Dear Sir, I bought a Kent RO water purifier on 29/05/2015, the invoice number of the product is 2984. The machine got fault two times within 4 months. We stay in a remote area and we have a 8 months old baby, and the purified water is very much needed on our house. The problem is Kent service center is very irresponsible in terms of providing service. The last time the service person came 3 days after complain, and this time it is already 2 days and the service engineer yet not visited us. I know that I have to wait for 5 days after registering my complaint here, but the thing is the Kent have SLA of 24 hours after receiving the complain. It was promised to me while I bought the product that Kent will sent service engineer to repair the product within 24 hours after receiving the complain. Also I would like to inform you that the competitor of Kent is Aqua Guard and they give service very promptly. Sir I am fed up with this Kent product and I would like to get Aqua guard instead, because every 2 months I have to stay 3 days without purified water. Also this product is under warranty. My humble request to you is please help me to return the product to Kent and Kent should refund my money, I will buy a Aqua Guard instead. Please help me in this. Regards, Suman
