I had bought one Kent 20L Gravity based Water Purifier 1 yr ago from Homeshop18.Problem is that everytime it's upper payer becomes empty you have to give some water by syringe to the Uf membrane filter then only water will flow from upper layer to down layer after next pouring water to upper layer.It is a very hectic process where other company same type of filter in my relative home working very well....

I have kent grand plus ro which is not working since 17 sep 2014 . The complain was set resolved without technician attending. I purchased the Kent RO 1 year before and now there was a smell in the water and it stopped dispensing water. Now when the service person inspected the unit, he asked us to change the filter which is about 3900 rs.
