In the first week of September, my Kent RO System stopped giving out water. I searched this number on Justdial. I found their local service provider (viz. Sri Srinivasa Enterprises) & raised a complaint with them. Next day (05/09/2015), their technician promptly came & changed the SMPS. The bill was Rs. 1, 250/-, which I paid without another word. The same problem (i.e. the machine not giving out water) recurred again after 3 weeks. I searched Justdial again. This time another number (viz. Sri Balaji Enterprises) was returned in the search results. I raised a complaint & a second technician came & replaced the choke & filters instead (for the SAME problem!). I protested, but he told me that the previous mechanic's findings were wrong. He made me pay Rs. 2, 160/- this time) However, the problem resurfaced yet again on 02/12/2015. I called Sri Balaji Enterprises again. The same technician appeared & reported a problem with the SMPS this time (AGAIN!). After changing the SMPS, he asked me to pay. I refused. He said that "spare parts" have a warranty for 3 months only & the first bill was 3 months & 2 days old. I argued that I had not called him to buy spare parts. The same problem was recurring repeatedly with the machine & they deliberately changed a different part the second time for the same problem. He started pressurising me, calling his franchisee owner, centralised customer service number & so forth. They all tried to bulldoze me into paying, arguing that the first bill was more than 3 months old & as per "Company Rules", I had to pay. Annoyed, I politely (& humorously) asked him to take the SMPS & go away. He blatantly proceeded to the machine & after opening the lid (to remove the newly installed part), said that I will still have to pay the service charges (of Rs. 300/-) anyway. Since he was beginning to create a scene, I ultimately paid Rs. 1, 235/- (under protest, as mentioned at the bottom of the third bill). When I complained on their Twitter handle, they said they "deeply regret the inconvenience caused" & that someone will contact me soon. Someone did, indeed, call me 20 minutes later. She, too, sang the same song (Company Rules) & hung up. Then I put up this Facebook status tagging them: https://www.facebook.com/sumit.k.a/posts/[protected] Next day, their Regional Service Manager called me. He said he would check with the 2 franchisees & get back to me the next day. He never got back. I called him 4 times in the next evening. He did not answer those calls. MEANWHILE, my machine stopped working AGAIN, this time within a week!! I was furious. I raised a complaint with their centralised customer service number. They have taken the complaint down, but are not servicing the machine. It has been 3 days since I have been living without proper potable water. The franchisees, technicians & the Regional Service Manager are not even answering my phone now. They are not even responding on Twitter & Facebook.

    Because of KENT Service negligence my pregnant wife and me was drinking tap water for 2 days. It's so un expectable. I called KENT service centre SANI SERVICES NASHIK ([protected]; [protected]) as i was relocating some were else, they came un installed my KENT RO and then re-installed at my new address. This happend on 12/12/15 saturday. At the time of re-installation the service man made the wrong connection of pipes, which led us to drink the tap water for 2 days, we came to know about this thing when the taste of water was not good. as this re-instalation was done on saturday and sunday they are not working, so in morning of monday 14/12/2015 i called them and told about the water taste and the doubt that something is wrong with it. even after my continuous follow up (10 times all most) KENT Person came at 5:30 pm. and then it was discovered that the pipe was wrong fitted and we were drinking tap water for last 2 days. Truly speaking i had this doubt in my mind that's why i was continuously calling them and requesting to come as soon as possible but in reply i got the statement that " the KENT person will come when he will get time and it is not possible to serve you if you will be doing follow up so frequently" they were not trying to understand my situation, my wife is pregnant and this thing could be dangerous for her and over unborn baby. I will be visiting doctor tomorrow regarding this and if i will find something problematic regarding my wife's help then i will sue your company KENT. I am highly disappointed and worried for my wife. NASHIK KENT Service is pathetic.

      Sir, I purchase Kent Gold on 12 Aug.15, The item was defective than I complain to costumer care in the month of oct 15 & nov 15, my case ID is MH-1031012 dt 31-10-15 & MH-1122008 dt 22-11-15. but till today not any response was taken and now customer care is not attending my call. Regards :-

        Hi, Last 2 days, my machine has stopped working. We have already lodged a complaint (reg mobile no. :[protected]) . Technician has not turned up till now. We have to purchase water from outside. Technician name: Devraj Mobile no. :[protected] Above person called us saying he is coming in 30 mins, but has not turned up . A very poor KENT RO service in chinchwad, Pune. This technician is associated with Vishwakarma franchise of KENT in Pune. We are very disappointed with the service quality. Unfortunately, we are planning to throw out this useless machine of ours. KENT customer care is more of a call centre with no action . Can anyone help us .

