking the choke is gone needs to be replaced. Now all major parts from water purifier gone and still no response from Kent people. Motor not working, sensor not working, choke not working...only left with water discharge TAP.

In 23 days of purchase this is my 5th complaint to Kent.
Kent team please awake do take some serious action on these issues.

Now the FUN part is customer care clearly said we will not take any more complaints on your product as they have so many complaints which are not resolved yet. Because now they know that this product is delivered to me with all damaged parts and it stopped working since second day of installation. Now only option they have is to replace the product.

Also I'm very surprised hear from Kent people that they are telling don't buy our products from amazon. But why they are selling in amazon. Now I'm initiating legal action on all these people.

Hi Kent team,

I don't think you people really care customer concerns and resolve the issues on priority. It is exactly 1 month now it stopped working and till now there is no plan for fixing this issue. Really do you have service level agreement? Also your customer care person Pankaj (Floor manager) who is handling this issue he is not responsible at all and very rude. He just give commitments but he will never work towards commitments. Contacting Pankaj everytime asking for the updates it self take 30mins and after he puts on hold for another 15mins. Who is going to pay for all these follow-ups?

I have already initiated legal proceedings let consumer court decide on this issue.

Kent Ro — AMC

I have kent RO and did a AMC of it from Metro Aqua Systems, B-2/26, Sector-18, Rohini, New Delhi vide its invoice No.517 dated 08.06.2014 (copy Enclosed). Now, the dealer not repairing the RO despite repeated calls.
Im very upset with the kent ro we had installed last year... We got our first service done post which every month we are having issues... Already spent 4k on all part replacement this year and now not even a month of the service the water is overflowing.

      Dear Sir

      As per the authorised Technician Advice, I got the kit of Filters changed at a cost of around Rs.3500 in the month of June 2015. But of no use, the problem still persisted.(The water is Smelly). Then the Technician suggested me to take AMC. I paid for AMC as well.

      But Since the day, every month I am logging the complaint the my water is not purified properly . Technician comes and do all that filter cleaning, Bla-Bla and OK from his side...

      Yesterday only, the technician told me that the Membrane is not working properly and to be changed on payment basis...

      I am having another model o[censored]V-RO at my relative's house which is working perfectly fine but now I'll never suggest any one to purchase KENT.


      I was never aware that a reputed organization can make people fool like this... My RO was much better before these changed filters.These people install repaired parts while changing the kit.


      Yesterday one of your technician name Mr. Vijay checked the machine.Initially he was accepting that a few parts are faulty and not working properly, but after having a conversation on the Phone... he suddenly changed his words...

      He said nothing is wrong now, and I have rectified the fault.

      These people are paying least botheration to my issue. I am fed up of Chlorine smell in the water...not even able to prepare food with the same water.

The dealer who was installed is A qua safe water solution Ambattur Chennai.           I am a owner of a kent grand plus mineral ro water purifier.
          From the very first month of puchasing the machine, it is creating a lot of problems.
          However after completion of the warranty period I made an AMC with "Sunny Traders", a local distributor of kent appliances.
          But they are not giving service properly. I am really tired calling them. Recently more or less about 15 days before I had launched one complain over phone that my machine is not working, please attend. But its very unfortunate to say that after several persuations during this 15 days nobody attended my problem even though I have AMC with them.
          This is the example of their service.
          I am helpless now. Please do something to reactivate my purifier.

            Hi,
            I had taken the AMC for my kent pearl RO purifier at 25/6/15 from authorized distributor named "PEARL INFOTECH". Since this is the first time i had taken the AMC, i was not knowing the exact process.
            My first complaint is that distributor did n't shared me any AMC document. I just got a receipt.When i call kent customer care they are saying there is no AMC associated with my contact number.
            My second complaint is that my RO filter has been replaced 3 time so far and now distributor is saying he won't replace the filter anymore.Last filter has gone bad in 2 weeks only. During the time of AMC i was promised that filter will be replaced many time, there is no restriction on number of times and as per my knowledge every original replaced part from kent has 90 days warranty and last filter has gone bad in 2 weeks only.
            My third complaint is that i found a crack in water container and when i informed distributor he told that container is not covered under AMC.When i call customer care they are saying container is covered under AMC.
            My fourth complaint is that when i am asking a detailed T&C copy of AMC at my registered email id my distributor is not providing me.
            Please resolve this ASAP.

