Different Executives came in last 15 days to solve the issue. Each one explains the issue differently. Even they changed the membrane but still my RO is not working. Customer care says, Sr Executive will call you himself and given the his number. Now they are not picking up the phone even. And best part is they are asking for charges for new visit from tomorrow as 15 days grace period has been expired. How they can charge for that which they are not able to solve it. Even they are wasting our time. Not including picture as it is ok from outside, issue is not filtering of water.

    We bought a kent water purifier three years ago and it has been giving us a lot of trouble after the first year. Now the pump is not working and repairing the same will cost about Rs.3500. I am very disappointed that we paid so much to buy the purifier and the brand is so well known but the product is terribly faulty! I will never recommend Kent to anyone else and will dissuade people from buying the same. My number is [protected].

      With a great regret I would like to inform you that from the last 5 months I am facing severe problem ( no water flow ) in my Kent. Till date I have paid service charges along with other accessories during this period i.e. Rs.4000, in which membrane costing Rs. 2500, SMPS Rs.935, along with twice service charges because of faulty technicians from April till August.         Dear Sir, I bought a Kent RO water purifier on 29/05/2015, the invoice number of the product is 2984. The machine got fault two times within 4 months. We stay in a remote area and we have a 8 months old baby, and the purified water is very much needed on our house. The problem is Kent service center is very irresponsible in terms of providing service. The last time the service person came 3 days after complain, and this time it is already 2 days and the service engineer yet not visited us. I know that I have to wait for 5 days after registering my complaint here, but the thing is the Kent have SLA of 24 hours after receiving the complain. It was promised to me while I bought the product that Kent will sent service engineer to repair the product within 24 hours after receiving the complain. Also I would like to inform you that the competitor of Kent is Aqua Guard and they give service very promptly. Sir I am fed up with this Kent product and I would like to get Aqua guard instead, because every 2 months I have to stay 3 days without purified water. Also this product is under warranty. My humble request to you is please help me to return the product to Kent and Kent should refund my money, I will buy a Aqua Guard instead. Please help me in this. Regards, Suman

          I bought Kent Pearl RO purifier in Adishwar Bangalore and not able to make installation for past 2 weeks. I am completely frustrated with Kent RO service in Bangalore. Even for basic installation it is complete headache and service personel in Bangalore is rude. Call center is another hopeless, it is becoming difficult to even raise a request with their call center. I need immediate resolution of the problem else take the product back. register phone number for the product is [protected]

          I have taken AMC from kent dealer Good Mineral RO(Manager Mr. Nagesh ), Address : yellakunte Mangamana Palya, Bommanahalli, Bangalore -560068 phno[protected], 64071999. I have paid Rs 5000/- for AMC o 21/12/14 for Kent water filter service and repair. When ever repair in kent water filter I will call the dealer Good Mineral Rao and lodge the complaint. The dealer will not respond and I have to make daily to Kent office. I will take 30 days to rectify the kent RO. Whenever I call to Kent office they will tell today or tommorrow, filter stock is yet to come, They will tell the engineers to contact and change the engineer name when ever I call. sKent office and engineers will not pick the call and always postponing the days and cheating the public. I have lodged the complaint 8334 15 days back till no engineer is not attended the kent ro to repair. previously complaint no 7034 lodged in March14 is rectified after 30 days of time.

          I have been calling to the following engineers for rectification of my kent ro for 15 days. Good Mineral Ro yellakunte old mangamanna palya bommanahalli bangalore.
          Managet Nagesh [protected], office no[protected]/65,

          Pradeep-[protected], Nanda-[protected]
          Daily i will call to above engineers but they will not respond and pick the calls, they will postpone today, tommorrow, evening, aftetnnon. But they never turnup and rectify kent ro. Very bad & delay service. Nanda kumar mob [protected], [protected]
          Took an AMC from a company called Rain Drop Services. There is no company called such address in Vignan nagar. I paid 5500.

          Technicians name is nand Kumar and his number is [protected].

          A lot of cheating going around. Be careful.