            Dear concern, I sharad chandak, had purchased Kent RO last december. I was promised free service in 6 months but nobody showed up despite regular followup from my end. Now, immediately as 12 months have been completed, a repair technician shows up and comes up with the folllwing problems: 1. All 5 filters have worn out. All of them need to be replaced. Estimated expense: Rs. 2, 000/- 2. Membrane filter has worn out. Needs to be changed immediately. Estimated expense: Rs. 2, 500/- If above are not done entire machine will be rendered useless as situation is very critical. Kent RO consumer care says: none of my former requests have been registered in their system, hence they cannot help me in this issue. I dont want to go to consumer court as iam a salaried class person who is already running short on leaves but i want my justice. Suggest action. Sharad chandak +91-[protected]. Machine no.             Same happened with me as soon as my 12 months got over i received a call to get the service done for RO and in service engineer changed 2 filters and charged me rs 800/- . just after service the membrane stopped working and now they have charged another rs2500/- . i regret the day i bought kent product . Really disgusted with the service provided by kent team, i will make sure no one in my circle even buy a kent product again .

              Dear Sir, My name is Azim Anwer and i am writing this mail regarding complaining against KENT RO service. My KENT complain number is[protected] and my product code is KR[protected]. I have purchased the product from Gurgaon (Haryana) and have installed it at my current place in Neemrana (Rajasthan). As noticed after installation that product was leaking from inside regarding which i called their customer care number and registered my complain on 7th Dec. 2015 for which i was told that my issue will be resolved in 24 hours. But there was no action from service department. So, i called customer care again on 8th & 9th and was told that within 12 hours your issue will be resolved. But till date there is no action from the service department of KENT RO. I have called the customer care today on 10th Dec. 2015 and was told the same statement that your issue will be resolved soon. Now i would like to raise this issue in your department for further proper action regarding the same. Hope my complain will be resolved from your end. Hope for the positive response from your side.               Dear kent team,

              The product which i purchased was new and not even a month old also. But there was no help or service provided by kent team. I was facing a big problem of drinking water so i had to use the paid service from the engineers of "RO" from the local market of Neemrana. By my repeated telephonic complaints there was no action from your team and zero assistance.

              The product and the service provided by you is of zero class & d - grade due to which i would never suggest any Indian brother & sister to use your product which comes with very poor or i should say "no service".

                  I am not happy with the service support given at mira road mumbai. the warranty has just been expired and i am loaded with bunch of troubles from the kent ro machine. I was asked to change the filters and I did so by paying 800 + 300 (visit ) charge. the machine has stopped today again after 25 days. i have spent around 20 K so far in 14 months for drinking purified water. I did a wrong choice and fell prey to the cheap business tricks from the comapny sales executive. I would never urge or recommend anyone to have business with kent

                    I have bought a Kent water purifier and within three month its LED's are not working. Product is still under warranty . I have raised complain 3 times (case-id[protected] on 11/26/2015, case-id[protected] on 12/1/2015 and case-id[protected] on 12/3/2015) but all the complains were cancelled without fixing the issue or even no one visited and see the issue. In between I called customer case also still no-one came to fix the issue. Really pathetic service. I need this to be fixed as soon as possible.

                      Date of the incident[protected] serial no. Of product- kr[protected] detail of incident- i was charged the repairing cost of rupees three thousand six hundred and thirty five rupee within the warranty period of my kent product. I have with me the warranty card, even then i was charged the repair cost. I have purchased the kent grand auro from the police canteen therefore not having the bill with me. And this is no basis of denying me, my legitimate right of getting my product repaired free of cost within the warranty period . Therefore requesting kindly initiate the process of my refund in this regard.

                        We have Kent RO water purifier at home for more than 4 years. On 5th July, 2015, we got annual servicing done and also AMC for Rs 5000/-. The agent is Raindrops based in Bangalore. The service that time was incomplete and they were supposed to complete the following day, 6th July, but nobody came. I called them, was given a complaint number (8432) but there then also no technician came. On some later date, I got phone calls from some technician asking for the house direction, but he did not come for the service. Each time, I have been calling them, they take up the complaint but send nobody. Since yesterday evening, the filter stopped working. I called up Raindrops today morning. I was given the complaint number 8679, and told that the technician would surely come in the afternoon. No technician has come and neither is there any response from the agent regarding the same. I am fed up with such horrible service from reputed companies like Kent. We have faced such situations number of times in the past 4 years. Still there is no improvement in the scenario. What is the use of having an AMC if we don't get any service in return?

                          Dear sir,

                          i had ordered a kent maxx from amazon.In and the machine was installed by the pune representative of kent on 15/12/14. The machine was working ok, last week the water was smelling and
                          i had contacted kent customercare in pune. One service representativer came from kent ro and asked why the machine
                          was not serviced within 6 months and changed the filter till now. The machine was purchased thru' amazon.In and no one had given us instruction to change the filter within 6 months, even though the machine warranty is one year i.E. Till 15/12/15. The person was asking for rs.3200/- for servicing and changing filter and i have told him we will not give the money and he went back. The regn. No. Of my complaint is[protected]. After 2-3 days. We made another complaint for which they said you pay only rs.800/- towards the filter change charges, till date they have not sent any person to servicing the machine, i have been buying water from outside by paying rs.90/- per 20 ltr bottle every day. Pls look into the matter and arrange to service the water purifier.