                  I had lodged a request through customer care on 03/02/2016 for reinstalling my kent RO machine on account of my transfer to Kolkata. I was assured that the machine will be reinstalled within 24 hours but the company failed to honour its commitment.Nevertheless, I called the customer care on 4/02/2016, 05/02/2016 and today i.e 06/02/2016 repeatedly requesting them to reinstall my kent grand+ machine. Each time I was assured that the concerned service person will reach my place within 12 hours to install the machine. These customer care executives have simply learned few sentences and keep blabbering them without trying to provide a meaningful and final solution to the aggrieved customers. This is the limit of inefficiency on the part of customer care executives and they have no credibility at all. I strongly condemn the entire customer care executives and service providers who are bringing bad name to their company. I asked one of the customer care executives named Subhash to make me speak to his higher ups so that I can convey my problem to them but he assured me that my problem will be addressed today but that was a false promise too. Me and my family members rely heavily on the purified water of kent but unfortunately due to the lackadaisical approach of the customer care we are paying RS.300 per day for bisleri packaged mineral water since 03/02/2016. This kind of service was never expected from such a company who claims to be a leader in providing the purest drinking water.

                  May God Bless this company and its useless customer care executives.

                      Our family had purchased the Kent Pearl MRO somewhere during Aug'14, the warranty of which got expired on Aug'15, we started having issues with the Water Purifier exactly after 2 months from the expiration of the warranty, since the Purifier was out of warranty, i had to book a service engineer visit who mentioned that the Filters need to be replaced and that will cost me Rs 2100/- ( i have already spent Rs 17000 for this piece of **** another 2100/- will result in my expenses going to Rs 19100/- just within 1.5 years of its purchase.) since it was inevitable, i had to shell out Rs 2100/ towards the parts replacement and Service Charges(Dated 23rd Nov), it is not even 2 months now that the Kent Purifier has stopped working again and the Kent Customer care and AQua world (so called Authorized agents for Kent) are saying that i have to pay for the engineer visit again and also for the parts replacement if the service technician replaces any part.
                      I am herewith lodging a compliant against Kent demanding replacement of the Faulty Product that they have provided

                          I had purchased a brand new kent Ro filter with its authorised dealer and the machine is having regular problem from the day it is installed.
                          Now, within 6 months the company is saying a parts of machine is damage and they and going to replace it with used parts instead of brand new one.
                          I want to complain that why i would use second hand part though the machine is giving problem from day 1.

                            We have registered complaint of 23 jan 2016 on your toll free number . In reply we got information that your problem would be resolved with 24 hours. We waited for 24 hours no engineer came from your side we again called on 25 jan 2016 . In reply we got that with in 12 hours your problem would be resolved. Today on 26 jan 2016 no engineer came from your side . Still our ro is not working we are purchasing water from market please resolve our problem as soon as possible

                              After multiple complaint water purity and taste has not been changed... As per your engineer the water is at its best quality.. But as a end customer usage the water is tasting salty and has a huge difference when we taste Bislary and Kent water.. Also TDS as per taste is not upto mark. .. and your guy is asking to install new external filter. HELP

                                I have purchased kent r.o wonder model in 2011 from shree marketing near martindel bridge ajmer who introduces himself as the dealer of kent
                                though it was working very properly but in mid of june 2015 there was a problem I called the dealer shree marketing he changed the membrane and I paid 2500 rs for it but again there was a problem in filteration I again called him his he told me that tha membrane and head and one filter is out of service and suggest me to replace it while I have changed the membrand in month june 2015 how it can be out of service within 7 months
                                there is a open dacoity on this kent name why don't you take action on your dealers
                                I am not satisfied with your service it is worst kind of services customers are being exploited

