Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Kent pearl R.O. water Purifier. I have done the AMC of Rs.5200.00 0n 17.09.2015. But after that, there is a constant problem of getting water. Several times, I called to the service centre whose phone no is[protected]. Every time they assured me that the service man will go to solve the problem very shortly. But till now no service has been given from their end. My complain no is 30216, dt. 26.09.2015. Hope, You will take necessary action.

    Hello We purchased a Kent Pearl water purifier and it is giving issues from the day we have been using it. In 3 months its been repaired many times and we demand a replacement of this faulty product or refund of our money. For NK Precision Components

    Hello Everyone,

    After complaining here I did receive the above message and mailed Kent my details and after many calls from lot of people all over India, one service engineer turned up and found out that the adapter had gone bad. He replaced us with a new adapter as our machine was only 3 months old.

    I did ask him why the issue occurred, and replied saying I was using my machine for long time. So, I opened the manual to him and showed him that the machine is specified for 15 liters/hour and I am using as per the specification. His reply to that was the machine is designed to run only 20 liters/day and the more we use the more wear. He also mentioned that within few months all the motors the choke and all the wires will go bad and since its under warranty he ll replace it and after 1 year I ll have to pay heavily for all this.

    So, I would ask consumers to rethink before buying such a product.

    I am also suffering...KENT providing there worst service...
    I bought one KENT RO+UV water purifier (KR[protected] and installed on 16th July 2015, so my warranty was till 15th July 2016. Initially I was very happy with the product and was satisfied with 1st and 2nd service as well. When I asked for last service before warranty expired one person did the servicing which was not satisfying as, he was only trying me convince to replace filter, his name is Tanmoy (Das) mobile number is [protected].

    It was ok, I understand he was more interest in selling products but today I got to know, one of the FRT is missing while servicing done by him. I understand this is happens in last servicing because after last servicing in July I am facing this issue of filling container with slow water .

    Today I pay rupees 6000 to Parimal Ghosh from SUN SERVICES, because he told this slow water filling only because of 3 filters, but after changing all three, issue remain same and then he catch the issue with FRT missing.It was not required to change the filer I believe as the TDS was around 60 .

    I request you to do a investigation and find out either it was done intentionally or it was a mistake. Any way I suffer as a Kent customer and unnecessarily I paid 6000/- .

      Dear Sir/Madam, I raised a request (No.[protected] on 03-Oct-2015 that my Kent RO is not working properly. I received a message that Mr. Hari (Contact No. [protected]) will contact me to resolve my request.He called me to check our availability and visit time was confirmed for 05-Oct-2015 between 11AM-5PM. I called Mr. Hari on 05-Oct-2015 to confirm by when he would come and he said that my request has been transferred to some other person So immediately I called up at customer care where I was asked to be contacted by someone within 12hrs. But today (07-Oct-2015) I received a message that my request has been resolved. On calling at customer we got to know my request has been resolved with resolution comment 'Service Charge of Rs. 300 paid by the customer. TDS has been checked.' Kent Engineer visited to my house on 9th October. Since It had been more than 5 days so I had to install my another machine to arrange drinking water. And your engineer asked for installation charges just for connecting the pipes again. So on that day I asked him to go. I will mount it by my own and raise the request. Today I raised the request (Rq No.[protected] and got to know that my RO is out of warranty. I am not expecting this kind of service from Kent. So please look into the matter. Regards, Ashwani

        Ear Sir, With deep regrets I wish to inform you that I had purchased kent at Kolkata invoice no 5609 dt 21.02.15.The equipment is under warranty only one free service has been availed from m/s Unique service centre. On 21st night at 10.30 pm it started giving alarms.On 22nd morning at 8pm I gave message to service on [protected] and [protected] as no response when called .At 10 am the same day I lodged a complaint, where they said they had a busy schedule and would attend today.At 2.30 and 5.15 pm I reminded them again telephonically at[protected] telling them I would raise the issue with kent and at consumer forum. They came at 5.30pm and said filter is clogged and will be charged at Rs 500/. If this the fate at warranty then god knows what will happen after warranty.I wish to take up the issue at higher authority in case I am not satisfied at this level.I found eureka forbes a better service oriented company who give's satisfaction to the consumer.The service person availed my phone to call up his senior as he did not have phone balance.Is it a professional approach?.i have spent Rs 18, 500/ and feel real unhappy about the decision.           I had bought one Kent 20L Gravity based Water Purifier 1 yr ago from Homeshop18.Problem is that everytime it's upper payer becomes empty you have to give some water by syringe to the Uf membrane filter then only water will flow from upper layer to down layer after next pouring water to upper layer.It is a very hectic process where other company same type of filter in my relative home working very well.