                            I have given a complaint on Kent helpline that after free service was done, Kent RO was not working as expected. LED indicator had stopped working. Kent sent technician to fix the issue on 14 Nov 2015 and technician had removed LED part that was not working and informed that it will be replaced next business day but it is still not replaced. I have already contacted the local service center (Singh Enterprises) multiple time but problem is still not resolved. Also, while purchasing the product, I was informed that there is a warranty of 12 month for all the part and will be replaced without any charges. During service of Kent RO, technician informed that inbuilt carbon membrane needs to be replaced and I have to pay around 700 for the same. Even though the product is under warranty, I don't understand why I have to pay the amount. Please look into this issue and get it resolved ASAP.                                 My product details Sr No - KR[protected] I bought it in June, suddenly it stopped working so I called customer service on 19th November and the first technician visited 21st and no help, second came on 23rd again no help.A technician with no knowledge at all. I called up customer service again on 24th and spoke to the floor Manager Mr Pathak and who assured me within 24hrs the problem will be fixed but no help even after 24 working hours. Again today on 26th I called up the customer service, same robotic response but no help. I AM FRUSTES TO THE CORE. One of the worst post sales service. My number is [protected]. Faulty products, pathetic service, no one to hear your request. Feeling looted by Kent.

                                  I had purchased kent Ro last year, nd within a year the product stoped working.i had approached the nearby service center, and after checking they letmw know that the product manufctured in the last year tenure had the same manufaturing defect. Therefore i request you to pls consider the same and replace the product as it is the company's fault.

                                  I bought it in June, suddenly it stopped working so I called customer service on 19th November and the first technician visited 21st and no help, second came on 23rd again no help.A technician with no knowledge at all. I called up customer service again on 24th and spoke to the floor Manager Mr Pathak and who assured me within 24hrs the problem will be fixed but no help even after 24 working hours. Again today on 26th I called up the customer service, same robotic response but no help. I AM FRUSTES TO THE CORE. One of the worst post sales service. My number is [protected].

                                  Faulty products, pathetic service, no one to hear your request. Feeling looted by Kent.

                                    My sincere request that who so ever read this feedback, kindly forward to seniors working in Kent.
                                    The brand “Kent” really fascinated me till past 6 months. But once I purchased Kent RO for myself, my perception has totally changed. I have used products of all the companies, but the worst service ever seen is of Kent. Since last 13 days, I am so tired of calling customer service desk, dealers and executives of Kent RO that now I feel climbing Mount Everest is much easier than getting response from Kent people.
                                    I had purchased Kent RO model name “Kent Prime TC“ on 16th April 2015 from a dealer in Ajmer, Rajasthan. Now, this month in November, I got transferred to Bangalore, Karnataka, so I took contact number of few dealers in Bangalore from Just dial for Re-Installation. Now below is the whole story-
                                    Date- 9th Nov 2015, contacted dealer Zaid Enterprises on mob num [protected]. They sent a person named Mr. Khan Mob [protected] on 10th Nov 2015 for Re-installation. Mr. Khan do complete Re-Installation and charged me Rs 600. Rs 400 as service charges and Rs 200 additional for some additional tube/pipe fixed in.