            I had purchased Kent grand+ model RO water purifier a year ago I have not got single free service during warranty period which I was entitled The Co does not have direct service it's offered through service centre's who charge according to their whims and fancies Though I complained the Co thru mails they r least bothered and I also bought the purifier due to its endorsement by a great person but Co does not have any customer policy as the service is outsourced to so many centre's I had a very very bitter experience

              Kent was working nicely after service kent started showing problem. then i call and lodged a complaint that kent is not working. now its going to be 20 days till date they neither shown up and also they are not receiving my call. its like kent has worst sevice ever then why everyone should buy. if they are giving like this service. its better i should say to my friends and relative and also everyone that not to buy kent ru. if like this goes on i better lodged a consumer case against kent service.

                A person called Dilip Kamble, who came through Global Distributors in Pune initially had been servicing my Kent RO since last 2 years. Since it seemed he is changing parts unnecessarily & charging us a hefty amount we decided to go for the AMC, which was suggested by him. He took the AMC amount of Rs.3500 & is absconding since then. When I logged a complaint, somebody called me from Kent & I was told the center in question is not an authorised service center of Kent & they can't do anything about it. Now my question is how do the customer know which is real & which is not. It is a pity that Kent is not owning up this problem & taking the responsibility. The person came through an authorised service center & if now he has moved out of it & faking himself as from a Kent authorised service center, then how will the customer know. If a fraud is going on in the name of "Kent" then Kent has to take action & solve the issue, the reputation of Kent is at stake here. I went through online complaints logged against Kent & found loads of similar such issues which customers are facing. It is high time Kent understand through what predicament the customers are going throug & take this up .                   We have experienced poor/worst service from your customer care associates. they have been ignoring our requests since we bought your purifier online instead from them. Recently Kent service support staff visited our home - but after that everything started to going wrong. filter starts leaking - when we contacted him - hi seems to be less cared about it and advised us to contact customer care. even after second his visit problem persists - and we have to contact customer cate each time. Why are you charging 300 Rs if you create problem in first place and cant solve it. I have receipt of purchase & service if you want. Expecting quick response from you.

                    I had purchase Kent RO commercial (25 Ltr ) on May'2015 & it started some leakage problem, water is not filtering and not coming into the tank during last 15-20 days. In this regard i had registered a complaint to my service provider named Gaurav Baran But we are really sad to say that everyday after the problem has been arrived they are fooling me by saying today will go, tomorrow will go etc. but since last 15-20 days no-one hasn't came yet to solve the problem.                       High Maintenance cost

                      The Annual maintenance cost is so high, with service maintenance contract it comes to about 50% of the cost of the R.O. every year. The Candles are priced so high that it has become prohibitive now. The Candles are not available in the open market. The manufactures are taking consumer for a ride by not advising in advance the maintenance cost per year....

                        I complained regarding service center of Kent in Meerut but Kent shows no interest in complaint like what that service center do with diff cust. They just asked for contact details but no action took place. I didn't saw such carelessness in any other company and in such serious case in which cust caught their technician red handed. I am frustrated now and going to take cop help..

                          Hi, After many followups Kent RO installation is still . My request number is [protected]. This is registered on 18th August 2015. Installation should have within 24 hours .                             Unique service center of Kent is providing local or low standard prefilters and saying to customer that they are of Kent and quality product but no hallmark of company was there and it was not transparent and when we asked about its price in Kent cust service they were telling it is within 700-900 and they were demanding 950 rs and it was totally local quality. Afterwards when we told it is of 700 then he said you have to write on bill that we are not interested in prefilter. Not only these but they also not installed the equipment provided with purifier like ss ball valve or 3 way connector and sticker central drill. we are going to file a Fir against service center.