            I have kent grand plus ro which is not working since 17 sep 2014 . The complain was set resolved without technician attending. Again lodged complain and now after calling many times the technician visits on 04 oct 2015 and tells me that power adapter is mallfunctioning and need to be replaced. Mr samay the service engineer to whom complint is assigned says that he will also change filters whoch will cost 4000 rs other wise he will not change adapter also. On contacting him he starts shouting and using improper language. The machine is still in warranty. This is simply extortion and violation of warranty agrrement. All the emails sent to kent have gone unanswered.

              Before 6 months we got a problem and your servicing boy came and replaced Kent RO filter and collected 3000 rupees with 3 months warranty.but it was failed within 5 days and we have given a complaint, they said they will send but no one came.now 6 months completed they are not even bothered.we have given the complaint in time and now they are saying we should pay the money again.For complaint we contacted Kumar:[protected].sevice boy Santosh:[protected]. what should we do.consider our complaint and take action immediately

                I have been facing kent water purifier service problem since 30thOct2015 and there is no drinking water and i need to purchase from market .I did complain in Bangalore customer care and the request number is[protected] . When i called today 03/Oct/2015 to Bangalore customer care ( [protected] ) then Mr Krishna has picked the phone and rather resolving my issue he said they are not responsible for following with issue . Their only work is to log complain and that's it ... Really ridiculous ...Is this your customer service .When I asked Mr Krishna to pass call to manager then he told Manager is busy and he will call me in 30 minutes ... still i am waiting for call it's already 2 Hours ... really cheating to customer by false statement ... I received SMS to whom my complain assigned then i called to Mr Arun - [protected] on 2nd oct 2015 and he told he will send someone on 03rd oct 2015 as 2nd oct is holiday . I again called Mr Arun on 3rd oct morning then he told he will send someone in evening 04:00 PM, Again i called Mr Arun at 04:00 PM then he told he will send someone between 5 to 6 PM but still no body turned up . After that when i called Mr Arun he didn't picked phone . Things are very clear you person are fooling customer with commitment which you cannot fulfill . I have Invoice of the AMC and that is enough for anyone to drag in consumer forum and which is my next step . I tried reaching Manikandan ( [protected] ) who is so called sales/Area Manager of Bangalore some way around 4 PM but his phone was switched off . I am trying to get contact info of Varun Gupta Director & Mahesh Gupta, MD Kent RO Systems and definitely i will get and will explain what is happening with customer between customer care and AMC franchiser .

                  We bought KENT RO on 8th March from Global marketing, Chennai, The unit got repaired and I have been chasing the Global marketing since 23rd Sep. After I have called several times, I have been told to contact KENT Toll free on 26th Sep. I am very unhappy that it took four days for Global to respond. Then I have called the tollfree and provided the machine serial number but they said the machine is not found in their system and disconnected the call. They did not even ask about the issues. Then I have called the Global marketing manager and reported the same. I have received SMS on 28th Sep that my request is registered. Someone came on 28th and inspected the unit and informed that sedimentation filter needs to be changed. No one turned up on next day, when I called the technician, he had been assigned to some other area and he wont come. Then I called the Global several times and told that technician will be coming tomorrow. Another person came on 30th, he quickly attended the fault and collected Rs.400 (we were told that this is not in warranty). I feel that the technician not understood the complaint, he changed something and gone. The unit got strucked immediately after he left. Then I have been chasing Global. Till date the issue is not resolved.

                    In July, I got the annual servicing done for our Kent RO purifier. The AMC was also started for Rs 5000/-. The agent is named "Raindrops" . However, the technician did not have one of the filters with him, so he said he would come back the following day to replace the same. Since then I have called up the service agents at least ten times, but they have not sent their technician to complete the job in spite of having an AMC. Each time they tell lies that next day technician will come, but nobody turns up. I am fed up of this kind of horrible service by a "reputed brand". I have faced similar situations in the past with this company.