                                    Date- 10th Nov- I called up Mr. Khan many times as I found my RO fitting was leaking. But he did’nt picked call.
                                    Date- 11th Nov to 16th Nov- I kept on calling Mr. Khan many times but he never picked call.
                                    Date 16th Nov- (6 pm)- Finally I was lucky so Mr Khan picked my call and said he will visit on 17th Nov and fix my problem.
                                    Date 17th Nov- Mr Khan did’nt came.
                                    Date 19th Nov- I saw the bill and found a number of dealer “Zaid Enterprises” where Mr. Khan was working. The number is [protected]. A lady picks up the call, I tell her whole story, and then she blamed me that why I called up Mr. Khan, and why I have not called her. I apologized and accepted my mistake and said kindly help me in fixing the leakage problem. She very confidently confirmed that a technical will come today itself to fix it. But again nobody came. I kept on informing the lady whole day and total calls I made to her was 7 on a single day.
                                    Date 20th Nov- I again called the lady on [protected] and kept on calling from morning to evening. Total calls 7. She kept on promising me that technician will come but nobody came. She kept on giving new time of technician visit, and finally I sent her sms at 7.30 pm informing that nobody came and said thanks for her wonderful services. After that, she never turned up or sent anybody.
                                    Date 21st Nov- I called up the customer care number [protected] where through IVR, I was asked to call [protected]. I called this number and spoke to Mr. Pankaj who listened to my complaint and said the same thing what the lady at Zaid Enterprises said, that why you have called other numbers, you would have called us and we would have helped you. I again apologized and requested Mr Pankaj to help me. He confirmed that the technician will visit and fix the problem. I also asked Mr Pankaj to forward my issues and complaint to senior officials and ask them to take strict action against the dealer Zaid Enterprises who was always fooling me. He confirmed me that action will be taken. Then I got and sms that my complaint number is[protected] is registered and assigned to Mr. Amarnath Reddy-[protected]. This person calls me and confirms he will send a technician. Then a person comes to my house and checks the RO and says a part called “Input Valve” is broken and need to be replaced which is costing Rs 300. He promised to come next day on 22nd Nov and said he will bring the new part and fix it. But he also didn’t came. And still I got an sms in evening from “VKKENTRO” that “Dear Customer, Greetings from Kent! Your Request[protected] is resolved. Thank you. Tnc Apply”. Although nothing was resolved.
                                    Date- 23rd Nov- I again called up the customer care on [protected] and this time Mr. Sanjay picks up the call. First I told him also again the whole story and then asked what action was taken against Zaid Enterprises, then he said a new thing that I have not sent any complaint on mail so they cannot raise any complaint further. They need complaint on mail only and they can’t accept verbal complaint. I told him that Mr Pankaj on customer care has not told me any mail process and Pankaj himself has confirmed me that action will be taken, but now Sanjay told me a new process. I again apologized him and accepted my mistake, although again this time it was not my mistake. Then I asked Mr. Sanjay to give me any senior’s mail id or number, which he refused. So I requested him to transfer call to any senior so he transferred call to Mr Manish. I again told whole story to Mr. Manish again. He also confirmed me like previous all the people that today anyhow issue will be resolved. I again got an sms that my issue is again assigned to Mr. Amarnath Reddy-[protected]. Again I get a call from this number and this time I am told that the price of Input Valve is 550 Rs. I asked that 2 days back it was of Rs 300, howcome the price increased to Rs 550??? He had no answer, so I told him that I will call you back. His call was at 5.40 pm and after that I had called him 4 times but again he is not picking calls.
                                    Finally, my RO is still leaking since last 13 days, and all the Kent dealers, the technicians, the customer care executives, all are just fooling me around.. just asking for money.. I paid 400 Rs for 1st visit, again I am asked to pay Rs 300 on another visit…. 300 Rs product price increases to Rs 550 in just 2 days.. everybody just promises to come and provide service, but nobody comes.. everyone is just fooling me.. and like wise fooling all customers..
                                    And finally, on the very 1st visit when Mr. Khan came, my Kent RO was totally perfect with no breakage at all.. and if there would have been some fault in Input Valve, Mr Khan would have noticed it at time of Re-Installation. Now, if its leaking, where is my fault. Why should I pay 300 or 550 Rs for the product.. and why should I pay 300 Rs again for service on technician visit if I already paid 400 earlier???
                                    Also if the technicians and dealers numbers are provided to customers, why they are not picking calls???
                                    I have never seen such pathetic services ever in any of the company, whether FMCG, or Telecom, or anywhere else…
                                    My sincere request to all those who are reading this, kindly forward it to seniors of Kent and ask them to take strict action on all these people whom I have mentioned with names and numbers..
                                    Also. I am not at all in mindset to use this product anymore.. Kindly give me my money back which I paid for purchasing “Kent Prime TC“. I am really fed up now and will not be able to drink “SUCH EXPENSIVE WATER”. It will soon make me a heart patient with such great services…

                                    Dear Kent founder,

                                    Did you ever took a chance to find the ground reality of your service infrastructure and system? I'm sure i did not. Because you might feel good about your product. And i too agree you have a good product for customer. But thats just one side of the story. After sale service is really pathetic. Even pathetic is just an understatement. My Kent Grand+ model is in under AMC provided by Zaid Enterprises. Last 2 weeks i'm just chasing them to get my water filter serviced because RO is not working, UV is not working, pump has water licks. Every time a lady picks up the calls and confidently say nothing to worry we will send the service engineer in an hour. More then 15 days are gone but no service man visit my place. and you customer care person sent a different service person but he refused ti service because he is not from Zaid Enterprises. Now my 8 months kid fall sick because of the contaminated water. Now i'm really upset and desperate to file police complain. My only request to kent is that why don't you take some action against it?

                                      I brought Kent super plus from CSD canteen register for installation on 14 Nov 15 but till 23 Nov 15 it installeinstalled service provider in city give reasons for not installing product are false so what can I do now should I come through consumer court?
