As the subject suggests, I didn't have a pleasant experience with Kent RO.
Definitely, you can ignore this mail or take it as a feedback and try to improve customer service.
on 15th September, 2015 I lodged a complaint ([protected]) to get my KENT RO serviced again, because the engineer (Mr Ganesh) had come earlier for servicing and somehow managed to disrupt my Kent RO so that now it started leaking.
I was promised that engineer will visit within 24hrs.
Today, is 22nd September and still no one has visited.
So, obviously I got frustrated as this was not the very first time when I was shown that 24hr promise is hollow.
Thus, to check on the status, I gave a call to customer care and I am notified that complaint has been closed because:
"Mr Ganesh of Manoj Agency says that I have said that everything is working fine".
Now, KENT RO has started employing engineers who lie as well! Way to go KENT!!
Please look into the complaint - [protected] which I HAD TO RAISE AGAIN, and prove me wrong that KENT RO servicing does not suck!