                      Jay Goal Bandyopadhyay Sep 24 (5 days ago) to noreply Please be informed that I have not received any communication (email or telephone or letter) from Kent water purifier company on my complaint submitted on Sept11th'2015 below.. Also I would like to mention that I submitted my feedback of their product performance and after sales service in KENT website- however no reply has been received from Kent. It shows Kent's attitude that how unprofessional the company is.

                            I had contacted Kent Service technician who came and replaced the choke and imeediately after that the Unit started leaking. Now the technician is not visiting back. Also the Choke has again failed in three days. Is this the quality of the prodcut. The problem has started immediately after the completion of 1 year. Technician has informed that the choke can not be repaired and need to be replaced and costs 935. This is ridiculous as why the choke can not be repaired?

                            Also as the unit is now one year old 2 months ago, the technician is asking to replace all the Filters...This was never informed while selling the product infact was told that it depends on the usage and quality of water the filter can last for 2-3 year.

                            Also to my surprise if I take AMC the failure of Choke is not covered under AMC/ Also for replacement of filter also no discounts are provided for AMC customer. Request you to revert back immediately. My number is [protected]

                              I have taken kent vegetable purifier on 24apr2015 vide invoice number 56/49 ECR dt 2793 for Rs6000 at VAINAVI TECHNO MARKETING VISAKHAPATNAM My product suddenly damaged I have given compliant to kent service centre vide case id no AP/0920005 dated 20.09.2015. They promised that their engineer shall visit my home within 24 hours. But after 6 days no one visited or atleast not bothered about my compliant. In the present days of polluted vegetables I am unable to use the product since one week. I am distressed with the company Please do the needful.

                                I have buy a Kent product super+ RO on 22/sep/2015 and call for installation of the same but after a24-48 hrs given time i had not received any call from company or engineer for installation.then i call again for the follow then they said, ur request is cancelled due to some reason and i'll reopen it again but again i dont have any response . my ID is[protected] .please resolve the issue

                                    We purchased kent ro purifier last jun 2015 and not even in three months, it started giving trouble. It stopped filtering. While complaint was lodged, no customer support was provided. This is a very serious issue and kent must take proper action against their support engineers and services.

                                      Myself is Rajendra Prasad Mishra From Delhi. My Cell No. is [protected]

                                      I have bought the Kent Ro Grand water Purifier in August 2014 with a Good Hope But Finally I feel now that I have been cheated by The Kent Company.

                                      During the warranty period because of no proper Routine services, now I have to pay huge amount by changing the membrane, UV Blast and FRD Even it's 1 month more than warranty period.

                                      During the warranty period the technician has visited to check our RO only for 2 times and done nothing. Even at their 2nd visit, the issue was that waste water not flowing and it needs to be change at their end, but they did not done and were waiting to expire warranty period.

                                      As soon as warranty date expire, I recd. a call for AMC @ 2000/-Rs. Per year which did not include membrane, filter etc.

                                      Since the warranty of 1 year was expire in August 2015, and I lost my Trust on Kent Completely, I Strained to get done the services of My RO by another Technician and then came to know that due to no change of FRD in time when it was in warranty period, the membrane and UV blast of my RO is not working properly and I have to change that.

                                      So, Now I have to spend approx. 4000/INR to change the Membrane, UV blast and FRD Due to negligence in services of Kent Technician during warranty period.

                                      I bought the Kent RO, In Just double price in compare to other Local RO and even after one year I have to spend 4000/-INR for this to Repair. Then what is the meant of Buying The Kent RO.

                                      I am sorry, but I am feeling fully cheated by the Kent Company and lost my Trust completely on this.

                                      Hope that Kent Authorised person Improve their systems.

                                        Hello As the subject suggests, I didn't have a pleasant experience with Kent RO. Definitely, you can ignore this mail or take it as a feedback and try to improve customer service. on 15th September, 2015 I lodged a complaint ([protected]) to get my KENT RO serviced again, because the engineer (Mr Ganesh) had come earlier for servicing and somehow managed to disrupt my Kent RO so that now it started leaking. I was promised that engineer will visit within 24hrs. Today, is 22nd September and still no one has visited. So, obviously I got frustrated as this was not the very first time when I was shown that 24hr promise is hollow. Thus, to check on the status, I gave a call to customer care and I am notified that complaint has been closed because: "Mr Ganesh of Manoj Agency says that I have said that everything is working fine". Now, KENT RO has started employing engineers who lie as well! Way to go KENT!!