                                  We have taken AMC with Vee Bee Corporation (Authorised Service Kent Partner) on 22 September 2015 for Rs. 3000. Subsequently, we discovered change in taste of water in November 2015 so we called Vee Bee and had been regularly following-up for the service. But received no response from them. The service person finally arrived on 16 January 2016. He asked us to change several parts including UF membrane, 2 Sediment Filters, Carbon filter, activated carbon and Side filter and billed us for Rs. 3350 and we paid him. We were told that after affixing the parts, the water would be clean. So we asked him to check the purity of the water by the TDS meter. It showed 650. Which is very high and not recommended drinking water at all. That was when the service man told us the actual truth that the pump was not working (Pump is included in the AMC contract and therefore he repeatedly lied on the instruction of his boss). His boss Mr. Shah told the service man not to call him. Even when we called Mr Shah was not ready to come on the phone. As the pump cost is part of AMC, he did not replace it and instead replaced other parts of the machine. Vee Bee is a FRAUD. In spite of installing Kent RO, we have been drinking contaminated water. Please take severe action against Vee Bee. Till today i.e. 25 Jan 2016 Vee Bee has not got back with their service and we have been drinking mineral water in the house for past 10 days. We need genuine authorised franchises (regulated for quality and ethical behaviour) of Kent or service men of Kent itself who provide quality and genuine service to its clients and not harass them.

                                    It is not even 1 year and the purifier has started giving problems.it stops suddenly and becomes dead.the service centre people are hard to reach and service is very poor.people from service is either unaware of what they are doing or they are just waiting for the warranty period to get over so that they can make some money out of it.please improve your service.I m from purulia, westbengal.

                                      I am Kent customer (Kent Grand) from last 1.5 yrs, but I am not satisfied with quality of the product, just after 1 yr my RO filter got issues and had to replace it, i got it replace with a new filter costing me 2500 + service charges from the Kent Service just to find it got issues again after 100 days (3 months +15 days)... called to customer care that it is just 15 days after warranty but they don't bother about customer and they just said we have to bear charges again. First of all "IS YOUR FILTER LAST ONLY 3 MONTHS"...

                                        I have purchased the above product on 25.03.2015 which is presently under one year warranty from the distributor Aqua Safe Water Solutions, Chennai - 600062. (Receipt No 1306 dated 25.03.2015 for Rs 17, 100/-)
                                        Before placing the order, the marketing personnel who came to our house for inspection after checking TDS in our metro water supply (350 TDS) advised me to go in for Kent Pearl model costing Rs 17, 100/-. He informed me that it is the most suitable model for metro water and will give best purified water for atleast about 2 years without changing the filters (though the life prescribed for filters is 6 months). However within 3 months water outlet flow came down drastically and company deputed a technician to inspect the same. The technician found that one of the filters namely sediment filter is choked and replaced it without charging me as it is within warranty period of 6 months on 6 th June 2015.He charged Rs 350/- for replacing external water filter (AG Spun) as it does not have warranty.
                                        We were away from our place for about 4 months and started using it from end Oct 2015. Today on our lodging complaint about slow flow again company deputed technician. This time he found two filters namely carbon filter and sediments filter and the external AG Spun filters are choked and replaced them by charging me Rs 1150/. It was now informed by him that water purifiers will have similar problems of choking filters frequently wherever it is used to treat metro water.
                                        This fact was not disclosed by the marketing personnel when I placed the order with him. Now I understand that once in 6 months two filters costing Rs 800/- are to be replaced and RO filter costing about Rs 3000/- to be replaced atleast once in a year involving total financial burden of about Rs 4000/- per annum.
                                        Had we known about these facts of recurring expenditure every year we could not have gone for this product at the initial stage itself. Now feeling cheated I request you to take up the matter with the company and advise them to refund the cost of machine purchased by me by taking it back as it is a man made problem.

                                        Though the company officials spoke to me over phone on 25.06.2016 as no solution was provided to me and there was no positive response from them. Hence, the complaint remain to be resolved.
                                        Hope company will resolve the issue without any further lapse of time.