I have pay the amount by HDFC BANK Chque.They install my unit next day but no budy gives us any demo or any instructions about using or handling the machine.Nobudy come for check TDS of water.Today is 17/08/2015. every day i call to your representatives.But nobudy goes to help me.I am verry unhappy & unsatisfied with your service. Now i m thinking very negative about your product & service.I also told to all my friends & relatives that, do think to purchase any KENT product.I already suffering from KENT. But in july & August no one person come to my home for maintenance of Kent Machine. Now my Kent machine not working & they saying for purchasing RO Of Rs.2500/Approx & Pump of Rs.2300/Approx Kent service No. is [protected]. But I have given for annualy contract for maintenance of Kent machine then why we purchasing RO & Pump.                                     This is the fourth time that the motor of Kent pearl model has to be replaced since purchase dated May 2013. Every time the service charges and new motor charges are becoming a headache. Authorised service centre in Bangalore - Supreme Technologies gives a silly reason - we cannot give any guarantee as to how long will the motor last. Machine is still filling in water after the motor has automatically stopped. Ideally the water should stop flowing once the tank is full.

                                    Hello,

                                    We are facing similar problems with Kent Pearl. Within a span of 1 year the dealers technicians have visited atleast 6-8 times to rectify the faults. Sometimes the sediment filter goes, sometimes RO membrane and some times carbon filter.

                                    Dont know whether we were duped by the dealer Pearl Infotech (Marathalli, Bangalore) or the machine itself is defective.

                                    Horrified to see mosquitoes and cockroaches getting inside the tank and noone is able to provide any solution.

                                    We bought this replacing Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes which we used for 10 years and didnot face so many problems. We thought it would be wiser to buy a new technology but we were wrong. Now the dealer blames the Company and the Company people blames the dealer. At the end of the day we are the loosers.

                                      Product name: Kent Prime (Water purifier with RO, UV, UF, TDS removal etc.) Product KR number: KR[protected] Date of purchase: 28 May 2015 Date of Incidence (date we realized): 5 Aug 2015 Bottom-line is "Never ever purchase a KENT product", not unless you are a big fan of waiting in despair! I am demanding for an entire unit replacement, and not sure if this is going to be addressed. * Contacted customer care on 5 Aug 2015 that the light in Kent purifier is not glowing, the representative told, it shall be fine and we can continue to use the water! * Kent service team: 2 persons arrived at home on 6 Aug 2015, opened the unit, and stunning, there is salt water leak in the unit and stunning and scary part is the leaked salt (literally salt) drained into the purified water compartment, making the water TDS to 230 (Kent is expected to produce the water with TDS as low as 20, which I learnt later)!! * I took a complete video of the conversation we had and also the leaking unit * The service team called up their head office, and there started the drama * Head office team started to convince me that the problem is not big, but I can sense what is the magnitude of the problem me, my wife and our two small children (4 and 1 year old) have been drinking this pathetic water (not just high in TDS, but the bacteria that leaked into it) for past don't know how many days!!! * Considering it is only 2 months since I purchased the unit, I expressed my unfaith on the unit and asked for a complete unit replacement. But the team says they don't do any such replacements and they would replace the failed parts * their service team copied the video I took on my mobile through Bluetooth onto their device and left, stating that someone will come next day and solve my problem * I was waiting with despair for the next 4 days hoping someone will come and replace the unit / the parts ensuring a healthy water supply * They finally turned up on Monday, today, 10 Aug 2015 - this time a different technician, and he was neither briefed about the problem nor shown the video! He came with a wire and a UV light!!! where the problem is with motor which is leaking * When I asked the same, he (joined Kent just 15 days back) was clueless of what I was talking about. Also, he doesn't seem to be completely aware of the product itself. He was told that the product I've is a different one!!! * I was highly annoyed with this irresponsibility and called up the the head office team directly, and to my surprise they say that they don't have the parts available and the person they have sent is going to take another detailed look!! (but the story from their representative was he was supposed to finish this job today) * this guy again checked the TDS levels (upon my request) and the purified water is still high in TDS. He simply listened to my statements nodded his head, stated that he / someone else would come as soon as they have the parts and would come and fix my unit!!! * Now, there is no ETA as to when they are going to complete this. Finally the bottom-line is "Never ever purchase a KENT product", not unless you are a big fan of waiting in despair!

                                      It would have been very nice if you have spared 2 minutes reading the complaint before regretting the inconvience caused!!!
